It looks good but it lacks flavor. It's ehhh... ok. I probably wouldn't order it again. Everything had a very faint flavor... like spraying perfume on a little sampler card and then walking around with the card to try to smell good... 🤷‍♀️ I probably liked the crab Rangoon the best but I will stick to Wen Hing even though they went down hill too. Mins Wok is also good.

Google
Delicious! I'm a very picky eater, especially when it comes to asian cuisine, but Dragon Chef was perfect! Ordered Beef brocoli & house special lo mein... so tasty! Will be ordering again!

We ordered 2 meals and 2 egg rolls when we ordered the owner hung up on my cousin before she could give her card number and was very rude taking the order. When the guys delivered the food only 1 meal and the egg rolls were in the bag but yet charged us for both meals and the egg rolls. We called back to give her the card number and to let her know they were missing a meal, and the owner was very rude screaming at us that we only ordered 1 meal but paid 24.00 for 1 combo meal (10.25) and 2 egg rolls. The food was disgusting , very bland, hard, chicken fingers I almost broke a tooth on and had no flavor, and the veggie rice only had onions and peppers in it. I wish I could give zero stars The ower needs to realize she needs to be kind to the customer because the customer is what keeps them in business. The delivery guy is just as rude as the ower.NEVER AGAIN AM I EATING THEIR!

Google
Definitely a take out place. Has 4 or 5 hard booths. You know the kind that are yellow and orange and look like they came from a 1970s mcdonalds. The food is good. Boneless spare ribs were good not all fat or dripping with sauce. Rice is OK not all dried out from sitting.

Google
Only one star because I can’t give less the lady on phone is RUDE she was screaming at me the customer over the phone because I wanted a refund for undercooked and old food that even a dog wouldn’t eat. She denied my refund and said they are too busy to help even though the delivery arrived in under 20 minutes prompting me to believe it a lie . DO NOT ORDER HERE . They steal money and serve you cold old and undercooked food

Google
Absolutely horrible! Just ordered $50 worth of food and I want to throw up taste like the stuff was fried in old Grease or that the food was just plain spoiled literally feel like driving myself there and slapping someone.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife is disabled and the driver refused to go to the 3rd floor. He stood on the sidewalk and waited for her to come down. It's a food delivery, you are supposed to go the the apartment door and deliver to the customer. Any other delivery place would have done this. What's the use of having food delivered if you have to walk all the way down to the sidewalk? They should deliver to your door. Never ordering again. Some people like my wife are disabled and can't be going up and down stairs and that's why she ordered delivery. Don't be a delivery driver in a city with many aparmtnet buildings if you refuse to walk upstairs.

Google
Food under cooked, had to use my air frier to make it edible. Duck sauce watery and no flavor. Called to complain but got no where. Throwing out what was not edible. Won't go back!!!

Yelp
Don't waste your time for bad service, and mediocre food. I was given a different Price over the phone, when I arrived to pick up my food it was $6 more than expected. I payed for it either way, but when I asked to use the restroom. The ugly lady started screaming in Chinese at me. Food was 3/10. Service was 1/10 price was 3/10 Smelled like feet

Yelp
This Chinese place needs to be seriously looked at by the health department!! Ordered pork fried rice and experience tells u the pieces of pork has red and is white maybe a lil off white -what we got was all grayish nasty gnarly pieces disgusting would be a nice way to explain but wow - the teriyaki was old tasteless my dogs wouldn't touch it should've known when I walked in to pick up the order , I also wonder if the health department ever actually checks out the meats-- how does an establishment serve grayish pork and feel confident the customer will enjoy the food- avoid this place Sad to think they could send out food looking so unappealing

Yelp
I love there food it's fresh and made with care. I personally love there crab rangoon a because they taste more like cream cheese to me

Ada V.

Yelp
Delivery takes forever, all the pork in the pork fried rice is very fatty, the boneless spareribs taste like the container melted to them, the crab rations taste expired, the lost could truly go on and on. If you're from Boston and used to Boston Chinese food, give up on Worcester Chinese whole you're ahead.

Yelp
After a poor experience at another Chinese restaurant, I needed a new regular spot, and after trying a few, Dragon Chef is it. This is your standard greasy Chinese American food, and it hits the spot. Their Chicken Fried Rice is especially good as it features large juicy chunks of white meat as opposed to some places that have tiny bits of shredded who knows what. The restaurants interior is dated, but always clean, including the kitchen which is fully visible from the front counter. I see the same three workers there all the time, they must be family. They are all pleasant and very helpful when ordering and picking up. I can not recommend Dragon Chef enough if you live on Grafton Hill. The only downside is they do not accept American Express.

Yelp
"Don't knock it till you try it" doesn't apply Crab Rangoon, general gau chicken lunch combo with a spring roll. General chicken tasted like shitty barbecue. The Rangoon's tasted like the oil had not been changed in a while, and was inedible. Don't waste your money Will update If sickness ensues

Yelp
There r 4 Chinese restaurants in this area and Dragon gets my vote. Great tastes - most of the recipes are accurate and fresh. The delivery driver was very nice. The online order experience is user friendly and no lag at all. Just need to put the wasabi mustard in the bag every time!!

Yelp
I don't usually go out of my way to write bad reviews but BRUH they still charged me for all my food and i was missing so much stuff. I hate being a "Karen" but this is was pretty disappointing. I have worked for asian restaurants for years and I would hate to hurt any other asian business owner in my home town but this was the most punk ass shit I've ever experienced. First off, they lied about the time they closed. We originally called to place our order at 8 and said they close at 11. When we called back to ask where the rest of food was, they said they were closed? Secondly, I did not get what i ordered. I ordered a veg lo mein and it was all bean sprouts? No noodles. I also ordered crab rangoons and did not get any at all. I spent 50 bucks total, so naturally i called back and asked if maybe we could pick up the rest of it. I understand things happen and people mistakes but the way they did NOT compensate for me my money felt like they were scamming me. LOL they didn't even compensate me for my money. I called TWICE. The first time i called they said they were closed, told us to come back tomorrow, and hung up immediately. There was no comment on the fact that i was missing food. The second time we called they said they said they had no noodles for the veg lo mein so they just stir fried veg. Again, they asked to come back tomorrow and hung up. They could've just told us they didn't have lo mein or crab rangoons when we picked it up. They handed me the whole order, stood there for a solid 5 mins signing the recipient and did NOT mention that our order was nothing like what we got. How can you looks me straight in the eye, take my money, and think i would eat a pile of wet soybeans?!!!? AND THEN HANG UP ON ME??!?? TWICE??!?? We were just trying to get food during the corona panic and it was waste of time. Please don't waste your money there are plenty of great Chinese food places in Worcester to get food from. Shame on you lmao.

Yelp
Honestly I was so disappointed and angered by this place. Please don't waste your money here, you will be extremely disappointed. Their food was extremely overpriced for small portions and B- flavor. It cost me 45$ for a meal for 3 just to give you an idea. Additionally, I ordered online and after submitting my order got called almost immediately by the restaurant with a panicked voice on the other end saying "we close soon don't come late" basically yelling (and I could barely understand). I place my order at 10:30 on Friday. They closed at 11:00. Had to enter my card information to pay online then when I picked up the food they told me I had to pay in person. They literally tried to double charge me 45$ for my food. Then took my food bag home to find out they completely botched our order and gypped us/ stole our money even further because they did not even include half of our order and also got the food we selected incorrect. We only really got half of our order. I tried to call them at 11:00 to ask for a trade-out or refund but of course they didn't pick up. This was cruel and disgusting of them. I hope they go out of business.

Yelp
Dragon Chef is a great neighborhood Chinese restaurant! I've never gotten delivery because they are CASH ONLY for delivery, but their take out is incredibly quick. All the items that I've order are always hot and fresh and they taste great. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have a great variety of food.

Matt Y.

Yelp
Dragon Chef is a good cheap to go chinese place...the food isn't anything special, but its good for the money your spending. They do one thing especially well: They have some pretty amazing, extremely light and fluffy crab rangoons. I don't know what they do to them but I haven't had anything like them anywhere else...if nothing else try these out just to experience them. I assure you that they are worth it.

Yelp
It was very average, nothing special but I wasn't disappointed. There are definitely better options for Chinese deliveries in the area.

Randy K.

Yelp
not worth it. they miss up your order and when you call to complain, they say we will give you something for free. umm bope. first and last time ordering from this place. chicken fingers were bland and dry and the dryest boneless rib i have ever had.

Christina M.

Yelp
The chef is not a dragon. I was disappointed because by the name,I thought the chef would be a dragon.I don't think it's right to mislead customers like that, but this is the country we live in now. If you are looking for a place with a real dragon chef, go somewhere else. Food was ok.

Yelp
I have had several decent experiences at this restaurant, all being delivery. They always take an hour to deliver and I live 2 streets over. Until I ordered food on new years eve. I completely understand how busy Chinese restaurants get on this night and was prepared to wait. I placed my order for delivery online and received a confirmation call a half hour later. They said the fax machine wasn't working and asked if I still wanted my order to be delivered. I said I did, another hour and a half later my food arrived cold and incomplete (I only received half of my order) nice when I called they said the rest would be there soon. They then bring me my whole order (still missing rice) and ask for the other order back are they going to resell the food? They told me they would just bring what was missing. I then called about the missing rice, they said it will be 20 min and they where very rude. Another hour later I finally received the missing rice. I am very confused I didn't do anything wrong I just wanted what I ordered. Other than that the food is the best in the neighborhood when it is hot and fresh. If it wasn't for the last very rude person I spoke to I may have gone back. I will drive to my usual place from now on.
