Elinor Review - Long Beach - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Elinor is a multi-story spot with just about everything you could think of in a bar. You order from a wide selection of local beer, wine, and hard kombucha (no hard liquor, though) at a small bar, and then you’ve got a bunch of options on what to do next. There’s a huge stack of board games to choose from, a free billiards table, and a massive room next door with live music most nights. Or, you and your group can go hang out upstairs in the art gallery, which features truly weird pieces from local artists that we highly recommend investigating." - Brett Keating

Dr. Lin is incredible. She is lovely to speak with. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality medical care. Dr. Lin was terrific, Knowledgeable, sensitive, and informative! Vivian and Roxanna are excellent!

Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude and unprofessional staff is a huge concern especially for elderly patients. My family is dealing with a parent that has severe signs of dementia. If anyone out there has dealt with the same you already know the battle of just trying to get your loved one to a doctor. After a visit to Dr. Lin for a scan I left a message checking in with the doctor on the results or status. Well days later I received a call from the most rude and unprofessional PA Roxanne. She tells me in order to discuss anything she needed the patient on the line when I already had authorization. She thought that I would then have to hang up and she wouldn't have to bother with the call since no real human actually answers the line. I then told her to wait while I add my mother to the call while she then says she already tried which was a lie. Finally, my mother is added to the call and then the PA says ok what questions can I answer. I ask a question and she states, we can't disclose anything until the next doctor appointment. I'm sorry but I'd fire this B on the spot. Not sure how anyone like this even became a PA but your in the wrong field. If she knew she could not disclose any info why didn't she say that to begin with? Complete joke and just tells you how this place is ran. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have no problems with Dr. Lin, but the practice does not have good practices for patients in the waiting room regarding coronavirus. We asked to be seated in a patient room due to my daughter having chronic, acute asthma and being pre-diabetic. We were told that we have to sit in the waiting area, which was crowded, until we finished filling out the patient paperwork. The practice does not post its paperwork online, so that a patient can bring it already completed. The practice will not allow a patient to sit in a car and be texted when a patient room is available as some practices are doing. Your temperature will NOT be taken before you enter the waiting room. It only will be taken after you are escorted out of the waiting room to the patient room area where the doctors, nurses, and office staff members are. Temperatures should be taken before entering the waiting room for every person's sake.
