Eagle's Landing Apartments

Eagles Landing has been my home place for many years now. Its location is great and close to my employer. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I like the 2 B 1B layout. The rent is below market price. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. Nice place to live.

This place is disgusting. The photos are very old. The pool is green and the costumer service is horrible. 1.stinks 2.filthy it’s hot in the apartment. 80 degrees in a gross sticky apartment. It’s always something. Truck has been broken into 3 times! Please do not move in.

If I could give this place no stars and a review, I would. They have one maintenance man who doesn't know what he's doing. They have a massive German roach issue in all of the units. Yes, we went around asking before we ultimately made the decision not to move here. They have so much mold in several of the units. One of the people we asked talked about their bath tub and how it leaks down into their downstairs neighbors bathroom. Into the tub. It's been like that for 3 months. The downstairs neighbor showed them the huge hole in the ceiling and the leak and they were appaled. Huge hole. Tons of mold. Several requests for it to be fixed. Office said they could move units but only if they reupped a lease. How is that on the renters to have to sign a new contract when it isn't their fault? Pool is in despicable condition. It was completely green when we walked around with a resident. Resident we visited said there are power surges all of the time. We witnessed one when she used her microwave. This place is a slum painted nice to cover up how bad it is. Tile falling off sides of Pool as well. Elderly woman has no dishwasher. Her stove only has 2 working burners. Oven works when it wants. Microwave does not work. Multiple work orders put in. One resident working on lawsuit for mold.

Awesome staff, the guys are always doing their job so good and working so hard. They even check on my cat if I’m away and I feel like she needs a hello or something! Amazing girls in the office as well, they are the kindest women you will meet, always smiling!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Literally anyone!! I love my cozy apartment and the people who run the place❤️

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The apartment itself is super small. The office lady’s those two lady’s are unprofessional at their job. My apartment had rats in the kitchen and they knew. I would say about 10 of them one would get killed and then another came along keep in mind we lived in the upstairs apartment. I would call the office and no one ever picked up, we went in person with my husband and new born and I told them about the conditions, we told them we were moving to kenedy to find something closer to my husbands job and didn’t want to live in this disgusting unit, all they said was “kenedy is more expensive” haha also only 2 times the maintenance guy came to put the mice traps after that the office never answered. Also I had 2 support animals, and they knew and we had just moved in and ofc they would bark when we weren’t home, they were about 6 months but big dogs, huskies. Someone called animal control and they complained about the noise. Also theirs snakes everywhere, couldn’t even walk outside with my dogs because of the snakes. And the “gym” has no AC. Would not recommend

all the 5 star reviews seem like fake reviews or they where made 4-5 years ago and the current management does not care about managing the apartments even the maintenance people have issues getting in touch with them and when you do they give you attitude for having to do their job. long list of repairs around the complex like better update mailboxes not from the 60's

Been here for some time. great office management! Any problems or concerns they handle it fast.

I’ve lived here twice! The office staff is amazing and so are the maintenance guys!! They are very helpful and make it feel like home! They treat you like you’re family or a friend!!
