"A sister to the original Dragonfly in Kazakhstan, this Dubai outpost boasts a contemporary Japanese menu with hints of pan-Asian influences. Sushi, maki, noodles and dim sum are a just a few items that adorn the menu and are prepared with prime ingredients – their braised Wagyu short rib and signature crystal toast are must haves. Inside, you are surrounded by Asian elements, with a dark wood ceiling and a large red dragonfly above; the wall panels were installed by craftsmen who travelled from China. Go for lunch for a great value meal or dinner for a lively evening out with signature cocktails." - Michelin Inspector

It's too bad there is no option to award zero stars. Five full business days for an EFT is absurd. Money transferred on a Monday morning was not deposited until the following Monday. What is the holdup? The website is currently down, which is not surprising given how terrible this platform is to begin with, and it likely means those officials who have money sitting in their accounts waiting to be transferred will not see it until later next week. It's 2025 - do better DragonFly.

This app has zero redeeming qualities. Nothing works. It doesn't save passwords, email, user names ect. I've been using it for 5 years because I have to for work and it has never worked correctly. Maybe they should try getting a computer person to design it instead of a coach.

Worst experience I have had with a software platform ever. User interface is terrible. In addition, dates go out to past 2040 and you actually have to scroll down to get to the current date (literally 15 years in the future). How can I sign something today with a date of 2040? Illogical. I do not know why schools invest in this tool.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They are the worst company ever. I have looked at other reviews and concur with all the other opinions. The company needs to improve communication and financial issues. No reason it should take 5 days to get your money. If possible run from them and stay away.

What a joke. I have tried to link my bank account now 6-7 times and cant do it. The extra work to do a simple task is absurd.

Money taken from account. Call - keep getting cut off. INEPT! Impossible to speak with a human. Hard to even find customer support!

Our school has forced us to use this app and it is terrible. There are fees for transferring the money that you earned, but it is unclear what they are or when they are applied. The website nor the app are user friendly. I am not against change, but this company is not the answer unless they plan on completing some major changes to assist the users. Also, if you want to talk to a person, think again. An email is the only way you will get assistance.

Unable to withdraw money from account. Can't get in contact with anyone.
