The absolutely slowest dunkin location I have ever experienced. I have attempted to go here a few separate times and each time has been a very protracted experience. The drinks and food are up to standard as far as quality but this location just happens to employ a very dysfunctional team of employees. Part of the draw of dunkin for me is the speed, ease of use, and reliability of the mobile ordering app service, but this place is too unreliable.
The first time I went here was right when they open in the morning on my way to work ... I placed a mobile order but the employees would not open the front door for 15mins after their listed opening time. After I inquired whether they actually open at a different time than it says on the door, they just said oh sorry we get here 15 mins late. The second time I tried ordering in person midday and sat around for 15-20 mins. Third time I ordered online about 5 mins before I got into the location. There happened to be plenty of people ordering in person and they all got their orders before mobile orders, we had to go up and ask for our mobile order to get them to start working on it.
