London’s New Restaurant Openings - London - The Infatuation

"How many smashburgers can one team continue to eat? We’re about to find out. Dumbo is a Parisian import and this Shoreditch location marks their first opening in London. If it’s possible for a smashburger place to look cool, almost classy, then these guys—all minimalist design and arty nugget dip videos on their social channels—do." - sinead cranna, rianne shlebak

Are These London Restaurants Worth The Hype? - London - The Infatuation

"The Verdict: Dumbo is a Paris import whose crisp-edged burgers don’t warrant the frenzy. Stroll past Dumbo at 6pm and you’ll have to dodge gaggles of Asahi-drinkers to get to the zebra crossing on Bethnal Green Road. But despite the crowd permanently gathered outside, the smashburgers are just fine, if a little dry, and the potato-roll-meets-brioche-bun doesn’t hold up well. The crunchy, peppery nuggets and perfect fries are actually our favourite thing here. And standing with a crowd of people who make jorts look good, plus one confused dad with his son, is the most fun we’ve had queuing in London." - sinead cranna, rianne shlebak, jake missing, heidi lauth beasley

The most amazing burgers I have tried, the balance of the fluffy bread and the pickles inside with the smash patties were amazing. The fries on the other hand were a bit cold and not crunchy enough. The wait was also quiet long considering its a trendy place but all and all a good find. I would definitely come again on my next travel.

Visited in September, Amazing classic burger and amazing fries, I can’t get over them! The place is only take away and no dinning place. I loved that the order came out very quickly and they are very professional, they know how to make a good burger

Not a big fan of smashed burgers, but this one was really good. Tried both the cheeseburger and the vegetarian Earth burger. Both were good, although a bit too cheesy for my taste. Was particularly surprised & satisfied with the vegetarian patty which tasted amazing, better than the meat version in my view. Prices are fair. Meat tastes fresh. Fries are super-crispy. Definitely must-try if you are into smashed burgers.

As an American and self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, I can attest that this was a fantastic burger. Well worth the price and short wait in line upon the storefront opening at 19:00. Quick service and most people go to the nearby square/fountain to enjoy their meal. Worth the hype in my opinion.

This is one of the best burger spots in Paris! For a smash burger everything is super good: the buns, the veggies and the cheese. What makes it another level is their homemade sauce, so so good. Also, the fries are so GOOD. You can see that they have a different technique compared to other spots and, honestly, it pays off. The vegetarian option amazed me and it was one of the best vegetarian burgers I had in a while. The only downside is the place itself: the Pigalle spot is only take out and it takes at least 15 minutes to be ready (the queues are huge on fridays and weekends) and the Marais spot is small. Better cause you have the possibility to sit, but its small and they only have stools, no chairs. Also pretty busy at nights as well.

Great burger! Dumbo really delivers on quality and flavor. The patty was juicy, the bun was fresh, and the whole thing was perfectly put together. Simple, tasty, and satisfying. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a solid burger!

One of the best burgers in Paris! I was a little skeptical because of all the hype on TikTok, but definitely worth it. I would only ask for more sauce for the fries next time!

I went with some fried and we all had cheeseburgers and I like highly recommend, the burgers were very flavorful and not too oily, as well as the fries being very delicious! We went late at night and it was quite crowded and nice. My only real complaint is there were only stools to sit on and no tables. Apart from that everything was very lovely!

Yelp
Dumbo in Paris is a culinary gem, known for its outstanding burgers and casual yet chic atmosphere. Located in the 11th arrondissement, this cozy spot offers a concise menu featuring perfectly cooked, juicy burgers with high-quality ingredients. The fries are crisp and well-seasoned, complementing the flavorful burgers beautifully. The friendly staff and laid-back vibe make Dumbo a great place for a relaxed meal. Despite its popularity and potential wait times, the delicious food and welcoming ambiance make it well worth a visit.
