Google
Stoppes here right before a concert, and it was all so good! Definitely worth the stop for the quality food at an affordable price. I would recommend the mushroom sauce, or the pesto!

Gabrielle Alegre

Google
Great first time at Due! I love seeing them make the freshly made pasta right when you walk in. I had the short rib ragu and the meat was so tender. Great choice for any non-dairy folks. We also got the bolognese topped with burrata for extra creaminess! The bucatini was fun to eat! Only thing that could use improvement is the focaccia. I would definitely come back

Alain Suarez

Google
All the options are consistently great, I recommend the mushroom sauce and adding some sausage. Atmosphere is relaxed and staff are friendly!

Rachel

Google
I went to Due Cucina and was disappointed as the pasta tasted like pre-frozen and reheated food, even though the owner clarified that it is made daily. For the price, I expected better quality and flavor, but it just didn’t deliver. It may have been an off day, but the taste did not reflect the freshness they are known for. Definitely not worth it based on this experience. Will not be back again!

Google
Our family eats here once a week. The staff is so friendly and my kiddo loves watching the pasta come out of the extruder. Food is so delicious and the price point is reasonable for the quality. Love that they use local flours for their pasta.

Google
Great selection of pastas and sauces. Order your choice of one of six pastas and one of about six sauces. The Bolognese was very good. I was disappointed that they didn't have chianti by the glass. The focaccia was good but the portion was tiny. Still, I'll go back.

I loved the food and service here. Parking is not so friendly and should be against a business. They do choose where they want to be located. Seattle is not parking friendly. Once we got to our location. The cashier was very helpful, food was so delicious. Pasta was super fresh and sauce was on par. One of our food item was off, the appetizers (Arancini), needed some salt or seasoning. My partner and I ordered two different dishes. I ordered Traditional Bolognese Ragù, he ordered Lasagna alla Bolognese, also had side salad and extra bread. They have a few option of pasta sauced and pasta options to mix and match. We left full, portions are perfect for us. We hope to visit again after the holidays and try another option of pasta dish.

Google
Cool concept! You decide which noodles and sauce you want and order at the counter and they call your name once it’s ready. For $12 per plate, it’s pretty decent pasta, definitely not the best I’ve had but was tasty. I really enjoyed the bruschetta! Lots of indoor seating, just strange the water dispenser is next to where the cashier is which is a little awkward to get to when people are trying to order. I’m excited to go back and try a different noodle/sauce combo!

Stephanie P.

Yelp
Had a great time here! Esteban and team were super friendly and helpful with the menu! We enjoyed our Bolognese, truffle mushroom, and pumpkin ravioli! The tiramisu desert was also amazing!! Will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Yelp
The food was so yummy! I ordered the mushroom and white truffle oil pasta. It was fun watching the pasta be made

Yelp
A favorite spot to my friend who takes Italian cuisine seriously, he invited me to join him here one evening. For me you can never really go wrong with Pasta. Due' Cucina I initially thought was a high-end dining restaurant and not to take anything away from them but there are other locations. Their Model is similar to that of a Chipotle where you customize your order - they type of pasta shell you want, even if you choose one of the enticing preset dishes, they have you alter it a bit to your liking. I got the short rib ragu, a favorite of mine at other Italian eateries I've been to. It has a nice tasting Chianti wine and tomato sauce as it's advertised. It's topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. I was a bit taken aback when I asked for more on top and when it came out and was told it would cost like an $3 extra. I ask why and the cook just said that it's 'high-quality' stuff and couldn't just be given freely. My friend and I laughed a little bit, I mean an extra little dusting of cheese is gonna cost me? Stop playing. So overall the pasta was good. A tad high, like many eateries around the city but at least it's decent. I'm sure I'll be back as my Italiano friend is a fan.

Yelp
TLDR; family-friendly (expect to see kids), great bang for buck I loved seeing how family-friendly this establishment is. I saw at least 8 groups with kids during my time there. And, the dishes are affordable. Will this be the best Italian food you've had in your life? Probably not. But, the food was good enough and we were able to order quite a spread for little over $70 after tip. This included: 2 croquettes & eggplant dish as appetizers, 2 pasta dishes, and the porchetta sandwich. We recommend getting pesto sauce on the side to dip the sandwich in (it's not an option - we specially requested it from the staff). Between the aglio & olio and the carbonara, the carbonara is way better. Especially with the burrata add-on. We really enjoyed the eggplant, olive, & veggie cold salad too. The croquette was our favorite - it had a nice crunch and the tomato flavor in the rice really complemented the cheese. We shared one negroni (I was pleasantly surprised that they had alcohol too!) It seemed strong because it was so bitter, but it didn't result in the kick I was expecting. Not a bad thing, tbh. Unless that's your goal - in which case maybe try a different beverage. Lastly, they have 2 gender neutral restrooms which are sizable, and one of them has a diaper changing station inside. Really appreciate the accessibility and family friendliness of this place. The staff also greeted us warmly when we arrived and let us know they were open to any questions we might have. Would absolutely come back another time. :)

Yelp
I stopped to pick up dinner for myself last night. It was early, about 4pm, so I figured I wouldn't have a long wait and there wouldn't be a lot of diners at the moment so the food would be fresh. I walked in and there was only one other customer who was ordering at a tablet. I asked for my food but the staff member was confused and said it wasn't ready. I looked up and saw the screen that showed my food was ready. Verified the order number and took my food. Salad was salad. Nothing to write home about this salad. It wasn't super exciting. I got the "rice/cheese" appetizer. It was ...rice molded into a roll and deep fried, with cheese in the middle. It wasn't the "stretchy cheese" experience touted on the menu. Also, it was dry and somewhat tasteless. The pasta. I ordered the pork cheek pasta with bucatini pasta. I normally love bucatini pasta because when you cook it in a sauce after boiling them, they usually pick up the sauce like little pasta straws. This did not. The pork cheek was delicious, the pasta was just ok. The sauce is tart and sweet but doesn't meld together with a rich flavor that Italian red sauces are known for. The water in the bucatini made the sauce worse. I had hoped for a really good pasta spot while I work in the area but I'm simply not going to get that from Due Cucina. I may try again based on reviews, just to see if it was a bad day for staff. But what I see in the menu versus what I'm served aren't quite matching up.

Yelp
Someone compared this place to Grassa in Oregon. They were way off. This place isn't someone I'd suggest going to for Italian food. It's fast food. You go up and order like at Chipotle and then they call your name. Small portions as well.

Alison B.

Yelp
Casual Italian spot with homemade pasta. You order and pay at the counter. You can pick your pasta and sauce then they call your babe to pick it up. They serve wine, beer and cocktails. Very similar to Grassa in Portland except pricier (everything in Seattle is). My dish was tasty and seemed like a popular spot.

Olystacy B.

Yelp
My co-worker and I stopped in here for lunch based on reviews on Yelp. Yelp did not disappoint. This place is absolutely FABULOUS. They make their own pasta on site and you can definitely tell the difference. It was delicious. There are a lot of options on the menu, and you get to pick what pasta you want in your dish. I had a truffle mushroom pasta dish that was OUT OF THIS WORLD good. I can eat a lot, and I couldn't finish my lunch. The portion sizes are reasonable for the price. They lose a star as they don't have diet soda to order and your lunch doesn't come with a slice of bread, you have to pay extra for it. Pasta should always come with a roll or piece of bread for scooping the last of your pasta/sauce, imo. Seating was plentiful, the restaurant was clean (but chilly so bring a jacket), and parking can be found on the side streets near the restaurant. I would definitely stop by here for lunch again.

Alan Z.

Yelp
Overall this place is reliable and has good pasta. I tend to come after work and it's never super busy so ordering is quick. It's mostly self service and you need to clean up after yourself. However the prices are decent and the place is clean. I've been at least 6 times by now and have ordered most of the pastas that I've been interested in. Will probably update the review once I get to all of them. Overall the texture of the pasta is great. They use fresh pasta so it's definitely chewier than the pasta that you get from stores. I also tend to get the sourdough bread on the side since I like bread. Traditional Bolognese Ragù - My go to order. It's flavorful and is exactly what I want in a pasta. Has a decent amount of meat and isn't too oily. Smoked Salmon - Just okay, I thought it was too salty overall and didn't really stand out compared to their other stuff. Pomodoro - pretty good but not as filling as the others so I only order this when I'm not that hungry Short Ribs Ragu - my second favorite after the ragu. The meat is good and it's not too salty. I've only gotten the side salad once since I wanted to try it but it was not that good. The salad didn't seem very fresh and it didn't really stand out. I've also gotten the Arancini and it's decent but not really my thing. Something just tastes off about it and I can't tell what it is.

Yelp
Service at any Due' Cucina is usually a delight, the same goes here for the one in Roosevelt. Good pasta is hard to get cheap in the city (maybe I'm not looking hard enough) but going here is always a good fix. You can tell the pasta is fresh, the chew of it was perfect. I got the short rib ragu and honestly it was a bit under-salted but luckily they have easy to grab salt packets /red pepper flakes / black pepper near the utensils. The portions are deceivingly large. Every time I come to a Due' Cucina I think that my dish will not be enough but it usually is (I recommend getting a side of burrata and sourdough toast too in case you are a real eater). When I went, I saw multiple people on a date. Since the vibe here is like a classier Mod Pizza but for pasta, for someone in your twenties, this is probably a great place to take someone out (especially if you want to save money).

Samantha G.

Yelp
Due is always a reliable option when my pasta cravings arise. I love that the location is kitty corner from the Roosevelt Link Light Rail, which makes it super convenient for those that roll car-free in the city. Ordering is straight forward: Choose your sauce, pasta, and add-ons. My go to is their Bolognese with bucatini. I love the texture of the bucatini and the Bolognese is so comforting, especially when sprinkled with chili flakes. I normally don't order any add-ons as this is more than enough food to fill me up. I have tried the short rib ragu, mushroom & white truffle oil and smoked salmon options. While those are tasty, it's tough for me to deviate from my usual Bolognese. There's plenty of seating and I appreciate the laid back vibe of Due, as I often dine here solo.

Josh C.

Yelp
Great simple menu. Solid pasta. Feels authentic. I was still a little hungry after though. Dropped a singular pasta in my water on accident. Still great experience.

Marissa R.

Yelp
Stopped here for a quick lunch during a trip to Seattle and was pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted pretty fresh and flavorful. The pasta was cooked perfectly and honestly it was great for the price. I sat on the patio as the weather was nice. Service was friendly too. They also had some cute merch but I didn't have enough room in my carry on. Maybe next time!

Naomi J.

Yelp
I was expecting this chain to be "good Italian food" to the extent that Chipotle is "good Mexican food", but this was better than I expected! The ravioli (4/5 stars) was actually al dente and was delicious, the Burrata (3/5 stars) was good but not particularly noteworthy or impressive. Service (5/5 stars) was fast and servers were kind. The ambiance (5/5 stars) was "fast casual" where you order on a tablet and the food is brought out to you. I was disappointed to see the "good" food safety writing and a little uncomfortable to see they hung the sign so low on the front door - it seemed a little deceitful.

Jordan O.

Yelp
Finally got around to trying Due. It always seemed to me to be a "fast Pasta" place. Like chipotle but with pasta. I was so wrong. Food was amazing. And I mean amazing. We've eaten pasta at a bunch of local spots, Tavolata, il Nido, San Fermo, list. THIS place, shockingly either goes toe to toe or BEATS the pasta I've had at these "fancier" Italian restaurants. We enjoyed our food so much and it was a really good value for the price. The person who took our order was really nice and explained the menu to us. It was a beautiful day so sitting outside was a really nice vibe. Just hoping the other locations have the same quality cause we'll definitely be trying them. Why 4 stars? Only con was beer options and wine by the glass options were super limited. Really only about a half star off in my opinion.

Richie D.

Yelp
I came here a while back, and Due'Cucina is a place I recommend if you are interested in a fast-casual Italian restaurant. The restaurant was laid back and had plenty of seating. It was also my first time here, and the cashier was patient with me throughout the ordering process. I ordered the Bucatini with the Kale Pesto sauce, adding fried tofu and the ghost chili oil. The presentation of the meal turned out nice. Flavor-wise, it was what I expected, and the Bucatini was made to perfection. The ghost chili oil added a slight kick, but I wish it were more spicier. The food was great and I would love to comeback to try the other sauces.

Britney Z.

Yelp
A great pasta spot right near the link spot! If you've been to Los Angeles, this place reminds me of Pasta Sisters from LA. You can pick a style of pasta, and pick the type of noodle you want to accompany it. I got the carbonara with the recommended noodle by the staff for this type of pasta and it was delicious! We also got the lasagna, and it was crispy and yummy but a bit small. The tiramisu was also delicious. The service is great, and the staff there are very open to answering any questions. Overall, I had a great experience here and love the customizable concept of this restaurant!

Gaby C.

Yelp
I really liked the flavor and quality of my food, but my boyfriend said that the portion was too small for the price.

Liz W.

Yelp
This review is from a person with celiac disease: I just came here to check it out and ask about the gluten free pasta. They have gluten free pasta, but it is NOT safe to eat if you have celiac or an allergy. They informed me they cook all the pasta in the same water. Consider all pasta here to be glutinous. I will be very happy to come back if they decide to buy a pot just for gf pasta! The food looks delicious. EDIT to respond to the business' comment: I'm really not sure why the restaurant even advertises gluten free pasta if it is so clearly not gluten free. Or why not also clearly mark in the signage that it is 100% very contaminated??? A very confusing business decision that makes me feel like they don't understand why people would need to order gluten free to begin with.

Ken B.

Yelp
Forget the fu fu. This is just simple dammed good food. Home made pasta. Total happiness

Alice Z.

Yelp
overall (4/5): I was in the area so I decided to come back and try it again, and this time the pasta is hot and well cooked. food (4/5) I got the mushroom truffle oil pasta with the sausage, and it was delicious! it was very creamy, and the truffle flavor was strong. the serving is pretty big too. my only complaint is that it was slightly too salty. service (5/5): the pasta came out quickly! I went in the afternoon after peak hour. ambiance (5/5): very spacious and has wifi too!

Chauncey B.

Yelp
They made up for this and the owner messaged privately. The food is great, that one experience just needed to be corrected. Thank you.

Kiry K.

Yelp
I was able to stop in and enjoy a Traditional Bolognese with classic spaghetti noodles and a poached egg. The flavor experience awesome! I was able to top it off with their Tiramisu which looked beautifully crafted. The taste was out of this world! I would recommend this dessert if you love Tiramisu! I made an adventure to this location and I was not disappointed! I would come back!

Anna M.

Yelp
I appreciate that there's no upcharge for their gluten free option, and it's pretty decent quality. Seems like with gf pastas, you either get ricey mush or grainy solidified sand and these guys lean more on the grainy side. Sauce is great quality. Portions are okay - honestly, the cost is a little prohibitive for what you get. This is just my experience, but service was quite brash and made me feel like I wasn't meant to be there. I understand how having stressful days in food service can be, though. All of that being said, I think I'd rather buy and cook my own gf pasta/sauce/toppings or try out other places. I appreciate the concept of this place and encourage you to check it out, especially if you don't have many dietary restrictions.

Tamar B.

Yelp
The food was underwhelming, I was expecting more after reading reviews. I was so excited for homemade gluten free pasta, but it tasted grainy and had a mushy texture. Boxed gluten free pasta is much better! The gluten eaters told me the pasta was okay, but not on par with other fresh pastas they'd had. The eggplant parmigiana was a bright spot, gluten free and delicious, I would go back just for that dish.

Generous Y.

Yelp
I love Due Cucina and often frequent the other locations, but had the chance to stop by here. Most dishes were as I expected but I was not a big fan of the carbonara here, super oily. Every other pasta base was terrific though. Pomodoro with Creste Di Gallo - the type of pasta is very unique as it feels like two pasta types in one. The al dente shifts throughout as the outer ribbon and inner macaroni have different textures, but this is a very engaging attribute. Pomodoro was a rich tomato red sauce, a very safe sauce that pairs well with most pastas. Carbonara with Bucatini, Poached Egg, and Pork Sausage - the bucatini was great, perfect firmness, but the carbonara was overly oily. Much greasier and buttery than expected and much different than what I'm familiar with. Looking at the picture, you can see the dark pool of oil underneath. The bucatini was swimming in the oil and I expected a little oil rather than a pool. Pork sausage was great, poached egg was a bit underwhelming especially at the price point. Duck Ragu with Bucatini and Crunchy Tofu - again, bucatini was great and had the perfect texture. Crunchy tofu has become one of my favorite additions for the texture and crispiness. My first time trying the Duck Ragu at any Due Cucina and I loved it. Rich flavor with good sized pieces of duck that uplift the pasta.

Vera S.

Yelp
Overcooked pasta + cold sauce without Ragu Chianti flavor. Not worth the price. Disappointing experience maybe due to not enough staff checking that orders are prepared carefully and serve without overcooking pasta or under heating sauce.

Maggie W.

Yelp
My boyfriend lives close by to here, so we opted to order out since he was working from home. I'm not a big fan of parmesan, and the worker informed me that the braised beef ragu was able to be made without parmesan cheese! Unfortunately, he forgot to put in my request. But no worries! He had a new one made for me and allowed me to keep the one that was contaminated, haha. It's pretty convenient to grab since we're a quick walk down the street from this location, but I'm personally not a really big fan of Italian food. Nonetheless, service is quick and the workers were very friendly when I told them I was out of town. There wasn't anyone else inside so we managed to make small talk about traveling and what to see in Seattle. I left with a good impression of this location in particular!

Jason L.

Yelp
This Italian place is the spot for some quick cheap grab!!! But sometimes it can be a hit or miss. I came here twice already tried two different type of pasta. The mushroom truffle and the duck one. The mushroom truffle one was by far my favorite as for the duck. It is alright but its worth a try. Sometimes the mushroom sauce can be a little too salty and that is not good. My friend order that the second time I went there. It was hella salty haha. Ngl... he didn't finish it so I helped him but even for me. I'm pretty heavy on sodium but that day it was nah... Overall, good place to try it out. They have many type of fresh pasta made and different unique dishes!

Han H.

Yelp
My go to, so good! Love the mushroom truffle pasta and the many pasta options. Think of it as the chipotle of pastas

Ce B.

Yelp
Food tastes amazing! I had the lasagna and it was spectacular. The food was a bit pricey and the customer service could improve a bit, but other than that I recommend coming here! -Christian Approved

Jefferson C.

Yelp
I live across the street so it's hard to say if I would go out of my way to eat this place but the actual food itself is pretty good. I order the short rib ragu which is fucking chefs kiss. I order the salmon one for my gf for when she goes to work and she love it. The carbonara with pork cheek is very good too. I can tell all the pasta is freshly made that day I can even see them doing it in the morning as I drive by (or that's what it looks like). I will say the staff is amazing. There's this one guy I know who knows my name and when I come in her just hands me my bag without having me wait. Idk his name but just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff they're great. Food is a lil expensive for the portions you get which is why 4/5 but if you're feeling lazy and want some pasta you can't go wrong here!

Josh P.

Yelp
Pastas are so fresh and vibrant. The whole concept is so humble with their food speaking for their reputation. Highly recommend their cacio e pepe and bolognese

Autumn L.

Yelp
This place is great if you want Italian food that is quick and casual but still feels a little fancy! I love that you can choose the sauce, pasta type, and add-ons to customize your own dish. All the dishes are around $11-13, so it's pretty affordable. You order by the counter or kiosk, seat and fetch water yourself, pick up your plate by the kitchen when they call your name, and bus your own dishes when you're done. I got the amatriciana bucatini, and I loved the salty chewiness of their homemade guanciale. This is a super simple way to enjoy some yummy pasta, I want to come back to try the duck ragu next time!

Stephanie C.

Yelp
I come here about twice a week, for my partner's sake. He loves the place, says it's cheap and has consistently good quality. I personally do not love the pasta here; it always seem undercooked (it's intentional). What is a carbonara when it isn't creamy? How does their ravioli taste any different than store bought? I wouldn't call it cheap either; it's fair pricing at $13-16 per meal. But it CAN get addicting. You just end up thinking about it for days. Their eggplant though, is really to die for... when they don't burn it. Fast service. Pasta is usually ready under 5 mins. A nice viewing area of Roosevelt station. Only gets busy after work hours.

Christina W.

Yelp
I always have a great experience here! I absolutely love this place. I've dined here many times over the years. The service workers are kind, helpful, caring, and quick. The quality is great for the price. I took away mushroom pasta- which is a MUST TRY for people new here. I've tried several pastas and never been disappointed. Great place for some quick and yummy pasta, big groups or small.

Wendy K.

Yelp
I had been wanting to visit one of the Due' Cucinas foe awhile. Visited a jobsite fir work and one of my friends suggested the Roosevelt location. First off the staff was very friendly and patient as we all took awhile to decide what we wanted thank goodness they have order stations as well as a checker. It wasn't too busy when went which was nice. There were five of us I like that there are many veggies options I'm not vegetarian but often don't feed like having meat since pasta is a little heavier. iIt's nice than you can add protein for additional price. I had the Cacio & Pepe with Classic Casarecce the description reminded me of a dish in Italy but more cheesy. The pasta is perfectly cooked al dente which is impressive. I also added a side salad the dressing was nice and light, fresh and just the right amount of cheese. Others ordered a spinach ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, Kids sauce with sausage on Casarecca, and Bolognese with sausage on Campanelle. Everyone enjoyed their meals, very generous servings. We also shared a -caprese bruschetta, again very fresh ingredients instead of fresh basil it has a pesto spread olive oil, balsamic with yellow and red tomatoes. We also shared some desserts. The tiramisu and Torta Della Nonna. The tiramisu was definitely everyone's favorite nice strong coffee flavor and is served in a latte cup very cute presentation. The other dessert says. vanilla scented custard filling but seemed more cake texture and not much lemon seemed present. I like how they tubs for self busing are clearly marked as well as their compost, recycle and garbage bins. Definitely look forward to returning and trying other items on the menu.

Oopey O.

Yelp
Homemade pasta, organic ingredients and a build your own concept. Perfect for a nice meal in a casual environment. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Hucky K.

Yelp
Pros: clean open kitchen, welcoming environment, plenty seating, easy to order, I enjoyed both pastas my partner and I ordered today :) Cons: I really love fettuccini, but it's not an option. I suspect parking is a hassle (We walked here.)

Katie N.

Yelp
Great place for upscale pasta at a reasonable price. Easy eats, wine, and you can watch them make pasta! I love it when I'm just craving some no fuss Italian

Tammy E.

Yelp
Yay! A new Italian gem in the neighborhood! I'm so excited they have a location on this side of town as there used to be some great pasta options in the area that are no longer around. I don't know if they are part of the chain of similarly named Italian restaurants but the menu items look the same and the quality is the same that I've come to enjoy. I was super hungry one day at lunch and was happy to find this place on the UE app. I couldn't decide between the delicious options on the menu so I ordered two items and ate some of each. The cacio e pepe was pretty standard - so yummy, simple, and arrived fresh and hot. The mushroom agnolotti (probably misspelled that) was my absolute favorite. The savory light sauce and cheese on this dish is making my mouth water just thinking about it. The serving sizes were very generous and I ate three meals from this order. I look forward to trying out other items on this menu in the future.

David L.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to get pasta in the Seattle area because of how they handmade the noodles and the taste! It kind of feels like the Chipotle for pasta since it comes out so quick, the noodles are made in house, and how good the taste is. I got the smoked salmon, but tried a little bit of everything my friends got and it was all really good! There's multiple locations in the greater Seattle area and they're all great in my experience. Food I got the smoked salmon pasta and I would highly recommend it! There is a good amount of salmon chunks in it and the sauce for the dish was pretty good as well. You order on the iPad at the front and are able to add customizations to it (ie what kind of noodle) and I really like that about this restaurant. My friends orders the amatriciana, mushroom and white truffle oil, and bruschetta and they were all really good as well. Atmosphere Very casual place for Italian food. Everything is self service from ordering to busing your tables. Interior looks modern and not what I would typically expect from an Italian food place. Pricing A little bit pricey than what I would have expected but the taste is good and the noodles are handmade and fresh. Not as pricey as getting pasta from a nice restaurant. Service  Everything is self service. Workers there seemed friendly but you never really interact with them. Other Street parking in the area but might be paid depending where you look.

Yelp
We had a lovely time here on a Sunday night! Really nice quality, delicious dishes out quick, casual and easy. This location is large with plenty of seating options and is well lit and also has a kiosk option where you can order any number of customized dishes. I got the Smoked salmon pasta and the bf got a Bolognese Ragu, we also got a side salad and a jones soda. You can choose from a number of interesting pastas I got their Creste do Gallo (Named for the "crest of a rooster" but I also kind of think they look like baby stegosaurus haha) and bf got Bucatini which are thick spaghetti noodles slightly hollow like a straw. The smoked salmon pasta was delicious and included pine nuts and capers- it's on the more reasonably priced side by having only some smoked salmon in there, but I think they hit a good balance. The bolognese was great too and had a little kick of spice. The salad was simple and fresh. Service was helpful and friendly, and they're open until like 9pm which is surprising for the area, we'll for sure be back!

Yelp
I miss Il Corvo and sometimes it's a royal pain to get to Pasta Casalinga at Pike Place Market. However, if parking karma works I've enjoyed Due' Cucina Italiana on Capitol Hill. However, the pandemic happened, takeout was a hit or miss and started to be disappointing. New spots opened over in Kirkland/Totem Lake and also Seattle/Roosevelt at 12th/65th diagonal from the new light rail station. I've stopped in twice at the Roosevelt site and have had no issue finding street parking 8/20/21 and 10/3/21. Bright and bigger than the original Capitol Hill site on Broadway. There are self serve ordering kiosks, overhead menus, but also very helpful staff to assist especially if it's your first visit. It is also fun to watch fresh pasta being made onsite. There are table and counter seating available. They also do a brisk takeout. Just make sure to bus your table afterwards. Different pastas, sauces, additions - all customized to your liking. Thankfully, the preparation has been expedient and improved. Dessert wise, I have enjoyed their tiramisu. The tiramisu has been consistent whether you get it via takeout or indulge onsite. There are two other Italian spots north and south of Due' along Roosevelt. Advantages with Due' are great value, their items are tasty onsite and travel well as takeout, also proximate to the retail core, park and ride, bus lines, and now the new light rail station.

Yelp
Prices are seriously great for what you get. Fresh pasta with amazing flavors of your choice! Great service each time I've gone and a spot to return to for me and my wife many times.

Yelp
Got the truffle oil mushroom sauce with bucatini pasta! I come here at least once a month. Good food for a good price.

Yelp
Delicious, quick and affordable for a somewhat gourmet meal. I had a huge carb craving but I didn't want to have to go somewhere "fancy" for food. Loved their mushroom truffle pasta. I thought it was cool to order and pay on their pad system. I just hoped there would be more protein options. Otherwise, I'm very much looking forward to going back.

Yelp
Nice restaurant with a chill atmosphere;) I tried the second one on the menu and it's pretty great, will come next time.

Yelp
We were traveling in the Seattle area and wanted a place where we could meet friends/family and still have vegan options. The atmosphere is casual and the food is delicious. All freshly made pasta and a "build your own" style to pick pasta, sauce, and protein. I opted for an eggplant parmesan which is not the usual heavily breaded patty but instead is a lovely dish of layered eggplant, cheese, and breadcrumbs. My fellow diners each found a favorite combination including one with kale. There is a fried tofu option for vegans to add a little protein to the meal.
