Staff were lovely, building well presented, rooms were very clean. No smart TV this should be addressed. In the city centre easy access markets, river cruises, and restaurants etc so very good location. Excellent breakfast, especially for vegetarians. Gym very appropriate as a hotel gym, pool long enough to swim comfortably. Lovely bar ambience during the day and night. Unfortunately I was charged twice for a drink and didn't notice until after paying and leaving. That's the only significant negative of the stay.

The hotel was simply amazing. The location, amenities and service were great! We were really impressed by the infinity pool at which we cooled down after a long sight-seeing day with drinks during happy hour. ||We booked a tuktuk tour and a tour to see the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya and both were incredible! |A special thanks to concierge Gabbi, who recommended us many places to visit. Gabbi is very knowledgeable, takes his time with guests understanding their needs and meeting them perfectly. Thanks to Gabbi we managed to see more of Bangkok than we originally had planned. ||We will most definitely be staying here again!

We had the most incredible trip to the Eastin Grand Sathorn hotel. Our family arrived and instantly the treatment we received with first class. This place pays attention to the little details and it meant a lot from us. A special thanks to Jhajah at the front desk who was so warm and wonderful every time we saw her!

I really loved staying there, the staff are so nice I recommend !! I went there during a solo trip and it was my birthday. They brought me some pastry and they were really sweet ! Breakfast was good too, I stayed in a deluxe room the one with the bathtub close to the window with the city view. Everything was perfect. The executive lounge I didn't use it that much I would recommend having breakfast at the glass restaurant instead there are more choices it's a big buffet. The pool looked nice and the sunset is great to watch at happy hours ! I also recommend taking a cooking class nearby :) I will def come back next time I'm in Bangkok. 🤍

Located in the business district with direct, covered walkway from subway to hotel. One stop on either direction will take you to local areas where you will find shops, restaurants, and massage stores. The hotel offers nice gym, pool, sun deck area. Breakfast offers quality and variety. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Especially, Chef Manop, he went out of his way to get me some freshly made bread pudding, some nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel located at strategic location, having a connected walkway from its level 3 to the BTS train station. Just few station away from the central Siam. For those who wants to stay not too far from the happening place yet avoiding too crowded place to rest for the night. Riew from concierge is the best, patiently explaining and giving guidance on every questions we asked. Buffet breakfast was great too. Loving this place.

I stayed 9 nights and overall it was good. The check in process was quick and easy. Special thanks to Jina for helping me with photocopies for upcoming travels. Great service at the pool and housekeeping was thorough. However, every time I ordered a Grab ride, the staff would ask too see my phone (even grab it), check driver details and twice - cancelled my ride and insisted I take the hotel taxi. This did not sit well with me but perhaps others require such assistance. Asking if help was required would go over better.

I highly recommend Grand East Inn for a relaxing holiday in Bangkok. The friendly staff and the late breakfast service until 11am made our stay enjoyable. The hotel Strategic location with the train station connected to the building and nearby stores was convenient. Thank you for the hospitality Grand East Inn, we will return! :)
