You’ll forget that the sun is out if you come for happy hour (5-7pm) because the stained glass windows keep out the light (and make it feel like a room where Gatsby would drink gin rickeys if he were alive and real). The flavor of edamame is there, but it’s the texture that makes this dish. This crab mixture, which is spicy the same way buffalo wings are spicy, is another delicious example. Cheesesteak Bao Just because this restaurant is from Philadelphia doesn’t mean you have to order the most Philadelphia-sounding thing on the menu. Give it a little lemon squeeze and go crazy with whatever sauces are on your table for some taste roulette. Berkshire Pork Tonkatsu It’s one of the few bigger entrees they have and also works for sharing with the table. "Chef Michael Schulson brings his Philadelphia izakaya Double Knot to Wynwood. Located in the former Wynwood Kitchen & Bar space, the restaurant offers sushi, sashimi, and grilled items in a gorgeous midcentury space. The cheesesteak bao buns, served with a piquant red pepper relish, are a subtle nod to the restaurant’s Philly roots and are a must-order.
