Dunkin'

This location still has seating which is awesome. The person making my coffee fully incorporated the flavor syrups instead of just leaving it all at the bottom. Not the fastest location but the care taken made up for it in my opinion. Just look at the color of my coffee, it was perfect.

I went to DD at 1319 Fulton street and purchased a glazed donut..it wasnt until I got home and noticed that it looked as though a mice ate a part of it..extremely upset about this issue

I swear the people who work here move as slow as possible on purpose. They talk on the phone the whole time. They don’t pay attention when mobile orders come in. Tickets pile up while the workers hide in the back texting and the woman who works behind the counter in the afternoon is rude as hell.

Unbelievable I need to wait 9 minutes to order one lady handle everything and the other two walking around too long bed service

If you want to waste your time spending 10-15 min just for a regular coffee this is your place. Came here 5:30am one person in line and i was waiting for 10 min and still nobody took my order,, then i ordered on Mobile app thinking it was going to be to be fast and nothing i have to leave without the coffee

The absolutely slowest dunkin location I have ever experienced. I have attempted to go here a few separate times and each time has been a very protracted experience. The drinks and food are up to standard as far as quality but this location just happens to employ a very dysfunctional team of employees. Part of the draw of dunkin for me is the speed, ease of use, and reliability of the mobile ordering app service, but this place is too unreliable. The first time I went here was right when they open in the morning on my way to work ... I placed a mobile order but the employees would not open the front door for 15mins after their listed opening time. After I inquired whether they actually open at a different time than it says on the door, they just said oh sorry we get here 15 mins late. The second time I tried ordering in person midday and sat around for 15-20 mins. Third time I ordered online about 5 mins before I got into the location. There happened to be plenty of people ordering in person and they all got their orders before mobile orders, we had to go up and ask for our mobile order to get them to start working on it.

If you have plans, cancel them. Cause you will be there all day before they take your order. They will literally look and walk past you before taking your order. They act like "you" need them i will not recommend this place until they get better employees. Your better off door dashing to yourself just walk from the counter to the pick up line, you'll get it quicker. And I went twice both on Saturday morning when there were virtually no customers, second time I walked out. After I ask the 2 people ahead of me if they ordered yet and they said no. Trash 🗑
