Mandalay Bay’s Joyce Anne Bucad favorite Las Vegas restaurants | Eater Vegas

"A small, homey Filipino restaurant valued as much for its comforting ambience as for its food; recommended dishes include crispy pata (deep-fried pork leg with soy-vinegar sauce), garlic fried rice, tangy sinigang (tamarind-based sour soup with choice of protein), and a must-try sizzling bistek tagalog of thinly sliced beef in a lemon-soy sauce with onions." - Susan Stapleton

Great Filipino food, wonderful team. My wife's from the Philippines, we just visited Las Vegas for the first time and we're extremely pleased to find this place! Great place to take people who've never tried Filipino food. The adobo, chicken and or pork is phenomenal. Highly Recommend! #filipinofood

7/23/2025 = 5 Star = i give all stars coz my family really enjoy the food , the issue is the Fiesta Package and Kapamilya Package cannot choose same item on Dishes A,B,C . Server are very attentive, this is our 1st time in this branch, we always go to West Flamingo Branch. Will try again soon .

The food tasted really good. The chicken Curry needed a little salt but when we asked them for salt and added it, it tasted great. The calamari is fresh and I feel like it was made with love. The other dish tasted good and tender. The lunch special is a good portion size. Overall we enjoyed and love the food and we will be back. 😊

This review is only on the halo-halo. I came in to cool off from the hot sun. The AC was excellent and even on the cold side. I ordered only the halo-halo. Except for the ube ice cream, their halo-halo was lacking in so many ways. There were no traditional ingredients in it. It was mostly small pieces of gulaman jellies, yam strips and shaved ice. It was lunch time on a weekday, except for 2 tables, the place was empty.

Amazing Filipino food! If you aren’t in the area on your trip to Vegas is a great stop on your way to or from the airport. Great service and a wide variety of Filipino foods. Their lunch special makes it easy to get two decent size portions of different entrees to eat.

Service: it’s a made to order spot. Sit down and they will serve you. Ambiance: very typical Filipino sit down family vibes. TFC in the background on tv. Classics 70-80s music. Food: I got the lonislog. They serve breakfast all day and made to order. Honestly it’s a little more expensive than I would like but honestly eggs are expensive right now so I get it. I’m the longinisa it self is perfect blend between sweet and savory. Comes with vinegar on the plate. Also tomatoes and pickles. Over easy eggs with garlic rice with garlic crumbs on top. The standard of a clean lonisolog breakfast made to order.

Came for dinner with family in town. Had the pinakbet, pancit palabok, bangsilog, kare kare, adobong pusit, lupiang shanghai, and halo halo for dessert. Food was made to order and cooked well. Service was good until a big dinner rush. We weren't in a hurry anyway so no big deal. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall good experience. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

My dad recommended that we go here and he said the flavors at this Filipino restaurant was on the same level as Max’s chicken. I started off with the “Bansilog” which was fish with fried eggs and garlic rice. It was a great and delicious classical Filipino dish. Their Crispy fried chicken was great and could rival Max’s chicken in flavor. Now their pork Sisig I thought was ok, but it’s usually preference. I like Sisig more on the crispy and dryer side. Now their Palabok was on point and I’d order that again. For dessert I got the Halo halo and the Mais con yielo and they were both pretty good with the corn dessert taking the prize as the best. This spot is Filipino spot I’d recommend to go to if your visiting. Solid food menus and off the main strip.
