Excellent service! Moved out to NV 2 years ago and this was my first coffee shop to go to. I never went anywhere else! The people working their the order time (reasonable in my opinion) and when you get the windows they always talk to you which is something ALOT of places miss. But Dutch 4 life!

Golden Eagle blended freeze is our favorite by far. First stop off the plane. Every employee we have ever experienced in Vegas and Phoenix have been phenomenal. Extremely nice and friendly.

I have been coming to this location for a few months. Always great hot chocolate, but today after I used my card to pay, I get a iPad placed in my face with a request for a tip. Big turn off.

This location served actual garbage in my drink. Check yours and kids before drinking - serious choking and contamination hazard.

First time at this location and to be honest, this was the best one. I wish we had more Dutch Bros like this back at home in California. The guy was very patient and knew what I was ordering even though it was from their hidden menu. They had our drinks out in less than 5 minutes. Overall, my experience was amazing and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Vegas.

Went here to their holiday drink. Got the iced hazelnut truffle mocha and it's perfectly delicious! Planning to go back and try the hot version of this drink and also would want to try the other holiday drinks as well. There were a few cars in front of us in the drive thru but it went by really quick! The only thing was when we went, we also would like to try the sliders but unfortunately warm foods were not available at that time.

My go-to and favorite Dutch Bros location. Each time I stop by the workers are so delightful and helpful. Their drinks also never miss. Can't say enough great things about this location.

The service was great! There was a short line when we went. I got a latte with an extra shot of espresso. Wife got a special drink, forgot the name. It was too sweet but they did say we exchange or remake it if you don't like it. The drive-thru was packed but moved fast. Plenty of outdoor seating great vibes with friendly barista! My latte was delicious and strong.

Fast friendly service. As always the coffee is amazing. This location never has a long wait.

Shoutout to KAYLA -- the absolute best! Kayla never fails to brighten my day! Every time I roll up to Dutch, I know I'm leaving with a smile (and not just because of the drink). She's hilarious, full of energy, and makes the whole Dutch experience 1000x better. It's like free laughter with every coffee! Kayla, you're a gem -- Dutch Bros is lucky to have you, and so am I!

Stopped at this Dutchies because I had an early doctors appts in the same shopping center. Easy location to get into and out of, with the exception that if you're a weirdly inflexible rule follower, like me, and follow the driving routes without cutting through parking spaces, you might get "cut" in line. Didn't matter to me though, I was there at 720am for my 815pm appt. I had time. If you're walking up, there is a lot of parking and an easy route to get to the walk up window. There's also so much outdoor seating at this location. Amazing!!! Same great service with a smile that you would get at almost every Dutch Bros I've ever been to. the line moved quickly and I was able to drive away with my drink in just a few minutes, even though the line left the drive thru. Also, like always, great flavors to get you moving!

I love this location! It's my favorite DB and the energy is always amazing. This location is always great with pets and the workers are solid !! They've surpass DB standards. Wayyy better than -biez

This was my first time at Dutch Bros. I did not know what to expect and I was so excited to try it. The staff member who came up to our car to take our order was so friendly and patient with my group. She made the experience so nice. So what about the coffee? I had the toasted marshmallow latte - it was sooo good. It was delicious and hit the spot. I can see why this place is getting so much attention on social media.

Sugary milk and an annoyed barista -- no thanks! I did a coffee run at this location (not my choice) and placed an order for 5 large drinks. When the employee handed them over at the window, they were all unlabeled and the iced drinks didn't have spill-prevention stickers on the lid. I asked her to put the stickers on, and she looked irritated - even after I told her that I don't want it to spill in my car. She also forgot one of the drinks in my order (the hot one). Keep in mind - there was only 1 car behind me & I had already left a good tip since I was required to pay ahead of time. [Drink quality] Terrible. I ordered an iced chai with oat milk and sugar-free syrup. The tea flavor did not come through at all - it basically tasted like sugar and milk. I couldn't drink it and I ended up throwing it away. What happened to the great customer service that Dutch Bros is known for? They must've missed the memo.

Staff is always the best. Lyssa , Kayla, Rachel, Sophia and a few others I can't remember, always treat me so nice and call me by name and know my drink orders. My Dutch family! Sole reason I go here is always for the staff and of course the drinks! -Scott

I got charged 2x for 1 drink informed manager about it and he told me he couldn't do anything for me. I will not spend my money here no more

I'm not one to write reviews, but your employee David really stunned me with the awesome customer service he has. I had been having such a terrible day and David and his abundance of positivity made my week! I cannot believe a dutch bros run could make such an impact on my life. Pre gaming ritual before hiking up at Red Rock Canyon (weather permitting) starts with a stop here. During the holiday season they have a nice variety of Christmasy type drinks. We went with the candy cane blended and a hot vanilla chai both were really good. As always service was friendly and fast.

This is the best Dutch in the valley. I come every day before work. They are fast, friendly and just a bunch of lovely kids. They really are a cut above the rest! Well done guys!

Heading home from an event in Summerlin, I decided to stop by Dutch Bros. for a late night coffee on the drive back. My best friend used to live around this area and I vaguely remember when this Dutch Bros. was under construction, but I never went until last night. I've visited quite a few Dutch Bros. locations all around the valley, plus one each in Oregon and Utah, and to me, this one is slightly larger than the others I've been to. They have more outdoor seating and they have a bigger interior. If you've seen my other reviews for Dutch Bros., you know that I love their Golden Eagle drink! I wish I remembered the name of the lady who took my order (she was there at 8:30pm on a Tuesday). She was in a smiling mood and complimented on my shirt while making my drink. Because there was nobody in line, I was handed my drink in less than 5 minutes. I know it was nighttime, but I got my Golden Eagle in a large cup, which I always do with each visit. The bigger, the better! Gotta love Dutch Bros. any day (or night)!

Not big on coffee. This is a great place as they have many drink offerings. I love getting their iced vanilla chai tea, stop light lemonade, or mango smoothie.

Service was top-notch. Drinks make me think about coming back and trying their different variety.

Friendly "mob", easy access location near other businesses. The wait was okay--the line moved steadily. They had cute pumpkins outside to talk about, probably decorated by the employees for Halloween.

I'm from the East Coast and I have been wanting to try Dutch Bros coffee for a long time because all of my coworkers talk about it. We finally got to visit and we met the friendliest employees. I'm so bad with names and I wish I got their names but they were amazing. The drinks we all got were delicious as well. I really wish there was a Dutch Bros on the East Coast.! Thanks for making our first times amazing!

This is literally my favorite location. I have 3 dutch bros by my house and I drive a little further everyday just to come here. They are always super quick and efficient with every order. Love my girls Kayla and Jaz! They are always friendly and genuinely excited to see me.

My go-to order is anything cold brew usually Annihilator or White Mocha. They offer substations like skim milk instead half and half. The iced teas are good as well. I like getting the ones with the orange flavor. This is Dutch Bros so expect a line at the drive thru lol. The employees were very friendly. I got to the window and even the employees in the back were saying hi to me and some were singing too, I thought that made my day :) Such a good vibe that morning!

Jocelyn and the rest of the crew are so awesome. They always know our special order when I pull up to the drive-through before they bring the tablet out. Never had a bad coffee or experience. Always so nice!

My wife and I love the coffee, but we also love bringing our dog (Obi) to get a pupcup and seeing our favorite barista Kayla. Or as she's known in our hood "Kay Kay". She's amazing, but don't call her that though, we've earned the right. Anywho, the menu and staff are amazing, the location is convenient... 5 stars

I love it here. Originally from California there aren't much of these out there for living so close by I'm here way more than I'd like to admit. All the employees are super fun and are always nice and always see happy to be at work! They drinks are always amazing and there are so many options to chose from and even more on their app which you can also get digital stickers and rewards points to get free drinks which is so cool! They will also give your furry friend their own little cup!!!

Covid-19 drive through with the nephew early morning...Dutch Bros. delivered as if we weren't in a pandemic state... The service was as fantastic as ever. The staff walks out to your vehicle to take your order with their tablet. Vibes are positive and smiles are everywhere with the whole staff. They're taking cards only during the pandemic and don't forget to add the tip. Cars are moving quickly and before we knew it, we were at the window picking up our beverages. The window crew was pleasant as ever. I went with the blended Bob and it was absolutely delish: Banana, Coconut and Dark Chocolate. This is a tasty trio mixed perfectly and it's one of my go to drinks at Dutch Bros. All my Coffee beverage experiences at Dutch Bros. are always on point Pandemic or not, Dutch Bros continues to slay. The service and drinks during this time was as consistently awesome as usual. This keeps me coming back. Be safe and buckle up!

This is my all-time favorite location. I'm a Dutch regular and have been to locations all across the valley. This one outshines them by far. I've never written a review for them but today, Jordan made a special impression on me. I want to give him a shoutout for recharging me with a little good conversation and a delicious recommendation - cinnamon roll chai with white coffee shots. 100% winner.

Came here yesterday and the guy at the window was super nice !!! Came back today , they mixed up my order and got an attitude about it !! Asked about stickers at the beginning and was told they did have them ! After the mix up , I reminded her about the stickers and she told me that don't have any !!! And said it with an attitude ..... wow

I enjoy coming to our neighborhood Dutch Bros for our coffee and beverage needs. The team here are always cheerful and chatty. They are quick with stirring up the drinks especially on sticker day. Usually the lines are nuts on sticker day but the team does a good job of getting us through the line in no time.

A very convenient Dutch Bros location when you're arriving and leaving La Vegas. We stopped by before heading back to San Diego and their recommended drinks were a large coffee freeze and an iced coffee. At some point we mixed the two and the combination was great. They ended up being the right choice for the long haul ahead. - Same incredible service and drink advice as their other locations. - Try not to park near the drive-thru line. We almost got blocked in because the line was getting long (in-n-out burger trap)..

Dutch Bros started in Arizona, near Arizona State University. I remember those sweets blends ever mornin that I sat in that chair trying to stay awake. It was the coffee from a little stand on campus in Tempe that served these Irish Lattes that kept me a going. Wow, I'm letting my age show here. Now you can find these little stands popping up on every corner. Larger the better here. If your going to compare price and size verse the competition, such as Starbucks here's what they offer. The large at Dutch Bros comes with four to five shots. That makes all the difference in the world to me. At Starbucks they charge an extra ninety cents up charge to make a Venti Quad shot. If you want extra flavors to sweeten that latte it's not extra either. You have my attention, right. The coffee here at Dutch Bros is smoother than that of the Starbucks when used in a latte or cappuccino. Drive thru coffee all done and done with a smile; car side. What's not to love? If this is your first visit to this place, be here and maybe come a little early because the line gets long. If there is not one close by, just wait one will come. They are sprouting up all over. Their popularity seemed to be more and more busy pre COVID, but Vegas she is coming back to life. Reserve your spot for functional and no fuss coffee today, just pull up. Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee place in general. I was excited to finally get my fix after not having it for a long time. I got my go-to Dutch Bros order which is an iced Ninja Turtle I usually like the mocha version which they make using chocolate milk. I got it this time around with almond milk since I'm lactose and I regret that I got that milk choice since it doesn't taste as great. I should have just gotten the regular chocolate milk and taken some lactaid pills lol. Anywho, it was still ok. The service was nice and everything. Please open more locations in California! haha

Why hadn't I heard about this place sooner?! Went to check it out on a Friday morning and by the line of cars wrapped around, I could tell it MUST be good. Decided to get out and go to the walk up window instead of sitting in the car. No one was in line at first but a few minutes later, even the walk up line was long. The employees are super friendly and talkative and the wait isn't too long. Prices seem a little high compared to other coffee shops though. They do have a stamp card each time you get a drink, which means I must return. By looking at the menu alone, you'd think they don't have many options. Go to their website for a full menu and you won't be disappointed by the variety. Pretty much anything you can think of, they can make. They also have almond and coconut milk instead of regular. Our order consisted of a medium nitro cold brew coffee and German chocolate latte with coconut milk, divine! Flavor alone beats most, if not all coffee shops in the area. On top of coffee they also have smoothies, hot chocolate, shakes and more. Everyone can find something they like. There are some benches out front if you want to chill there and enjoy your drink, which we did. The drive thru line never let down and now I know why. My new favorite! My only complaints are that there is not one in Henderson and it'd be nice to see the full menu at the location.

I had got the "south beach lemonade " I think thats the name it was really good next time I'm going to order it with light ice , because half of the drink was ice .

Dutch Bros coffee never fails to satisfy my lemonade cravings. I know it's a coffee place, but as someone who doesn't really drink coffee, Dutch bros has some of the best non-coffee drinks ever. The fact that they have all kinds of things like lemonades (my personal all time favorite thing on they menu), shakes, energy drink mixes, they just cater to a lot more diverse drinkers out there than just coffee people! I got a blue raspberry and lime lemonade that quenched my thirst and re-hydrated me after attending the life is beautiful festival. I'd have to say that I also took some secret sips of my boyfriend's strawberry and pineapple lemonade too because it was so good. In conclusion, try their lemonades because they're the best lemonade flavors I've ever had!

Let's start by saying that customer service here is AMAZING. We've been here multiple times, and I swear the workers here are always so friendly every single time we've been here, and that's what keep us coming back. This is my new spot to get me and my husbands caffeine fix. I was a die hard Starbucks person, and my husband doesn't drink coffee, so when we found out about Dutch Bro's when we moved to Vegas, I was happy that i had a spot to grab my caffeine fix and my husband was able to enjoy a drink here as well. I LOVE their kicker (Irish cream breve). I will normally ask them to lessened the sweetness since I still want my coffee taste. The kicker is super creamy!! My husband will normally grab their Rebel drink (energy drink) to get his energy fix. I love that they have a loyalty stamp card. The other thing that I enjoy is that it is not too expensive! Coming from a Starbucks fanatic. I could spend $8 for a tall drink, but here at Dutch bro's. I could get two small drinks for $7-$8! That's a deal!! Definitely coming back to this location because their workers are AMAZING!!

I mean... It is Dutch Brod. Do we need to see why this place deserves five stars? Upon seeing that there was one in Bakersfield when I came for an exam, I knew I had to come by on my way out of town. Since there aren't any in the greater LA area, I decided to order two drinks and a pup cup. I had my barista surprise me with her top two drinks of choice. Talking aback, she said if I didn't like them, they would remake it for me for free. I figured I can trust her since she works there though. I ended up loving both of my drinks. I only wish I jotted down what they were...

All right Dutch Bros, you've got me hooked! This is the closest location to me, but it's still not close enough. Insert sad face emoji here. I usually pay them a visit during non-coffee essential times, so there never is a line. Score for me! The person taking orders in the drive-thru line is always hyper and happy. I mean, how could they not be when they work in a coffee shop. My drink is prepared quickly and I'm on my way. I love their stamp card considering I'm here about twice weekly. Pro tip: look up their secret menu online. That's how I found my favorite drink; the French toast latte. It really does taste like the breakfast staple but in coffee form. Yes, it's almost 300 calories for a medium, but it's worth the calorie intake. If I'm not feeling the sugar rush, then I'll just get an iced americano with vanilla syrup. I also enjoy their iced teas. They can customize any of their teas, which I like. My favorite has been their pomegranate black tea. It's super refreshing especially during summer. I'll be back!!

I come to Vegas at least once a year, sometimes twice! Never had a Dutch bros. They had the most efficient and friendly staff. Line was forming and a worker came out and took our order. First timers here, but the worker helped us with a suggested drink. Amazing. Got up to the window the it looked like it was a bunch of high school or college kids. Regardless they were amazing. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Out of all the Dutch bros I've been too this one makes my drinks exactly how I love them . There service is just amazing always with a smile , making conversation and not letting any awkward moments . I love how they greet me with a smile and even compliment me on certain days . The way they work is fast , and always as a team and it's what makes them work faster . I absolutely love this Dutch and will always make my Friday morning routines to come here before my busy day begins . If I could give a 100 stars I would !

Ok, I was quite curious as to why cars were lined up 20+ cars deep for this little coffee spot, but now I know. Ample seating for waiting and/or sipping; clean tables too...no sticky syrups! Service: the drive thru line is looong, but the line moves fast. The young workers use tablets to take drive thru orders (think Portillo's & Chick-fi-A). I decided to park and order via the walk-up window. The cashier was bubbly and helpful in explaining the drink options. Drink: I ordered the trifecta breve (choc, white choc, and caramel) and it did not disappoint. Smoothly blended, thick, but not heavy, refreshing and flavorful. Price point was perfect and less expensive than Starbucks.

Very impressive spot they got here. I was a little nervous when I saw the long line but they kept it moving quite nicely. Enjoyed the Innihilator and I Ice Chai. Both were great. Fast service, good priced and great drinks.

Dutch Bros is the home of the 911. What's the 911 you say? It's only this Irish cream drink with 6 shots of espresso. Twitch twitch. To be honest I've never tried it. Don't think I'll be able to finish it but I'll probably try it once when I really need it. Luckily they have other drinks like the Caramelizer and the Cocomo, their caramel mocha and coconut mocha drinks. Some tasty drinks which I've had. I'm not going to scare you if you've never been but they do have a huge list of drinks. I think I counted over 60 flavor combinations and that's just what was printed on their little flyer. I've probably only had 10 of them. I've got so much work to do to even make a dent into their menu. They make everything from hot coffee, ice coffee, blended coffee, smooties, teas, sodas, cocoa, and more. I'm sure I'm not the only one who've been stalking this Dutch Bros Coffee location over the past few months. But what took it so long to open!? Whatever it was I'm just glad it's finally open. It's a walk up or drive thru kind of place. The good about this location is that there's about 5 tables outside and so far the employees have been happy, friendly, and quick. The bad there's no shade and the parking lot is small. It was already packed before they opened. Besides that I'm still coming back cause I'm a fan of their drinks.
