Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

We loved this hotel so so much. We got a room with executive lounge access, and it was so worth it. The breakfast was amazing - I mentioned I was gluten free (it didn't need to be said because there were so many options available) but they remembered and every time we came for breakfast or happy hour they gave me SO much food (bread, cakes, for breakfast they made me pancakes which were epic) and all of the staff were so kind. The cocktails were lovely in the evenings, and the infinity pool was beautiful. Cannot rate this place enough!

Wonderful experience! A special thank you to the concierge Gabbi, as well as Aogi and Kim, for their impeccable manners, kindness, and constant availability. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The entire staff was equally amazing — professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers excellent services that made our stay both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

I am not one to rate hotels but this hotel was STUNNING and I plan on coming back. The first time I walked in I thought it was so nice and smelt AMAZING. The staff were very welcoming with smiles and respect. There is one staff member I’ll never forget, Gabbi. He was very nice and honestly a chill guy. They open the door for you and my stay in this hotel while I stayed in Thailand was just top tier. Don’t get me started on their pool, the view when you’re at the edge of the pool is just beautiful. It’s also safe in case someone were to fall. The only problem I had was there was no conditioner but other than that this hotel is perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made check-in quick and seamless, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed throughout. Our room was spacious and had large windows offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Customer service here is top-notch. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. It's clear they take pride in providing a great guest experience. The infinity pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I would happily stay in this hotel again next time we visit Bangkok, highly recommended. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the rooms are beautiful, everything is clean. The infinity pool is awesome and there is plenty of options to sit and relax. Also, the hotel is connected to a BTS station which is very conventional. I really loved it and will come back for sure 🥰

I had a fantastic experience at Eastin Grand Hotel. The room was beautiful, super comfortable, and really well maintained. The view from the lounge was simply breathtaking, especially in the evening. Huge thanks to Gabbi, Fifa, Earth, and Him for the warm and friendly service. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa was also excellent. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect in Easting Grand Hotel. People always smiling and willing to help you, no matter the time or the crowd. The building is always clean and peaceful, although the road in front of the building is always busy. The hotel is linked to the Sarawak station with a bridge and it’s near the most important monuments. Thanks for everything.

A very clean, comfortable and almost luxury hotel. The infinity pool and surrounding area is very relaxing and nice to spend some time no matter the hour of the day or night. The room was clean, well designed and appointed, the bathroom nice, shower big, bed comfy and aircon cold. The breakfast really is a highlight and as good as everyone says, it has the best quality, quantity and selection I’ve ever experienced. The staff through every area of the hotel really are top notch, always incredibly polite and very attentive. Being located right next to a rail station with the dedicated bridge into the hotel is also unmatched. A very solid 5 stars, no complaints.
