Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

Excellent hotel, everything was great. Our room had two single beds, but the single beds were so big they were almost full size beds, the sheets and pillowtop were high quality and good pillows as well. The staff is super attentive, the hotel even has an app, that you can order certain pre established amenities that they send in your room in 5 minutes, or you can also order other items by an online chat. The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable as well. The BTS entry from the hotel is also genius, and really convenient since the area outside the hotel is not charming to walk around. The pool area is awesome, it has a lot of options of comfortable and unique places to relax, and the view is astonishing. We don’t usually like to have hotel breakfast, because we enjoy discovering different cafés/brunches on the city. But this breakfast… amazing. They had everything, lots of oriental and different choices but a lot of ocidental choices as well. The highlights for me were the salad, which was a great way to start the day, the omelet, which is made right in front of you, and the pancake machine. Overall great experience and would recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok.

This was our first time in Bangkok, and while the city itself was incredible, what truly made the trip special was this hotel. From start to finish, the staff were outstanding. They assisted us with our bags, showed us to our room, organised taxis whenever we needed them, and were always polite and welcoming — every morning greeted us with a smile, a “good morning,” and “how are you.” Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is spectacular. We stayed in a 3-bed triple room which was spacious and extremely comfortable. The beds were large with soft mattresses and great pillows — we slept so well. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was lovely with excellent shower pressure. The hotel lobby and common areas were stunning. There was a huge Christmas tree at the front which made everything feel magical, and the foyer was spacious and a really nice place to relax. The location was perfect. There’s a walkway from the 3rd floor that takes you directly to the train station, which was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but after seeing how great everything else was, I wish we had. Overall, I honestly have no complaints at all. Amazing service, beautiful hotel, great location, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic hotel. The room was beautiful, featuring a fully glass-enclosed bathroom. From the shower, we enjoyed a direct view of the Lebua Tower and the river :-) The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel has an excellent location with direct access to the BTS “Surasak” station. We booked a room with access to the Executive Lounge. Breakfast in the lounge was very good, with a great variety and excellent quality. We also visited the evening happy hour. Both the cocktails and the wines were of good quality, and the accompanying canapé buffet was beautifully presented and very tasty. As there is no age restriction during the evening cocktail hour in the Executive Lounge, it is also visited by families with small children, which sometimes resulted in a rather busy and occasionally noisy atmosphere.

Eastin Grand Sathorn is wonderful - absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. The concierge helped us book some great activities while we were in Bangkok. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the skytrain. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and the lounge is clean and spacious. The pool is a wonderful place to cool down after spending a day wandering the streets of Bangkok, and the gym is well equipped - probably the best hotel gym I have ever used! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel – easily one of the best we’ve ever stayed in This hotel is simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was on a completely different level – professional, warm, efficient and genuinely caring. The staff are outstanding in every sense and make you feel truly welcome and valued throughout the entire stay. The hotel is spotless and extremely well maintained. Everything feels premium, calm and well organized. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and quiet, with great attention to detail. The Executive Lounge is absolutely phenomenal – easily one of the best lounges we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. High-quality food, great drinks, plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere and flawless service. It alone is worth choosing this hotel. The location is also excellent, making it easy to move around Bangkok while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable environment. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. Everything worked perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. We travel a lot and stay in many high-end hotels, and this one stands out. We would not hesitate to return, and it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok after this experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel! Stayed here for a night on Valentine’s Day as a surprise from my partner. Rooms are spacious, tall ceilings, large beds, amazing view of the city (we got riverside view but just note you can’t see much of the river). Breakfast had a variety of dishes from all around the world, staff were very attentive and helpful. Very easy to get to icon Siam as the hotel is connected to the BTS. They use an interactive app where you can order room service, house keeping, spa and more which makes it super easy

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. From the moment we arrived, Eve and Benz greeted us with outstanding service, helped us through check-in, and explained everything about the hotel. Throughout our stay, every staff member has been incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The pool is magical, the breakfast is fantastic, and the whole atmosphere made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. A special shout-out to the pasta from room service – it was surprisingly good and definitely recommended! The location is perfect as well. Being just steps away from the Skytrain makes it extremely convenient to get anywhere in the city fast. Highly recommended. We will absolutely be back!

Came to Bangkok for the first time, the city was amazing but what made it special was the hotel. The staff from start to finish were excellent, they assisted us with our bags, helped us to the room, attended to us whenever we needed anything, organised taxi to where we wanted. Always polite saying good morning and how are you. The hotel was spectacular, we stayed in a 3 bed triple room, the beds large, mattress was soft and good pillows, so comfortable. The room was large, the bathroom was lovely, very clean and tidy. Good pressure on the shower. The hotel itself was stunning. Large Christmas tree at the front which made it magical. The foyer was large and nice place to chill. The location was perfect, you could use a walkway from the 3rd floor to the train station which was super handy. We didn’t have breakfast in this hotel but I wish I did. Overall I have no complains about this place. I would definitely stay here again. Such a good price as well.
