Phenomenal donuts and phenomenal customer service. Phillip really helped us decide what donuts to pick from and they were all delicious! Definitely coming back again for more donuts and as an added plus it was all Halal so it truly made it better

Was my first time and went in today and ordered a dozen and it was ready in 5 minutes. Hard Worker named Robinson was extremely nice and friendly and explained how the donuts are made , and made them right in front of me. They looked so delicious and my uncle couldn’t have been happier with the donuts. I recommend this place 10/10 , and I will be coming back more now.

These donuts are fresh and delicious. I'll be back to try other flavors. Everything I've tried taste good. The staff is also friendly.

Robinson was the sweetest person, he greeted me as i walked in and took my order, not to mention he did my donuts quick and with perfection. couldn’t have asked for better customer service I love the customer service and food. 10/10 recommend for everyone to come and try. OMGGGGGG Kiara and Robinson were literally amazing!!!!!! Great service, the place was clean and customers were friendly. The atmosphere was great and they were so incredibly polite and sweet. I love coming to places and meeting people with amazing personalities! I visited the fresh meadows location and I’m COMING BACK!!!!!! 1000000/10 these guys were great! I ordered 3 times while I dined in. I Only got one pic of the donuts I didn’t eat. 🤣 Thx again!

The girls there were fabulous. They heard me on the phone and they made my drink delicious and my donuts delicious and we had a nice chat while they were making my drink and donut and I’m telling you they were so nice. Her name was Nyla and Kathy definitely recommend!! does not feel like a franchise feels more like a local donut shop and the coffee I had was delicious better than Starbucks

Let's talk about duckdonuts! My girls and I were in the mood for something sweet. Located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. So bright inside and full of colors. The service was top notch, my daughter and I had a fun convo with the two people who worked behind the counter and even though it started to get busy they still took the time out to engage with us. I will say I'm not a fan of the frosted covered donuts so the strawberry shortcake gets a 5 but that CINNAMON SUGAR OH MY LAWD! She may be a basic but she is absolutely delicious give me 75 thousand I give that donut a 10 for sure it melts in your mouth.

Better to check and ask instead of going based on the sign they have up. (Since they probably didn't remove it from before) Donuts were pretty good but a but costly but it's probably due to customized to order etc... Service rating was a bit low because workers seemed like they dont want to be there and not much interaction when donuts are customized. Also, note bring a bag or something since the box will be a bit messy from the glaze etc...

3/5 thin mints crunch donut- Made fresh to order right in front of you. Super sweet, but the softest, warmest donut I think I've ever had. Why do people still go to Dunkin' for donuts, when donuts like this exist? 3/5 M citrus mango pineapple refresher ($7.50) - Very sour, so much so that it you don't taste the mango or the pineapple. Decent otherwise. 3/5 M mocha frappe ($5) - This is by far the strongest mocha frappe I've ever had. It might be a bit too strong for people who aren't used to strong coffee.

Donuts DELICIOUS! Staff friendly & timely. Ambiance chill. Today's hits playing at a decent volume. What kept this from getting 5 stars is how absolutely gross the counter top space was in the seating area if you decide to stay & consume your order. Omg. Crumbs everywhere. Dirty napkins. Just looks like it wasn't wiped down not once all day & we were there late afternoon. That was disappointing. One thumb up.

Love these donuts! They are fresh and delicious. They have so much variety and they make the donuts fresh each time you order. The service is quick and you can order at the cashier or on the screen. It's a small place so not much space to sit inside.

Ordered on Grubhub and one of my items was missing and one was incorrect but despite all of the errors the donuts were delicious. They were warm and soft. The fact that you could customize your toppings and glaze is a nice touch. I can't wait to go and try other creations.

They have a wide variety of toppings and flavors which is nice and all the donuts are made fresh and hot. The only complaint I have is the size of the donuts is quite small for the price. But, they were a nice sweet treat and I would definitely come back.

This place is certainly a hidden gem. I've been in the area so many times and never noticed this lil donut shop until my niece said she wanted donuts and this place popped up on google lol. Great variety of donut flavors, and drinks. I was very surprised to see that the donuts were hot and fresh it was so delicious. I ordered 6 and they were devoured by my household before the night was up! I also ordered a vanilla latte, flavor was great just not enough expresso to keep me awake/ give me the boost I needed. However, I will definitely be coming back soon. Customer service was alright. Establishment was clean. There is some seating available. There's ample parking located in the same plaza with kohls and amc.

Kathy was super sweet and BABY she be bussing them donuts fast by herself. But they are cake batter donuts, and you choose your flavor of donut you would like to try. They have a menu of different choices. I am a donut lover, so to be honest, these were not my favorite ways of a donut. But if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the oreo donuts or any coffee flavors donut. The Cinnabon donut needs a redo. lol definitely was missing the key component brown sugar based with cream cheese frosting, not vanilla.

Guilty pleasure in the neighborhood located in the shopping plaza near Kohls. Donuts are made to order fresh and there's a variety of unique flavors to pick from. Great for big parties when you want to wow everyone.

I've been waiting for Duck Donut to arrive in Queens. Finally they landed in Fresh Meadow.... So off I go to Fresh Meadow! Decisions decisions.... One donut would be too little , 1/2 a dozen would be too much (especially at $18.50 for six). I tried three- Blueberry Pancake- my favorite Peanut butter & jelly - weak on flavor Sand Dollar- just ok Overall the donuts were ok. Not thrilled.

I am a huge donut fan so I was very excited to try this place. They have a kiosk to order your donuts and customize them as you please. The ones that caught my eye were the bacon maple syrup donut and the strawberry shortcake donut. The bacon donut was salty and sweet which was such a delicious combination. The strawberry donut was sweet and satisfying. The best part of the donuts is the texture of the dough. It does not feel super fried and oily, it is moist and warm. They are packaged very nicely in a box since they are given to you very fresh so it could get messy. Staff was friendly and store was tidy.

Some room for improvement but welcome addition to the area. First introduced to Duck Donuts when I visited Hershey Park a few years back, was super excited to see them open shop in NY. The best part was the that the menu variety was diverse in terms of flavors which looked very similar to my prior experience. The setup of the restaurant was clean and also provided an unobstructed assembly line view into how the donuts were made. Right off the assembly line it would be plucked for dressing, still warm and hot once you get them. It's great for young kids to see everything that goes into making a donut. That's where the similarities ended however. The unobstructed view is both good and bad, in this case the latter because all donuts seemed a bit more oily and the the oil was a bit closer to the dark side of needing to be replaced. Where the donuts landed after being fried also didn't allow for any drainage. This setup was present at the other locations I've been to so it just might have been the oil needing to be replaced. From my prior experiences efficiency which was a hallmark of the other locations I've been to but that wasn't the case here. Even with ordering ahead, there was a wait when picking up my order that seemed unnecessary. The ordering kiosk was very slow and the software kept restarting when I did go into the store to order. In one case I ended up ordering at the counter as a result. Hope this location gets better and looks and feels more like the other locations.

Freshly made donuts custom built to your wish! Can't say more especially coming out of the gym only two stores away, it's definitely a trap you don't wanna fall for everyday but you just can't pass by without breaking your neck at how good it smells! Quick service and pickup too.

What's not to love about this place? They make fresh donuts to order and have like a zillion different toppings to put in your donuts. Not cheap but worth it.

I am happy to have a duck donuts in a shopping center that I stop in often. It's easy to run in, order a tasty treat and go. When you enter you are greeted by the aroma of fresh donuts. You can either order with a cashier or on the kiosk. The options are limitless, from various flavors of frosting to toppings like fruity pebbles. There is something for every sweet tooth! The donuts are always made fresh; to order, and the staff have been friendly!

Who doesn't like a good donut? These donuts are okay. I prefer my donuts to be fluffier. These are a bit "cakier." Flavors were okay as well. WARNING - these are also pretty small in size as well. Not even 4" in diameter.

My husband and I were exploring the area when we came across this shopping center. Among the establishments, this donut store caught our attention. The store was decorated simply by cute. There were rubber ducks on the counter, and duck decals on the wall with sprinkles. The donuts are made fresh and iced to order. The same batter is used for all of the donuts; it's the icing that's different. We ordered one of the fan favorites which is Maple Bacon. I was so happy when one of the staff said the bacon is Turkey bacon. Our order was ready within a short amount of time. The donut was warm and sticky and gooey. I liked it, however, I thought it was a bit pricey for the size of the donut. Since we were in the area, we got to try these donuts. It might be a while before we visit again because it is far from where we live. I wonder if they will open more locations.

Great little spot we found walking to the movie theater next door. Fresh donuts to order and you put whatever you want on them! A new MUST GO when I'm in the area now. Wish they marketed more on social or something with a donut of the week maybe. Love the concept.

Duck Donut offers a free donut today because it's national donut day. It's my first time to try their donut. It seems like the place is quite popular. The batter they use is like pound cake so the donut taste different from regular ones. I like the idea of picking your own topping and flavor and you can see the staff "decorating" the donuts based on your order. That's so cool. The ambiance is cool too. The staff are nice and willing to offer the free donut to the customers. When I'm observing the process of the decoration, I can tell the staff is enjoying it.

A few parents at my daughter's school wanted to purchase a sweet treat for our teachers for teacher appreciation week. I called the store to inquire pricing of mini donuts. They (owner and manager) were so helpful in talking through what would be best for our order. Mini donuts are special order to be ordered in advance. I was able to choose different flavors for the four dozen mini donuts and a great price. The order was ready for pick up on time and a hit with the teachers! Staff were professional and the donuts are delicious! Highly recommend you pay a visit! I also purchased half a dozen full size donuts, delicious, especially when they are warm.

So excited about this New spot Food: I ordered the strawberry shortcake donut from the kiosk. It was fresh, hot (very!) and deliciously sweet. Be careful to not pick them up too soon with your hands as they are hot and a little soft and will fall apart. Ambiance: the set up works. It's a small space but there's. A line for kiosk orders and a regular line. Price: I paid $7 for 2 donuts. They are not very large and if not for freshness I would feel them to be a bit overpriced. Service: the workers were friendly. There were three total. I ordered from the kiosk so not much interaction until my order was ready. I was offered a napkin I wish I would have known I needed a knife and fork bc you can't pick up donuts while fresh. Also the box they handed me was dirty with syrup or batter and got all over my clothes. A little more care with packaging would be nice.

Who doesn't like warm fresh donuts? At Duck Donuts they are known for their made to order donuts. I visited their new location at Fresh Meadows to try them for myself. The menu has seasonal and fan favourite flavors or you can opt to customize your donuts. To customize your donuts, you start with their signature vanilla cake donut and then choose the coating (icing, glaze, sugar), topping (Oreos, bacon, sprinkles, etc.) and drizzle (marshmallow, fudge, etc). There are endless combinations that you can make. Such a smart marketing strategy that will have you keep coming back. Anyways, I got the half dozen donuts ($19) two of which I customized. I got the Bacon in the Sun, Blueberry Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar, Cappuccino, Chocolate with Peanuts and Vanilla with Oreos. The donut themselves were very light and airy. Not at all sweet. You get the sweetness from the toppings. I loved that all the donuts were freshly made and the wait wasn't very long. You can see them make your donuts in front of you. In addition to donuts they also make donut sundaes, donut breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Unfortunately they don't offer gluten free donuts. These donuts are really quite good albeit a tad more expensive that Dunkin or the likes. Still worth it IMO.

My boyfriend was extremely excited for Duck Donuts to open in Queens, so we had to try it. To get a good idea of the variety of options we bought a dozen donuts. You can see the donuts being freshly made and the staff putting the frosting and toppings on your order. Unpopular opinion seeing the other reviewed, but these donuts are not worth the hype. After taking a bite from each donut, they ended up tasting very similar and it did not make me want to eat more. They are more cake-like. My favorite was the strawberry shortcake though, and I found that the donuts tasted better if warmed up in the microwave for 8 seconds. Otherwise, they were mediocre. I would rather pay more for unique donuts that I have tried elsewhere.

Finally get to try duck donuts in the new location and everything is so fresh and good. I ordered 1 1/2 dozen. The lines are not that long right now. The service was great! I got the signature assortment. Dozen: a little over $30 depending on. What you get 1/2 dozen: a little over $20

Well said in other reviews - very soft customizable donuts that are a bit expensive but made fresh to order! Love the options for coffee, milkshakes and sundaes. Flavors are unique too! I had a PB&J donut and I loved it. Definitely unique from other donut options out here. Would come back! And I believe the bacon here is turkey bacon and halal!

Always love coming here. The fresh donuts are delicious. The donut sundae is really yummy also. Staff is very nice and it could get busy at times but they're always quick and kind imo.

The location was very clean and open. The people were friendly and easy to order. There's two ways to order, up front with a cashier or without on the side with the big tablet. The donut was freshly made, warm and delicious. For the price and size of doughnuts it felt like it was on the pricier side. But still good as it's fresh! Their chocolate milk shake was pretty good not super strong in chocolate taste but doesn't help to eat a blueberry doughnut before drinking the milkshake.

Great customer service. It wasn't busy around opening time on a Tuesday and my donuts were ready in 5 min. The donuts are super airy and soft when they are made. You have to eat it while it's fresh or else you're missing the point of this place. These fresh donuts are better than the stale ones at the fast food places. It's about $3.50 per donut. The dough is pretty much the same, just different toppings. If you are ordering bacon toppings you better eat that quickly to get the bacon crunch and flavor. It will not taste the same when it's cold. Sunrise 8/10 Maple bacon 7/10

Such naughty donuts!!! Be careful if you're on a diet cause this place will destroy you haha. The toppings were done so well because it's so sweet and decorative, and the donut itself is interestingly similar to cake batter! Definitely try this place out!!

Good news: this location has vegan donut options. Bad news: they only serve them by the dozen in boxes. Otherwise this is a solid location. Inside is clean and orderly and the staff is helpful!

Duck donuts have been on my list to try forever. I was in the area and saw they had a store and I went in to check it out. As soon as I walked in everything smelled amazing. I was immediately welcomed and greeted by the staff. I asked them to give me some time so I could check out the options. There were tons of different donut options and I liked that they separated some of the best sellers for exclusivity. OMG, there was sooo many yummy options but I finally chose two. I ordered the chocolate caramel crunch and the strawberry with sprinkles. Honey, I made amazing choices because those donuts were delicious. They were rich and not too thick. I had already said I would return to check out some other options but I might have to double back on my first order. Definitely check this place out!

Pillowy soft donuts that are customizable. They literally melted in my mouth. The bacon on the donut is my favorite part! Nice and savory. The maple bacon is definitely what I would personally go back to get. The staff was super patient with us when we were deciding on what donut we wanted and how to customize it. They made it look awesome too! Smells great at the shop. It was also really clean in there which made me feel relieved.

I decided to check out Duck Donuts after hearing rave reviews from a friend of mine. While the donuts themselves were decent, I must admit that the breakfast sandwich left much to be desired. The sausage was overcooked, and the donut crumbled as I took a bite, making quite a mess. However, I did enjoy the blueberry lemonade donut and the Maple bacon flavor. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to try it again, but it was a somewhat enjoyable experience.

Listen, I am not a huge sweets girl, let alone a donut girl.... but Ducks Donuts had your girl speechless, I barely even chewed !! It was my first time, so I only brought 2 donuts (French Toast & Maple Bacon?) and I'm so mad at myself for not getting more!!! The donuts were warm, soft with the right amount of sugar and not too sweet. The girl who prepared my donut for me also asked if it looked good, which I also liked. They also have free donuts to try while you wait. I live on the other side of Queens but I will 100000% be back and make sure to tell my friends and family!

I recently came here for their grand opening a few weeks ago and was absolutely amazed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the minute I walked in. I loved be able to see your donuts made right in front of you, with flawless dipping and powdering technique! I was fasting at the time so while I didn't try any myself, I purchased a box as a gift and the recipient really loved it. After devouring two donuts right before my eyes, they told me quote "these were the best donuts I've ever had!" Now that I'm no longer on a diet, I will be back asap and can't wait to devour a few myself.

Friend told me about the concept of duck donuts and when I got there, it was a bit of a disappointment. The donut making station should have been more visible for the staff if this is a selling point. The toppings were slightly congealed and not fresh, looking as the donuts were being dipped in. The various duck toys were using a different duck mascot than the actual mascot. The donuts themselves were okay, not worth the $3.50+ per price tag.

Had the peanut butter donut. The menu was already sticky when given to us. Making it unpleasant. The donut was warm making it kind of greasy tasting. It leaves sugar granular residue in your mouth. The place is nicely decorated for kids. I think this place is great for kids or if you have an extreme sweet tooth. Def too sweet for me as an adult and would not be going back.

$4.5 for a single donut in this economy?? I may never financially recover I decided to give Duck Donuts a try after seeing a lot of hype for this branch in particular among the Muslim community I like how this place has a kiosk but also takes orders over the counter as I am a kiosk girlie but also for the efficiency. Duck donuts has a variety of donuts and even offers the option to customize your donut, which is what I chose. I like the sheer amount of permutations you can make just from the glaze, toppings, and drizzle. I received a fresh donut and ate it on the spot. It was my first time having a hot donut and I very much enjoyed it. I usually avoid eating the icing on donuts but this one didn't taste as sickly sweet Nice donuts, wish they were more affordable or that there were more promotions

Who dosen't like donuts and there made to order so be patient !!! Dont start placing orders and leave and come back part of the experience is watching them create them for you and dont complain there to mych money because we are all guilty of paying for donuts someplace else (nameless) that sat around for hours there clean and helpful it can be overwhelming looking at the menu so agin take in the experience and try the maple beacon !!! Thank me later 10 stars !!

Excellent place for a freshly custom made donut. Choose what you please and they make it on the spot. It's an interesting, fun, and delicious experience.
