A huge line because they don’t accept mobile orders which doesn’t makes sense for such an important airport. Only 2 screens to order and just 2 people working here giving they best but theres not much they can do. Only a few selected items on the regular dunkin menu. Coffee was good tho. So the only good thing ti point out here are the dunkin prices at a super pricey airport and same good Dunkin flavors.

Just had THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience EVER! I waited for minutes and being passed over for other customers made my blood boil. I only had four donuts and waited forever. I had to go to the counter multiple times to even be acknowledged. People came after me and received their donuts and coffee. RIDICULOUS! Do better!

There was no one on the line and I stood in front of the register ready for order . I was told to use the kiosk thing. Amazing….. !!!! There were four employees and no one really wanna go to register….

One employee by herself. She could barely keep up with orders, a big line of customers. I felt bad for her, the place was dirty and of course you can’t expect her to keep the place clean and take care of all customers at the same time. Shameful Dunkin, shameful. If you have a single employee just send her home and close for the day. Not fair at all for her, nor for the customers. (Mostly for her though, customers can just take their business elsewhere, while she can’t, if I were her I’d just quit, I highly doubt this is what she signed up for).

The drink as such was good. But the service was horrible. They were not accepting card and only cash payments they were asking. And the service was so slow. It took them more than 20 mins to prep my iced coffee with milk. Very poor service.

I was ripped off at this DD location at Terminal B. We ordered and paid for 2 Lattes with Hazelnut (one cold and one hot) and what we got were regular coffees without the Hazelnut. We realized this once we got to the gate and it was too late to track back. This DD takes advantage of their location as a place where people are on the go and realize the "cheat" too late. Also, the place is dirty and the service is horrible. AVOID THIS DD LOCATION AT TERMINAL B AT LA GUARDIA AIRPORT!

The women working at the Dunkin’ Donuts in LGA 1/2/23 at 3pm don’t even know how to take a simple order. I placed a mobile order for two coffees and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to get the coffees looks like they don’t even know what they are doing

"Cash only" and "self serve kiosk"- lanes are confusing to foreigners and elderly, but also other travellers. The cashier in LGA B terminal was bit frustrated and kept repeating "this is cash only, cards go over there" pointing to the kiosks. The kiosks spat out tickets with order numbers, but the baristas used names, causing more imminent confusion. I received someone else's drink and my breakfast sandwich was dry and bacon was definitely burned. Maybe I'll skip LGA Dunkin Donut in Terminal B next time.

Note to Self: Do not ever go to the Dunkin Donuts in Terminal B at LaGuardia ever again! After a bad experience at DD, I noticed there are other coffee stands to get a good coffee. I love DD but this outlet had off tasting coffee, mean AND slow service, and just an overall downer vibe. They didn't take the DD app, kept pushing people to the self serve kiosk which seemed even slower. People got their coffee but then waited extra minutes to get one donut. Maybe they will read this and make changes but for now, just going to walk by.

This is the express location in the Spirit/Frontier Airlines gate. The scanner didn't work for scanning my app barcode-so unfortunately I couldn't redeem any points. The coffee was ok though.

If this is the place on terminal b They have like nothing from the regular menu! Wasted a ton of time in the line and got there they didn't have half of the stuff I wanted to order from drinks to food. Also they don't take the app pay

I waited 30 minutes for one donut, had to use a credit card to pay for two dollar donut because they don't take cash! The order device/credit card payment, people were having problems with and the staff were dumping trash, filling up the milk and not helping the customers at the register! The manager finally came out and talked to the customers who just wanted to donate after they had paid with and handed out donuts very disappointing.!Very frustrating!

Fun fact: Dunkin' Donuts and pastries are placed on the security belt at this airport just like luggage! Got to airport at 4am for an early flight and had to wait for all the Dunkin pastries to go through the security check. After smelling them for a half hour, I could no longer resist the temptation. Pumpkin muffin was fantastic. They didn't hike up the prices like some airport food, so I was happy. No regrets today.

It was the worst service I have ever experienced at a DD. The staff had no urgency and nothing was made to order. Normally DD gives outstanding service, I don't think this staff can spell service.

Our donuts were good.. but since the airport does not have a Starbucks, we figured that the Dunkin' would be a good place to get coffee.. wrong! They messed up our order. I ordered a iced macchiato they gave me a watered down americano. My daughter ordered a cold brew add cream... tasted like milk. Horrible waste of $$$$. Bring back Starbucks to LaGuardia!

Terminal B Dunkin does not take any app codes nor do they take gift cards!!!! I still ordered my coffee and it came out terrible. What a waste of time and money.

I went to Dunkin' and ordered a coffee. After ordering i asked for hot water. The employee said that would need to be charged a coffee price. I said that is perfectly fine. She didn't ask me for a size and was asked to pay 3.62 for it. She gave me a medium. I asked if i can get a large she said it's just water and i gave you a medium. Kinda rude on her part. I do understand paying for tho.

One of the WORST Dunkin' I think I have ever experienced. The coffee was good, and the employees were very nice. HOWEVER, they can't make any food items besides donuts!?!? Thankfully there are other places to eat in the terminal or else I would have really been in an awful mood caused BY this Dunkin. And, to add salt to the wound, the treats tasted stale! The reason why they made it to a 3-star review is only because of the employees and the coffee. Do not recommend!!
