Duddell’s Hong Kong Airport

02 Nov 2025 Roast pork and duck rice Quite surprising the taste of the roast pork and the roast duck is actually good. And the sauce the put on the rice is also good. Didn't realize they were awarded Michelin Star. Their dim sum taste pretty standard. As a restaurant at the airport food court, considering is pretty good already. 😂 Usually, those airport foods taste pretty bad. Will try the restaurant at central when visiting Hongkong again.

Great place to eat at Hong Kong Airport Duddell’s is a nice spot to relax before a flight. The food is tasty and well presented, especially the dim sum, and the service is friendly and efficient. It feels calm and comfortable, a step above most airport restaurants. Definitely worth a stop if you have some time at HKIA.

I was recommended to try this as the last meal in Hong Kong before flying home. It is located at the Departure hall so you will need to clear immigration and security checks before you can access this. I ordered the roast goose with scallion chicken rice and a milk tea for myself, and got the roast pork to share. My parents shared the prawn egg hor fun, which took quite a while to cook. The food was decent but it also made me realised the difference in standards for roast goose, as I could taste a bit of the gaminess in the meat here. The skin for the roast pork was crispy, and the chicken tasted quite nice with the scallion oil. A good choice indeed to have some last flavours of Hong Kong before departing.

Don't just go for first restaurant, do walk around and you will find lots more variety of cuisine selections. Especially if you loved Hong Kong roasted meats then you must not missed this Duddell's roasted meat brand. In fact, they are michelin awarded, their roasted goose was the best you ever have. Price was not affordable but no doubt Airport high pricing is still acceptable if the foods is good and high quality. $162 per plate for 2 types meat selection. Portion was big, the roasted goose was delicious and with great flavours, even their roasted pork belly was amazingly juicy and delicious. Unfortunately the char-siew meats was not so flavourful, slightly lack of char-grilled flavours, although the meat is thick and chucky. It just requires slightly more time to grill out the marinated taste. With the local milk tea or beer, it was a unforgettable last meal before we leave the country. Not to forget, their beers is se price as the milk tea. Good news for beer lovers. Overall, I highly recommend all to try their foods especially roasted goose when you have sufficient time to enjoy these before your flight.

I first tried this shop back in 2016 nice to know they still serve the same good foot (with a differeng price now). Roast goose, roast pork and chari siu are at the top of my list.

June 2025 Happy to have a 24 hours DimSum restaurant available. Even though not spectacular flavorful and large menu selection, but happy to have this option during transit. Just a transaction experience. Make sure reviewing the menu offerings, combo meal with different DimSum selection is a good option for solo travelers. Thank you for opening for tourist.

A great taste of Hong Kong before leaving! This is my second time eating here before heading back to the States and it never disappoints. It’s quite pricey but so worth it. A bit hard to eat dim sum when there’s no one else to share it with so I ordered the bare minimum that can’t be missed.

I ordered the dudell's special shrimp dumling, pork and leek dumpling noodle soup, pork and mushroom beancurd skin roll, jasmine tea, and iced lemon tea. Our order took a while as we ordered at night but it was cuz the dim sum was freshly made. Absolutely crispy beancurd skin rolls, piping hot har gow. I really enjoyed the food. Tbh it was expensive, but since we were only connecting me and my mom thought it was worth it. P.S. try and figure out your orders before you reach the counter hehe
