"I learned the original E3 Chophouse in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, was founded in 2013 and is owned by brothers Adam, Andy, and Jeff LaRoche. In the spirit of honoring the animal and utilizing the entire steer, other E3 projects have evolved including E3 K9 Performance and a near-future E3 ABF jerky company, and a connection made through the Buck Commander hunting show and product line—where LaRoche befriended Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan—ultimately led to plans for a Nashville location." - Delia Jo Ramsey
