A Glimpse Inside Rustic-Chic E3 Chophouse, Opening Tonight in Hillsboro Village | Eater Nashville

"I learned the original E3 Chophouse in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, was founded in 2013 and is owned by brothers Adam, Andy, and Jeff LaRoche. In the spirit of honoring the animal and utilizing the entire steer, other E3 projects have evolved including E3 K9 Performance and a near-future E3 ABF jerky company, and a connection made through the Buck Commander hunting show and product line—where LaRoche befriended Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan—ultimately led to plans for a Nashville location." - Delia Jo Ramsey

Celebrities Attempt to Break Into the Nashville Scene With Prime Rib | Eater Nashville

"I read that a Colorado-based steakhouse is aiming to open in Village 21 at the Regions Park development: E3 Chophouse, a celebrity-linked concept backed by baseball brothers Jeff, Adam, and Andy LaRoche along with country stars Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan and Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson. It currently operates a location in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and sources its steaks from the LaRoche family ranch in Fort Scott, Kansas. Local reaction to the planned Nashville outpost has been largely negative, with Eater Nashville commenters responding with vomit emojis and a “No Hard Pass” gif." - Erin Perkins

Loved this place, best place on the River I thought… I visited in September and didn’t visit every single place in steamboat on the river, but quite a few and this was by far my favorite. I started out with champagne and a snack outside. It was glorious. I like the food very much too. I just thought everything was great. I think this is a don’t miss spot. If you really, really love outside type of places and they have music from the third night I was there. I don’t know. I love this place.!!

This was an amazing find! It was a busy, fully-booked night, so we grabbed seats at the bar. The bartenders were working hard, and staying right on top of the ball. They worked together as an efficient team, and provided excellent service. They made excellent recommendations, and were still attentive, in spite of how busy they were. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the bison, brussel sprouts, and truffle fries. Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

We had tenderloin, wedge, and lobster bisque. The only thing better than the food was the service. Our experience from the moment we walked in the door was delightful. We enjoyed an elegant dining experience on the casual atmosphere of the riverside seating. I forgot to take pictures of the food, but captured the view.

Would have been 5 stars, except for where we were sat. We picked this restaurant for the view and even after we asked for a better table they said they were fully booked. By the time we walked out five tables that had much better views were still open and had never been sat. However Dan was an amazing server! And the food was superb! Absolutely outstanding the steak is farm-raised no antibiotics GMOs etc etc. And the mashed potatoes are a must-have! The carrot cake slab of deliciousness is not to be missed either. As well as the cookie skillet!

What an amazing experience! From the second we walked through the door we were greeted by the amazing hostesses. Everyone was extremely friendly. Our server, Quinn, took our drink and an appetizer order and everything was delivered to our table quickly. We started with the crab cakes which were extremely delicious. The aioli added a tangy flavor which complimented it perfectly. For our meal we had the lamb chops and a 6oz filet mignon, while we shared a Caesar salad which was a perfect size for two, the Gouda Mac & Cheese, and a half order of the charred asparagus. Overall the night was beautiful, and the view of the river just made it more spectacular. I look forward to visiting again to explore their menu, and their fresh ranch to table meats!

We had a phenomenal dinner last night at E3. Reservations are highly recommended. Our server Missy was fabulous. She was super friendly and very accommodating. The my steak was phenomenal and my wife’s entree “The Boat” was so awesome. The a carrot cake was delicious as well. Highly recommend.

E3 was highly overrated and lackluster at best. Our server was grinding on only her second night, but it was obvious the management over-worked her for her experience level. She was very pleasant though and worked through the adversity. The cuts of meat were poor, and the temperatures were lukewarm. The sides were bland, and the highlight of the meal was the bread service and the mushrooms. The ambience of the restaurant is great and the access overlooking the river makes a nice backdrop. The hope is that the food could meet the same quality at some point. E3, it was embarrassing that this is what was presented for the cost of the meal. We did receive a 155$ credit but that was a pittance for the poor outing all around that our table experienced. Our group has had better experiences at hotel restaurants. It should be noted our party overheard two other tables complain about their food and service as well during our time there.

Party of 2, seated promptly. Place was maybe 25% full. Got served water right away, then waited more than 10 minutes without service while other tables were being served. I've been to many high-end steakhouses and they ALL have prompt and exceptional service. We got up and walked out. Not going to spend $150 a plate for bad service.
