Great neighborhood spot with affordable prices, a good happy hour, and quality drinks. Not doing too much but a good spot if you want something that’s not quite a dive or a more fancy cocktail vibe.

Small, local 'dive' bar. Staff is friendly and inviting. Atmosphere is basic but warm. Food is limited small menu but tasty. Drinks are good. Not bad pricing either. Came for drag brunch. Had fun. Will definitely go back.

What a great, fun, relaxed, casual spot that’ll make you feel like you’re hanging out in the coolest den around. Great employees, delicious food, good music… and even though the drinks and East are inexpensive, it’s all done with care and an impressive to detail. One a date, with a group, or just out to make new friends, I highly recommend it!

Everything here was good drinks,ambiance, prices etc until it came to using the Touchtune Machine. My friend & I purchased a ton of credits and queued up music that I would consider safe to play or widely known with other patrons (People were dancing) and then all of sudden machine gets shut down completely and bartender tells us “Oh there was system malfunction” meanwhile, there was no issue before when the other few songs played. Well, more than likely happened was management wasn’t a fan of The genre of tunes and decided to override and shut it off on purpose. What’s the point of having the machine in there if you don’t want people paying and picking out songs?

I really like hanging out here and I want to give the service workers the benefit of the doubt but someone literally stole my food from the kitchen before it was delivered to my table and the bartender was like "this has happened three times in the past week." She refunded my order (from her tip money which felt wrong to take but I had paid cash) but by that time I was hungry and the kitchen had closed. Speaks more to the bad behavior of some of the guests I suppose. People just hang around and try to steal free food straight from the kitchen window I guess...? Some lowlifes hanging around.

I thought places like this went extinct in Bushwick years ago. Great place with genuine staff and no forced interactions. Great beer selection, drink specials, and a kitchen that’s open late hours. May I add their food selection is pretty great. Whether you’re there solo or with a friend, you’ll have a good time. Feels like a comfortable neighborhood bar in a rapidly changing neighborhood.

bartender was nice as hell - which is hard to come by in nyc tbh. the vibes were sooo cute. the bar really out did itself with a complete make over. they have tons of games, a strip pole, drag, burlesque, trivia, and tons of other stuff. there's so much to choose from. the drinks weren't so bad. i need to try more. i can say for certain it is such a cool vibe and the workers r super nice.

Came here yesterday on the way to have dinner with the family at Monkey King. AMAZING !!!! Upon entering I was greeted by the wonderful Cassie who delivered beyond exceptional client service. She made us feel super comfy & introduced the entire menu also filled me in w/ the tea. They haven't been open for too long & automatically have become a favorite for me and my princess donuts and good vibes are always a go for me. We enjoyed a nice non alcoholic beverage that quenched the thirst I also was super captivated by the speakeasy in the back greeted by Tambian ( Titi) she was a sweetheart. As I went into the speakeasy section even the bartenders gave a wave. If I didn't have my princess I would have definitely parked it lol the speakeasy part closes at 2 am the donut section closes at 10. What a brilliant idea !!!! Aesthetically the place is breathtaking feels like not NY VIBES LOL ....felt like we took a trip to another galaxy as we entered lol but def feels like Willyburg vibes. We have to come back to try the donuts and see what the speakeasy part feels like in the late evening. Grateful for the experience & the donut Zemira has as memories

I'm having a hard time with this star rating, but let's just call this a strong 3. I have to come to terms with the fact that my taste in bars might be a little bougie, and bougie, Dromedary Urban Tiki Bar is not (although to be fair they do not purport to be). The drinks, while fun, fell flat and were overly saccharine for my taste. What I can't deny is that they have all the charm of a dive bar serving tiki drinks, replete with christmas lights, outdoor seating, and pinball machines. They have a surprisingly robust food menu, with burgers, sandwiches, wings, and nachos, and plenty of vegan options. I got some nachos and a veggie burger and can't say I remember anything about the food here except that I didn't really want to finish it. I felt somewhat similarly about the drinks, but I was enjoying the company and the fun atmosphere of the place to care too much. The place was a bit empty on the Wednesday evening I visited, but I'd love to see it on a busy night where I can really see the charm of a karaoke tiki bar in full force.

I came here for a friend's birthday brunch. One or two other parties stopped in but otherwise, it was pretty much empty. Still, the drag queen host, Nancy No Good, made sure it was a fun and entertaining occasion for us. As members of our party came in, she asked for everyone's name and gave special attention to the birthday girl. She also made the show interactive and invited a few ladies on stage to practice their runway walks and embrace their inner drag spirits. For my first drink, I had the Colada. It was delicious. I am not a big root beer fan but that flavor was barely detectable. It had a nice winter spice mix while also being refreshing. The dehydrated pineapple garnish was a delicious added treat. They have a bottomless brunch special. For $45, you get unlimited mimosas and an entree. I liked that the mimosas were served in pitchers so you could pour a few drinks at a time and weren't reliant on the waitress to constantly refill your glass. However, one of our pitchers had a small plastic object in it which my friend almost drank so that was a bit off-putting. They had several flavors of mimosas. The peach was a little too sweet for me but I enjoyed the pineapple and guava. To eat I had the vegan chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy and had good texture. Overall the sandwich was a little dry so be sure to request a side of sauce. I enjoyed the truffle mayo and flamingo sauce. Their fries were unfortunately terrible. They were unseasoned, limp shoe string style. Overall, I'd recommend this place, especially for the drag brunch on Sundays.

This Tiki bar was very cute but the menu was not quite what I expected. I went for happy hour and ultimately had one drink because all of their HH drinks were frozen drinks. The Frozen Coffee Talk tasted like an expresso martini which was delicious. The bartender was attentive and welcomed me when I walked in.

I came here on a Sunday evening with a few friends for drinks and a quick bite. Ambience and decor is very typical We were brought here via Tippler NYC. But I was especially looking forward since I love Tiki Bars. I was looking forward to their Mt. Kilauka Colada, which was what we were supposed to try through Tippler NYC. The drink that we were given instead was something similar to a rum-based moscow mule. I wasn't particularly impressed with it. We also ordered their flamingo fries and their burgers. Their double hump cheeseburger was very satisfying and was super tasty. Their "flamingo" sauce reminds me of the In&out's animal style sauce. Also I got another cocktail which came in a shark tiki mug, which I thought was decent. Overall, good place for casual food and drinks. I would like to try their Colada on a different day. Their food menu looks really good. I would come back!

Good food even better drinks. A cute little bar located in Brooklyn. The staff is cool and the music is always a vibe. They even have Karaoke. I discovered this place thanks to the Tippler and come to like their cute and creative drinks.

Dromedary is equal parts eclectic, fun, good food and good drink, not to mention entertainment possibilities, of which there seem to be a lot. The drinks - appropriately named so it seems - are primarily of the "Tiki Ingredients" style, though you can get a few deviant cocktails here. The best ones come in seafood-related containers which might be presented with inflatable flamingos or sharks. As far as food goes, you can't go wrong with anything that has chicken cutlets in it, as those tend to be large and juicy. I think the staff are having as much fun as the customers here. Larger groups may have a tough time being seated together, as there are only so many places in the restaurant where a group of more than 6 can sit together. We did not ask for separate checks, but our waitress was glad to have us each review our orders at the counter to pay for our orders separately. They open at 2pm on Sunday afternoons, which is an appropriate time for those of us who may have stayed out a bit too long the previous night, are getting a later start to the day, and don't want to miss out... not that I'd have any experience with that sort of thing ... ;-)

I'm giving 2 stars because the drinks were good. But the decor is confusing with deer heads and tikis on the walls (plus a faux bear skin). The music was super niche emo/metal and NOT what I expected from a Tiki bar. I'm a big tiki bar girlie and have fave spots in Manhattan and DC but this place is NOT on my list. I will definitely not be coming back.

The cocktails here are amazing. Babs and Valentina are awesome. They're dog friendly. Just a really cool spot and such a chill vibe overall. Thanks for the good times. Looking forward to next time!

This is a very interesting unique bar in Bushwick. They have a drag show every Sunday and they have alot of specialty drinks. You can order a flamingo drink with a mini flamingo inflatable tube that they put the drink in. They also have a happy hour deal which is only $5 for a beer and a shot. It's a cool vibe and there's something for everybody here.

Súper nice bartenders, affordable drinks, terrible DJ. I went with a group of 5 friends and waited 2 hours for our songs to be played, we turned in the suggestions at the same time and and the DJ only played 2 songs out of the 5 we requested and when we asked her if there was an order she responded yes even though we waited 2 hours and there were people who sang more than once. Doesn't make sense that if we give 5 requests from 5 different people at the same time only 2 are played and the other requests just get lost. When we talked to her she was rude and told us to wait even though we were there since 10 and she played the 2 songs until like 12:50. The Dj said to my friend "you have to know me to play your song" which is 100% not fair The place is good but left with a bad experience so I wouldn't come back

Came here with a friend who was meeting her friend while here in town. We had just missed their happy hour, no biggy. I had the "Fuk Me Up Chicken Sandwich", it was REALLY good wish I had another one lol. It had the perfect amount of sauce on it. My friend and I shared a basket of shoe string fries as well. I don't remember the name of the drink I got, but I had two of them (seen in picture). The outdoor seating was pretty nice, the restaurant overall was very chill and had various options. Not from the area, but would recommend.

I came here with my sister a little after Christmas to have a few drinks before a concert nearby in Brooklyn. I had the glass moon which was the one with the egg white and she had the Mt. Kilauca Colada. The space was cute, but for it being a Saturday night they only had 1 bartender so they were a little understaffed so our drinks and order of fries took a really long time, we had to rush to get to the concert after.

Great tasting food! I got a good deal today with $5 off of my order between the hours of 2pm-6pm via Grubhub (Score) I took advantage to try out some foods that caught my interest. Dry rub wings, pulled pork and a double burger. I must say, it was all very good. I was not very happy with my side sauces but that's a minor complaint. The wings were perfect sauceless, I got the sauce on the side and I'm glad I did. The pulled pork with pineapple bbq side sauce was also good. Again, I'm glad I got the meat plain with sauce on the side. The double burger consist of small thick patties, juicy and well seasoned. I couldn't help but to be happy that they have poochie patties for your doggies! I love that they offer this and that they're pet friendly. Highly recommend! I will be dining in here soon.

This is such a cute lil tiki bar!! Im a huge rum snob and the selection they offer was really quite impressive and the drink list is great. The stand outs for me though had to be the food! The burgers were beyond incredible. Goat cheese and honey?? I'll take 5! Our bartender Seri was absolutely amazing and super nice to us even through all of my rum questions. She made me this this banana daiquiri that i'll be dreaming about for a long time to come. Cant wait to visit again soon!!

Stable neighborhood bar with good. They have fun events, and is owned by nice people. Pet friendly is always a huge plus.

There are areas in which as black person you may feel like ummmm am i the only black person i here? lets get into this tiki bar. The set up is fun. Your eyes are drawn to the two pinball machines, the huge chalk mural painting, the pink mini flamingos behind the bar that you are curious about. I arrived at 6pm and it wasnt packed. There was slim bartender with a horseshoe nose ring and she seem to be the only bartender, so i waited for bout 5 minutes. She never asked me if i wanted to order. Two men came after me and she quickly asked them. I took no offense and i decided to flag her and put a order in. I had a happy hour 8$ Mt. Kileau Colada and it tasted good and it looked good. I had the mango wings, OMG! Either i was starving or it tasted bomb, so i ordered a second round to verify lol The bar was now getting a lil crowd. I ordered a Frosty Flamingo and it tasted sooooooooo good. For 10$, I wouldve ordered two but i was over feeling ignored by this bartende. She legit took my order of wings and never came back to me. Communicated with others bout their food process. After 20 mins of waiting, I asked a male bartender about the wings i ordered 20 mins previously. He looked in the system and told me my food was given to the wrong person. I looked around and couldnt help but notice, I was still the only black person. Stephan, the male bartender was so kind and refilled my drink and in 5 minutes, i had my wings. I had lost my hunger over the nonsense, but i still demolish some of the wings lol They were good. The female bartender with the horseshoe nose ring never apologized. She didnt even come back to acknowledge me. I planned on spending more money, but decided to take my money elsewhere cause it was unacceptable. This place got three stars because Stephan was bomb, i was going to give it 2 but i didnt like how i was treated. The drinks were good and wings too. Just dont expect service if you are black and out of place lol Stephan maybe the only reason, i go back because i know its not the establishment!

New favorite place. Bushwick, you're killing me with all of these great options! I don't know who started the trend of bars that serve up killer vegan food, but I'm thrilled over it. Seems more likely that I'll be having my Brooklyn nights in this part of town. I've been TIki-obsessed for what seems my entire life. My mom would regale me with stories of her days at places like Hawaii Kai & Trader Vics in the 60s. I actually have her collection of vintage Tiki mugs. And now, it's a shared passion that I have with my guy, too. Our basement is in the process of becoming a Tiki room in fact. Our collection of mugs, both vintage and current, is legit, I think. Dromedary is just plain awesome. It's got the Tiki vibe down pat. It's a little divey, in a good way, but not when it comes to the drinks, which are unique adds to the scene, while still keeping within the traditional offerings. One way in which they stand out: their mugs are SO COOL! One drink is actually served in a Flamingo floatie. The Octopus glass is my favorite, sadly not for sale, but for a mere 7 dollars, you can buy the shark glass. These days, most of the glasses you buy at Tiki bars are upwards of 30 dollars. My drink: Mt. Kilauea Colada. Think: piña colada with ABSINTHE. I know, I know. Just when you think it can't get any better. This drink might be one of my favorite Tiki drinks of all time. Then there's the food menu. So many vegan options from burgers to loaded fries. Tiki drinks are strong and you're not going to get out of there standing if you don't eat, so food is much appreciated. I'm not saying I'd come here just to eat, as I'm not that into vegan junk food, but sometimes that just hits the spot so well. I ordered something that the bartender was kind enough to modify, the loaded fries, but without the sauce and onions. And instead of fries, tater tots. Ecstasy in my mouth. Our friendly bartender was perfectly unpretentious and approachable. If we lived in the area, I know we'd be regulars. It probably could get dangerous, between the intoxicating drinks and food... but that's OK. Dromedary is here for us when we are desperate for some Tiki decadence.

This place is one of my favorite go-to spots in NYC. Each time I come here I always want to come back. My first experience was pre-covid for my Birthday and this place had a fun vibe and my favorite kind of cocktails. Later on my roommate and I took to walking here a few times for to-go cocktails and burgers. I love the shoestring fries and their frosty flamingo cocktails. The Mt. Kilauea Colada is tasty and really can do a number on you if you aren't careful.

Staff were nice and not bad people at all so no strife with them, but if you want an uncomfortably cheapened caricatural display of indigenous culture surrounded by an interesting crowd of stiff folks... maybe this is a place for you..but personally not for me.

I ordered contactless delivery from here after a long week, and oh boy was it exactly what I needed. Their beyond burger with fried pickles was better than any vegetarian burger I've had. I also ordered a cocktail, as I had wanted to come here for drinks for a while. The colada was super strong and sweet (in a good way!) and came packaged really nicely and securely, they even included the crushed ice!

So the 1 star goes for the flamingos we got to keep for the flamingo cocktail. The cocktail was good. The service at the bar was shit. Took over 10 mins to try to get someone's attention for an order. ( 3 of us all tried several times without success at times) it wasn't super crowded either. We ordered the 3 tomahawk burgers. Wanted 2 mediums and 1 medium rare and was told they don't do temperatures. Burger was mediocre. Burger King has better burgers in my opinion. The side of onion rings were the frozen mushy kind. Not sure what was going on with the ac situation but we sweated thru our entire stay. No ac on a heatwave day was absolutely horrible. Really didn't even want to leave a tip but did my part as a customer and left the 20% unfortunately. Won't be back.

This spot is great. They always have been. The cocktails, the events and the food are exceptional.

This establishment is super legit. You can always have a good time here, whether it's watching a drag show or playing TouchTunes. The outside seating is plentiful, and their events cannot be beat, AND they are super dog friendly! To drink I personally recommend The Zombie (duh) and whatever the large flaming drink is as well. This is definitely the perfect place to chill for any occasion.

First of all- cool bar, very chill, but not too chill. There are cocktails that you can't make at home and pop up events that you don't want to miss. I've been lucky to catch Justine who bartends (but also is a yoga instructor who you abound but how) the past few times I've been in, and her service is above and beyond. If you want a night in bushwick that's not a dive bar, but not obnoxiously formal, this is the place.

Yeah. You are getting a well deserved 1 star rating. I have ordered from you a few times and visited the bar. I now know to expect late deliveries and shitty service but damn. 1. The burger isn't seasoned. I liked it and gave you a pass based on the fact that it MAY counteract with the toppings. 2. I came to your bar and the service was horrible. Do I come to the bar, do I wait for service? No attention or signs saying what to do so I flagged someone down. She helped but the bartender continued to ignore me as I let my food get cold. I was standing there and you still took the order from two men before me even though I was there first because I guess it's a rumor that men "tip better". 3. I ordered a burger today and requested and paid for egg and a 1lb of tots. I received no egg, a cold chewy burger and a small order of tots that is typically shared with others. Grubhub advised that you ***would not grant a refund for simply, the $1 missing egg and $7 tots***. I am charging it back to my bank and will use my $25 grubhub credit elsewhere. You suck!

I've been to this bar a few times and I find it to be really cool. I love the their drinks. This most recent time I went I saw that the drink menu had been updated with new cocktails to try. I tried to frosty flamingo and it was yummy. They also now have a full in house food menu with burgers, sandwiches, wings and fries. You place your order at the bar and you are given a number and the food is brought out to you. The atmosphere is very chill and laid back. There are a few seats outside.

They're one of the few bars open past 11 in the area which makes it nice if you wanna be out but not bar hopping. They have a walk up desk where you order and get your table outside assigned. You're only allowed inside to use the restroom and then then you need to check in at the desk first. They have a solid Bailey of drinks using gin, rum, vodka, etc. I ordered the spiked spiced cider and my boo got the glass moon. Both were yum and had a nice citrus kick. My only qualm is that the stereos were place on top of the windows, right above done if the tables and seats. We asked them to lower the music but you almost need rest plugs to sit on their patio.

The double decker tacos with the Seitan are delicious!! It's a chill atmosphere - they even have games! Photo tip - the bar photographs so well without flash.

So i came upon this tiki bar on my way. It has a beautiful scenery from the outside and inside. I ordered the chicken sandwich and buffalo wings. Everything was just perfect. My friend had the chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were amazing too. Now for the drinks. They were very different and the presentation was astounding. I had the spicy drink which wasnt so bad. It was on the strong side which is what i loved. 5 Stars for the win!

This is my favorite bar in bushwick. I've been here dozens of times by now and I've never left unhappy with my experience here. I love cocktails so the wide variety of fun and affordable things to try is great. The happy hour deals are nice with the daily daiquiri always hitting the spot. The food here while simple is always on point. I can recommend the nachos, flamingo fries, wings, and burgers.

Fries and burgers were amazing! Burgers were a little small so I'd definitely get a double patty next time. Prices were also good and loved the drinks! They also have a really cute patio area set up for outdoor seating.

I came here with a co-worker out of convenience and I must say we left surprised that we hadn't tried it before. The staff is friendly, the food was amazing and the drinks were perfectly balanced. The night we came they actually had a caberet show going on, which was very cool. They also seem to have shot tastings sometimes to encourage you to try new liquor vendors. I always like trying new stuff because you can end up really surprised sometimes. They do have quite a few edibles to help soak up your drinks and the fries are perfectly delicious. I will be back to try to again. Oh by the way, they do have happy hour.

So happy I finally made it to Dromedary! Chic space with creative cocktails and snacks. Perfect for a post concert drink. Who doesn't love a Tiki Bar that can achieve the right balance of fun and quality drinks? The space allows for a nice option of seats-long bar, indoor and outdoor seating. I enjoyed what sounded like a riot grrl playlist but I assume was the juke box. I love that they keep water out, necessity at a cocktail bar. Size of the crowd was perfect on a weeknight night to not have to wait long for a drink!

I can't praise this place enough. First of all their food is awesome. Great veggie options for us herbivores... the buffalo tots though?!?! my boyfriend also said their burger was great. Though I'm not one to leave many reviews, I had to shout them out because their customer service is outstanding. They showed us the utmost care & love. I will be back.

Every third Wednesday of the month they have a burlesque show FOR FREE that a beautiful red headed women produces. This month, I watched a woman rip her own bloody nipples off, I learned about blood, and I watched naked women roll around in blood for my sexy merriment. Thank you Dromedary. For your food, for your boobs, butts and beverages.

Awesome drinks and great Beyond burgers. To the uninitiated, their Flamingo sauce is essentially fry sauce/salsa rosada which is the best thing on earth. Right in between Myrtle Wyckoff and Knickerbocker with a ton of outdoor seating. Great staff and playlist and allegedly karaoke is coming back.

This place was so chill/cool.. the bartender with the blue hair was funny and really personable-- The drink specials alone will have me come back, the specialty drinks are good too!! I tried my sisters flamingo something or other-- The food was good, while drinking I smelled a waft of wings coming from table behind us so we ordered some and I asked for bread, since I got the Volcano sauce. They toasted a bun for me lol it was neat, now to the wings, proceed with caution with the Volcano sauce. They were bomb!! But my stomach is not having it today hahahaha. The cocomango my sister said needed more flavor; I think they just needed to toss them in a bit more sauce so they'd be wet. I love finding new places in Brooklyn before I move over there from queens. P.S. I got too lit off the beer/shot deal for $5 and forgot to snap the wings lol, they are good size wings and 50 cents on Thursday.

It's Memorial Day. There's only 1 bar staff on and the restaurant is so full. My friends and I waited 20 minutes minimum to order drinks and food twice. It's not the bartenders fault, I feel really bad for her. Who ever owns this bar clearly does not care about their business. You lost a lot of money today, I saw several people walk out and and leave. UPDATE: once we finally ordered the food, all the buns were cold. Only 5 out of 6 ppl at our table got their food. The guy dropping the food to our table was extremely rude. No apologies for how bad the service was. Also I saw this guy use the drinking water cooler to rinse off his hands.

No words for the amazing owner Michael, his brother Tommy, and the phenomenal staff. My wife and I decided that after being engaged for four years, that we were ready to get married. I'm good friends with the owner's brother, and we wanted to do a wedding in our own special way. That's when I thought about Dromedary. The chill vibe, exposed brick, and fun drinks were absolutely perfect for the kind of people we are. Nothing could have prepared me for the perfection that everybody at Dromedary brought to our special night. If you're thinking about having a place host an event, Dromedary IS. IT. They all went above and beyond for our wedding, and it came our better than we could have DREAMED of. Important: my absolute favorite thing about Dromedary is how welcoming it is. Everybody is welcome, and sadly that's important in this world that we live in now. Thank you so much to everybody at Dromedary for helping us have our kick ass, nontraditional, fun, laid back wedding.

Love this place!! Events are fun if you catch them, but drinks are great if you don't. It's NY, of course it's a bit pricey, but also not a dive bar. Love the atmosphere here and Naomi and Michael make it feel welcoming every time.

Normally I don't leave reviews because i don't care, but in this case, i felt it. The waitress or owner they call me and apologizing for delay my delivery food and refund me half price for the bill and in 6 years that I'm living in this country is just happened for the first time, great customers service, for not talking about the food, their hamburgers are AMAZING! Ah and last thing...

This bar is my definite Go To. I love the vibe. Its chill and welcoming. Ive been coming here since i moved to the area. What really got me to love this place is the wings and the colada. I think the Colada really hits the spot when you want to get a buzz. Its strong alright. A hint of sweet. And thats what i like when im just trying to feel good right away. So if you ever come here definitely ask for the Colada. The wings are not that bad. And then finally what i also really like, is that you can play games. They have a section in the back by the bar where you pick some games to play. This is where i get 3 things i love. Games, Drinks and Food. Plus it was the first place Me and my Boyfriend went to as friends to hangout. Haha "where it all began"
