CHA is exactly what people says it is. After standing in line for 5 minutes I was listening in on a conversation on who had the best nails. The check in people did not see to me standing in the checking line. Which ultimately mad me late for my appointment. And the doctor did not see me. How unprofessional! When I asked to speak to a manager they said that she was not around and I was given my her card information. I left her a voicemail and she has not called me back. Just a crew of unprofessionals!
