Very clean! Pleasant staff and wonderful service😎. Will make sure to come back to this particular Dunkin because the customer service was impeccable.

They charged me 5.34 for ONE large iced tea. ONE. I thought wow, they really raised their prices. I googled it. They charged me DOUBLE. What a sham. Never again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Cold drink and a original glazed donut are ordered in advance by mobile. Only the drink was ready when I got there, however the taste was right. I feel somewhat DD atmosphere looks disconnected between the staff/owner and customers. It is not only this location but other locations look the same.

Management needs to have a talk with that group of older men that like to hang at this location about "Harassing" other customers. Sooner or later they're just going to start problems for this place.

So ice seen this location b4 never had the privilege of coming inside for something to hold me over fir the last leg of hotel's within her Hilton Honors family. But you walk in and it looks like it's brand new nothing really out of place! At 2pm Deznut wez still freshly.. Whoa And had the Mini Everything bagel bites. My gosh! So needless to say xDD had upedcirs game but the location. I can't get over it Peeps, it wez clean! Aloharoo23 out

Coffee was like water. If they are trying to cut costs they won’t have to worry about it because they will go out of business. They won’t get my business again. Waste of money.

No one is polite , Second time here very rude towards black people when none of them are white. It’s very strange. Normally at dunkin cream and sugar means classic sugar and cream . They continually give me granulated sugar when I mention it to have it remade I was rudely informed that if i do not specify it here then it will be granulated . The cashier and other employees were nasty towards my friend and I . He got breakfast food that he enjoyed.

There was a little hiccup that was quickly corrected. The medium hot chocolate was well below the line. I noticed because the cup was very light when I lifted it off the counter. The staff was pretty aggressive until I took a picture of the drink. I had only suggested that they calibrate the machine. But they took it that I was calling them cheats; the manager kept saying that they were not cheating me. I asked to have my money refunded and she offered to finish filling the cup and refund my money back. I was satisfied. But they still need to calibrate the machine. I gave 4 stars for how DD resolved the problem.

I've been coming to this business for several years now. I've noticed a drop off of quality in their service recently. 3 weeks ago I ordered a coffee through their pickup window and the employee handed me the coffee with the wrong lid. The lid came right off when he handed it to me and I got coffee over me. He didn't seem overly concerned and I had to demand a new lid! I also noticed they get orders wrong. Today I ordered 10 munchkins of glazed and chocolate and got 10 munchkins with a fruit flavor. They need to improve their service.

ALERT: CHARGES YOU FOR LESS ICE! This place is one the expensive side and the ice coffee is a hit or a miss. When made and stirred properly, it's good. However, just like the location on Ridge Pike, it can often taste diluted and just plain nasty, as if it's lacking syrup and milk. On the bright side, they do get the sandwiches and egg wraps right, unlike Ridge Pike, where you often receive subpar coffee and poorly packaged food just thrown in a heap/mess in the bag. Be warned: asking for less ice won't save you money when you see the final bill.

Was there this past Saturday. DISGUSTING!! Garbage bin was overflowing and ignored. Mens bathroom was disgusting and an absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIT HOLE!

We went there this morning for coffee, breakfast sandwich and munchkins. There were two women employees, literally screaming at each other. They were both oblivious to the customers that were waiting to order. Two other employees asked them multiple times to "STOP, BE QUIET, WE HAVE CUSTOMERS". One of them stopped, but the other WOULD NOT stop yelling!! She couldn't care less that there were customers in the store.. She sounded like a little barking chiuawa!! Then we asked for 8 blueberry glazed munchkins, we received 7 and one that looked like it had a bite out of it. Again, if I were the owner, I would fire that one employee, she was still yapping away when we left...

Complete trash! National doughnut day come in for a free doughnut but you have to buy a drink. Ok. Then there are only a couple varieties left & those are ones no one wants!

The staff and product here is amazing. This is the most consistent Dunkin I have ever been to. My food and drink are always exactly how I want them. The only issue is the location set up. It's not the employees fault, but it's very difficult to use the drive through or even park when there is a drive through line. It's horribly designed. Overall though - I will always go here since my Dunkin is always exactly how I wanted it.

If there was a no star button i would press it for this dunkin. Workers are absolutely clueless. I went to the drive-through and asked for a bacon egg and cheese and the worker gave me a everything bagel with cream cheese. I dont understand how you can mess up a order that bad. This is just the one of many that they had messed up for me. Dont come to this Dunkin!!!

Staff was polite but it was way to expensive and it tastes horrible. Can't even drink it. I'm wondering if my order was correct. If I wanted to overpay and still get nasty coffee I would have gone to the other place with over priced nasty coffee; at least they wouldn't charge me for water. Won't be back. I'll try to shop local.

Stopped today to get 2 large coffees - $1 of which is supposed to be donated to charity. Again they got my order wrong & overcharged me. Donut was supposed to be $1 - didn't get 2nd donut. This is far from the first time they got it wrong. They don't understand or speak English well & I will never go there again.

I recently had a " sub par " experience here a few weeks ago and left a review as you could see. However i went back to place the same order some time later and one of the employees recognized me as the individual who left the review ( this employee was not the one who gave me the extra crispy hockey pocks last visit ) I was really satisfied with the quality of my order and the sense of humor of the employee. I was not treated a certain way for leaving a " bad " review Previously, all in all great experience and pleasant staff .

Place is nicely decorated inside, but that's the only nice part. Employees spoke really quietly and somehow managed to undercook a bacon egg and cheese. The cheese was solid and the scrambled egg was runny. The floor was also really slippery and there weren't any wet floor signs. I was able to catch myself but an older person would have been seriously injured.

I mobile ordered my drink and when I got there nothing was ready. I got home and realized there was a short black hair at the bottom of my drink, I don't know how it should have gotten there to begin with but I'm absolutely disgusted, will not be returning.

This is the closest Dunkin' to home, so I'm there a good amount. On the one hand, the staff are friendly and get everything done in an efficient manner. I usually get on-the-go orders, and they're always ready for me when I come in. One time, I accidentally dropped my iced coffee, and the person behind the counter let me have another one free of charge, which was very nice (though she did remind me that it isn't their responsibility heh). On the other hand, the setup outside is pretty bad. They have a small parking lot, so it's not somewhere great to spend much time, which is OK. The rough part is that the way the drive-thru works creates a really strange traffic flow. I never go through it, but those going through the drive-thru almost always create traffic by the entrance and in the parking lot. I don't know that anything can be done about that now, but it wasn't planned very well.

I LOVE Dunkin pumpkin. Today I went to two different su kind that messed up my order. This dunkin fixed it for free and was very kind! Thank you!

Visited: Tuesday - February 21, 2017 - 7:30 PM I had a cup of decaf coffee and a reduced fat blueberry (reduced fat - ah right). Bright, colorful, usual great coffee....it's a DD! Ironically, next to Starbucks.

This is the worse location ever. Customer service is horrible and the manager needs to be fired after talking to me like a dog. Manager is disrespectful and should be fired. The "manager" screamed at me when I tried to add something to my order. Definitely filing a complaint. Discrimination can get you in legal trouble.

I've been going to Dunkin my whole life, never a bad experience. This new place is not cutting it. There was zero care when creating the drinks and packing the donuts. Thumb-sized chunks of frosting taken out of every donut, seemed intentional (maybe a bad day for an employee). The drinks were not even mixed, syrup sat at the bottom and I finished my medium iced coffee in about 7 sips (all ice), even though I asked for less ice. Sad to see a bad experience at Dunkin, had to call them out!

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The coffee is not that good and the customer service is terrible. You can tell that the people at this location hate their jobs. If you're dressed well and decent looking they will have you standing there while they walk past you and do nothing. They have literally messed up simple orders. Honestly how hard is it to place flavoring into iced coffee? They have half a dozen people behind the counter and are still slow and incompetent at this location. One time they did not even know how to work the register and could not process debit cards. You can't make this stuff up. Do yourself a favor and find another location. Coffee is supposed to be enjoyable not stressful like the people at this location make your visit.

I used to go at least once or twice a day during the week. Overall the service was good- no mistaken orders, and friendly enough staff. However, more recently there has been a shift.. snarky staffers, and outright ignoring in-store customers while 3-5 employees handle the drive-through. With many other options close-by, I will not be returning.

i waited 45 minutes for my order this morning. when trying to get help, after being ignored for 15 minutes, i got reprimanded for being impatient. granted, it was a big order but EVERYONE else was taken care of, i had to wait. sorry that you have too much business. you could have told me it would take an hour and told me to go to a different store, you are too busy and don't need the business.

I go to this Dunkin' Donuts at least three times a week. It's by far the nicest Dunkin' Donuts interior you'll find, and it's very clean and modern which makes sense considering it just opened a few months ago. This place Easley deserves five stars because my order is consistently 100% accurate, always ready before I arrive (I order using their mobile app, and if you're not, are you really even living??), and and the employees are 100% friendly. Even when I run in to pick up A drink that I ordered on my phone, and an employee always says hello and asks how I'm doing. So appreciated. Thank you!

Great DD. Drive thru is a HUGE plus and they are always quick. Never had any issues with my order. The baristas are also very nice at this location.

Worst Dunkin Dounuts I've ever been to. The donuts were stale and I complained to the staff that the donuts were hard and they're response was "They were made this morning so of course they are hard." in a sarcastic way. When I asked why they had given me a stale donut the employee said "Are you trying to be funny'' like I were dumb. I asked for a refund but the other young man's response was "Give me all of your food before I give you a refund'' so I did and drove away. So for feature ref. do not come to that Dunkin Donuts in Plymouth meeting after 5 or else they will give you stale donuts and be ok with it.

This is probably the worst Dunkin ive been to .. all the employees are rude except for one or two .. They are always rushing and don't even greet you with a "hello, what i can i get for you" or a " good morning" , i love dunkin but i dont think i'll be coming to this one anymore.

The one star is for the building. It's brand new so of course it looks nice. The service on the other hand deserves -5 stars. I've been to this location on several occasions and it seems as if the service gets worse every time. I ordered an iced latte through drive thru and when I got to the window she attempted to give me a hot one. I told her that's not what I ordered and she says "well there are 3 cars behind you so either take it or not". That left me flabbergasted, honestly. So I asked for receipt and she says "it's too late I already bypassed it". At this point I insisted on a receipt to which she says I need to come inside. Long story short she gets a receipt and it says ice Carmel latte (which is 64 cents more than the hot one). I ended up just giving the coffee back and asking for a full refund. All of this could have been avoided if she had just given me the coffee that she rang up. Humans make errors. Own up to your sh!t and don't be nasty about it.

This store deserves 0 stars for their horrible staff. Rude and nasty. Went through drive thru, paid then the staff basically closed the window staring at me laughing. I gave 2 stars because my coffee was perfect and my bagel was toasted to perfection. So if you want good coffee, awesome bagels, but an internal complex about what is wrong with your face go here.
