Now I don't need to go all the way to Williamsburg to get some good fried chicken. When you walk in there are Kiosks that customer came order from. Options include Pies N Thighs, Milk, MoonBowls, DomoDomo, Birch Coffee, Little Grenjai and Little Cesears. I actually like the concept because it makes these restaurants a little more accessible by housing them in one place and downtown bk gets a lot of traffic these days so this is the prefect place for people to hang out or come for lunch. I got the chicken box from Pies N Thighs. It came with 3 pieces of chicken,a biscuit and Mac & cheese. The biscuit was huge and fluffy, I really wish I had some jam to go along with it but it was perfect. The chicken came out hot and fresh and I enjoyed about 2 and half pieces before I tapped out because it was so much. My least fav was the Mac and cheese because I just prefer my Mac and cheese baked but it was okay. They have lots of seating, they played good music and they serve good foods. I don't think they will have any trouble getting customer through the door. I would come back to try some of the other options they offer here.

This review is for door dash service. It’s the worst. There are too many fees, and stores like 711 is fulfilling wrong orders and DoorDash is not reimbursing me accordingly! It’s time to boycott DoorDash! We need proper communication, reimbursements and more suitable credits!

First time stopping by the new DoorDash Kitchens food hall and was extremely impressed! They have plenty of seating options, free Wi-Fi, and a coffee bar. As for food, there are several options: -Kings Co (Chinese) -Domo Domo (Michelin star Sushi) -Moonbowls (healthy/Korean) -Pies n’ Thighs (Chicken biscuits/breakfast) -Little Caesar’s (pizza) -Milk Bar (dessert) It’s cool how you are able to order from multiple concepts in the same order as well. I ordered from Moonbowls and the food was delicious/came out super quick. I’ll be back for sure.

This is a pretty cool place. A place to work, think, and eat all in one. DoorDash Kitchens has officially occupied this space for a month since opening in May. Customer service is top notch. I will definitely come back to visit again.

You can order from any of the vendors using one of several e-kiosks when you walk in. Then you can order drinks or coffee from Birch Coffee with employee behind the counter. Handful of high seats and tables, some comfy lounge chairs in the back. Fast and easy check in at the front when you walk inside. Recently tried a fried chicken box from Pies n Thighs. I liked that the biscuit is big and more flaky, lighter than the Popeyes biscuits and easier to rip apart into smaller bites. Fried chicken was crispy and juicy, cooked perfectly. Fellow yelper enjoyed the avocado bulgogi which looked and tasted like real bulgogi... like an Impossible bulgogi... sort of regret not getting that. A friendly outgoing DoorDash employee full heartedly recommended it, wish I listened to him! Good amount of tables. Single toilet bathroom was clean. Luckily was not that crowded when I stopped by. Would def visit again!

Ordered ToGoodToGo to from them for 5.99 and got a bag with one lousy bagel two stale Cookes and one sorry excuse for croissant. I did complain to them, and the sales rep told me, "We are very expensive bakery" LOL Never again...

ZERO STARS!!! Ordered for pickup, there was one guy behind the counter with 3 bags in front of him. Barely took note of my name, just said my order’s not ready. I checked again after 20mins mentioning it’s already past since I got the text, still not ready. ONE HOUR later, I ask to cancel the order - guess what - it was one of the bags in front of him the whole time!! He blamed it on the restaurant because they didn’t use their branded bag. HIS JOB IS TO LITERALLY READ NAMES AND HAND OVER ORDERS?? He didn’t even give us a refund or anything to apologize for his stupid, lazyass mistake. He was literally just on his phone the whole time barely listening or reading names. DO NOT PICKUP FROM HERE!!!

I mostly feel bad for the food delivery drivers. I went for a pick up and the lady at the window ignored me. So I waited patiently for her to come to the pick up window. She comes and throws her hand in the air and screams "what!?" I told her I'm here to pick up and she says you're in the wrong area and closes the window. I definitely did not feel welcome here. Please be nicer to your customers and delivery drivers. It doesn't cost you anything to be nice

I ordered from this place called Plentiful Bowls on DoorDash and when I went to pick up, I was surprised it was a DoorDash kitchen! This review is mainly for Plentiful Bowls since that's what I ordered but the bowls are very affordable. Build your own bowl starts at $8 and preset bowls at $12 with protein and toppings. There's a limited selection for protein and sides. There also seems to be frequent promotions on DoorDash. I saw a few: happy hour deal, BOGO deal, etc. This is a great place to pick up an affordable lunch/dinner that is relatively healthy and actually tasted surprising good. When I got my bowl, it was hot from the rice. My favorite was the edamame falafel with the tzatziki sauce. The chicken bowl was just mediocre and they forgot my avocado. There's a medium sized dining area with a few tables and counter seating. The staff was kind and the environment was clean. It was a nice place to eat for a quick meal. While I don't think it's comparable to an actual restaurant quality but it's hard to beat for that price, quality and quantity (portion sizes are huge!). I would definitely try out the other DoorDash kitchens whenever I'm in the area again.

I really like this concept. One orders either from the counter kiosk or app and then picks up their food when it's ready. I ordered from pies n thighs; 3 piece chicken one side and a biscuit The biscuit was wonderfully flaky and light no butter or jelly needed The kitchen is fabulously tasty . Crispy but not too oily . I purchased collard greens as my side order . I liked them but A little more seasoning is needed. They also tasted a little sour perhaps vinegar was added The other restaurants are a coffee bar a Korean spot and one other I can't remember The dining area had nice stools facing bridge st It was clean and pleasant

Glad to hear about Doordash Kitchens opening up in Downtown Brooklyn. It's centrally located and easily accessible by Metro lines. It has a clean seating area so you can just drop in. Other ghost kitchens concepts I've gone to in the past were true ghost kitchens so I like this flexibility. Plus the food is really good. On this trip, I was drawn to Moonbowl's not one but two vegan options, the Avocado Bulgogi and Sesame Surprise. Feeling adventurous, I went for the Bulgogi. I'm not a huge fan of Impossible "beef" (tastes too close to the real thing) and I've cooled on kale, but this bowl got me to boomerang back. So much flavor. It helps that the "beef" has been broken down into smaller pieces and the kale has been marinated in citrus. The stars though are the pickled Fresno chiles and charred peppers that added pops of acidity, tartness, spice, and sweetness to each bite. I spoke to the Assistant Manager and he dropped that they're looking to expand the selections and bring in a vegan and an Indian restaurant. I am all for it.

This place is wonderful! I went there for pickup and loved all the choices. Prices are reasonable. My order came out fast. Staff was thoughtful. Will at the front counter walked me through my first order and explained how things worked. And the food was really good!

I think this is a great addition to the neighborhood! The shop is clean and bright, and has a "co-working" feel with lots of tables and wifi. I've come to pick up lunch several times to find people with their laptops working from the space. The workers at the front are all very nice. I've tried domodomo, moonbowls, and pies and thighs. I think they're all slightly overpriced, but you're paying for the convenience of having all these options in 1 place with a quick pick up.

I came to DoorDash Kitchens last year for a Yelp event but I hadn't gone back until now. I wanted something to eat and somewhere to sit--I happened to be in the area and decided to check it out. I opted for Korean fried chicken from Aria. I wanted the sweet and spicy chicken which comes with rice, an egg and a dumpling. The chicken is boneless and they use thigh meat (which I prefer). The cashier brought over my meal and I noticed that the chicken didn't look like it had any sauce on it--also, it didn't taste sweet or spicy. I wasn't sure if it had it or not as I'm not a KFC expert. I actually thought that the sauce came on the side for some reason. I asked the employee about it and she said that she would ask them about it. It turns out that they forgot to add the sauce. As a result, they gave me another container of food. I would have been fine with a container of sauce but I really appreciate the customer service. The seating area is clean and quiet--I can see people coming here to get work done. Also, the bathroom was clean too--you need to ask for the code. I would like to come back and try their dessert options--they have cheesecake factory here. It's an interesting concept--people can probably save a lot on overhead while having the space to make dishes. The employee mentioned that they are planning on having grab and go items. The location is really convenient--several train lines and buses nearby. I recommend DoorDash Kitchens.

I've only ordered here for DOMODOMO TO GO Brooklyn twice and was overall satisfied with the food and pickup process. The order is ready very quickly. It is VERY EXPENSIVE for sushi, but there weren't that many options nearby the area for sushi so I had no choice. I didn't like how soy sauce was missing in one of my orders. I suggest taking your order elsewhere to eat. The seating area inside the kitchen is also very filthy with flies that constantly bother you as you eat.

Kings is so expensive. Mapo dofu $24 but flavor is good. Service is good. Atmosphere is good,clean.

The food is ok here, and there could be some more "typical" restaurants here. But seeing some more unique or boutique chains here is nice too, to give some fresh variety. I think the convenience of the place is important to the neighborhood, and especially to a lot of the workers that come here. I think coming in and ordering to eat in is quite slow, but maybe I just came at the wrong day. But coming for pickup seems very convenient, as the food will be ready and there are lots of train stations nearby.

I went here as part of the yelp elite event week and I was definitely not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly as well. The location of this restaurant is perfect if you have some chores that you're running and need to grab that quick bite. The Mac and cheese was really delicious but I will say that don't have many plant based options at this restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant was good but I wouldn't recommend this for a date night but it's pretty good if you'll be going by yourself or with some friends. They won't be able to accommodate more than 6 people at once as the seatings are pretty small but the food you must try.

Door dash is the worst! The worker are terrible and the customer service is even worse. I was tested positive for covid . Decided I wasn't going to cook for my kids tonight so I ordered take out. My food came cold and most of my order was missing. I spent $40 on 2 meals and 2 kids meals and only received fries. I was livid. And even more mad that they don't want to compensate me.
