Dumpling Garden - Review - Marietta - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Located in a standard strip mall off Sandy Plains Road, this Chinese restaurant would seem like an unlikely spot for an array of xiao long bao, har gow and siu mai. Yet, Dumpling Garden expertly fills that void—and our stomachs. The spacious restaurant always has customers, but lucky for us, there is never a wait. The must-order is the plump and juicy siu mai, each topped with a single shrimp. Supplement your meal by choosing from the large selection of Sichuan dishes. We’re always down for a plate of their warm and smoky stir fried cumin lamb and sauteed string beans with eggplant." - Candy Hom

Where to Find the Best Dumplings in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"Aside from Tofu Village, this part of Marietta doesn’t have many traditional Asian restaurants, and Dumpling Garden is a welcome addition to the area. And with a name like Dumpling Garden, it has had patrons flocking to it since its opening a few months ago for its sizable dumpling selection, with items such as mini juicy pork buns (xiao long bao), steamed dumplings, and shu mai. Supplement your meal with Szechuan specials, like cumin lamb and eggplant with garlic sauce." - Candy Hom

Google
What an enjoyable experience! My wife and I have found NYC level quality Chinese food here in Marietta, Georgia. It’s so good we travel an hour come and partake. The service is friendly and efficient and knowledgeable of the items on the menu. If adjustments need to be made for dietary restrictions, we have been accommodated with no fuss. The dumplings are all freshly made and we were told it would be an approximate 10 minute wait as they were prepared. Big plus, all of the food comes to your table steaming hot! The fried rice is not swimming in soy sauce. In fact our server told us the fried rice is not prepared using soy sauce. Pictured are: Steamed Shrimp Dumplings; House Lo Mein (sans onions); Shanghai Style Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and House Fried Rice. Delish!!!! We will be retuning.

Came here yesterday before heading to a show. The staff was incredible and very sweet. They really made everything a nice experience. The restaurant wasn’t super crowded it was just right and a very calm and beautiful space. They have a huge menu with multiple Asian cuisine styles to fit your preferences. As an appetizer they give you an air puff fried noodle with sweet sauce to snack on while you’re looking at the menu which was tasty and pleasant. I came for the dumplings since I heard they have some of the best. I ordered the Shanghai Beef and Pork pan fried dumplings. I’m used to the pan fried dumplings that are popular in San Francisco. These were a bit different. They had way less of a prominent pan fry and were huge to the point that I felt it was too much bread and not nearly enough meat. My dumplings also weren’t fried them same as the pictures in the menu. This is why I gave the Resturant less than five stars. The dumplings were just ok, but it could have just been the Shanghai way of making them which I haven’t had before so it could be my lack of knowledge on the cuisine. The food was very well priced and reasonable. Overall, Dumpling Garden is great and beautiful. Give it a try, it is sure to have something you will enjoy.

My family and I had such a great experience here! The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. This is a new restaurant with a fresh menu and a lively interior that's both comfortable and inviting. We ate there as a family of four, we started with the pork and leek dumplings, and they were tasty! My husband had the pork and cabbage, my daughter had the orange chicken, I had the fire tuna bowl and my daughter had the veggie lover bowl. All of the dishes were delicious! I also had an amazing passion fruit bubble tea! We are excited to have a new restaurant in the area and plan to return soon, but in the meantime, YOU should go too! *Update 8/2/25 Not sure what's going on over there, but it hasn't been great the last few times we've gone. The food is inconsistent and sometimes when we get a beef noodle dish its more noodles, or the flavoring is lacking. Seems like they are trying to do too much and it's affecting quality.

Google
Just recently started going here and you cannot go wrong! The food is delicious, flavorful, and fresh. I really loved my mango chicken and the Shanghai style pork buns. Everyone at the table loved their food, it was ready quick and was so fresh. Everything we got was spot on & the service was great too.

Google
Dumpling Garden has quickly become our new go-to spot — we eat here at least once a week! The food is incredibly authentic and consistently delicious. Our favorites are the pan-fried dumplings, the eggplant and green beans, and the braised beef noodle soup. On top of the amazing food, the service is always so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Google
This is a family owned and ran business. The parents are cooking and the kids are waiting tables. Very respectable and you can see they really care. The food was good, not the best we had but the clean and modern interior and the well intentioned service stole our hearts. The soup dumplings were made by mom and they were good.

Google
The sushi was excellent- my partner said it will be our new sushi place. The service was great and wait staff knowledgeable of the menu with spot-on recommendations. The establishment was clean and crisp with an updated dining atmosphere.

Google
ALL the stars, this place was amazing. We ordered takeout for New Year’s Eve; sesame chicken, orange chicken, beef with broccoli, veggie lo mein and veggie fried rice, Spring rolls, egg rolls and dumplings. They threw in a complimentary order of crab Rangoon. Every single dish was fantastic. Everything was so fresh. I cannot say enough good things. Easy to order online, easy pickup with everything packed efficiently and securely. Friendly employee at the desk. Great value for the money. This is definitely our new favorite!!

Yelp
After all the hype, we had to go check out Dumpling Garden. Let's start off with parking, there is plenty. The restaurant has plenty of space and pretty clean. The staff was super nice and attentive. We tried chicken dumplings, which were alright. The shrimp shumai was good, I asked for chili oil which made it better. The lo mein was also flavorful. Overall it was good, and if you are local I would check them out. They have an extensive menu including sushi.

Yelp
The food was sub-par. The pan fried dumpling had no flavor. Orange chicken was more batter than chicken and tasted like they were fried in same cooker as fish. The PuPu platter for two had lots of volume. The boneless ribs, beef and crab Rangoon were good, but the rest including eggrolls and chicken tenders lacked flavor. They are very conservative on sauce portion and it's not really that good. One has to ask for condiments. Our service was less than stellar. One entree came to the table prior to the PuPu platter with an excuse that the platter required additional time to fry. Immediately after the.platter was served our other entree was delivered. Finally, the fried dumplings were brought to the table. When we inquired about sauce for the dumplings we were told it would be coming. After an additional 5 minutes we inquired about a sauce for the dumplings and the waiter arrived with ice cold (basically soy sauce) sauce. When asked if we are suppose to use ice cold dipping sauce for hot dumplings he said yes. A few things to mention when ordering soup they didn't provide soup spoons. Sauces arrived with no spoons so I guess one is suppose to use an already used spoon in a shared sauce bowl. A very disappointing $90 meal for three, no alcohol, two entrees and what should have been served as appetizers. The ambience is diner table and booths.

Food is definitely on point so happy to have this dumpling place nearby. Everything on the menu is definitely delicious!!

Yelp
Service very attentive and the steamed pork and cabbage dumplings were morsels of delicacies! Loved the dumplings I had for lunch. This strip mall restaurant did a beautiful job of decorating the dining room with the beauty of Asian simplicity and chi! You could really feel the calming energy while enjoying your lunch, so I highly rate the ambiance of the dining room. The only negative were the lo mein noodles at the beginning of the meal had no flavor or satisfying crisp even with the wonderful sauce provided. I would pass on that. But the dumplings. Yes they are heavenly! I look forward to trying this place again.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, but it was just average. They have an extensive menu, I ended up getting the egg drop soup, the sushi vegetarian combo and the braised tofu with vegetables. The egg drop soup was very thick and just average tasting, the sushi felt like it was maybe old or stale, and they were extremely small. The tofu felt like it was drenched in really heavy sauce. Overall the flavors did not impress me. none of it was bad necessarily, but it wasn't something that would make me want to come back. The service was very quick, but almost too quick to the point where I was concerned on whether the food was fresh or premade. I did appreciate the seaweed appetizer and how they bring fresh orange at the end.

Yelp
I walked into Dumpling Garden expecting that promised "harmonious blend" of Chinese richness, Sichuan fire, and Japanese refinement. What I got was a very civilized, mid-afternoon truce between three distinct flavor profiles. The space itself is medium-sized and serviceable--plenty of seating, no significant wait, which is always appreciated in this fast-paced life. As you sit down they hit the table with complimentary wonton strips. Look, it's a gesture, and I respect the effort. But if you're going to put fried starch on my table, it needs to have some kind of flavor profile beyond "fried." They were polite but ultimately forgettable. Next, the Shrimp Tempura Maki. It's hard to truly mess up a basic roll, and they didn't. It was structurally sound. The ingredients were present: tempura, avocado, cucumber, tobiko. It performed its function as sushi, but it certainly wasn't a destination dish. It's the kind of sushi you eat when you're really just there for the company. Just okay. For my main I opted for the Working Lunch Combo to maximize my sampling opportunity: fried rice, black pepper beef, and orange chicken, plus an extra side of mixed veggies. The black pepper beef had the required pepper, but that's about it. The orange chicken was sweet, yes, but lacked the vibrant zest or savory counterpoint that separates great orange chicken from the assembly line version. Even with the extra side of veggies, the entire plate settled firmly in the realm of "perfectly adequate." There was no spark, no moment where I thought, "I need to come back here and bring my friends." The best part of the entire meal, ironically, wasn't the food I paid for, but the complimentary fresh oranges they bring out at the end. That bright, clean sweetness as a palate cleanser? That actually accomplished what the wonton strips failed to do--it left a lasting, positive impression. It was the restaurant's way of saying, "Thanks for coming," and it worked. Ultimately, Dumpling Garden delivered efficiency, but excellence remained just outside the perimeter. I don't feel the pull to return and explore the rest of the menu. It's a perfectly functional spot, but it simply didn't move the needle for me.

Yelp
Honestly a 3.5 star experience but I'm rounding up for excellent service. Came in for lunch on a Saturday with a friend and the place wasn't busy, maybe 3-4 other tables. Service was prompt and friendly, servers came over multiple times and helped answer questions. Food came out incredibly quick as well so kitchen was clearly all over it. Food wise, 4 star on dumplings and dim sum type offerings and 3 star on cooked items. We ordered the xiao long bao, pork and leek dumplings, szechuan style dumplings with peanut sauce and scallion pancakes. XLB were very good with a ton of soup inside but tbh they're far bigger than traditional ones are supposed to be, skin thicker also. Liked the dumplings also. Didn't love the szechuan style dumplings, didn't taste bad but just never seen it done with peanut sauce and it was an odd flavor mix. Scallion pancakes were tasty enough but way too greasy, not sure exactly how it was prepared. We also ordered the mapo tofu and chicken in garlic sauce. Chicken was fine, pretty tasty. I didn't care for the mapo tofu however, the biggest issue for me was the fact they're using firm tofu, when it should be soft/silky and practically falling apart. I'd give this place another shot for sure, esp since it's so close.

Yelp
Tried newly opened Dumpling Garden and Sushi tonight. Nice bright clean decor with very warm and friendly service. Not surprisingly the dining room was quite busy but the place is well staffed. Menu selections include a wonderful selection of Northern style dumplings, bao buns, and noodles. They also have a wide selection of standard Chinese restaurant fare in addition to Szechuan hot and spicy dishes, a full selection of handmade sushi, and Boba Bubble Tea! The homemade pan fried pork and cabbage dumplings were very good as were the beef flat noodles with very tender beef slices. Sweet and Sour Pork was also quite good (not pictured), Salt and Pepper Pork Chops (tender but lacked depth of flavor), and Chicken Chow Mein for some veggies in the mix. The chicken Chow mein was rather bland and runny and will not be ordered again considering how disappointing it was. Service was very friendly and even had kids chopsticks for the little ones. Menu prices were on the high side for the dumplings, bao buns, and soups while the entrees were priced on par with others. Definitely worth repeat visits for dumplings and noodles especially. 4 is for friendliness, service, and clean and modern looks. Food ranges 2 to 4, 2 for the chicken chow mein, 3 for the salt and pepper pork chops, and 4 for the dumplings, beef flat noodles, and sweet and sour pork.

Yelp
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I came in around lunch time and was blown away at the menu, the customer service, and the food I ordered. Most of the time, I avoid restaurants that meld together several Asian cuisines. The cuisines are miles apart (pun intended) and as uncultured Americans, most of don't know the difference. I had to order some dumplings and wontons. I am a big fan of sushi but I didn't journey into that part of the menu. The water glass was stunning and I thought it was going to be good going forward. Spoiler alert, it was. I ordered hot and sour soup, steamed chicken and mushroom dumplings, and peanut sauce wontons. All three items very very good. The wait staff were spot on and the interior is beautiful. I spoke with the cashier as I was leaving and she shared they had been open for two weeks. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I was very excited to try this newly renovated restaurant that used to be Buddha's Delight. Upon entering, I was shocked how much nicer it looks now. Much cleaner and brighter and more open than it was before. However, the theme of the night was the slowness of service. First off, there was no one to greet us upon entering. We saw a line and assumed it was to sit. Thankfully someone at the back of the line mentioned that the line was for to-go orders. So we walked to the front. Not sure we would've been seated otherwise. Next, it took probably 10 minutes for someone to greet us at our table and give us our menus. While we were waiting for the waiter to return to take our orders, we could hear the conversation at the table next to us. The were very unhappy with the speed of their service and some mistakes that were made. I overheard that they spent over an hour and a half there. I thought that was probably an exaggeration. However, by the end of the night, I realized we had been there for just as long. Most of the time was spent...you guessed it...waiting. It took an extremely long time to get our food. No one came to check on us or apologize for the long wait. Luckily we had ways to entertain ourselves. I'm hoping that they figure out a way to speed up their service. They seemed a bit understaffed. The food itself was mostly good. The pork and shrimp juicy buns were ok. We didn't get the large spoons that you normally use for soup dumplings, and instead we had to use our normal spoons. I did like the Braised Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. I thought it was very flavorful, the right temperature, and tasted authentic. The Home Style Tofu with Pork was another one of our favorites. Unfortunately, the Sauteed String Beans fell short of expectations. This is usually one of our favorite dishes. However, the dish here tasted bland and felt like it was missing an ingredient. We ended up leaving most of it untouched and took it home with us to add some seasoning and flavor to re-eat. Overall, I like the look and feel of the newly opened restaurant. The food was mostly good with the exception of the String Beans. The speed of service is what's lacking here and what needs immediate attention. I'm not sure I have the patience to wait that long. If I return, I might have to go the take-out route. I do hope they address that issue because it would be nice to see them succeed.

Yelp
Wow, everything was so good! The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night, but we didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly & work their tails off. The wonton strips with dipping sauced and pickled veggies were brought out as starters to enjoy while we made the tough decision of what to order from their plentiful menu. The dumplings were incredible and could've been a meal by themselves. Their Mongolian Chicken had a little spice to it (clearly labeled on the menu too) which I really liked. The General Gau's chicken was really good. We had plenty of leftovers to take home and will definitely be back to enjoy more items from their menu.

Alex C.

Yelp
When I mentioned actual quality customer service I mean it! Especially for kids. They bring a free appetizer so you're not starving as you order. The food is phenomenal. Clean environment.

Yelp
Met my dad for lunch. I've been wanting to try this place for a bit since they opened so I was happy he picked this place. I didn't know what to expect from the reviews I've read, but had an open mind. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, black fungus (wood ear mushroom) salad, spare ribs, and pan fried pork dumplings . Everything was delicious. The dumplings were surprisingly big, juicy, flavorful. No complaints! The interior was minimally decorated, but cute and clean. I will definitely be back!

Mr And Mrs G.

Yelp
MR says ...Next time, I'm planning to explore their sushi menu--especially the sashimi and rolls. Looking forward to seeing how those measure up! MRS says ...We were curious to try Dumpling Garden, especially since we've been to Handmade Dumpling on Johnson Ferry and wanted to see how this spot compares. First up, the "sausage" fried rice caught my eye--I was hoping for Chinese sausage, but it turned out to be more of a hotdog-style Vienna sausage. A bit of a letdown, but the fried rice itself had that smoky, charred wok flavor I love, which definitely made up for it. As for the dumplings, I'll let the kids be the real critics--they're the true dumpling enthusiasts in the family. They had their opinions ready! We also tried the Sichuan fish fillet, which ended up being a bit underwhelming. To be fair, we ordered it without spice, and that might've dulled the flavor. The kids were expecting something more like the bamboo fish from Wei or Tasty China, so it didn't quite hit the mark for them. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the mixed mala vegetables, especially when I discovered tofu skin sheets in the mix--one of my favorites! All in all, Dumpling Garden might just become our go-to dumpling spot nearby. It's not perfect, but it's definitely worth exploring further. KIDS say .... One thing that sets Dumpling Garden apart from Handmade Dumpling is their soup dumplings--yes, they serve xiao long bao! These juicy, flavorful bites add something special to their menu and give them an edge if you're a fan of that classic, brothy dumpling experience.

Yelp
So yummy! Had the pork buns and my friend got the lunch special. LOTS of options, friendly and fast service, welcoming atmosphere.

Huie N.

Yelp
Can only review based on my take out order experience. The food was good, it's good for the local area and fills the fix somewhat, instead of making the drive to the chamblee area for a dim sum restaurant. It has my 2 staples for what I tend to always get at a dim sum restaurant. It tastes made in restaurant and not frozen store bought dumplings. I like it, and would try other menu items the next time I try them out again.

Yelp
Best Asian food in East Cobb by far. Service is great and prices are more than reasonable.

Yelp
Randomly stumbled upon this place after trying to research dumpling places closer to where I live. I ended up getting the szcheuan pork dumplings, mushroom & chicken, Taro buns and an order of crab rangoon. So far...yummy.....and scene on this cuz I spent almost the entire next morning on the toilet bowl. Mind you all I had was this for lunch and dinner with water. This was a mess! Idk maybe I'm overreacting but I know my body so...good luck y'all. LOL

Yelp
What could be improved: 1. Service - The service lacked hospitality and professionalism. There was no greeting, no smile, and the staff member who assisted us had a noticeable attitude. 2. Food - The food was poorly seasoned and lacked flavor. It tasted as if no salt or pepper was used, and even the vegetables seemed bland, like they were only rinsed and served without proper preparation. 3. Overall experience - Overall, the restaurant could have done much better. In addition to the issues above, the staff member made faces and spoke about my friend in Mandarin, a language I understand, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Zero stars from me--sorry, not sorry

Yelp
We've dined here a few times & never disappointed. The Shanghai pork dumplings & scallion pancake are my favorites. Good customer service & ambience.

Yelp
Absolutely phenomenal place. The staff is kind, friendly and so attentive. We have simply loved every dish we've had since they opened. We will 100% be back. Our kids beg to go there for the sushi, miso soup, and dumplings.

Yelp
This place was yummy! I LOVED the variety in the menu. I went with my husband and friends and we all enjoyed it. We got dumplings, chicken, rice & sushi. It was all so yummy and fresh. The service was quick and the staff was nice! We drove an hour to try it and it did not disappoint!

Yelp
Dumpling garden just opened up two weeks ago and we are convinced! Usually a restaurant that does Japanese and Chinese raises red flags for me but we tried a crab and avocado roll and it was top notch. The crab tasted fresh and the roll used a thin layer of rice to provide the perfect backdrop for the filling. Awesome! We tried the soup dumplings and pan fried dumplings - both feature a freshly made wrapper that's thicker than normal and seems to be wheat based - very nice. The fillings also seem freshly made and were tasty. We also sampled the string beans and egg plant and beef noodle soup. Both were flavorful and satisfying. The service was fast and very friendly. The interior had a unique well lit look with striking orange and wood accents. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Everything I had was flavorful, but the XLB took the gold medal. Best soup dumplings I've ever had in Atlanta, and some of the best I've had outside of Shanghai- that's when you know! I'm not sure why other reviewers were ragging on the service- I found our server to be kind and attentive. Food was properly coursed out as well. I didn't have to wait to sit, but was happy to see that while eating, the establishment filled with others who were also looking for a tasty meal. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Tried to support a new local place. Went during business hours. All lights on and staff there. Wouldn't seat anyone or tell us why. Will not come back.

Yelp
Food was so good. Had the vegetable dumplings as an appetizer. Very good. I made my own poke bowl with teriyaki chicken and spicy tuna. I loved it. Mom had the sweet and sour chicken and my sister had orange chicken. Both were good and the portions are huge. We will go back. Over 200 options. We'll have to try the sushi next time

Yelp
Good food but service was not great when we went. Hopefully they make some changes to the service. We will stop by again and try this place! Love the interior decor. A place like this is much needed in the area.

Yelp
Everything went well. I enjoyed my 'Dumpling Garden' experience soo much that I brought a Restaurant Group I belong to. They all enjoyed it so much. Many said they would return on their own or Pickup! Almost all took their unique & beautiful menu. It will be on our regular list of favorites for sure!!

Yelp
Good selection of Chinese and Japanese fusion dishes, about 200 items on the menu. Has been open for 2 months. On my first visit I had Spring Rolls appetizer and Pan Fried Noodles with Beef for my main dish. Generous portions, tasty meal. Courteous, attentive staff, quick service, stylish and simple decor. Definitely will come back to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
Great new local spot! The restaurant is clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent--friendly and fast. Our food came out quickly and everything was fresh and good quality. It's also very kid-friendly, which is a big plus for us. We'll definitely be back, and it's close enough that it'll be a go-to for takeout too!

Yelp
Dumpling Garden was a pleasant experience filled with authentic Chinese dumplings. My favorite dumplings of theirs was their soup dumplings. I highly recommend this restaurant for those looking for satisfactory dumplings. Their pan fried noodles, fried tofu, and sesame chicken were decent. The sesame chicken was more on the sweet side. The portions are large, and good to share with family. Overall, I would come back to try more dishes. Great service, and an inviting interior.

Yelp
Great Father's Day lunch. Huge menu to select from. Starters, noodles, Chinese, dumplings made to order, full sushi bar. We ordered many dishes. All excellent. Huge portions. Loved it so much I went back the next night and got take out. Talked to the cashier. He was very nice. I'm so happy we have a sit down Chinese restaurant in the area with so many great options.

Yelp
Delicious, can't wait to make a second visit. Pretty extensive menu. Lot's of options. Nice atmosphere, service was great. Prices and portions are more than fair. About time we have this option in East Cobb.

Yelp
Nice little pan-asian restaurant with a well deserved focus on dumplings and noodles. Service was excellent and surprisingly fast. I had dumplings and the braised beef spicy noodle soup which were both fantastic. My partner had sushi which I tried and was of very good quality. I'll definitely be coming back here to explore the menu further.

James Y.

Yelp
Tried for the first time, and very glad we did! Mini juicy buns have the most soup I've had in an Atlanta dumpling place. Salt and pepper crispy tofu was also great and Mongolian chicken was surprisingly spicy. The green beans and eggplant was a good choice. Good portions and fast service, very clean inside. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Denise B.

Yelp
Newly renovated space with bright and very modern decor. The server was gracious and attentive. We ordered dumplings, Mongolian chicken and sushi. Although what I got was really good, it wasn't Mongolian Chicken. Mongolian Beef or Chicken is unique in that it has scallions and crunchy cellophane type noodles in it. What I actually got was chicken, onions and green peppers in a garlic sauce. I probably should have sent it back, but it was good, I was hungry, and I didn't want to make a scene. My husband said everything was right with his. However, the couple behind us was fussing at the server because their appetizers came out at the same time their entrees did, and (like me) what they got was not what they ordered. The server insisted it was, but given what had just happened to me, I doubt it. That being said, it would appear as though there is a disconnect in the kitchen, and/or the cook has a limited number of items they know how to prepare. The server was young and perhaps unfamiliar with how each entree should look. I really really want this place to succeed. It has a few kinks to work out, but I'm thinking it has great potential.

Karen T.

Yelp
What a great place to eat! Bright and upbeat atmosphere. Exceptional service. Best Chinese food I've had in the East Cobb area.

Yelp
My daughter, son and I stopped in to see what had taken the place of the old Buddah's Delight. Noticeably, Dumpling Garden looked so much brighter and cleaner than before! Even the bathroom is clean. The food is super fresh and reasonably priced. We had a "small" wonton soup (it was big), shrimp fried rice, vegetable dumplings, and a California roll for the little one. He devoured it. We loved it all so much that we grabbed a bubble tea to go, which did not disappoint. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend the newest edition to the Sprayberry High School area of Marietta!

Yelp

Yelp
Great variety of Asian delights. From egg rolls to dim sum to sushi to pad Thai. Great service and has become a favorite of mine.

Yelp
If you're new to dumplings and dim sum then yes you will have an enjoyable experience here. However if you're not new to dim sum then this place is subpar. Fillings for all dumplings were bland and sometimes dry. The dumpling skin was tough and dry. My friends and I all agreed that Costco dumplings are of the same grade if not better. Good service, okay food. Being that this location is far from the Asian dumpling houses of Buford Hwy/duluth area it won't have a problem with competition.

Yelp
The food was delicious! Customer Service was excellent! Will definitely be going back. So many menu options to choose from.

Yelp
Great new place! The dumplings are freshly hand made (you can watch them being made) and delicious! Generous portions too! Support small businesses!

Yelp
I stopped in with my family of four. Dumplings, scallion pancakes, cumin lamb, and sesame chicken were exceptional. The soups were served in a larger than expected bowl and were good. Service was over the top without being bothersome. Attractive decor and clean restrooms.

Yelp
it was not great as expected. Service was very slow and unattentive. We will not be going back for sure!

Yelp
Dumpling Garden. I was very impressed when I saw three separate Chinese families come in to be served. I have never previously seen this in a Chinese Restaurant. The food was great, but the price is more like $25 per person. Let the tea steep a few minutes before you pour it.
