Took my daughters here for our first visit together to a Dunkin and we were impressed! From the customer service, to the drinks, it was great! We were greeted right when we walked in. We noticed a pristine clean store. We ordered our drinks and even asked advice of the amazing baristas. They made our drinks with so much love and made us feel like family when they served us at our table. They greeted us with smiles and so much enthusiasm. It was super cute! Thanks Tyler & Hannah! They also remembered our order when we had to go back and ask them what those amazing drinks were! That’s service!

I asked for extra sugar, but was given 4 creams, that’s not what I asked for, maybe they are saying I don’t need that sugar, smh, this is for someone that doesn’t drink coffee that often, can we say bad experience (coffee). That croissant (bacon egg and cheese), on the other hand was pretty good. This coffee thing, I’m almost deterred not to try it again. My wife (constant coffee advocate) , she said it wasn’t that bad, but she didn’t taste the sugar as she normally does.

I go here a lot to get my morning coffee. The people are really nice, so yesterday I decided to pick me up some donuts from here because I usually get them from Krispy cream.. I will continue to get them from Krispy cream.. I bought assorted donuts and there was a tiny dab of icing on the donuts and the cream filled had nothing in them except for a little corner of the donuts. Never again get donuts from here. This is to expensive to be skimping.

First thing the young lady that helped me acted like it was a chore to take my order with a side of attitude. No smile no greeting and rolling of the eyes. After paying we all Sat down and I watched her and another worker at the counter and the window Make other transactions with cloves on and then touch donuts with the same dirty gloves as they take money and hand food through the drive thru window. Continuing to use the same dirty gloves to take money and then go to the kitchen to make food and make the drinks. This is the second time I have been here and seen this happen. I mentioned this to them both times and all i got was and eye rolling face with attitude as they say, yes we change our gloves. But they did NOT. And I clearly told them I watched them. Stay clear of this filthy place...

We love this place I love all the workers and owner Alex, Dawn, Thomas, Jada and good lawd Shabbana. Man her baking them fresh donuts Woooweee! My doggies and I love this place I literally run on Dunkin. We visit multiply times a day. They always have e my coffee waiting and my pup cups.

I stopped by your store yesterday and came inside the store. There were three females working the front. I looked inside the display case and not one store employee acknowledged I was in the store and cared to place an order, so I walked out. This was the first time I visited that store….and the last! I am local to this store. Oh well.

Wish I could give zero stars for service. I use to come here when I lived in Burlington and only had issues with the line. Unfortunately, my first time back in months and I had a very disrespectful older female completely disregard me while taking/making other orders on December 20th of 2024. She had me wait 15 to 20 minutes for a hot chocolate that I ordered, but made sure she got my card to charge me. When I knocked on the window to ask where the hot chocolate was, she tells me “don’t worry she got you”. I assume she was referring to the other girl in the restaurant who was clearly handling all the customers in the store. Ma’am you are working the window, why would the other individual who is working the interior of the restaurant get my order in the drive-thru. When she finally decides to get my hot chocolate, she comes back with an attitude and the very idiotic remark, “there’s only two of us in here.” I can see that ma’am and your co-worker is doing all the work apparently. Please get better employees. If they can’t do the job, just get rid of ignorant, lazy people, it’s better for the customers and the people who actually do their job. I was late to work because of this individuals disrespectful and rude behavior. Hands down not coming back to this location.

I went to Dunkin because this one was opening near my house. I wanted to give it a try since it had just opened up. There was quite a few people in there so I made an online order to go and pick it up as that I went in there they asked for my name for the order. I let them know and she told me that it was going to take a couple more minutes, which was fine because I knew they were backed up. As I was standing there waiting for my drink, I noticed the manager or who I think was the manager getting snobby with one of the workers. I didn't like seeing that because I would hate for my manager to get snappy and roll her eyes while there are customers right in front of her. The girl that was asking the questions looked scared, almost embarrassed. I didn't even get my cold foam that I wanted on my drink after seeing that interaction. I didn't even want to ask her for the cold foam for my drink because even I was kind of scared that she was going to spit on my drink if I asked her to remake it. I won't be returning back.

On Saturday 2/4/23 at 4:20pm me & my family came to get some coffee & hot chocolate and the staff here was AWFUL!! They messed up the order we nicely told them & the girls at the counter & making the coffee were so mean & rolled there eyes. Terrible customer service. The girl taking out order was laying her head on the counter while ordering and constantly laughing with the other girls very loudly. I've always liked Dunkin but this one is the worst one. The staff made the store awful! Dunkin DO BETTER!

This is my last time! I've tried multiple times to use the online order system, they can't seem to read English, After sitting in the curbside for 10 minutes I finally drove through the drive up window, the male there simply kept repeating they only had orders for Patty and Lee, could not undrstand even though I spelled the name twice! EVEN if they can't figure out the name the order says to give them the order number mine was #844 I repeated it to them no less then six times, He finally said to pull forward. The person at the window was condescending, but managed to make out my first name and last initial, but only added my Latte after I reminded her. This location has been rude since day one, (when they barely spoke english). I suggest you purchase breakfast anywhere else.

This was by far the worst coffee experience I've ever had. The staff is incompetent and charged me about 5x what the order should have come to. I waited outside the bathrooms while my order was being made. A staff member came up to me and said the bathrooms are only for us (meaning workers). I said that should be communicated with customers through a sign on the door or outside. Her response was "that's not my problem". I responded by saying "that sounds like poor customer service". The staff member then got on the phone yelling about the current situation. I got out of that place as fast as I could and will never be back. It was overall very upsetting. On a side note, no one was wearing gloves and the women that I was dealing with had very dirty three inch nails. YIKES!!

Just ordered hot coffee..had to wait quite awhile for it...that wasn't the problem..the whole time I'm waiting..I get to see this make employee's ass with blue polkadot underpants the whole time. Not sure what kind of a dress code they have there but it was pretty disturbing...I was there for a few minutes waiting..I'm not sure work is the right place to make cultural statement...I almost didn't want the coffee after looking at that..im not talking about alittle undrrwear..im talking about a whole ass showing...inappropriate dress for work...

My favorite location. I've always had a good experience here until today. I decided to do a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru bc the line was a little long. I was told to pull up to the window after telling the employee I had placed a mobile order, she was very nice. However the employee working the window seemed confused when she tried to give me someone else's order and I told her it wasn't mine. I said I placed a mobile order and gave the name. She then had me repeat my order 4 times and it was still wrong when I received it.

Today, the wait was 20 minutes before ordering. Waited 5 minutes at the pick-up window, watching my coffee and croissant get cold (with the food of others) while the employees were filling other orders (instead of giving me mine). When I called this to the young woman's attention, she said they were short of staff (although I counted 7 people in the front doing something) and then told me I could go somewhere else if I wasn't happy. This is a great business model. If I were her manager, she'd have been fired on the spot for speaking to a customer that way. If I'd had time, I would have gone in and spoken to the manager. My food and coffee were cold. I love Dunkin food, but I won't be going back to this store.

This is the second time I have gotten the worst tasting coffee of my life from this store. It was so bad I gagged when I took my first sip. All I ordered was an iced coffee with cream and caramel... how do you mess up something so simple so badly. I will never step foot in this Dunkin' again. 0/10 recommend.

This place is unbelievable! I went inside to order and literally the first girl was at the register yelling for someone to take orders because she HAD to go home. Finally another guy came up to finish the customer in front of me. I stood there obviously waiting to order and he saw me but never acknowledged me! I stood there for several several more minutes thinking he would come back over but nope! I finally had to go to the end of the counter to tell someone to take my order. The lady never said sorry or anything. Finally after 15 people came thru the drive thru and got their orders literally 30 minutes later I got mine. Terrible!!!!!! The manager walked back and forth and never acknowledged me as well!

I bought a dozen donuts a few days ago and over half of them were stale. Yuck. Seriously, go to NC Jelly Donuts instead...so much better. On a side note, the service was very good. I feel bad about leaving a low review when the workers were cheery and polite, but dang, their donuts were awful.

I had to throw the rest away. They should take the word "donut" out of their name...they really don't do a very good job with those! D.N.

Honestly the worst Dunkin' on the east coast, easily. The staff is as unprofessional as it gets. Ordered 3 ghost pepper donuts and they didn't look as they did on the poster so I went inside and asked if I had received the correct donuts. The cashier asks the manager (I'm assuming...a bum nonetheless) and the manager states, "it's supposed to have some red s*** on it but it didn't come." And proceeds to be ridiculously rude about the fact I would even ask. I state that she doesn't need to be rude so she gets loud and proceeds to be unprofessional while customers are in the store.There's a Krispy Kreme as well as an NC Jelly Donuts down the street, so unless you enjoy being served by the human equivalent of 5 o'clock traffic, then I would take my business literally anywhere else.

This has to have been the absolute worst Dunkin' experience we have ever had. We're on the road and decided to grab some quick Dunkin' for breakfast. The queue for the drive thru moved at a crawl and the attendant barely acknowledged the order or provide a total. When we finally made it to the window, there was an additional 10 minutes to get the order. Simple items, napkins and ketchup were left out even after requesting face to face. Again, minimal spoken word from the staff about the order, delay, anything. Once back in the road, it was time to eat but the croissant sandwiches were inedible. They smelled and tasted as if they had been marinated in dish soap. Unfortunately since we were back on the road, we were unable to address with the staff. As we travel this corridor often, there will be no further stops at this location and would recommend others avoid as well.

I am nearly positive that whoever was working the drive through at 10:49 this morning (5/13/20) spit in my coffee. Started feeling gross while drinking it and noticed coagulated bubbles that won't go away. With the first sip, the coffee tasted the way sweat smell. Absolutely disgusting. Especially with Covid-19 going on right now.

This is a fairly new Dunkin Donuts, a fresh new stand alone building with a drive-thru. Super neat & clean location. I only stop here for coffee, I love me some Dunkin Dark Roast, so I can't speak on their donuts & food here, but I'd guess it's like any other Dunkin Donuts you've ever visited, much better option for doughnuts right up the road at NC Jelly Donuts in my opinion. This is a very convenient place to hit the drive-thru for a really good quick cup of coffee.

Pulled up to window and immediately felt disrespected. A young man REPEATEDLY rolled his eyes after being asked for things such as straws, etc. I understand having a bad day, but management at this establishment should ensure that their employees know how to keep their composure towards customers, no matter the circumstances. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because another employee came and apologized for his behavior. Despicable.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE by someone claiming to be the store owner. Seeing the description that says friendly service is laughable after today's experience. I used to visit this location frequently but never ever again. The concept of customer service is lost here. If a customer calls with an issue, what the owner should NOT do is hang up the phone in the customer's face. I would recommend skipping this location or visiting the Krispy Kreme around the corner. At least if they mess up an order there, they don't try covering it with rudeness and lies.

This is probably the worst location I've ever been to. Actually, it is. Every time that I go here there is some issue. Someone is either dropping my money with no apology, not giving straws, not giving a bag or napkins with the order, and on top of that, these kids that work here do not listen to the order the first or second time. Every time I have to choose this location, I am already annoyed. These kids that they have working here have no manners, no work ethic, and they are not attentive when taking orders or handing the food out. The employees just make each visit a little frustrating over the simplest things.

I love this place....only dunkin in burlington and was excited when I heard it was opening in the area! The butter pecan iced coffee is amazing, when it is in season you can catch me there atleast twice a day..one I'm the morning when the owner is there and I receive amazing friendly service, and once at night when they have these young rude teens who can't make a lite n sweet to save their lives. Also the product freshness at night is horrible I often relieve donuts that are super hard in the edges...I've stood away from ordering donuts at night there! I really do enjoy this establishment and the owner really does go above and beyond. I just wish there was good help n fresh product at night as well.

This is the 2nd week in a row that I have gone to purchase regular ground coffee and they do not have it in stock. We usually buy 3 bags of coffee at a time. Each visit I was told we will have it on Thursday. What's up? If you cannot keep on shelves you need to order more for stock!
