Down The Road

What a great find! We stumbled across DTR via their Happy Hour (which was actually from 2-7) and loved it! Having only just arrived in NYC that afternoon we were a little jet lagged but made to feel super welcome - especially by Monique, one of the co-owners. Oh and the great drinks were complemented with the endless popcorn!

Great spot for happy hour and to watch sports. Plenty of TVs, great drink deals, and excellent service. The bar also had small games at each table (connect 4, uno, jenga, etc.).

Good happy hour drink specials and the service was really good. I ordered the mango siracha wings and the were ok. The mango siracha coating on the wings were very heavy which I wasn’t a fan of.

Delicious food and drinks. Perfect place to watch live soorts events.

Update: FINALLY HAS FOOD!!!!!! Soft opening for Superbowl was amazing! Can't wait to see what's to come!

If you have visited Down the Road Pub, you would agree with me and say that it has to be one of the hottest new and upcoming spots in the city. The bar looks amazing and very comfortable. The staff is top notch and very welcoming. They are effective when getting your drinks to you. The owners are always there making sure that you are satisfied and having a great time. Once you walk through the doors, the bar just feels right. They play a great variety of music and show every sporting event that you can think of. The prices at the bar are very reasonable compared to the other locations in the area. They also bring freshly made popcorn to the tables so you can munch on while you enjoy the games. I dont usually write reviews, but this bar is definitely worth to be recognized and mentioned. I see Down the Road Pub expanding very soon because they are just that great of a bar. You can definitely count me in along with many others returning to the bar and just having a blast.

I can't say one bad thing about this place, it was awesome! We were looking for a good place to watch the game on Sunday and walked into Down The Road. They had all the games on and sat us right in font of the game we wanted to watch. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were on point with service (the 2nd time we went back everyone remembered us and it was really nice), the drinks were perfect and the food was great! You don't usually find all three to be a 10/10!
