Dunkin'

We came here today, Thursday, July 31st, 2025, and actually came in the morning, to get a box of munchkins for $2.49, one Maple donut for however much, and a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher for $3 which was a special on my app. We never come here because we usually don't get up very early but today we did for a garage sale. Check out lady was super nice, we saw about five people working inside, very busy! Super cute tumblers! I love that All ages work here!

WHO RUNS THIS PLACE!?!?! 😤😡🤬 Well, please pat yourself on the back and give your team the recognition they deserve! The food here is always warm and delicious, and my drinks are ~consistently~ perfect, which is a big deal for me. Although I typically visit through the drive-thru and haven’t dined in yet, the customer service has always been excellent. The staff are polite, well-trained, and genuinely considerate. A simple “good morning” or “thank you” with a smile from them always brightens my day. The drive-thru is sooo quick, the food is amazing, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Dunkin’ Donuts definitely beats Starbucks in my book!

The dunkin drive thru line took about 10 minutes for the 3 cars infront of us, which I dont find very bad. I ordered one drink and got one similar yet not what I ordered. but most importantly I'm fairly dairy intolerant. The similar drink they gave me HAD. DAIRY. It also was not the same size as the previous drink, I ordered a large and got a medium. we made sure to specify large multiple times before getting the drink. They also did not give us a receipt for our order. However, the donuts were correct.

Every time this place never failed to disappoint. There is always a new employee trying her hardest no one there helping guide her, she was kind and that was the only redeeming quality. We order food and they ALWAYS forget our food and then throw together a burnt sandwich and a bagel they didn’t toast. No one pays attention to you no one tries to help or fix the problem I feel like and inconvenience it seems the drive thru takes priority over everything. I am NEVER coming back to this establishment again. Idk how they have so many positive reviews the only thing I can think is they are fake reviews.

Why I keep coming here I don't know, I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. Order ahead is a joke at this location. Simple orders are real trouble for the crew here, coffee and a donut. Why is my coffee always ready but I have to wait for a donut? This happens 50% of the time I visit this location and I try to order well in advance in case they are busy, they never are that busy by the way. I guess when DD took "Donuts" away when rebranding this location took it as "donuts are hard, I can skip that part of all orders".

food doesn’t taste fresh. cashier was not so friendly, i asked for a receipt because i need it but she told me she has to find some paper for that and she doesn’t know how long it’s gonna take because they’re busy, she said it in the most uninterested way. Also, there were only 2 customers in the lobby including me and the rest of the staff are already taking care of the drive thru orders.

Just your average donuts, nothing fancy I do think they run smaller than most other donuts I've seen even at the grocery store they are bigger Unfortunately the donuts never taste as fresh as can be I'm also not a fan of their coffee , the sourdough breakfast sandwich is okay Service can be hit or miss

I'm officially giving up on this place. About a month ago we stopped by the drive thru to get a few donuts around 1pm. We asked for glazed and the employee just said "OUT." My husband said "excuse me?" and the employee replied "DID I STUTTER?" I've worked in customer service for 25 years and I would be appalled if anyone in my team ever treated a customer like that. Y'all are open til 7pm and out of basic donuts at 1pm?? At least say something like "sorry, we are out." Terrible service. Highly recommend Dufners in Plymouth for your donut and sandwich needs. Even though they close at 2pm, they had donuts and provided us with great customer service. We will never be back to this Dunkin ever.

We love Dunkin and this is a good one! Tons of donuts, friendly service, and lots of different types of chairs and tables. It was clean and cozy inside and I'd definitely come back. Easy parking, no line, easy to find, friendly service.. what's not to like?

Avoid the Dunkin Donuts in New Hope, MN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! It's a bunch of kids who work there. There's always a wait to get your drink or food. They are very unprofessional - no greetings, can't take a simple order, or follow directions. The coffees are horrible! Either they're missing flavor or you have to repeat your order five times just for them to get it wrong. Not to mention the attitude if you let them know your order was incorrect. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is chaotic and disorganized. The staff seems overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers efficiently. It's frustrating to see them constantly rushing around, making mistakes, and showing no regard for customer satisfaction. The lack of professionalism is evident in their communication skills as well. They often mumble or speak too softly, making it difficult to understand what they're saying. It's incredibly frustrating to have to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. To make matters worse, the quality of the food and drinks is subpar. The coffees lack the rich and bold flavors that one would expect from a reputable establishment. It's as if they don't put any effort into ensuring a satisfying taste experience for their customers. And if you dare to point out any mistakes or express your dissatisfaction, be prepared for a defensive and confrontational attitude from the staff. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, they seem to take offense and make you feel like you're the one at fault. Overall, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment. The unprofessionalism, poor service, and low-quality products make it an incredibly disappointing experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reliable and customer-oriented establishment.

The service I received at the store was nothing short of atrocious. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive, and the wait time for even a simple order was unreasonably long. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the employees. To my dismay, I noticed that the food preparation area was not clean, and the overall cleanliness of the store was far from acceptable. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene and safety standards of the food being served. The lack of proper management was evident in the chaos and disorganization I observed during my visit. There seemed to be a lack of direction among the staff, leading to incorrect orders and general confusion. The absolute worst place to get donuts. Stay away from Dunkin Donuts located at 3195A Vicksburg Ln N Plymouth, MN 55447

Service is great- workers are very friendly. The hashbrowns tasted like they were bathing in a soap bucket and I nearly vomited- definitely wouldn't recommend the food.

This Dunkin does seem to be a little uneven on their donuts, so stick with the donut holes which are a better deal anyway. Black coffee and donut holes. Yes. I've tried their sweet drinks...and nope. I'm not a sweet coffee person, but I have many teens and tweens so I get lots of sips of what ever is current and Dunkin, thanks for pair for Girl Scouts bc GS are awesome and their cookies are yummy, but not in coffee form. The staff here is a little...what you'd expect from people who are not totally in love with their job. Fine.

Raise your hands if you like donuts!!! We have a Dunkin' Donuts not super far from us anymore so fear no more! The top donuts to try are: 1. classic glazed donut...because you can never go wrong with the original. 2. Chocolate glazed donut... still a classic but more enjoyable because it's chocolate! 3. Boston creme donut. The only best donut with a filling. There jellies are alright but this donut right here is satisfying! Coffee: The iced coffee is good but try their iced macchiato with caramel. Super super good if you like sweeter coffee and something to keep you happy and fuzzy inside. Caution: They're good at convincing you to add those darn good .99 cent hash browns. We caved in and ate them in 3 seconds. Overall, we'll be back next weekend! Just kidding... or am I? :)

I went to the store today. They didn't get my order right and when I tried to get my drink remade the supervisor told me to do it myself cuz they made it and they aren't gonna make a new drink. They are all kids which doesn't help. Like why are defensive over a simple mistake ‍

Went on Christmas Eve late in the afternoon after the Plymouth store would not waite on me. These gals were cordial ....... They were friendly and anxious to help me. Their selection was 10 times better than Plymouth and I will always frequent this location. The Plymouth store should just close and that's really hard for me to say coming from the East Coast where there's a Dunkin on every street corner. I was so happy to see them arrive in Minnesota after being here for 24 years. I will drive 7 miles out of my way to continue to support the Dunkin in NewHope

Every time I use the drive through here service gets slower and slower. Staff is really pleasant they are not trained to move orders efficiently. Sometimes donuts have older tough or dry texture.

Let me start by saying praise the big guy up in the sky! That Minnesota has the common sense to get Dunkin' Donuts! We deserve it I mean Minnesotans we are the best!! Deserve to be pampered! With fat sugary greatness! I was soooo annoyed I had to go to New York Chicago to get me some Dunkin's like really? The service first off no matter the crazy rush or even when it's slow is amazing the person who hires employees knows who is right to represent the company!! Everyone there is focused on you! Well to me personally and I have a huge attitude known for it and I never felt like going off on someone here sooo that for me is a big plus! Always hot fresh yummy !! But let me tell u not the same when in New York Ima be honest The best is the frozen coffee with soy milk with strawberry glazed donut! Is this weird I dip the warm donut into my frozen coffee well I do ! I know that it's a chain donut shop but if you have a sweet tooth like sweet sweet then just try this place well atleast to this one I don't know about the others Definitely a regular

The frozen hot chocolate is the best!!! But their sandwiches are really dry and bad. i don't know if they put cheese on my sandwich or not, but it was horrible

3 stars for amazing donuts. I don't even like donuts; they usually do nothing for me but wow their cake donuts are exceptional! Not getting 5/5 because their breakfast sandwiches should be illegal. I got an English muffin breakfast sandwich and I was baffled. The first thing I noticed was that the cheese simply refused to melt. This was strange so I removed it, feeling confident in the decision because I still had a buttery English muffin egg sandwich to look forward to! I took my first bite and noticed the English muffin wasn't buttered; the whole thing was terribly dry. Which could have been fine if the cheese had melted and offered some creaminess, but sans-cheese and considering how burnt the English muffin was, this sandwich was basically inedible. However... The real kicker was the egg. The "egg"? It's not egg. It can't be. The best way I can describe the texture is... gelatinous instant mashed potatoes. Like if you took boxed mashed potato mix, added hot water and unflavored gelatin to make a firm, gritty, potato jello... that was the egg. It was disturbing at best. SO I removed the egg, and choked down the unbuttered, un-cheesed, dry & burnt English muffin, and promised myself that I'd never come back. Except for those donuts...

Generally speaking, I don't review chains as a rule. But I'm making an exception here given the fanfare that accompanied the opening of this first Dunkin in the Twin Cities market (at least in quite some time, from what I can gather). So let's get the business portion of this review out of the way: I grew up outside of Philadelphia, where coffee is a food group and trips to Dunkin and/or Wawa are pretty much a staple of life. It is very common for folks where I grew up to go to Dunkin multiple times a day. I know my Dunkin and I live on it when I'm at home. This location leaves a few things to be desired, but I'm going to attribute that to starting out bumps and hope like hell that they get smoothed out over time. I will say, though, that so far, I have not had a visit that really made me feel like they nailed the Dunkin experience or the food. I sure hope that day comes soon. A few key points: -Supply and demand: From the start, this location has been ridiculously busy. The first weekend, I drove up there and the line to get into the parking lot was backed up down the street! The madness has slowed down a bit now but I still get the impression they are having some trouble keeping up with demand. I have yet to go here when they had a fully stocked wall of donuts. The first time, all they had was apple fritters and boston kreme. This last time, they had maybe half a dozen choices total, with many of them being down to the end of the rack. I hope that over time, this location is able to calibrate demand with supply. I dream of the day when I go there and it is exactly like it is back home, with a wall of 20 different varieties to choose from. But right now, going here is more like foraging and hoping that by some miracle they have one or two donuts that you want to buy. I have yet to go there at any time of day when they seemed to be amply stocked with donuts. It also takes forever to get served, either in line or the drive through. Employees are not nearly as fast as they are at home. -"Correctness:" I will say that the donuts here are about 80 percent right. They have that lovely deep fried crunchy bite to the outside of the yeast donuts, perfectly golden and delicious. The cake donuts are the right density, and the chocolate donuts are the perfect level of sweet. The frosting and icing are generally the right consistency and flavor. But they definitely have not mastered the frosting procedure yet. We've had several donuts where the icing seemed like it was swiped on with a knife or spatula by a six year old -- uneven, not thick enough, kind of gloppy and not very attractive honestly. They kind of look like someone tried to imitate real Dunkin donuts. They at least taste ok. -Can I get some sprinkles? My favorite all time donut is the chocolate iced sprinkle donut. As I have yet to go there when sprinkle donuts were available, I cannot comment on the sprinkle situation. -The filling machine must be a bastard. There have also been cases with creme-filled donuts where the filling has been uneven, not enough, only in one side of the donut, etc. The first donut I ever got from this location was a boston kreme where all of the custard literally fell out of the bottom of the donut. Never had that happen before at any Dunkin! I definitely get the impression that the staff here is trying to learn how to make true Dunkin donuts, and they have not mastered it yet. -For the love of God, can I get some cream cheese on my bagel?? We've also ordered a few bagels from this location. The bagels themselves are correct but the staff here acts like cream cheese is an endangered species. Please, for the love of god, check out some instagram photos or something of the way the bagels are served on the East Coast. There should be about three times the amount of cream cheese. All of the bagels we've received have been so lacking on the cream cheese front that they were actually super dry. The first time, I actually took the thing home and added cream cheese from my fridge. -The lingo. Like many restaurants like it, Dunkin has its own lingo. I'll give the customers a pass for not knowing the difference between a double chocolate and a chocolate iced yet. After all, if you are from here and not used to eating at Dunkin, you need some time to get up to speed. But the staff seems equally confused. They have trouble explaining the differences in the types of donuts (one girl told the lady in front of me that creme filled is the same type of creme as a boston kreme, which it is definitely not). I have hope. I really do. But so far, this location is mediocre by East Coast standards. Crossing my fingers the kinks get worked out sooner than later. Really looking forward to updating this review!

The staff is always friendly, the donuts are always fresh, and the coffee is delicious. They open earlier than the other coffee shops so I like to stop in before work occasionally. Can't go wrong with a black coffee and a Boston creme. Thanks Dunkin'!

For my first experience having a Dunkin' Donut, I enjoyed ever last piece of it. I arrived around 7 in the morning to a friendly face and a well organized group of individuals. Being the noob that I was, I had many questions but the main ones revolve around how to distinguish between a classic donut and a deluxe and how to pick the right coffee. I was told they only have one deluxe donut, which was the s'more type looking one. I left happy with my dozen classic assortment and box o' joe which serves about 10 small coffee cups. Flavor wise everything was good and the coffee was piping hot when I arrived to work. All in all, I was happy with everything, and Dunkin' Donuts lived up to the hype I've been hearing for many years. Welcome to MN, DD!

So pretty much everyone knows that I love coffee. Like, LOVE coffee. Usually I'm a Starbucks kinda gal, but we got coupons for Dunkin doughnuts in the mail and decided to try it since we had one close by in New Hope. It changed my coffee game!! I am so obsessed with the Iced Caramel Macchiato at Dunkin. The coffee quality is rich and dreamy with the caramel and milk and its pretty darn perfect. Not hating on Starbucks but I've noticed since getting coffee from Dunkin Doughnuts that I dont care for Starbucks coffee as much and In my opinion the coffee tastes almost burnt. Eye opening! They of course have food items on the menu. I dont care for the breakfast sandwiches they have, but I love the everything bagel with veggie spread. Super yum!

Skip it Not only are the counter staff rude, they are always out of items. We were there on Sunday around 11:00. No hash browns, no smoothies and no apology. I wanted to use their comments system from the receipt, but the Manager was not wearing a name tag. She could not have been more rude and indifferent to customer satisfaction. I will not return.

Coffee is almost always burnt, made with different levels of sugar/milk/syrup even for their signature drinks. The "grilled cheese" is the biggest waste of $4 since it is cold in the middle and hardly toasted enough for the edges to even melt. I keep giving it a shot when I'm in a pinch but that won't happen again.

The coffee was watered down. Taste like water and caramel swirl. I ordered a medium cold brew with 3 caramel swirls. The cold brew was the color of a latte. I asked for it to be remade same thing. Asked for a dark roast cold. The dark roast was the worst. It had coffee grinds at the bottom of my cup. I was so disappointed after driving 15 minutes to get the coffee. Either they are reusing coffee grinds or they are pouring water in the coffee to stretch the coffee.

The best customer service! The workers are nice and friendly and the service is fast! Always impressed :)

I love Dunkin don't get me wrong. But it must have been either the day I went or the location. Some of the worst coffee stop experience I've ever had. I got a blender vanilla chai cause it sounded amazing. It was good! If I'm ever not in a coffee mood I'll get that again! However it took 15 MINUTES to get my drink. Not sure if it was break time or what, but I could have made my drink faster then that!! I stood at the counter waiting and nothing. Two ladies working on others orders but I guess I wasn't special because I got ignored.... after 15 minutes a lady finally came and made my drink. No one checked on my order status or why I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes... nothing... I have zero intentions of returning to that Dunkin in the near future. That was flat out unacceptable!

I've been having major cravings for this since the last time I had some was in Chicago so I'm happy to have a Dunkin' Donuts nearby! Convenient location with a drive thru! Quick and easy service. The nice girl that took my order even offered a "munchkin" (donut hole) to my dog! I ordered a med iced hazelnut macchiato, a med iced sweet/salty coffee, and a sprinkled strawberry donut! Total came to $9. Satisfied with everything and the donut was BOMB.

I stopped in after purchasing a coffee that was not made right at a drive-thru ten minutes down the road. I walked into the store and Devon noticed I had a cup in my hand already so immediately he offered to help. I explained that I bought it somewhere else and it was wrong and I just needed a new one and of course would pay for it since it was not from their store. He was so polite and immediately started making me a coffee and wouldn't accept payment. He was so happy and so helpful I insisted on taking a selfie with him. He was the epitome of what customer service is all about. Kudos to Devon and thank you for making my day!!

Love their cronut, mango pineapple fruit tea, cold brew coffee ( it is strong coffee), and their smoothie, made from real fruit. Yumm...

Don't go here! I live in the area and went in for the first time because I'm a dunkin fan but this place is bad news. I got a skeevy vibe as soon as I walked in. Waiting in line I could see a massive backup of customers waiting for orders and then I heard who I'm guessing was the manager, a barely out of high school and very tired looking woman berating her super dejected looking staff plainly for all the customers to hear. I got out of line and left and I will not be going back. There's a lot of great places around town to get donuts. Hyvee a block a way has a great pastry section and a coffee shop and everyone is always very friendly. I will say that the inside of the store looked clean and welcoming but I won't support that kind of an atmosphere.

My partner and I went there on a weeknight at 5pm. There were only one customer with his daughter there. No one was at the counter. We looked over the menu and was ready to order within 5 minutes. Still, no one came to the counter. We called out towards the kitchen and no one answered. We waited another 5 minutes. We decided to give them another chance, and go through drive-thru. When we got to the drive through, no one answered. We called out, honked, and still no answer. We drove to the window and saw a man and woman behind the counter casually talking to a client, and still no answer when we tried honking from the (closed) window. At this point, we've given more than enough patience to this place - so we took our patron somewhere else worth our bucks.

My first experience with a Dunkin Doughnuts was on the East Coast as a child on a road trip. Upon walking in, my mom edged up ahead of a few people in line so she could read the menu - one of the locals snapped at her "The line starts back there!". We look back fondly on that memory, and now maybe I can make some memory's like that now that my city has a Dunkin Doughnuts! This is a tiny, tiny location and the parking lot is cramped. It's hard to turn into the parking lot if you're going east on 42nd, by the way, so be ready for that. Lots of traffic. The drive thru line could impede getting into the parking lot too. But that's all logistical, however, it's worth noting. Ahhhh! Doughnuts! I was so excited that I left for work with enough time to swing by. I used the drive thru and was impressed at the speed which all the cars got through. The menu lists all the drinks and some promotional photos, unfortunately, I didn't see a list of availability for doughnuts. This sucked for me because I don't know what they offer, so I had to ask the cashier. Over the speaker. During a busy time in the morning. And to my delight, she didn't snap at me! She was so, extremely courteous. She listed all the flavors, helped me pick a number of doughnuts to buy and everything. It was so kind of her. I was also very impressed with the cost - a half dozen and a coffee drink for under $10. Usually one coffee drink of mine costs that much... Beaides the extremely busy parking lot and menu, I had a great experience and the doughnuts were fresh and delicious. The staff was courteous, and as far as a drive thru experience goes, I was pleasantly surprised. Doughnut be surprised if you see me here again..

Thank you for coming to Minnesota DD! I've been waiting so long! I'm admittedly a huge DD fan and I know what to expect at them and this one fits the bill, although it is cleaner than others I've been in. Now we just need MORE in MN!

Okay donuts, nothing special. Went mid day and was going to get two different kinds of munchkins but they were out of both. Settled for some chocolate cake donuts instead. Price wasn't out of line but I won't be making any special trips here.

It's fine. We have better Donuts in Minneapolis but at least we have a dependable and open late location that isn't grocery brand now. Tastes good. Service is as fine as you'd expect a chain donut shop would offer.

The donuts from here are amazing. This location is always so busy that it sometimes is hard to even make it in the parking lot. The store itself could do a better job at marking the pickup location. The first time I came they were so busy I could barely get inside and was not able to see the pickup spot so I ended up waiting in line until I was almost up front.

The employees are so nice and caring and make everything just right! ;) Dunkin' Donuts is my go to for breakfast and coffee! My daughters hockey teams are supported by them and we go there a lot!!! The customer service is incredible and on point! One of the best!

They have messed up my order multiple times but this time, as someone with a dairy allergy, it is extremely annoying that they forgot to put almond milk in my latte and put whole milk in anyways when i specified that i wanted almond milk AND they double checked with me too just to make sure it was right. I get my drink and it doesn't have almond milk written on the side, plus the taste of whole milk is very prevalent. Very unhappy.

Big time Dunkin' fan and was really excited when they started opening in the Twin Cities. Visited New Hope location this morning (9am) for a pumpkin donut and small decaf coffee. Out of pumpkin donuts, so they offered me munchkins. I agreed to the offer. They were just ok. However, the coffee was COLD! I ordered through the drive through and didn't realize until I had driven away that the coffee was cold and tasted terrible. No receipt was given at the window either. Two things you are known for, DONUTS and COFFEE. Neither were DD standard this morning. I won't be returning to this location. Sad this community isn't getting the true DD experience.

How does this place deserve any stars? This place made all of my kids sick within minutes after consuming a couple of their bacon, egg and cheese bagels and "hash browns". Their doughnuts were stale both times we bought them and memorable only by their lack of luster. They "didn't have" several types of doughnuts and they listed out the ones they did have with none sounding tempting. The orange doughnuts with the green sprinkles? Um ok, NO. This isn't food at all. Yuck.

I have been here 4 time. I have gotten what I ordered ONCE. Every time I order a drink it has come out wrong! So dissipointed. I really loved it the first time I had it right and don't want to keep wasting my money!

Dunkin Donuts is back in the state of of Minnesota and what a great return. You know you're getting great tasting quality donuts when you come here. I'm not from Minnesota and I thought the state was anti-donut for a while now. Every time we come we here we always get a dozen donuts. I've never had a problem at this location or with its customer service. In fact, I came here with a Groupon on my iPhone and the cashier was kind enough to hook it up for me and walk me through the process. Again, I've never had an issue from this location and I drive from Maple Grove to get these awesome donuts. I'm a fan of the Boston creme and the maple glazed donuts. My wife loves the double chocolate and the OG, Original Glazed. Come down and get a dozen donuts from Dunkin. BTW, this is my wife's favorite place for donuts.

Be forewarned that the other reviews are true in regards to the terrible customer service! I down loaded the app, put money in the account, and ordered ahead worth the promised of double points for being a Wednesday. The order would not go through after carefully following the directions and trying several times. So, I go into the store and inquire about order and to see if they could help. No one could help! All staff ignorant of the app functions. I decide to place my order of 60 donut holes, vanilla chai, and a turkey sausage flatbread and letting the lady taking my order know that I have a deal for a free drink (any size) and one for 10 donut holes at $1.99. Apparently that was very confusing to her and caused her to became extremely short with me and rude. She kept asking me what size and I said on multiple times, a large since (I showed her all deals on the app on my phone) any size was free. I asked her if buying a larger amount of donut holes was a better deal and she had no idea. Another staff did have to step in to help because the other lady just couldn't comprehend what to do I was forced to ask her to be not so rude to me. Leaving with my order, I was given a halfhearted sorry but it's not our fault the app doesn't work. They have a sign saying they aim for excellence service...what a joke! I will call to complete the survey on the bottom of the receipt. Unfortunately, I still have money on my account and will reluctantly return to use it up.

Good place to study and have coffee if the employees and their hood rat friends visiting them wouldn't be so noisy. Came in about 7pm, store is empty but straw wrappers and crumbs laying on just about every table top and floors. Had to clean one off myself so I could work. Wifi speed is meh. Plenty of places to plug laptops and other electronic devices in though. Comfortable seating. Decent coffee. And the donuts of course.

I went the very first day and would have expected way better. I ordered the variety pack of donuts. They were so dry and gross. They tasted like they were packed the day before. I've had Dunkin Donuts many times in other states and even here before they all disappeared and that is not what they were like. I might go again and try coffee and sandwiches and do a new review with a higher score but will never order donuts again.

Not a fan of a donut company that ships in donuts from Chicago every day!! Really?? We were so disappointed and could not even finish the ones we bought. Don't waste you money! There are wonderful bakery's that you can go to in your area. Support local hard working people that actually make the donuts. Figure it out dunkin or you won't be around long!!

I am a Chicago native so this moment was long waited for. I have to say, of the likely hundred or so Dunkins I have visited in my lifetime, this one was consistent with the rest. Service is definitely a bit slow right now but one of the times I came through the line was almost out the door and the drive through the same. I anticipate the speed of service will improve once the rush dies down. We've only picked up coffees so far since that is where our Dunkin hearts belong. Always fresh and hot. I enjoy the donuts from Dunkin but they are definitely a sweet treat so we didn't get any yet. People with love Dunkin or don't get it - either way - I am thrilled!

Sunday morning 7/16 approx 10:30 am. I've been there before and have been satisfied with the service. Today not so much. I ordered a large s'mores coffee. It was horrible, it was watered down, there was no creaminess to it, there was no chocolate in it, no taste of gram crackers to it. It tastes like coconuts yuck!!! Donuts were great! No complaints there but the large coffee was a huge wast of money Caribou will be getting my money for awhile.

Went there Saturday Morning, Ordered 2 Sausage egg cheese croissants 2 hashbrowns and we split a diet coke. Hashbrowns ( a whopping 6 of them) were very dark (kinda burnt -) The croissants were hard,crusty and not too fresh. Reminded me of gas station sandwiches that were under the heat lamp for 4 hours. We won't go back!

Don't plan on staying to eat your donuts unless you don't mind sitting on a long bar top counter bc there's only about 6 tiny tables. We normally eat 2 donuts each but these are smaller & airier so 3 would be better. I tried the French crueler which is air w a bit of dough. It's very bland. It's frosted but must have been misted on bc you can't taste it at all. Next I tried the crime filled. The filling wasn't injected properly bc all the crime was on one side, so having unknowingly started from the dry side turned out to be a bummer. Flavor wise it was good but not awesome (like Cool Whip w confectioners sugar). We bought small coffees only to later learn they're the size of Costco sample cups. When asked about refills the employee reluctantly admitted it was possible but that's probably bc the store was so busy you'd wait forever. Oddly enough we waited longer than 5 minutes just to get them while our kid whined about wanting to start eating. Our go to place for donuts will remain Yoyo's Donuts in Minnetonka. It's so great you'll understand while visiting Dunkin's was a 1 & done experience.
