"I've been tracking Dutch Bros. Coffee's expansion into the southeast: construction is moving quickly on a drive-thru in the Windmill Retail Plaza (bordered by Windmill and Bermuda) and it's pushing to open within the next few months. That new spot sits about seven miles south of the chain's original Las Vegas location at 2840 E. Tropicana Ave. The company also confirms additional moves into the southwest and northwest (with a hoped-for northwest location by year-end) and a long-planned entry into Henderson.
