How Fast-Food Apps Took Over the Drive-Thru | Eater

"This brand's app exemplifies the cost-benefit calculation many consumers make: one industry researcher and loyalty expert says she is a regular user of certain quick-service apps and that "The biggest consideration for me in downloading an app is really: How often do I go?" (Yuping Liu-Tompkins, director of the Loyalty Science Lab at Old Dominion University). The app model—remembering favorites, tracking points, and offering tailored rewards—makes it easy for frequent customers to justify trading personal data for discounts and convenience." - Amy McCarthy

Finally opened in France! 🇫🇷💫🙌🏻 The donuts are tasty and so is the coffee. I ordered the watermelon drink with lemonade base, it was a bit sugarish but it wasn’t bad 🙌🏻 The space is divided into 2 areas: the ground floor where you can order on the screens or directly at the cashier + the upper floor with a few different areas depending on the size of the groups and the mood. The staff were very friendly and nice but they seemed a little bit unorganised to handle many orders at the same time. I will definitely come back to take coffee with friends or for weekend coffee breaks - and donuts of course! 🤭

Extremely happy about Dunkin’ finally opening in Paris! I went to the opening and I really enjoyed it. Of course, I came for the donuts, and I wasn’t disappointed! There’s not much choices for now, but it’s only been a day, so can’t really blame them. I took one OG (glazed donut) and one strawberry sprinkle, and they were both tasty! You can take a seat on the second floor and enjoy your drink and your donut, which is a plus for me Overall, I’m definitely coming back regularly 🤭

I came on monday for two hours and the first hour was okay, it was pleseant as there were no peoeple and then at seven pm the cleaning started ( there was no one there and the place was super clean ) so can you explain why the cleaning lasted a full hour where the worker was making noise for FULL hour ( dragging chair, slamming here and there, even mopping was made loud ? ) they made the whole last hour of stay feel like i was in a place where social norms never existed. Its exhausting being around places where its quite and relaxing for the workers to be annoying and nosie making. I wanted to tell them to leave it and I will clean it for them ( would have taken me 20min max). Its a shitty standard and if a visual could be represented as ( work smart not hard ) today was the visual of someone not working smart or having any social awareness. Im sure you will not fix the issue so i will be coming earlier and leaving before the stupidity of the show starts ( i assume every 7pm ). I know that i may have stumbled upon your off employees however as we are talking about year 2025; i have expectation as a customer to not be poluted by noise made unecessary.i also take from my time to come to you and provide my money; thus so level of understanding should be applied that one hour of noise making by employee where no one else was there but me ( & the place was already cleaned ) is ridiculous.

Glad to finally see Dunkin’ open in Paris. The line was long (unsurprisingly), but service moved fast. munchkins were crisp and fresh special mention for the croissant donut, and you can customize your coffee. Overall, worth the wait and a great addition to the capital.

The donuts selection is slim but you do get some of the classics. Unfortunately the drinks (refreshers) are awful. I don’t understand how a beverage meant to refresh you can be so bad. I highly advise dunkin France to take a look at what they are doing in Belgium, Germany or Spain. Fix your drinks please!

Very disappointed. After queuing for a long time, I ordered 3 boxes (6 pieces/box) of donuts. It says on the computer the variety of flavour included in the box but when I got home, it seems like the staff just threw whatever random donuts in the boxes!!! One box had 3 cinnamon donut and 3 chocolate! Very different from the stuff we get in the U.S. This store does not care about repeat customers! I will stick with krispy kreme moving forward. Update: The donuts are complete junk and I threw a whole box! No quality and inedible. Not fit for consumption folks. Just get a regular donut from any boulangerie, even the supermarket ones are of better quality!

Really disappointing experience. We went at 17h on a Tuesday. There were only 5 choices of donuts available. We were disappointed but chose what was left. What we got were « donuts » that tasted old and stale. It took 25 minutes with two people in front of us. The employees kept talking to each other and weren’t serious at all. There were dishes and plates all over the tables and just a general feeling of dirtiness and neglect. It’s unfortunate and kind of sad honestly that so much hype went into this place and our result was that we’re not even going « to try again »

Half decent coffee, donuts worse than anywhere else, and the cherry on the cake: 6 employees, only me waiting for one drink and 2 donuts. Waited for 10min until one of them decided it was time to give me my order.
