Great location! Wonderful experience with the front desk. They were very attentive to our requests and the fact that we were celebrating our anniversary! Stateside had a great party brunch on Saturday, the day of our arrival. We were sure exactly what we were getting into but it was a lot of fun and was a more quiet experience the next day. So dont be concerned about it being loud and rowdy the entire time.

Dream Nashville (by Hyatt) was an excellent choice. Location a couple blocks north of Broadway provides easy access to all the activity on Honky Tonk Row, but is far enough away to provide a quiet place to stay. Printer's Alley is directly behind the hotel and was a great alternative for dining/drinking without going down in the crowds. The property was very nice with rooms in a converted historic building. Staff was attentive to our needs. The other unexpected surprise was the complementary coffee and pastries (including gluten free options) in the attached Natura Cafe. Highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing! From the time we walked through the door to the time we left we had nothing but exceptional customer service. Brian was amazing and making sure that our bags made it to our room, when our keys were not working, he was the first to help with that, and more. The café is amazing for free coffee every morning. The restaurant had exceptional food.

From the Valet outside (Isaac) to the ladies at the front desk (Mikaila and Marina), to the housekeeping man who went above and beyond to bring us what we needed late at night... we were very well taken care of. They made my daughter's 21st birthday special. I was there for work and pleasure during a very busy event (CMAFest) and loved staying at the Dream Hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable, we had robes in our room, and the bathroom was so cool with the black/white shower and shaving mirror. It was quiet and our room was stocked with water and had a small fridge (which I love for leftovers). They made us feel very welcome and special. We will definitely be staying there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

What a great location! The service was outstanding. Champagne at check in- very classy and really set the tone for an upscale experience. The room finishings were wonderful and loved the Karl Lagerfeld touch. Grabbing a complimentary coffee and breakfast items the next morning was a nice treat. Thank you!

The hotel is fantastic! From the room quality, amenities, location, and staff. Our group of six enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastry each morning. Will Conklin, in reservations, was excellent and even had a handmade card dropped off to the room, celebrating our group's birthday. The lobby bar had the best cocktails of our trip. The brunch was also delicious. If we return to Nashville, Dream Nashville will be the place we stay. PS. The Jonas Brothers stayed here a few years ago, LOL!

Stayed at the Dream for a girl’s weekend. The hotel has a great location. It is very close to Broadway . You can walk to restaurants, bars. and shopping. Loved the Stateside Restaurant ,and coffee and croissant are included each morning for breakfast at the cafe. Cute bar is right off the lobby. The rooms are very clean. I would have liked if the rooms had more lighting, but it was not a major issue.

Although this hotel is in a great location, that’s the only great thing about it. As a 4 star Hyatt Hotel, I expected more. The hotel gives Hitel Transylvania vibes and the bathroom had an old, metal smell to it. The lighting is horrible and the room was sweltering upon entry. I had to turn on the AC and go eat at the restaurant downstairs which the service and food was just okay. Definitely not anything to brag about. Lastly, the valet although friendly didn’t offer to help with bags or even open the door. Overall, I was not impressed & don’t recommend.
