Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

My hubby and I went for our honeymoon to Thailand and Oh my gosh. This place is stunning. The views from the pool, the lobby, the room itself. The staff are incredible and so helpful. Like if I could get a job at this hotel id go immediately. The people are just awesome. So food, holy smokes. Divine! The chefman restaurant was mind blowing!!! It is more Chinese than Thai. Then the desserts at the lobby resturant was out of this world. They have happy hour. Like this was just the best experience. You MUST GO HERE. The ONLY gripe I have is using grab from the hotel in peak traffic is not great. But I mean its traffic. Take the train and then Uber. But just go here. You won't make a mistake.

During my stay in Thailand, this hotel stood out as exceptional. The breakfast offerings were of the highest quality, featuring a delicious and extensive selection. The reception staff provided outstanding service; specifically, "Great" consistently displayed a positive attitude and a willingness to assist. "Eve" offered valuable recommendations for exploring Bangkok, and "Yamai" greeted guests with a welcoming demeanor. Furthermore, the concierge, Mr. Riew, was an invaluable resource and a pleasure to interact with. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel; the rooms are well-appointed, offer excellent views, and are impeccably maintained, contributing to a truly wonderful ambiance.

Absolutely love this hotel. Went there for our anniversary stay and they made it super special. The gym is nice, and the infinity pool is cool as well. Excellent breakfast. Top notch service. I’ve already booked our next stay with you guys again

So one year ago I rated this hotel already under my account Florian Masurat but the hotel is so amazing that I made a second account to rate it again because it deserves it. This is the first time I’m ever doing this and here’s why: - the included (!) breakfast is amazing, I’ve never in my life seen SO MUCH variety in such a huge area which is the whole 5th level of the hotel. The have probably 50 different forms of breakfast at the buffet and live scrambled eggs cooking. The quality of the different products is a solid 7 or 8 out of 10. The bread looks like they EVEN made it themselves, crazy. Breakfast is until 11 o clock which is very nice!!! Make it to 11:30 and that would be incredible. - staff is VERY kind, fast working and helpful. It’s thailand after all so you will be greeted all the time with a smile EVERYWHERE in the premises. - room cleaning and room service is good and when you have a special wish they fulfil it VERY fast - the standard rooms are very spacious being 32 sqm! The bathroom also is and I really like the huge bathroom mirror in perfect back lighting. The rooms are relatively silent and have thick doors and thick concrete walls, I give its silence factor a solid 8/10. - the highlight of the hotel is the infinity pool on the 14th floor. In one word: it’s incredible. There’s a very good restaurant by the pool, we ate there every day. Prices are a bit higher for Thai standards but you still get every Thai meal for 10€. - heck they have even built a whole own passage to the adjacent subway station FROM the hotel. You don’t even need to leave the hotel and enter the road you can just use the lift to the 3rd floor I think and get immediate access to the metro station through a hotel owned passage. Like what in the world??? - neighborhood. It’s VERY central. Highlights like Nobu rooftop are even walkable within 10 min crazy. - there’s even a small gym in the hotel next to the pool area - I love how fast and silent the lifts are. The waiting time for me was always very short and my room was on the 27th floor! Things to improve: - there’s little really to improve but the bed could be just a little bit softer or more comfortable in general. I give the bed comfort a rating of 7.5/10 - as everywhere in asia smokers for good reasons are stigmatised. I would still appreciate if you could offer at least one tiny outside (!) area by the pool as the smoker room really looks sad. - please add higher dumbbell weight to the gym THAT would be AMAZING SUMMARY This is my second stay at this nearly perfect hotel. There’s really little to criticise and you really realise that the owners thought this through about how to make your stay as perfect as possible in every sense really. A 4.6 rating out of 7000 reviews speaks for itself. This hotel deserves more attention, especially for the price given. We paid in high season about 130€/night and in low season about 100€. That’s incredible value for a hotel that in my opinion is on 5 star standard not on 4 star. Especially given that this insane breakfast buffet was included in the price. If you download their Eastin grand application you get even a 50% discount on ANY room service, including meals which is insane value. I’m impressed and will come back thank you Eastin grand

Just recently stayed for 5 nights and a really lovely hotel. Can’t fault it in any way. Relaxed atmosphere, staff are super friendly and polite and facilities are fabulous. Used the gym and the pool area for downtime. Had breakfast everyday in the hotel, such a fabulous choice of food. Easy to access the Skytrain with a stop almost connected to the hotel and I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

I am not one to rate hotels but this hotel was STUNNING and I plan on coming back. The first time I walked in I thought it was so nice and smelt AMAZING. The staff were very welcoming with smiles and respect. There is one staff member I’ll never forget, Gabbi. He was very nice and honestly a chill guy. They open the door for you and my stay in this hotel while I stayed in Thailand was just top tier. Don’t get me started on their pool, the view when you’re at the edge of the pool is just beautiful. It’s also safe in case someone were to fall. The only problem I had was there was no conditioner but other than that this hotel is perfect.

The Executive Lounge was a highlight— Ms Mind and her team delivered impeccable service with warmth and attention to detail. From the delicious daily breakfast to the all-day refreshments and evening happy hour (with free-flow drinks!), every moment felt special. The staff remembered our preferences and made us feel truly valued. A special mention to Gabbi, the concierge, whose expert recommendations and genuine hospitality elevated our trip. He ensured we had VIP treatment throughout our stay! Outstanding service, luxurious comfort, and unbeatable convenience — we can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The entire staff was equally amazing — professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers excellent services that made our stay both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!
