This must be saved in your to-visit list immediately if you've never been to this fantastic place. Nice and casual vibe but do NOT be mistaken, the food here is no regular bar grub... The menu here is out of this world!! I'm talking, one of the best meals I've had out in a long time and I'm a very frequent restaurant goer. The owner, Jason is very cool and personable and took time to chat with me and my boyfriend for a while which was very nice. He clearly takes great pride in his establishment and menu and he certainly should. He seems to be extremely diligent and puts a lot of time and care to ensure that everything served is top notch. Can't wait to go back and try ALL of the pizzas because every single one sounds incredible. Will be going back again very soon!

This spot had so much good vibes. The beer and food and especially atmosphere were so good. Chill vibes. Pretzel bites were good too. Definitely will be coming back. Owner and server were good ass folks.

Brick oven pizza - which is BOMB 🍕 my favorite spot to sit down for beer and a slice. bar top to cruise at, indoor tables for the group to chill, and a cozy outdoor scene to eat n sip al fresco style. Draft beers rotate, with a few brewed in-house. Mellow spot, no fancy frills here; fun vibe for sure. Come for the pizza, stay for the beers 🍻

What a great find! This brewhouse has amazing service and food. Tried the Mamas Boy pizza and Scapoli and pretzel bites. The mamas boy was my personal favorite. Yummy beers on tap. The gentlemen working were very kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It's a family-friendly local spot. There are table games to enjoy. The specialty pizzas are extremely unique, and we will be back to try others.

Stopped in for a late lunch Saturday. We loved the Little Fidel Cuban sandwich. The speck and arugula pizza was so good and do was the Frito pie. Highly recommend. Great selection of beers on tap and had fun chatting up the brew master. Will be back very soon!

Came here with my friends on a triple date. The pizza was bomb and the beer options were just okay. I highly recommend you try it out. The place is really small so I don’t recommend you come in a big group like we did with 6. But the pizza is real good.

Evan was great on busy 1st Friday. He was very attentive without being annoying. Pizza is thin & crispy. Very good.

Dutch's is my favorite new low key spot. Staff is super nice and gets to know clientele. They have about 10+ beers on tap, usually a good variety. Although, on my last visit is was very IPA heavy. If you're there ans your hungry DEFINITELY get one of their ZZAs . SO GOOD.

This is the place to be for Taco Tuesday and any other day for pizza. I love the shrimp tacos and spicoli pizza. My hubby loves the pepperoni pizza. I prefer sour beers and ciders and my hubby prefers pilsners and there is always something good for us both. The staff is down to earth and fun to be around. It is a relaxed environment and good for a weeknight dinner or a weekend night out.

I researched a brewery for Rdawgs 50th birthday. This place did not disappoint. The service was excellent. They were very accommodating and I appreciated it. Our entire party enjoyed their pizza's. I enjoyed a dirty bird pizza with no cheese, I know I know Boring, but nope it was so yummy! I also tried a pickle stuffed with takis. We will return. I'll have Rdawg leave his own review of the beers but if you want a tasty root beer come here!

Simple concept. Dive bar with great food- pizza mainly. I love that they have a good amount of different types of unique flavors, and it's not just the typical sausage and pep. Nice good thin crust. The pizza I got was a little on the bland side, but everything else about it was great. Great, nice, friendly no frills service at the bar. I love the music I love the vibes I came here after seeing some patients in the area, and needed to finish my paperwork so i decided to come here for some pizza and a small beer. (Thank you for having smaller sizes)

I would never have known about this place had it not have been for my friend inviting me to Syncopated's Bingo Night on a Tuesday last month! Same owners! So cool! They're so nice! So we got invited by Kim and Jessie/Jesse at Syncopated for her birthday party here at Dutch's the next day! They said Karaoke night and I was sold! So my friend and I dropped our kids off at her Moms and we went as a mom's-night-out and sang karaoke, ate a pepperoni pizza and someone gave me her other half of an avocado pesto toast which was yummy, had a couple beers (I forgot what they were called), used the gift card my son won at Syncopated's Bingo Night and had fun! Both brewery are fun, kid-friendly and I'm assuming dog-friendly too? Definitely coming back! Less wait time than any other karaoke place I've been to in Long Beach! You just go up, type your name in the tablet and pick a song and wait for your turn! Such great vibes! Love this place! Thanks guys!

One of my personal favorites. Cold beer on tap and good vibes. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. It never takes long to get a second beer. Well, they have a limited food menu. The perfect pep is still my favorite go to pizza here. Pizzas are not huge but you could probably share it between 2 people. They also have a frito pie that is sooooo good! Overall great local spot in Bixby Knolls.

Good pizza. Small brewpub with great pizza. Service was fast and nice the pizzas came out in no time at all. Only problem too many options to try and parking is street only and will get busy.

Super friendly place with great food, beer, and crowds. We stopped by on a Friday not in the mood for much other than food. To our surpise, they had an amazing local collection of local beers along with their delicious pizza. Staff checked in on us consistently and we never lacked a thing. This place absolutely checked off all the boxes and we will definitely be back!

Thanks to Yelp !!!! I found this amazing place. We had just left the cemetery and Long Beach putting Christmas tree for our family members. We wanted to see some football and have some great beer and pizza. This is a place to come. It's a very cozy family oriented it's a brewery, very tasty beers . The pizza one of the best I've had in a long time , very flavorful , the avocado toast was to die for, outstanding customer service my mom is 73 years old and they went out of their way to make sure nothing was spicy special made just for her. I really appreciate everything they did and I really felt at home. Thank you so much. I definitely will be back and bring Family and friends back here to enjoy great food and drinks. I did buy a Christmas shirt we have to spread the cheer around !!!!!

Yess! Absolutely recommend this place! We literally went in with no expectations, and had such a great time at Dutch's Brewhouse! We easily found a booth, the ambiance is really nostalgic, they have fairly lights and stickers everywhere. They also have board games, which makes it a great place to hang out. The staff was friendly and recommended us beer based on our preferences. We ordered the dirty bird pie, which sounded like a weird idea in theory, but trust me - they make it work! It was such a great juxtaposition of flavors, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the area this place is located, and there's a lot of street parking 10/10 recommend

Love the vibe at this place, and we always have great conversations, food, and love trying new local (and localish) beers. The Frito Pie is so good, and my new favorite is the Off the Vine salad! Thanks for creating an amazing space that I want to visit again and again!

Great fun place with well thought out beers, a fun BoP opportunity, great flatbread pizzas, and a funky, inclusive, Long Beach vibe. Probably my favorite place to hang out and drink beer on Atlantic, which is saying something, inasmuch as there are multiple valid choices.

The food, service and well, ambience is always soooo inviting. The pizza, well, is heaven! I've tried almost all of them, superb as well, my fave go to sandwich, The Cheesus, I do add avocado!

My friend and I are always looking for new pizza places to try out. Saw this place had 5 starts so we figured it would be excellent and the pictures looked delish. We sat down. The waiter came to get our drink order. My friend wanted a Coke but all they had was "Cola". She asked what that was but he didn't know, just that it wasn't Coca-Cola. So we ordered water and were pointed to the jug by the bar.... I asked for 2 large cups of ice for the water to which he replied "we don't have ice". Umm what!!? Alrighty then.... :-/ We started off with the pretzel bites. They were good. We got "The Basic" pizza. It was fine. Not amazing, but good. Very thin though. I was hoping for more gooey, cheesy goodness but it wasn't. I would maybe eat here again but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Ordered pick-up from here recently. The pizza is still good, but the size of the pizza is much smaller than the pizza from Thurderbolt nearby. I feel like Dutch's pizza would be good for one person or two people to share.

First off, I love how chill of an atmosphere this place was! I did go on a Tuesday night around 5:30 pm but they still have around 5 parties there! A big plus was that they were playing the lakers game. Almost all of their tables had a perfect view for their two TVs. Now on to the food, their pizza was amazing! Thin sliced and not too heavy. We got the Hawaiian pizza and finished it with no problem. However, their tacos, we were not a fan of. We finished them but it was not what we expected and the flavor wasn't quite there. They could be other peoples cup of tea though as they had unique types of tacos!

First visit to Dutch's for Almost St Patrick's Day in Bixby Knolls. Love that they participated in this event. Joint was jumping but staff kept it moving and still made everyone feel welcome!

Best pizza in Long Beach with a super chill cozy vibe. One of our favorite spots to unwind, grab a few beers and eat some good food after work. Everything we've ever ordered has been fantastic

I personally love this spot but it might not be everyone's cup of tea, so I recommend checking out photos of the interior and exterior before coming for a visit. That being said, if it IS your style, then make immediate plans to visit! Their pizzas are absolutely delicious and will be consumed by you and your party quicker than you'd expect because of it. Their beer offerings always includes sours, IPAs, blondes, and several others so there's bound to be something you like. The vibe of the spot is always lively - it will cheer you up to see and be around people that are equally happy to be there and just relax over a pint and good good. One of my top spots to go to for good days and bad, because I know I'll always leave happy.

Delicious thin style pizza. My go to is the Pervy Pep & don't forget to try a side of there Ranch. Love the eclectic decor and game boards. They also have a nice little selection of locally brewed beer on draft. Check it out if you're in Long Beach looking for a good slice of Zza & a cold beer.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! On top of accommodating a party of 12 on a busy Saturday evening for my family and I to celebrate my brother's graduation, Dutch's Brewhouse's unparalleled customer service, food that didn't disappoint, and unique selection of craft beers only made the experience that much better. Hidden gem that is 1,000% worth the visit!

Love the food here! He beer is also really good. I usually go for a blonde Pilsner style and love it! A very casual atmosphere and great service! Inside is very small so no big parties

Late review, but better than never Where do I start? Parking. Street parking. There's also a parking lot across the street but I found a spot on the street. On Atlantic. Free. There are posted signs with restrictions but I'm almost positive it's not enforced after 6PM. Check for yourself. Came for drinks and maybe something to snack on. And found just that. Selection of pours are great - drafts and canned. Dunno if any are bottled because everything I ordered was off the tap or in a can. Ciders. Stouts. Sours. I was all over the place that evening. Wanted to try a bunch that I hadn't had before. All really decent that I'd order again. Then there was the pretzels and pizza. Only complaint about the pretzels were that it wasn't enough. For the fatty I am, I inhaled them with and without the accompanying dips. I would have done the same with the pizza however, I had a request for the kitchen - only half with meat as my friend doesn't do meat. She enjoyed her half too as there were no leftovers and we both agreed that we'd be back. Service was awesome. Between two different bartenders, they checked up on us, didn't leave us waiting for anything and were very friendly too. Brought over some tastes (of the beer) making sure we would be happy. We were. Anyway, another local watering hole close to work that I'll be frequenting added to my list.

BEST PIZZA IN LONG BEACH! I've grown up in Long Beach all my life and never stopped in to try sooner but glad I found this hidden gem!! On top of the fact that the service and ambiance is amazing , the food speaks for itself. Must try if you're in the area, you won't regret it .

We ordered 5 pizzas to go and we were not impressed. This was probably the worst pizza experience we ever had. We ordered the huntsman, 5th horseman, white knight, and 2 basics. There was no flavor on any of the pizza and the sauce to cheese ratio was awful (lacking in both) The pizza is so thin that he falls apart when you try to eat it and the huntsman was burned with a horrible ratio of mushrooms to potatoes. This one was completely inedible (see picture below)! Hopefully they can fix some of these errors, cause we enjoyed the crust .

What a great little spot! Pizza was excellent. The pepperonis were so flavorful and the crust was cooked to perfection. The bartender was super chill and easy to chat with. He brought over a sample of the beer I ordered before he poured it because he wasn't 100% convinced he described it perfectly...even though he definitely did...haha that's great service! 10/10 will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area.

This place is amazing!!!!!! I loved the owner he's so freaken Awesome ! He's down to earth and super cool! We had drinks and he interacted and with us! Drinks were so good ! Food was amazing. I highly recommend this business . Come her for drinks or just to hang out!!!

Staff was okay made us feel awkward for ordering food like okay? And not everyone knew what beer to order and made us feel bad for not hurrying up The food took a while and the next day I got a bad stomach ache and fever from the pizza :)

The BEST pizza ever!!! Also really enjoyed the spice on the Caesar. Ordered the Speck-n-zaa Dutch with Pomodoro, Speck, Garlic, Black Pepper, Aged Gouda, topped with Arugula, Lemon, & Pecorino. AMAZING!!

We decided to come here. It's a hidden little gem in Bixby. The place wasn't too busy and the bartender was really friendly! We ordered some beers and a pizza. I have to say the pizza was outstanding. The place had a great vibe and very welcoming. Another undiscovered great place! Check it out!

Scrumptious! Service and food was great! We have pretzel balls, cheese, dirty bird, and spicoli pizzas. All was on point! Not one bad bite! Beer selection is okay, nothing to write home about but adequate enough for the average libation consumer. I will definitely come back again to devour another one of their delicious creations! I love the Hawaiian Pizza here, my gf and I plan whole days around this pizza. (We are pineapple on pizza people lol but if you're not into that they have a whole lot of other pies) the service is okay it's usually one or two people taking care of the whole place but they just hired a new person so hopefully the service gets a little better. Anyways if you're in the area and wanna try something new, def consider this joint.

I've only written a review for 2 places on Yelp. This being my second :). Best pizza/brewery spot we have been to , ever. The service hands down amazing. Super friendly and attentive. They always give awesome recommendations on beers. My son, husband and I come here at least once a month since we first visited a few months ago. We've seen the owner a few times and he's great !! Gives our son stickers and makes conversation with him. We love that. Shout out to one of our favorite bartender/waiter/service person ? ADRIAN . The place is small though but we love it. Doesn't affect us one bit. We recommend this place to all our friends. Favorite pizza : mamma's boy ! Beer selection varies but always good.

The best salad - love their Cesar. There's no salad place in town - but this pizza place has you covered. Their pizzas are seriously good too though.

We ordered take out 2 pizzas 40 min before they were closing on Saturday it was fresh and tasted amazing!! The atmosphere in there looks fun !

We were in the area and stopped by based off of reviews. It's a very eclectic hole in the wall bar. They have some of their own and local beers. We ordered their pretzel bites and pervy pep. Loved the cheese dipping sauce for the pretzel bites and the pizza was delicious. Love a thin crust pizza! Service was fast and the worker was friendly.

I usually drink one of the locally brewed IPA's that they have on tap, but tonight i was pleasantly surprised to see Pseudo Sue on tap! If you get the Pervy Pep, try adding some pineapple. Great beer, great pizza and great staff. You have to try this place.

Overall.I enjoyed this place. My two issues were people smoking outside the door and the door being propped open and then having a top screen when I am doing things like getting my own water. Pizza is pretty good and staff is friendly

This place is awesome! The pizza is incredible. The beer is great. And it's just fun. This has become my go-to spot for Friday Happy Hour with the friends. Highly recommend!
