Trap brunch was so better than advertised for the food and drinks, well worth the price per person and good music throughout

HORRIBLE place. They charged an entire tables order to my card after I had already closed out my tab and left. I've been trying to contact them without any response. They charge automatic gratuity (group of 3)almost 50% for terrible service and the drinks are nasty. SKIP!

My friends and I dined here on 6/29/19 for brunch. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT. The food was fresh and amazing. We were excited about the array of food on the brunch buffet. The restaurant was very clean and the music and ambiance was really nice. THE SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH. My friends and I sat back in awe and watched how the staff (comprised of mostly millenials) were so efficient and attentive to the customers. Our server Dani was AMAZING. She made sure that our bottomless mimosas stay full...that out table stayed clear of plates and was just overall pleasant. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and keep up the great work.

I was weary of going here for Saturday brunch because of all the mixed reviews but I’m really surprised at all the bad reviews because my experience was great. The brunch is $48 per person which includes bottomless mimosas and an all you can eat buffet. We didn’t make a reservation but it was only 2 of us so we sat at the bar. The staff was refilling mimosas before I even reached the bottom or the glass. The music was great, the atmosphere was great, and all the staff we encountered were friendly. The buffet was pretty good, I would say limited options if you have any dietary restrictions but the food itself was tasty. It’s definitely a party type atmosphere so if that’s not what you’re looking for at brunch this isn’t the place.

Great space for parties and events. The staff is courteous and gorgeous. I do not like how the bar automatically adds gratuity to every bill

Real nice place to hang an it's free to get in I approve just one thing the drinks a little high but I guess it off sets for it being free for entry.

I went to celebrate with friends on a Thursday evening. The place was empty at 5pm, but it fills up fast. It's more of a casual setting, although there were a few people in business attire. The layout is nice, but once the crowd comes it can trigger someone's claustrophobia. Our waitress was pleasant, fun and engaging throughout the entire night. We ordered appetizers only along with bottle service. The bottle options are limited, but the price was a deal. The menu is southern/cajun and mostly chicken/seafood based. I enjoyed the fried green tomatoes best, the wings flight needed more seasoning, the egg rolls with mac n cheese and fried okra were solid. It can get loud in here with the music, TVs and people talking.
