"I note that an employee who worked at the Dutch Bros Coffee location at 3265 S. Rainbow Blvd. tested positive for COVID-19 on April 10; the employee worked there March 18–21, 24, and 27–29 and began showing symptoms on their final day of work, March 31. Employees who had contact are in self-isolation and receiving paid leave, and the store underwent a deep cleaning and coordinated with public health officials on additional protocols. Staff now must increase handwashing and workplace sanitizing, customers may no longer use personal mugs at the drive‑thru and cannot walk up to order, and the shop has added cashless payment and instituted mask policies. This location (at Rainbow Boulevard and Desert Inn Road) opened on Feb. 28; the company has 10 locations in Las Vegas, and customers with concerns can email communitywellness@dutchbros.com.
