"Drip Collective is less a coffee shop and more a fun West Loop gathering place where sneakerheads, artsy types, and people who like midday DJ sets fuel their caffeine addiction. Among the shelves of vinyl and pieces from local artists, streetwear-clad ube matcha sippers talk about the latest show they’ve seen or project they're working on. Come here to meet your future creative soulmate for your next collab while checking out the merch station in the back full of branded “drip.”" - nick allen, john ringor
"With framed posters from local artists, a designated DJ corner, a merch section, and chairs shaped like giant hands, this West Loop coffee shop looks like a mix between an art gallery and a creatives’ loft studio. They serve nutty spiced ube lattes, Ovaltine mochas, and a sweet and funky espresso drink with gochujang, five-spice, and sesame oil. Be sure to check out their social media for updates on their DJ sets, food pop-ups, and bring-your-own-vinyl sessions." - John Ringor
"The splashy second location of Side Practice Coffee and Four Letter Word is constantly hosting pop-ups and coffee events, sporting one of the most unique coffee lineups in town, with selections from all over the world. Customers really don’t know what to expect at Drip, with flavors like matcha, turon, and — yes — ube. Grab a seat at the counter and watch how true professionals work." - Ashok Selvam

You can also order a tasty breakfast sandwich or burrito from their resident food pop-up, Chubby Boys." - john ringor
"After years of popping up at bars and festivals, Chubby Boys established a morning residency at Drip Collective over the summer. The highlight is the breakfast sandwich, a thick block of egg served in a potato bun with bacon jam, kewpie mayo, a hashbrown, and slices of fresh jalapenos. Vegetarians won’t be disappointed by the chickpea chorizo burrito accompanied by a side of green salsa. This isn’t a traditional brunch meal, but it merits a stop for folks who are short on time." - Samantha Nelson, Eater Staff
