From the very first moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance. The staff greeted us with smiles, assisted with our luggage, and neatly arranged everything for a smooth check-in process.||Since we booked a room with Executive Lounge access, we were directed to the 32nd floor for check-in, where the staff greeted us warmly and made the process effortless. Once we entered our room, we were amazed by how spacious it was. The bathroom stood out the most, featuring a large glass window that allowed us to soak in the bathtub while enjoying a stunning view of Bangkok city—truly an unforgettable experience.||The room itself was designed for comfort and style, equipped with a king-sized bed, sofa, work desk, TV, minibar, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views.||The hotel facilities were equally impressive. From a fully equipped gym, relaxing spa, to the infinity pool overlooking Bangkok’s skyline—everything exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay; it was not only delicious but perhaps the best we had during our entire trip to Bangkok.||Another great advantage of the hotel is its prime location. It is directly connected to BTS Surasak Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Plus, the hotel even features a Michelin-starred restaurant on the 3rd floor, adding even more value to the experience.||After spending 3 days and 2 nights here, we can confidently say that Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn is a perfect choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. We highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and comfortable stay.

During my stay in Thailand, this hotel stood out as exceptional. The breakfast offerings were of the highest quality, featuring a delicious and extensive selection. The reception staff provided outstanding service; specifically, "Great" consistently displayed a positive attitude and a willingness to assist. "Eve" offered valuable recommendations for exploring Bangkok, and "Yamai" greeted guests with a welcoming demeanor. Furthermore, the concierge, Mr. Riew, was an invaluable resource and a pleasure to interact with. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel; the rooms are well-appointed, offer excellent views, and are impeccably maintained, contributing to a truly wonderful ambiance.

The hospitality was outstanding, and every detail was taken care with genuine care. The room was comfortable and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic , the private access to the train station is so convenient. But what makes this hotel amazing, it’s the people. After our visiting this hotel with the kind hospitality & good advice of Ms. Chosita, Wedding & Social Events Specialist then we had decided to arrange our ACC'41 - 6th Reunion Party on the 33rd floor the top of the hotel recently. The location is so convinient as in the center of Bangkok. The Khrung Thonburi room is nice, clean & quiet. Outside the room is also luxury and able to view arround Bangkok. The buffet menu are mostly in good taste with reasonable price per person. All arrangement for our party was well-done as planned since beginning till the end. Mr. Thawee, the Captain & staff durining the party had taken good care of us as well. We would like to recommend you to try the stay and try the good taste of dinning here too.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel – it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was professional, attentive, and truly at the highest level of hospitality. This hotel is genuinely worthy of its 5-star rating. My friends and I stayed here at the end of our trip to Thailand, and thanks to the hotel and its team, we had the perfect ending to our journey. We are truly grateful and will definitely come back.

I am not one to rate hotels but this hotel was STUNNING and I plan on coming back. The first time I walked in I thought it was so nice and smelt AMAZING. The staff were very welcoming with smiles and respect. There is one staff member I’ll never forget, Gabbi. He was very nice and honestly a chill guy. They open the door for you and my stay in this hotel while I stayed in Thailand was just top tier. Don’t get me started on their pool, the view when you’re at the edge of the pool is just beautiful. It’s also safe in case someone were to fall. The only problem I had was there was no conditioner but other than that this hotel is perfect.

An amazing hotel in Bangkok. The hotel itself looked great and was well maintained. The location was really good as we didn’t have to travel far to get to the places we wanted to go. The hotel also has a floor where you can enter the BTS Metro from which was quite helpful. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

The staff remembered our preferences and made us feel truly valued. A special mention to Gabbi, the concierge, whose expert recommendations and genuine hospitality elevated our trip.
