We had an absolutely amazing stay here. From the moment we arrived, Eve and Benz greeted us with outstanding service, helped us through check-in, and explained everything about the hotel. Throughout our stay, every staff member has been incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The pool is magical, the breakfast is fantastic, and the whole atmosphere made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. A special shout-out to the pasta from room service – it was surprisingly good and definitely recommended! The location is perfect as well. Being just steps away from the Skytrain makes it extremely convenient to get anywhere in the city fast. Highly recommended. We will absolutely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and genuinely welcomed — something that doesn’t happen everywhere, even in good hotels.||We stayed there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and choosing to spend the evening on the 32nd floor turned out to be perfect. The team there — especially Wawa and Claire — made the day feel really special. They put so much thought and effort into the small details, and it was obvious that they genuinely cared. We appreciated that more than we can say.||The dinner on the 32nd floor was excellent, and the view over the city was just stunning. It felt like such a memorable setting for the celebration. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is also great — very convenient for getting around the city.||We used the gym a few times and were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was. And the pool… honestly, the pool alone is worth the stay. The view from up there is incredible, especially in the evening.||But what made our stay truly stand out were the people. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel at home even when you’re far away.||We left with nothing but good memories and are already talking about coming back. This stay set the bar very high, and we’re really grateful for everything the team did to make it so special.

We came to Bangkok to celebrate my significant birthday and on a friend's recommendation decided to try the Eastin. A big plus was the convenience of the direct access to a BTS Station, being close to the Chao Phraya and the many boats plying the river. Since it was a special trip, we decided on a special treat and spent a week in one of the Executive rooms with Lounge access. Special starts with check in, which was done at the Executive Lounge reception on the 32nd Floor where we were given information about just how special being in an executive room really is. Plus being on the 30th floor with great views, a cake, decorated bed for my birthday and a card signed by everyone. The best part was the people who made everything so special, from the Executive Lounge Manager Claire through to others like Roong, Chok, Aof, Cindear, too many mention who were all warm and welcoming, so how better than to share a photo together. Nothing was too much trouble and we had the most fantastic stay, having chats with them all during breakfast or evening drinks, lots of cocktails and snacks. That was truly the part that made our stay so special. The hotel itself was excellent from the infinity pool with great views of the city to the well equipped gym, well maintained rooms and common areas, excellent breakfasts at the Glasshouse restaurant (when we could tear ourselves away from the Executive lounge). Our room was comfortable and kept spotless by the daily housekeeping and evening turn down service. We were given more than enough bottles of water daily for our travels around Bangkok.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in a premium executive suite. The lounge access was a great bonus. Very attentive lounge staff, great location with direct access to the skytrain. A few more loungers at the pool would have been great but as it’s a city hotel space is limited. We would choose this hotel again if we returned to Bangkok.

My stay at the Hotel Eastin Resort was a true paradise! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and yet a short walk from the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the garden. The service was impeccable, always attentive to my needs. I loved the breakfast buffet, with delicious and fresh options. The hotel's spa is a dreamy place, with relaxing treatments and an impressive pool. I felt like I was in a luxury resort. I can't recommend this hotel enough! If you're looking for a place to unwind and enjoy, the Hotel Eastin Resort is the perfect choice.

Almost everything about this hotel is just great: the room, the pool, the breakfast, the link bridge to BTS. On the slight minus side I’d say that from a traveler’s point of view it is situated in a fairly quiet area, not much going on in the neighborhood. Also the pool area can be pretty crowded at times, with all the sun beds and pods taken or reserved by (sometimes invisible) fellow guests. Also the elevators can be pretty busy at breakfast and checkout times. Nevertheless, a highly recommendable hotel.

This stay truly showed us what genuine and heartfelt service means. When a family member suddenly fell ill, the hotel team responded promptly with professional support, helping us contact a doctor and thoughtfully arranging light meals, which gave us great peace of mind. What touched us most was the sincere care shown by the staff. Whether in the restaurant, at the front desk, or in the corridors, everyone we met kindly checked in on our family member, making us feel cared for like family. This is more than just a hotel—it is a place that truly makes guests feel at home. We highly recommend it to anyone who values warm, sincere service.

Great stay at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn. The buffet was really good, the infinity pool had an amazing view, and the location could not be better. There is a super convenient bridge from the third floor straight into Surasak BTS which made getting around the city super easy. The hotel is also close to the Sathorn Ferry station, so getting on the river boats was quick and simple. We had a couple of small issues with our room, but Shin went above and beyond to sort everything out and made sure our stay was perfect. Really appreciated the service and the overall experience. I also recommend booking directly with the hotel since they offer a free one hour massage per person and a more flexible cancellation policy compared to platforms like booking.com. Highly recommended.
