Earls Kitchen + Bar

Food: we got the calamari, Ahi tuna and burger with truffle fries. The calamari was delicious, the octopus was thickly, cut and breaded perfectly with the paprika mayo. The burger was rather simple, all burgers get cooked at medium well which I thought was a little bit tough but still enjoyable with the thin fries and Parmesan sprinkles. The tuna was really fresh however perhaps the lemon was a bit too zesty over the dish but overall a rather well balance meal. Service: the service was fine in mannerism. I do think it could’ve been a bit more attentive, it just felt like they did the bare minimum. Like we ran out of water for a while and by the time it needed to be filled, we were already done with lunch. Ambiance: it’s vastly huge from the bar to indoor to enclose patio to outdoor seating. There’s a lot of natural lighting, which brings a light, full ambience and plenty of crowd to feel you’re welcomed. They also have TVs displaying the latest games which is very fitting to our Boston culture. All guest are dressed rather sophisticated and they address the guest with elegance. Location accommodation: it’s inside the Prudential center, which you can enter inside the mall.

This restaurant is located in a mall, and the overall prices are on the higher side. The presentation of the dishes is very elegant, but the taste fell a bit short of expectations. However, the service was quite good, with friendly staff. One thing that needs improvement is that our cups had visible stains, which affected the dining experience. On a positive note, the restaurant allows dogs, which is definitely a plus for pet lovers.

Very nice overall experience. Good specialty cocktail menu. Steak was delicious and the lettuce wraps appetizer pretty tasty. And the oysters were great. There’s no question that this place is way overpriced, but the atmosphere is fun and service is decent.

I had a great time with an outing with a friend. The food was exquisite, their calamari grand and the menu extremely memorable. The service and ambience makes for a good experience to top off exploring the Prudential Center.

Eighth time visiting this location. We normally sit outdoor or at the bar but decided to sit inside .Food was great as always. Truffle fries is a must try. We came on a Friday night and we were served by Andrew, who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. I never felt rushed coming in here, and wait time for food isn’t long. Jodi, one of the night manager came by to say hi. She was a joy and pleasant to talk with! They have indoor and outdoor seatings . Would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible first experience at Earl’s! The food was delicious! The service was outstanding! Our server, Evan, was wonderfully attentive! Even though we dined on a busy night, Evan made us feel as if we were his only table. The night manager, Jody, also stopped by our table to visit with us for a few minutes, and to make sure that everything went well for us. In addition, the atmosphere is amazing! This huge, multi-level restaurant is impeccably designed! We highly recommend Earl’s!

For meat lovers this is the place if you’re near the Back Bay Area! Bonus if the weather permits enjoy the patio seating! We had dinner at the patio and the weather was as surprisingly amazing with a cool breeze and wonderful view over the skyline of the back bay! Meat dishes were great and made as requested medium rare at it’s best Salmon was so good and the sauce was so delicious and tangy We had also bbq short ribs with mashed potatoes that was really good The only thing to rate it 3 starts is one of the orders arrived really late so by the time it was served my son lost his appetite Also it wasn’t cool that we all have our dishes served while he has to wait for his! Having that said I loved the vibes of the restaurant and the food and the I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes!

If 10 stars was an option they 100% deserve it. The food, the service, the atmosphere just about everything is just what you could ask for. Jason the server/bartender we had on both times we came, was phenomenal, wonderful customer service and excellent waiter! Definitely will be back!
