The team members are always friendly and service is usually quick. So many drink options to choose from, reasonably priced but can be heavy on the ice.

Dutch Bros has great coffee and such fun and kind people working there. We love to grab a drink and some pup cups for our dogs after the park. Don't change your hiring practices. You've clearly found a way to select great people with fun personalities who seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.

Great engaging staff. The staff know great coffee and other drinks made there. Only complaint is with regards to accessing the business. Hard to get in and out of here

Everyone was so friendly especially having to stand in the heat to take orders. But what a great system they have and the Golden Eagle blended was delicious.

Fast service, cute little drive thru spot for mixed drink coffees, energy drinks and flavored lemonade. The parking lot gets busy so drive thru is best. Staff is very attentive and helped us out with our order.

Every visit to this Dutch Bros is honestly a disaster. They somehow manage to mess up orders every single time, and the broistas seem like they’d rather be anywhere else, giving off this weird, hostile vibe. It’s wild because other locations are way better—friendly staff, accurate orders, the whole deal. But this spot? Absolute chaos every time. They seriously need to step it up.

Frosty machine was broken 3 weeks ago and the toung lady said if it's no good the next one is on us showed up a week later because of Christmas vacation and no one had no idea what I was talking about. I can get coffee from anywhere but the Fort Apache shop had me in a gud place.

I've tried this place twice. My verdict is still out. Either I'm ordering the wrong thing or I have the wrong expectations. Their stores are everywhere I just need to figure out what people go there for. I'm ordering their ice teas and they are just blah....I feel like I wasted my money. It's a drive thru so no atmosphere to comment on.

I made my second visit to a Dutch Bros here at Rainbow and DI. Unless you go to the drive thru, it's a little hassle to get to the walk up window. I had ordered my drink on their app. I pulled in near the window, but there was a wrought iron fence. I parked there. For all I know, I was on some other property. I walked a bit down the parking lot where the fence ended and then went back to the walk up window on the other side. My drink was almost ready. I had gotten a promo for extra points. I showed the QR code to scan as the notice siad to do and the barista siad, "Oh, you'll get your points." I didn't. Later I sent a message to their contact us address and before the day was done, I was credited the bonus points. I ordered the brownie batter freeze which is chocolate mocha freeze with soft top and brownie pieces. Most of the pieces go to the bottom so you have a bonus when the drink is done. It was a super drink. If I were going to this outlet again, I'd do the drive thru and enter from DI. It's a good alternative to my normal coffee stop.

The first time I ever had Ductch Bros Coffee was in Mesquite, NV last year in May 2023. I had never had their coffee and tried their Large Ice Cocomo and well let me tell you I have been a huge fan since then. They have an app, that is easy to use, fun and it's it allows me to pay quickly and include a tip if I want to add one. I have experience great customer service and a friendly staff at each of these locations. Rain or shine, cold weather and all when the line is long the staff comes out and takes my order while I sit in the car. Some of them then even remember your order. Guilty I do come here often. It's a great location, since I can get my coffee, get some gasoline and even wash my car if I want to at the gas station next to them. I appreciate the staff when they always ask if your automated tip ok.

Haven't been to this location in awhile, but I had a mochi donut craving and this DB was just down the street. I had to get the Golden Gate rebel in honor of the Super Bowl. Going to DB with my 4 legged bestie is a Saturday ritual. The drive thru line was long, but a Broista came out to take orders and it ended up being fast! Great service and drinks. And my buddy always LOVES his Dutch Pup Cup!!

Oh so I have a good karma story for all of you. Half asleep this morning got in line at Dutch where if you've been there you know that a lot of them have two lanes that kind of funnel down to one. When it came time to figure out where I fit in the groove, I honestly wasn't paying attention so I wasn't sure. The lady rolled down her window and asked who was next and I said you know what I'm not sure but you go ahead and if they have my drink, just tell him to hold it up, I got in line and the next thing I know somebody came walking out with my blended drink. This Dutch has an exit lane so I could drive by the four cars that were ahead of me and on my way to start my weekend. Good karma is a beautiful thing as far as the Dutch goes. The girl who took my order and the one who brought my drink out we're both very friendly and the inside looked very clean. Always a great coffee or whatever you like to drink from here. Bring on the weekend.

Super friendly staff at this location (although I've never had bad service at any Dutch Bros to be fair). I love this team because even when it's busy they still take the time to give you their recommendations. My only reason for not giving 5 stars and not being a regular here is that, even when I order sugar free iced coffees, I still find their drinks really sweet most of the time which isn't for me.

The customer service is pretty bad here and it should be worked on. We had ordered a vanilla latte, but when we got the coffee, there was absolutely no vanilla flavor, it was plain. When we had confronted the employee about it, it's almost as if he got offended that we told him he had messed up our order. All we wanted was for the flavor to be added on, not get told that we were wrong or "don't have the taste buds" to taste it. I've been to many coffee shops, and this has been by far the worst response we had ever gotten from an employee. Dutch bros, do better at training your employees to have better attitudes towards your customers.

We did drive thru and the poor girl was taking orders outside under the intense heat. We asked a ton of questions and she was so nice about everything. The menu was confusing because the pictures don't show the drinks the name of the drink is next to. And the prices were unclear. I don't drink coffee so I got their version of a shake. My friends all got some type of coffee drink and they really like it and would go back for it. The shake was terrible. The artificial syrup taste was overwhelming. I tossed it after 2 sips. I didn't see where we could've parked, the gas station had spots but we weren't sure if we could park there.

Second time coming here while on vacation on Vegas, and it definitely changed my opinion. First time i went it was way too sweet, we tried 3 different drinks and it was way better than the first time. See why it gets the hype it does. Lines are always long but its coffee what can you expect!

Has a fun vibe. The barista was friendly & happy to help me choose. They have quite the array of coffee menu options from hot to iced to frozen. Delicious!

I stopped by Dutch Bros and was a bit overwhelmed by all the options, but this girl with red in her hair made the experience so easy! She was super friendly and patient as I tried to figure out what to order. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive--she recommended some great drink ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own. It was clear she wanted to make sure I got something I'd love. Thanks for the awesome service!

Dutch Bro's get your act together!!! I waited 29 minutes for my 1 cup of coffee! I'll give you guys 1 more chance to get it together or I'll never come back here ever! You're getting 2 stars because the my coffee is good and the staff were friendly & patient. Truly disappointed to start my day off this way. I hope you're able to make changes so we all don't have to wait half hour for a cup of coffee. Here's a few things I noticed while I sat there at waited for 29min: 1. You have a few menus before you're able to order your drink, but there's not much detail of those special drinks you make. So people are asking more questions instead of just ordering. You can also make these menus touch screens so you can enter your order in asap. Instead of having an actual person come out and manually take drink orders. That extra person could be making drinks or helping on the inside. 2. Add a feature on the app so we can order and pick up at the window. 3. Add another barista on your busy shift (morning). I saw 4 inside and 1 outside taking drink orders. So 3 people are basically taking orders and handing out the drinks. One outside taking orders, one at the window handing out the drinks, and the 3 at the walk in register taking orders. That leaves 2 baristas making a ton of drinks, that's not enough. After I waited 27min in the drive thru I thought my drink would be ready when I got to the pick up window. Guess wrong! I still had to wait 2 min to get my drink. There's not much parking at this location because they share the lot with a gas station/car wash.

One of my go to Coffee Shops when having to meet some of my Celebrity Clients coming into town. The Staff are great and so friendly. They usually take my order before I get to the window. Sometimes they bring it to me and I'm still in line. Love this Coffee Shop. I now do the Golden Eagle with Whip ( Large)

Absolutely the best all the way around! Best beverages with the best customer service. The coffee and the staff alone makes it all worthwhile. I will definitely be back

They intentionally will let other people cut in line. This is the only Dutch that won't care to ask how your day is going. Not everyone but a lot of the staff seem annoyed or bothered when asking them questions. They also never have promotional materials even when you show up early.

Had to get my morning waker upper to start this Football Sunday with my Go to drink The OrangeSicle Rebel with soft top to get my motor running. Drink is so so so Good. Give it a shot. You gonna love it..

This review is based solely on the quality of my drink, as the employees working here were all very nice. I am not quite sure what the hype is surrounding Dutch Bros. I visited a Dutch Bros location back in March for the first time and tried their Kicker drink (described as an Irish Crème breve). Personally, I was not very impressed by the coffee's flavor, which I found to be completely overpowered by the sheer amount of sweetener that was added into the drink. I'm not sure what sweetener they use exactly, but I felt like I was literally drinking liquid sugar. On this occasion, my cousin's boyfriend was driving us home from Vegas and needed a pick-me-up for the long drive ahead. We happened to pass by Dutch Bros and I thought that I should probably give it another shot. I ordered an iced Chai tea, which I emphasized to the employee that only a very minimal amount of sweetener should go into. When I took a sip of it, I could only taste one thing - sugar. Liquid sugar, again! It tasted only very faintly of chai...percentage-wise, maybe 15% chai flavor, and the rest was sugar. I'm not sure what happened - whether they forgot to reduce the sweetness, or whether I am just hyper-sensitive to sugar. All I know is that I probably wouldn't order from here again, just based on personal taste. Kind of sad because other people seem to really love this place, but I just couldn't enjoy it.

They let folks cut in you in line and do not care to correct the situation once you've notified them.

Dutch Brothers, is better than Starbucks, period! Associates very friendly even when very busy.. the areas around establishment very clean.

I love Dutch Bros Coffee but Jessy made the experience even better. He prioritize us and made sure we got a drinks fast and kept us laughing the whole time. Great employee and would come back for the great service

There's lots of Dutch Bros in Vegas but this location by far is one of the best! The service is fast, the staff is so friendly, and they're always ready to help with any questions you may have, especially Angeli(Ange). She is the absolute sweetest!! Why go to a different DB when you know that you will always be taken care of at this location. Hands down one of the best.

A world of flavors for both coffees and teas! How this place has changed my husband and myself 'sips of the day!' I'm not much for coffees. As a young child of 4-5 years old, my German grandmother would force us to drink her coffee and teas. I hated coffee and could never get the flavor right to make the bitterness go away. I hated it then as I hate it now. Don't even like to smell it! But tea on the other hand is something I love. So when my husband and I go 'cruising' and we stop to pick up a wonderful refreshing drink to accompany us, we can now go to Dutch Bros for their lovely coffees and teas cause they got both! We used to have to make two stops, one for his coffee and another for me. Since I don't drink soda or coffee, most fast food places do not make fresh brewed iced tea. They have all gone to 'soda' fountain kind of tea. I don't care for that. I love my tea, seeped in hot water, then if drinking cold, I add ice and sometimes a squeeze of lemon. (Depends on tea flavor). Dutch Bros has many flavors of tea, hot or cold. I love the cold brewed earl grey (specially on those hot Vegas summer days). Tea bags left inside to continue the process of seeping. Sometimes with a little bit of flavor added if I'm feeling adventurous. They have every type of coffee, hot, iced or flavored. My husband loves their 'annihilator'. He could drink it everyday! I get their earl grey tea and we are both set for our 'cruise!' The lines can get a little long, but they utilize the 'chic-fil-A' method and have their drive through guests place their order with the Dutch Bro team member walking the drive and utilizing a tablet to place an order and collect payment. There is also an app that allows you to pre-order and pay as well. Everyone is friendly, genuinely interested in you, their customer, and as an individual. Always eager to chat about your day while your order is being worked on. This 'chatting' makes the wait seem much faster! So if you're a tea 'purist' at heart, you just got to try Dutch Bros!

The drinks are always good here. It's a Starbucks alternative I'm my opinion. Always polite and courteous staff.

Great service in drive through and walk up. I had a mocha latte, very smooth. I would recommend for sure! First time at Dutch Brothers, definitely recommend!

I've heard a lot about this chain and clearly it's everything a certain other chain has always wanted to be. The drive through here gets the coffee out fast and the menu is extensive. Things are definitely on the sweet side, so brace yourself but it's hard to not like their sugary coffee concoctions. The names of the coffee are pretty hilarious too. I got an annihilator, which is a chocolate macadamia nut breve that is a delightful way to wake up. A medium is plenty of coffee and really cheap too. Stop by for a pick me up anytime!

the drink were good but the attitude if the employee is different. the first thing he did was seeing our car and he was annoyed.the second thing what rolling is eyes at us. and when we told him to put less ice he rolled his and and dump a little bit of ice out. this was at 10 something. (they have to change there attitude)

Southern California has yet to have Dutch Bros open locations. Anytime I travel and see a Dutch Bros I HAVE to get a drink. My go to is a large mocha latte with oat milk. Surprisingly it is dark free which I appreciate since most coffee places use a mocha sauce that contains dairy. I have purchased from various Dutch Bros locations (different states) and they are all consistent with the taste. Wait was not bad at all and that was with me asking about dairy items (just wanted to make sure they hadn't changed their mocha ingredient for one that had dairy in it). Definitely recommend as there are more than coffee options to suit every mood and craving.

as someone who always tips well and always expects great customer service from Dutch employees I was really sad to receive very bad horrible customer service as I drove up I was not greeted with a smile. I was greeted with somebody that was annoyed. I had to me daughter place my order There was no smiles no joking around nothing, just pure annoyance. Then I pull up to the window, and I was not greeted like I usually am, I love having conversations with all the Dutch employees and this time all I got was her handing me my drink and her turning around I complimented her with her piercing and she went ahead and turned around and was talking to the young gentleman behind her who was cussing I go to Dutch Bros daily in the morning because they hype me up for my day!! are usually go to the one on Tropicana, because that one's close to my house. We love dutch so much and it was very disappointing today. I know you guys take your customer service very serious and I hope if I go back I'm here with smiles, and great conversation starters which is the what is in your DUTCH CREED!

I'm not a daily coffee drinker, but I appreciate a good caffeinated beverage on the go. It's crazy how fast Dutch Bros has been expanding across town, and this location is the closest to me so far. They have two drive thru lanes, and they move fairly fast. There's an adjacent parking lot in the next plaza to park and use the walkup window if you prefer that. Their posted menu is concise but if you go online, they have an endless variety of flavors and combinations- my latest favorite is their white chocolate lavender cold brew with a soft cap. The classic iced americano (with or without flavoring) is another easy go-to order. DB service is typically young high school and college students, and they've always been so friendly- at this location specifically and generally as a chain.

The girl that took my order who was outside was super nice. When we got the drink, there was a miscommunication about the order that I wanted blended and they didn't do it. The guy that have tattoo was rude about it. We even apologize that we wanted blended. I understand it get annoying to remake that order but no need to be rude about it.

I love Dutch bros and I like to go every day. I just moved to this side of town so this is the closest one to me now, I have never had such a slow Dutch Bros experience the way I've had with this one. I've been to this location for the past 5 days in a row and I am almost willing to drive back to Henderson and grab my coffee before work at this point. Sitting in line for like 20-40 minutes at a time when every other location it's 10 mins on a bad day even with the line wrapping around the building!!! Please speed up y'all, don't come here if you're in a rush at least lol. I love the coffee but not worth the long wait.

Already knew I'd be getting Dutch Bros again while I was out in Vegas. Was going to get a new drink but decided to just go with the Annihilator again. Honestly not letdown that I did. It was just as good as I remember so happy to see they've got consistency at this place. This Dutch Bros is located right on S Rainbow, right off W Dessert Inn. They've got two separate drive thru lanes so enter whichever is shorter. I'm glad they have the menu available to view right when you enter, before you actually drive closer to place your order. The employee who took my order was very nice just as was the guy who handed me my drink. Again happy to see consistency here with their fantastic service as well as their drinks. I mean the younger female employee who took my order was standing outside in the 100 degree weather & was still so sweet. I feel like this second solid visit definitely solidified that I'll pretty much make this a usual stop when I'm out in Vegas. Even downloaded the app for convenience & to earn free drinks!

Great customer service! Dylan (manager at this location) was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really felt how much he loved his job. Normally, I don't like to write the reviews, but I wanted Dylan to be recognized. What an asset to this company! Drinks were great too! Definitely will be back!

Been to plenty of Dutch Bros. I'm from California we have them everywhere. I have always order the same thing. Large nitro no ice. What I got a today was a small at best. And for paying almost $10 for what I got is absurd. I waited 15min for this? I will never go back. Thanks for that.

I come here often because it's super convenient but had to change my mind many times due to long line. Anyway, craving for a refreshing drink so I ordered a cold tea today. When I got my drink, the cup was still wet at the bottom, I didn't mind a bit. All I wanted was a napkin to wipe it off but the lady gave me a piece paper towel she pulled it out from the dispenser and said, "this is napkin". Really? If you out of napkins, or don't have it, just say it. Nothing wrong that. Why went the extra mile and lied?

Came this morning to grab my birthday drink cause I never got around to it on Friday and a muffin top. Got the muffin top twice..the guy gave me one and the lady tried to give me another but told her I already got one...my drink was a hand blended SLP (strawberry lime passion fruit) with blue ras float. There was no blue ras float and my drink had literal ice chunk a in it. Half iced rebel and half blended. Very sad cause I live Dutch. I grew up in Boise with them all around always great never one drink mess up, Definitely won't go back to this location.
