"The interior of Drip Coffee is really well laid out for work, with a slew of compact tables set up in rows just begging for a laptop or stack of books. The owner is a coffee-industry veteran who roasts the beans himself in small batches; devotees buy the beans in big batches."

Google
Very good find here! Nice place and great coffee! One of my favorites in the area so far! Vanilla Iced latte was 5 stars. Tried the Mexican mocha, beware it has all the flavors and a spice to it. Almost like a spicy margarita so if you’re getting that, be ready for the kick.

Google
Drip is a solid coffee shop. Their menu has the classic, traditional drink options, and their coffee hits the spot.

Google
Enjoyed my brewed coffee from Drip…the bag of beans, less so. Bought a bag of their Tanzania peaberry which is marked with two (and a half?) out of four for what I assume to be roast level, but got these over-roasted, nearly burnt beans instead. Disappointing!

Google
Drip Coffee 2 has a lot going for it. The coffee itself was perfectly fine – a solid, no-frills cup of drip that hit the spot. The interior is also quite lovely, with a modern and airy design that makes it a pleasant place to sit and sip. However, my experience was unfortunately soured by the barista. When I politely asked for the wifi password, she curtly told me it was on my receipt. Since I hadn't received a receipt (for reasons unknown), I mentioned this. She seemed visibly annoyed by my request and, while she did eventually provide the password, her demeanor was quite rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. It would be much better if the wifi password was displayed somewhere visible, or perhaps offered verbally without making the customer feel like a burden. A little more friendliness from the barista would also go a long way in making Drip Coffee 2 a truly enjoyable experience. As it stands, it's a nice space with decent coffee, but the service needs improvement.

For the sake of mankind, please steer clear of this place. It is not our fault as customers that these baristas don’t like their jobs. And today, I drew the short end of that stick with them. These people will give you the stink eye. They signed up for that. That’s the ugly side of life. I can’t help stupid people, I can only hope they wake up. I would suggest corporate takes a deeper look into their management team. The staff here can grossly judgemental and stereotypical. I had the same issue with their staff at their Lovers Lane location as well when I was a resident of University Park. While their coffee is above average, their staff demonstrates a lack of care based on appearances and false information.

Google
I’ve had coffee here a few times and also had a pastry which I remember being good. This is similar to many smaller coffee shops around this area. The service is adequate, but not extremely pleasant or friendly. I have done a little bit of work on my laptop in between my appointments here. I remember the Wi-Fi is not very good. I had to use a hotspot on my phone in order to access Internet.

Google
Wonderful coffee. I got the Irish oatmeal latte. Yummy!! It's a bit small but great for a week chill and go coffee. Amazing staff. I don't know much about their food. Sad part, they close early other than that amazing spot.

Google
Like those prophets on the walls and 3 sizes of cappuccino ☕️😘🙋‍♀️🐶. Needles to say they are the ones that have nutmeg on self-serving counter. Big plus!!!

Yelp
It is a great location in the shopping center. It can be a bit Lou with the school kids after school or in the morning. They have ample seating inside and tables, but always have great lattes. They have freezes which is their Frappuccino.

Stephanie C.

Yelp
A pretty okay coffee shop. It has all the basics, and is relatively quiet for a quick business meet up-- which is what I was doing. It was a little late in the day for me,so I got an iced matcha latte with pistachio syrup and whole milk because a coffee or espresso drink would leave me wired all night at this point. I was looking for an afternoon snack and saw that the pastry case was empty. I asked the barista what he had and he gave me a list. I ended up getting a banana bread slice, but unfortunately i feel like it was a little old??? It came in a saran wrap and was a little dry to my liking. Not the best,IMHO.

Judy I.

Yelp
Quiet spot for afternoon work. Lots of parking. Friendly service. Almond milk latte was perfect.

Kristy S.

Yelp
Excellent tea selections and love that they have Taco Deli breakfast tacos...just get there early...they run out quickly. Great, friendly staff as well.

Guy H.

Yelp
When is a cup of coffee like a breath of fresh air? When it's Drip. I was looking for an appointment meeting place and this spot popped up. Convenient to Dallas yet feels secluded. I'm weary of the crowds, hubbub, and noise of Starbucks. Their ever-increasing prices rub me too. Drip has a similar environment, excellent coffee No traffic or noise. Now, as the day wears on that's all subject to change but, Drip was perfect for me this morning. Go!

Shaina C.

Yelp
The baristas were nice. The decaf espresso is pretty good. Can't find that everywhere! The seating is nice, not loud in there at all. My friends matcha was pretty good but not sure we would get the strawberry syrup again.

Austin L.

Yelp
First time going in today. Unfortunately had a poor experience. Never a good feeling when staff gives you unpleasant energy when you don't tip. Coffee was $5.67. More importantly though the coffee was very bitter regardless the cost.

Phillip E. S.

Yelp
This wonderful coffee shop is located a few doors down from Casa de MonteCristo, where I had an employment interview. Surprisingly, they had my favorite on tap: Guatamala. It was absolutely delicious! Neither barista could tell me which bean it was, Antigua, La Gloria, or another, but I still found the roast and subsequent brew delightful to the palette. I'll definitely come back again and may even purchase a pound of beans for my home espresso machine.

Sydney H.

Yelp
I live near drop and I've stopped in a few times to grab a quick coffee or snack. I've always liked the coffee and staff is very friendly. Seems like a great place to also sit and read or catch up with a friend.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Drip has the best Americanos I've had in my life. I like just a plain-old iced espresso. No cream. No sugar (although they do have a ton of milk, non-dairy, and flavor options). Most every other coffee spot I've visited on planet earth produces something either super water-downed or which tastes straight up sour. I don't know what those other guys are doing but I can ALWAYS rely on this spot! It's nutty. It's chocolate-y. It's delicious. And ultra consistent! We started buying beans here for our espresso machine at home and they're exquisite. I've also taken friends who get more extravagant drinks than I and they're always super pleased. Not only is Drip's coffee the stuff of dreams, their staff are some of the best people in Dallas. They remember my name, my order, and always have it ready with lightning speed (with some good conversation to boot!). Special shoutout to Dora and Bridget, my favorite baristas ever!!

Karyn Y.

Yelp
Went outta my way for afternoon coffee, hours says open til 6. Y'all are closed. Please, What are your daily hours ? Thx

Kinsey E.

Yelp
Overall, I love Drip Coffee. I think that the quality of their products are super super good but it is one the pricier side. I went in the other day and got a protein bar and a small matcha and to my unfortunate surprise the grand total was $15. I literally could have bought the whole Taco Bell menu for the coin I dropped in there. The lady DID warn me that the protein bar was expensive which was super kind of her but I didn't anticipate it to be the "sign over the birth rights of my unborn child" level expensive. Anyways the workers are super nice and make the drinks at the speed of light, they are always ready by the time I walk to the pick up spot no matter how busy it is! I like to come here after Pilates class and vibe out and people watch (not in a creepy way, in a chill artsy way) Also I have purchased the protein bar multiple times now so it's really on me at this point.

Yelp
Drip coffee has your standard coffeeshop menu items, and I thought they delivered! I got a latte with oat milk, and it fit the bill. There's plenty of seating and lots of plugs by the tables (which is an essential for my studying!). Cute, simple, and slightly industrial decor. It's quiet enough for a great place to work, but not too quiet so you can have a conversation easily. There's a big parking lot right outside, which makes it so easy to get to. I don't know what more I can ask for!

Jere M.

Yelp
Three tacos and a large coffee that looked like a medium coffee over 20.00 with tax. I am back to Starbucks.

Grace E.

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere-- one of the few places that doesn't blast loud music. Soft lo-fi vibes and friendly, no-fuss service. Good outlets for charging laptops and good wi-fi.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Delicious coffee and excellent service! This is a really great little coffee shop! Drip, lattes and espresso are all great. Lots of syrups for flavor choices, as well, so you can make your cup your own! I love this spot as an alternative to big chains. It's cozy and clean inside, where laptops and reading are welcome. This is a different vibe from La La Land, which is right down the street. Drip is more a classic coffee shop, that's also modern and cozy. Enjoy!

Alva L.

Yelp
Hands down the best ice white chocolate coffee and amazing customer service! Going back for more!

Savahann L.

Yelp
I loved the coffee here and the barista was so sweet I gave her a huge tip!! Simple yet a nice cup of coffee instead of going to Starbucks ( boycott THEM) this is a good option

Kaliene C.

Yelp
Not the place to go and study or read, is the place to meet someone for a conversation. Super Small tables. great drinks and service.

Grace A.

Yelp
Fantastic coffee, even better service. I came in to Drip earlier today after having an admittedly rough morning. I was so distracted, I didn't hear them call out my order (an almond milk latte). When I realized, the barista -- completely unprompted -- offered to make it again because it had been sitting out (100% my fault) and was no longer hot. At first I said no (because again, totally my fault) but he insisted. To be clear, the original one would have been fine and I would have drank it without complaint. But it's service like that that takes a coffee shop from good to great, and it brightened what was otherwise shaping up to be a difficult day. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Ronni W.

Yelp
Great local coffee shop, and so many flavors to choose from if you like regular/SF syrups!

Ella A.

Yelp
Enjoying my Coffee while wearing my Palestinian Sweater... I prefer the other location off lovers Ln.

Erin V.

Yelp
My absolute favorite coffee shop in Dallas. They have the BEST iced vanilla latte I've ever had, the staff is SO friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick and easy. I look forward to the mornings I get to come here for a treat! Highly recommend!

Sarah T.

Yelp
If you're looking for great coffee, a great environment, and lovely people, drip should be your go to coffee shop. I've been coming here for about 4 years. The coffee is always fresh, never stale, the baristas know exactly what they are doing. I visit this location at least 3x a week. On top of the delicious caffeinated goodness, the staff, like Dora, are the kindest people. Dora has made every day special for myself. Today she comforted a customer who opened up about a personal matter. I've witnessed many customers become friends and confide in the baristas. It's so heart warming. More than coffee is served here. Your heart will be too.

Antony V.

Yelp
Great coffee and service, my fav location! Very easy to park and shop .....enjoy, Antonio

Jenny H.

Yelp
Cute decor in a poppin' location, but I don't get the coffee behind the solid brand development. House coffee tasted the burnt sort of bitter, and the menu doesn't have all the options. Matcha is on a secret memu; not sure what else. It's cute to have a secret memu that your regulars know... and maybe that day I was too tired and overworked to play that sort of game. Comfy decor is a plus, but I simply want a tasty cup of coffee--something fundamental for a coffee shop. I don't think I'll be back... but if you have the time and live in the neighborhood, they treat their regulars pretty well.

Clara T.

Yelp
I've been eyeing the progress on this coffee shop for the past few weeks since the sign went up and its finally open!! Popped in to grab a cup of coffee to go and the people were very friendly and the service was fast. Vibe: The shop has a simple industrial design and is fairly small. It looked to have a handful of booth table combos with available outlets and a number of people were present studying. They also have a few outdoor tables for nicer days. Parking is abundant making it an easy place to pop in grab your cup of joe and go! Coffee: I had a cold brew and it was better than most. None of the bitterness you sometimes get with cold brew. The coffee was dark and smooth and the quality of their in house roasted beans was high. Big fan overall of the concept and the space!

Emmeline T.

Yelp
I love coming here for my morning coffee and I do my best to try to go here every single time I decide to not make coffee at home. My only complaint is every single time I want to get coffee at noon I can never find parking but that is not their fault. I have yet to find another place that makes my coffee the way that they do and the service is always great! The baristas are always friendly and remember their regulars which is always sweet.

Morgan H.

Yelp
my dirty chai latte with oatmilk was fantastic, and the baristas were so nice!! would definitely come back!

Miranda E.

Yelp
Wow. I'm stunned by how terrible the coffee is here. The most bitter, acrid espresso that I am hesitant to even call it coffee. Looking into the cup, the barista could not even foam the milk properly. Awkward service at the counter rounded out this trip as a complete failure of a coffee run.

Sara M.

Yelp
Love this place. The white mocha is fabulous. Love the staff as well. They are very friendly, quick, and always polite. Also, give the breakfast burritos a try, enjoyed them!

Bruno P.

Yelp
Avoid the coffee of the day, usually a dark or medium roast and taste like an ashtray tripled burnt

Robert H.

Yelp
Stopped in for a cold brew coffee after a sandwich at nearby East Hampton sandwich co. Can't wait to come back! Was quite pleased with my drink.

Michelle T.

Yelp
Finally a great small/local coffee shop off upper Oaklawn! great coffee and yes they have OAT MILK. Not much food to choose from but everyone I've gone their food offerings have grown. Like that they offer a variety of other milk and sugar options.

Jason B.

Yelp
I love Drip. I used to occasionally work at the HP location. The smell of roasted coffee is like an early wakeup blast. They are one of the few local, independent coffee shops that roasts it's own beans. The coffee is fantastic, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is equal parts trendy and cozy. Just what you'd want in a coffee shop and this location is no less than what I'd expect from Drip.

Lina M.

Yelp
Really cool and nice baristas! We discussed my favorite "filthy Chai" also known as double dirty chai...its whatever you wanna call it. Just come and try it for yourself. I like mine With almond milk and 2 shots of espresso! Yum yum

Melissa V.

Yelp
Ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and they did not disappoint! It's a nice place to meet a friend and sit and chat for a bit.

Emily C.

Yelp
The coffee shop is really clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a bunch of different types of milk which is nice. I got a small vanilla latte with 1% milk. 8.8/10 recommend.

Chris C.

Yelp
Awesome spot! Convenient to the Lemmon/Oaklawn area; the place is very clean, nice and inviting. The drinks are great as well. I work from home a lot so it's nice to have a good go-to spot when cabin fever hits. Really can't think of anything negative!

Zach D.

Yelp
The location on Lovers is pretty decent. However, this location in Turtle Creek Village is struggling. I stopped coming over 6 months ago for the same reason and I recently went back to give it another shot. 1. The whole place smells like really really intense mold. It's pervasive and doesn't go away. No nose blind here. It seems like it could be a health problem and it's honestly very uncomfortable. 2. I got a croissant thinking they'd heat it up but they just gave me an old baked, cold ham and cheese that was hard to the touch. Don't waste your time here. Go to another coffee shop nearby.

Blake M.

Yelp
I literally go to drip coffee every day... One of the surest things I have in my life is to get unbelievably excellent service from Chris, Rebecca, and Dora... They are amazing and their positive attitude always gets me off to a great start....And of course the Drip coffee is incredible!!

Ellen B.

Yelp
Love supporting local!! Changed to this shop before the pandemic and have loved every cup of coffee since. They are such nice employees and know our order, which makes us feel loved!! Have even gone there to work a few times and love the atmosphere, it's quiet but with a steady stream of customers. You can tell they have lots of regulars by the way they treat them. Go see Dora, Chris and Becca......they'll treat you well.

Kendall S.

Yelp
I love the location of Drip as its very close to my house. The daily brew is also always very tasty and different. They have tacos from Taco Deli that are quick, easy, and delicious. However, every time i go into the store, the staff is very unfriendly and it smells like mildewed towels. I have gone multiple times thinking it was just an off morning, but it's consistently underwhelming.

Hugo M.

Yelp
Brigid is the Best barista ever!! Service and hospitality is just great. Coffee is amazing too.

Patricia C.

Yelp
Went here two weeks back and still thinking about the london fog that Brigid (I think that's her name) made me!! She was super personable and made me feel welcome. Great service.

Luz S.

Yelp
The staff here was so rude. The coffee was underwhelming and overpriced. It's one of this places that's looks better than what it is.

Hunter H.

Yelp
I love the staff here. I'm not a mega coffee drinker so I always ask for recommendations. Brigid was super patient while I asked a bunch of questions and made me an excellent drink. Highly recommend this place for a brew

Stephanie H.

Yelp
Best coffee in town! Roasted fresh every day! I can't go anywhere else for my coffee!

Brett F.

Yelp
Only got a cappuccino but it was fantastic - nice sweetness to it (pretty close to the sweetness you get with a grapefruit). Lots of nice toasty notes with no burnt flavors to speak of. Will definitely be going back to taste some of their other offerings - super cool they roast on site.
