"The nearly 25-year-old pub at 150 W. 47th St. will close on January 18 after the landlord wanted to raise the rent to $53,000 a month from $16,000, the Post reports. Co-owner Des O’Brien says despite several counter offers from him and his partners, landlord A&R Kalimian would not budge on the higher ask, which more than doubled the monthly payment. I didn't think there were 24 hour dunkin left since most eateries close at midnight for the latest nowadays. It's small but not cramped. And it feels just right. They always have decaf when I come by. The donuts look decent and not like it's been out all day.

small cramped area, cozy? No it was claustrophobic.. service was fine. If you called fine being rude raisict and straight up laughing in our faces, two men were working and asked if we were from Guatemala just BECUASE we spoke Spanish, they soon started talking to us in a mocking manner when we finished paying. they overall were making fun of spanish. Assumimg we were from Guatemala

Two coffees and a donut and more than $10. I get it. No cream in one coffee as ordered. What am I going go back and wait in that long line again? No Thanks. Staff were nice enough but the order was not complex. Disappointing.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered a blueberry coffee, but was given the wrong item. Not only that, but what I received tasted nothing like blueberry and was quite unpleasant. It's disappointing when simple orders like this are messed up, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying a particular flavor. I hope they can improve their attention to detail and quality control in the future.

The Dunkin was across the street from our hotel in Times Square and was a great way to start the morning as their food is priced the same as it is everywhere else in the US instead of being hiked up by $10 just because it is NY. You could get a breakfast sandwhich for $4-5. Everywhere else in NY you pay $10. And it was pretty good. We went there just about every morning to get our iced coffee and a bite.

This Dunkin’ Donut is so disgusting. So many flies inside the donut counter. Reused the cup when it drop to the floor. 6 worker at the morning but only 3 peoples are working. One old lady using her phone like she has nothing do to with shop. One guy enjoying to sat on the floor. This shop literally deserve to report!

The donut I got was strawberry. It’s like they had natural extract to give the strawberry flavor. The bagel, cheese, and egg sandwich was delicious! The coffee was very hot but my mom liked it. There’s stairs to access the store so no wheelchair ramp or access.
