"Breezy restaurant Easy Like Sunday is a brunch lover’s dream come true — and it isn’t just for brunch on weekends. Morning diners can enjoy ricotta-stuffed French toast with berry compote and bacon crumble or a fried chicken Benedict from the comfort of one of the sink-in-and-you-may-never-leave booths. Breakfast is always on the menu and the lavender lattes are regularly touted to be the best in town. Jasmine was excellent and the food was 10/10. We got the Ebu pancakes and chicken, the fried chicken sandwich, and the shrimp and grits! AMAZING! The food didn't take long after we ordered. If you go for Sunday brunch, prepare for a wait, but it’s absolutely worth it!

Google
To start, the service was awesome. the server was very personable, and it was very busy as it was mothers Day. We got there early and had a nice brunch. The food selection on our menues was kind if limited for a place in this area, but the food we had was very good. My only issue was the price to quantity. We had 4 people, no alcohol and no extras, and our bill was over 100 dollars. It was good, but on a scale of where this food was to the price point could have been better, here are a few pics of our meals. As always, I look forward to reading responses and please like and follow for more super food reviews

If you go on the weekend be prepared to wait. They usually stay pretty busy even during the week. I have been several times and the service is pretty consistent and our food was good. The inside of the restaurant is small, but they do offer outdoor dining if you’re into that. Pictured are the chicken and pancakes, pancake breakfast with sausage and eggs, short rib grilled cheese with fries 🤌🏾

We were here previously a while ago, but never ate here because of the long wait to get seated. So today we decided to try to see if we could have lunch here. It wasn't busy. We walked inside to wait to be seated. We were surprised how small the inside is. One of the staff told us that we needed to wait outside by the hostess stand. Ok, not a problem. We did wait several minutes before being acknowledged. (The place wasn't busy when we were there. Plenty of seating inside.) Someone finally came out and asked where we wanted to be seated. IMO she didn't seem friendly. We said inside. She sat us down. It took a little while before our server came over to take our order. After we got our food, she never checked on us until she gave us our bill. We ordered ube pancakes and mixed greens caesar with chicken. Thankfully the wait to get our food was short. The food was very good. While waiting for our food, I watched several groups of people walk in, at separate times and wait to be seated inside the building. None of these groups were asked to wait outside by the hostess stand and none of them had to wait when standing inside. Maybe they're regulars, idk. Parking could be tricky especially on the weekends.

I went for the grand opening of their dinner menu this weekend and was totally satisfied. Menu was detail-oriented and unique, drinks were thoughtfully crafted, and the staff was on top of it & attentive as always. Will be coming back soon!

Google
Food is good, menu options are great. Prices are about moderate to higher end but I’d rather have a higher price and better food. Wait time is a bit long but it’s a popular place and a smaller location. Slightly cramped if seated inside. Outside seating is an option but wish they offered patio heaters for the colder months even if they are electric. Service was okay, could have been more attentive to refills and faster check out time. Overall I believe a 4 star is a fair assessment. A second location would be great or a larger property to offer a better experience for the guest.

Google
I went here with some family members for brunch while visiting. The seating was a little weird. They have tones of outdoor seating, and the indoor seating was a bit limited. The food came out very fast. Not everyone in the group was happy with their food. Mine was pretty tasty. I had a shortrib grilled cheese sandwich and home fries. I would like to try this establishment a little closer to home and see how their other menu items are.

Google
Had a great experience at Easy Like Sunday! Our server, Kota, was super friendly and helped us navigate the menu with ease. I had the recommended French toast sticks with home fries; both were delicious and beautifully presented. My friend got the pancakes and shrimp & grits, which were flavorful, filling, and well-seasoned. The food came out quickly (about 10 minutes), and the portion sizes were generous—we couldn’t even finish everything! Even the French toast was still tasty later when eaten cold. Highly recommend for a solid brunch spot with great service and vibes.

Yelp
food and service was amazing. a very long wait on the weekend but was worth it! The waiters were super friendly and attentive!

Yelp
I got to try brunch on a Saturday at this place and it did not disappoint. It is a small restaurant but they utilize the space well. They have bar seating, tables, and covered outside tables which is brilliant. There was no wait when I got there but soon after we sat down there was a long line. Luckily the service was great and fast. We were in and out within 45 mins with full bellies. To eat we were able to do half (2 instead of 4) an order of ube pancakes which were delicious. The purple syrup tasted like eagle brand milk to me. For my main meal I got the green veggie scramble. It was delicious and full of flavor. Overall loved the food, service, and the place. Will definitively be back to eat here and highly recommend.

Super cute restaurant! My server was sweet & the food was amazing as always. I love how the staff wears all black everyone looked so sleek! Food Tried | Shrimp & Grits and Breakfast burrito with house fries Drinks Tried | Passion fruit & peach lavender mimosas

Yelp
Food always a1 Service is kinda slow but I guess it depends on when you go because it's extremely busy so it's understandable Atmosphere is nice but small but just right Overall I give it 100 Will definitely keep eating their

Yelp
BUSY spot so be there when the doors open or be prepared to wait. We got on the list and then went to do a little shopping. The eggs were good, the ube pancake was yummy! The Sunday Love cocktail was delicious! The servers are friendly. This is my second time there and there's really nothing to complain about! We sat outside which was fine - nothing fancy.
google avatar

Tracy M.

Yelp
The food was good and the service was too. It's better when you can sit outside but it was crowded at 10a on a Saturday so we sat at the bar. It's a young staff but they seem to be keeping up with the load of the crowd at the door. I would go back.

Yelp
We felt like taking things easy this Sunday so we tried this breakfast place out in our neighborhood. We got there at 9:30 and were sat at the bar due to a potential wait to get a table (it was busy). We ordered and received our food fast. Our favorite things: I enjoyed my home fries, bacon and poached eggs and the cheesy grits. Things that could be improved: The Eggs Benedict felt like it didn't have enough citrus, too much butter in the hollandaise (drowned the biscuit and the Canadian bacon) and my pancake was fairly bland. The service staff were very friendly and we were able to eat fast but for the price we thought the flavor would be more equitable to the cost of our meals.
google avatar

Yelp
Interior is smaller than expected. There is bar seating along with closely placed tables along with patio seating. I imagine it's very busy on the weekends. We like brunch here in Charlotte lol. Our waitress was awesome. Fast seating and food came out fast and hot. It was all about the shrimp and grits for me! Creamy and well seasoned. I enjoyed every bite. We also had scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, and french toast. My sister had the same except with a single pancake. The spicy margarita was just that spicy but very good. Would go back again!
google avatar

Yelp
Our favorite meal in all of North Carolina. Their shrimp and grits was the best I ever had. The grits were creamy and less gritty like mash potato-like. The Ube sauce was a bit sweet so I'm glad they kept the sauce on the side for the Ube pancakes. The vanilla matcha latte was very tasty! My wife's Easy Green scramble plate had so much flavor! It also had some very crispy potatoes that seemed to be air fried. Sooooo good! We will be coming back for sure!
google avatar

Yelp
Great experience for our first time here. Really enjoyed the lavender maple latte. Ordered the fried chicken and cornmeal pancake for breakfast which was delicious and filling. The habanero peach jam was so good I would buy it! Our server Julie was very sweet and helpful. It got very busy by the time we left at 10:15AM.

Yelp
This place had a lot of good reviews so we wanted to try it. First, be prepared to wait especially if you are going during a popular time. Sadly, you aren't able to make reservation ahead of time and the place is not too big. Yet, the staff and food variety was great. I tried something new with their short rib hash. It was pretty good and the overall vibe was great.
google avatar

Morgan K.

Yelp
The ube pancakes, chicken and cheesy grits was the best breakfast I have ever had! My husband got the Ricotta French toast which he said was amazing as well. Very nice setting, somewhat crowded, but this was the best breakfast I have ever had!!

Yelp
I'm visiting Charlotte for the weekend and this is the first place my friend took me to. It was pretty busy for a Friday early afternoon but we were able to grab two seats at the bar as a couple was just leaving. Inside is small but very cutely decorated. There is outdoor seating but we opted to eat inside and enjoy the ambiance. I started with the dirty chai which was mildy sweet and had the perfect amount of spices. My friend tried the lavender maple latte and really enjoyed it. For my entree, I chose the short rib hash with over medium eggs. The potatoes were nice and crispy and everything was seasoned very well. My friend really enjoyed her shrimp and grits. Those were the best cheese grits I've ever had so I ended up ordering a side order for myself. They were very thick, creamy, and filling. It was such an amazing meal and I can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Sharonda D.

Yelp
There was a 2 hour wait Was it worth it??? Indeed. I have had the food to go before but never went inside. This was the weekend before Valentine's Day and the day of Super Bowl. Idk why I thought that would make a difference. But it was extremely busy. The establishment is very small on the inside, seemed like more outside seating than inside. It was cold and raining on and off but people sat there. Every morsel of food we ate was good with the exception of my eggs, they tasted artificial like they were made from powder and water and gave off an after taste.

Yelp
I stumbled across this breakfast spot while visiting a friend and I'm so glad I did because it was delicious! I have never seen any restaurant with Ube pancakes before so I had to try it. Everything was A++. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the decor is beautiful, and the food delicious. Worth every penny. The matcha latte was also amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. I would definitely come back when in town again.
google avatar

C G.

Yelp
Everything was delicious. Excellent presentation. Nice atmosphere. We ordered ricotta French toast, berry salad, the chocolate chip pancakes, and two eggs and meat. We enjoyed everything. The waitress did a great job. Lavendar maple latte was excellent.

Yelp
It's definitely worth the hype! Now it is a small space, so we had a relatively short wait (about 30 minutes). Since it is a small space, it's not a great option for large groups. I would say keep it to 2-4 people, although they have a round booth that could possibly fit 6 people comfortably. The chairs were great. Both the booths and the chairs were comfortable. They have simple but elegant decor and a pretty chill atmosphere. They picked the right team. The hostess was friendly and charismatic. Our server, Taylor, was on point the entire visit. Our food was delivered pretty quickly and everything was fresh. When I requested crispier bacon, they remade it with no issues. I had the red velvet pancakes (yum), scrambled eggs (cooked perfectly), bacon, and home fries (loved the seasoning). Literally, everything was amazing. I didn't try their mimosas this visit, but everyone around us had one. I'll definitely be back to try it.
google avatar

April D.

Yelp
The food was exceptional. The wait time was really long but well worth it!I will definitely be back!
google avatar

LaTanya T.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, the hour wait was worth every bite of this delicious dish. The shrimp and grits were seasoned to perfection and the onions weren't overbearing. The restaurant is small but the decor made for the perfect environment and the staff was efficient in spite of the busy crowd.
google avatar

Karina D.

Yelp
Food was good and came out quickly and the service was good, definitely will be returning. Our server was so sweet made sure to check on us and see that we were taken care of.

Yelp
The Ube pancakes were a hit!!! Try them. One word....delicious! They're made with purple sweet potatoes and they're light and fluffy and come with a purple drizzle! Everyone should try. I come here for the food even though they're known for a long wait time. This time, we waited barely 15 min for first available seating with the hostess. Our server was a little absent minded though. She forgot our spoons, I was given barely like warm coffee, she forgot our straws and when we asked for printed receipts, she gave me someone else's that was balled up. She said it was thrown away and had to get it from the trash. With Covid lurking around I would have appreciated a reprinted receipt but I was never given "my" receipt. It was busy, so I'll let it pass but the little things make a good experience a great experience.
google avatar

Yelp
Very good breakfast! It was a little pricy for breakfast food but the service was fast and attentive. We enjoyed eating in the patio.

Ann S.

Yelp
First impression is the hostess - she is having a bad day. Secondly staff is walking around with no direction. Charlotte do better! Hope the food is better than the staff! Food was just ok - waitress never came back to check on us no refill on coffee or water - hence a 10% tip. Charlotte has to have better places.

Yelp
Wow this place is super popular!!! I came on a Friday for brunch with a friend after 12 noon. There was a line for a table outside the door. We got our name on the wait and had to wait for about 30 minutes. Once inside we ordered the Brunch Burger, the Fried Chicken Sandwich, the Ube pancakes and a couple mimosas! Everything was delicious. The Ube pancakes were light, fluffy and slightly sweet. The "syrup" was sweeter and had more of the Ube flavor. The burger and sandwich were good and a good choice for brunch. Now the Mimosas are were it's at. We tried all the flavors but the best one was the Lavender!! I was surprised. I thought it would have a strong floral taste but it was so good. The space is intimate. The service is phenomenal and the food is tasty. Definitely worth it! Easy Like Sunday 1600 E Woodlawn Rd Ste 100 Charlotte, NC 28209 (Review 47 in 2023 and 787 overall)

Yelp
I have tried to get twice but left because the wait for seating was 45-60 minutes even on a weekday. Once the owner told me that they had only one server. The next time he literally discouraged me from waiting because he didn't know how long the wait would be. I wanted to go there because of the good food reviews but I won't go back. Al A

Yelp
Cute place! Never eaten here. Read the reviews & so happy we stopped. Ambiance is super cute. ALL of the staff were super nice including our waitress Julie. I had the plentiful vegan hash. Dear God! So good! My little ordered the kids eggs, bacon, potatoes & toast. Both dishes were so huge. The grits were worth the drive alone!!! I also had the I Love Chocolate mixed drink; hot. Very sweet but manageable. Definitely can taste the liquor. Will be back!!!
google avatar

Yelp
I finally made it here. I knew in advance that the wait would be long to be seated so my friends and I showed up around 11am, and waited for an hour before being seated. We were actually surprised the wait wasn't longer. Once we were seated, we were attended to right away. Our server was really nice, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered and got our food relatively quickly. The food was excellent. We each nibbled a little off of each others plates and everything was delicious. The ube pancakes were amazing! I'd never had a cornmeal pancake so I was skeptical but even that was delicious! The place is small so I understand why the wait is so long. But, after we got our food, it all seemed worth it.

Yelp
I read the raving reviews and saw some amazing pics from this place, so I came with very high expectations... From the pics on Yelp, the place looked really nice...and seemed a bit larger too? Well, the place was quaint...and very small, with a cramped layout. The tables were set WAY too close to one another. From where the diners sat, you can also see these unsightly boxes down the long hallway. BTW, I often do weekday lunches alone, prior to hitting the gym...and well, as a lone diner, they wanted me to sit at the bar...or right behind the hostess stand (OMG?!?). Nope...I insisted on a table...they eventually led me to a tiny table for 2. Even my table was dirty upon arriving...my waitress had to wipe it down. It's odd that they didn't clean the table first thing...before diners arrived. BTW, I was one of the first ones to arrive. Really bad first impression. I found it odd that they had like 6-7 staff workers there...just standing around in a cramped space...in the bar area, facing the diners. I guess they were expecting the place to get super-busy. When I was there (9:15 am?), there were only about 2 tables full...and yet, so many staff workers! I'm a claustrophobic person...and this cramped space, with all these people facing the diners, made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Anyway, I ordered their Ube Pancakes with Fried Chicken on the side...plus this Matcha Latte. As expected, the Ube Pancakes were delicious...but a little underwhelming (for the hefty price). Despite the fact I asked for lots of sugar sprinkles on the pancakes, mine came with very little bit of sprinkles. They did give me more powdered sugar on the side...but it was so thick and chunky. Why couldn't they just add more finely milled powdered sugar unto my pancake prior to delivery?!? The Fried Chicken was good, but it didn't taste super-crispy (or fresh...as in possibly microwaved?). BTW, my overall bill for this breakfast was nearly 36 bucks with tip...so yes, I expected more. The Latte was REALLY disappointing. Unlike others I saw on Yelp, which came with really nice "Latte Art", mine was delivered to the table all messy, spilling over (huge mess!)...with no artwork whatsoever. One of the staff members noticed my reaction to it, and was nice enough to redo it, with artwork. Unfortunately, the art just wasn't there. Still, I appreciated her efforts to redo it. The first ugly/messy cup was just ridiculous (I wish I took a picture before returning it!)! I actually saw one of the staff members spill it before delivering it to me. *SIGH* Luckily, the Latte tasted pretty good...though not super-rich in Matcha flavor. So Yeah... things were just not that smooth on this day. Definitely disappointed with the overall dining experience. Still, I appreciated their unique menu, and what they had to offer. Seemed they also offered Red Velvet Pancakes, another one of my fave flavors. For their pancakes alone, I may give them another try. It's unfortunate because I came expecting to LOVE the place and the foods...but everything (service, ambiance, presentation...even the foods) fell short of my expectations. Maybe it was an off day?? I'll probably make an attempt to return at least one more time. Since I found their cramped-in, crowded indoor space super-uncomfortable, I may try to sit outside next time (very nice patio areas!).
google avatar

Rose S.

Yelp
Easy like Sunday won't seat until the entire party is here which sucks when you go w/someone that is always late. Was here at 845 on a Sunday and Tables were easily available this early. 930 was a different story. Inside filled up and there started to be a line. Think of it as a noisy diner ambiance. The fried chicken was dry. The cornmeal pancakes absorbed all the syrup and I needed more. The pancakes were fluffy as was the French toast. A solid breakfast offering but not one that I'd wait more than 15 minutes.
google avatar

Jessica W.

Yelp
This place had an amazing breakfast sandwich. I got it without bacon and it was still flavorful. I would've liked for the potatoes to be a bit more crispy but I like them basically burnt so these would be perfect for anyone who doesn't like their potatoes super crispy. The mimosa good too. Not too strong but not too weak. The place was small but cute and service was nice. I'd return and continue exploring the menu.
google avatar

Renee M.

Yelp
I brought my mom here for her birthday and was not disappointed! We sat at the bar cause there was a bit of a wait but we didn't mind! The bartenders were super nice and although they were busy they still were very focused on us. The food was so flavorful. I definitely recommend this spot but go early or prepare for a bit of a wait!
google avatar

Celeste D.

Yelp
I met up with some coworkers for brunch at this cute spot! It's small inside so we sat outside and it was nice! Great service and our server had great recommendations I got the little bit of everything breakfast with chicken fingers and ube pancakes and let me tell you those pancakes and those chicken fingers were so GOOD! The chicken fingers had a thin breading and were huge! The pancakes were soo good, nothing like I've had before and it came with a sweetened condensed milk type of frosting on the side. Did not disappoint!

Yelp
Finally had the chance to try out Easy Like Sunday. A friend and I came by around 12:00 and didn't have to wait for a table even though the place was busy, which was nice. I do have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. The place itself is cute and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was ok. The waitress was not the most friendly. It took about 10 minutes after I placed my matcha order to actually arrive at the table, which is a bit long to wait and the latte wasn't anything to write home about. I ordered the ricotta stuffed French toast, which was ok, not great either. I have heard such good things about this place, but it just didn't do it for me. I may have to give it one more try...
google avatar

Yelp
So I was in town visiting my friend. We stop by this place for brunch on a Tuesday morning. It's a really cute restaurant. Not much indoor space, but there is a patio. Now, the food was great! I ate every bite. I had the red velvet pancakes. They were soft and fluffy. The eggs were scrambled to perfection and the bacon was crunchy. The potatoes were tasty! I also had a lavender mimosa. It was light and refreshing. Plus, the mimosas are half off on Tuesday's right now. The service was okay and could have been better. They seemed to be understaffed. I will come back for the food and drinks. It makes up for the slow service.
google avatar

Zachariah S.

Yelp
Brought my kid here for breakfast and it did not disappoint. The lavender maple latte was absolutely amazing and silky smooth. The combination breakfast was basic but cooked so well with crunchy home potatoes. The French toast was really good as well. The short rib hash was really good, but be warned, must like spicy. Which I do. Has the same crunchy home potatoes which give it a crunch. Great breakfast spot. Definitely a must try.

Yelp
Incredible Service - A special thank you to our awesome / gracious waitress Savana. We visited on Christmas Eve 2023; Thank you Yelpers - Yelp reviews were spot on. Andrea absolutely loved the Chicken Fingers - They were delicious. Don't ask my why - She ordered the Gluten Free Pancakes and they were spectacular. French Toast was amazing and I absolutely loved the Chicken Sausage. This is truly a spectacular place; - Everything is fresh and delicious. No complaints - they nailed everything. Comfortable outdoor seating. Staff is really working hard to ensure everyone's happiness. Will definitely be returning. I definitely want to try the Hamburger when we visit again. Plenty of Coffee options. Plenty of parking options. Very cool shopping center.

Yelp
This is a great place to go for an intimate brunch. I would recommend going during the week because it does get packed. We had an hour wait but the drinks were definitely worth it. We had the lavender mimosa as well as the short rib hash. The eggs and short rib were cooked perfectly. I love breakfast potatoes and these were good I just personally prefer them smaller. I would go again just don't recommend going with large groups as the place is small and cozy.
google avatar

Mark B.

Yelp
TLDR: Somewhat limited menu, but makes up for it in quality. Short rib has is good, could use some type of chipotle cream sauce and/or cheese I think to tie the ingredients together. Small amount of space inside, so for good weather don't be afraid to sit outside. Hostess was friendly, found a table & cleaned it for me quickly. Julie S was a fun, friendly, and really attentive server. Hash was large portion. I took it home, reheated, added poached eggs and a spiced-mushroom sauce.

Yelp
Easy Like Sunday was perfection!! Came down from Chicago for better weather and this was the best meal we had. Everything we ordered was so good! The cheesy grits were so creamy and the cornmeal pancakes were perfect. They were not gritty at all which is where my mind went when I saw them on the menu. And the Ube pancakes had the perfect balance of sweetness. Taylor our server was great and the inside was decorated beautifully. While was food was delicious and our service was great, our wait on Sunday was a little over 2 hours. We checked in 10:48a and got seated 1:01p. They do not take reservations.

Yelp
Absolutely love this brunch spot! I went here for my birthday with family and the hostess and waitress was very exceptional. First, the mimosas flights are a must when you come to visit this space. For those of you who are sensitive to orange juice that also have other flavors that is equally as delicious as a regular mimosa (Lavender is my favorite). Let's get into that Short Rib hash (yum!!!) it was a great choice. The short ribs and potatoes were perfectly tender and not overcooked. The scrambled eggs on top were very light, fluffy and not over seasoned. The restaurant is downstairs very easy to miss if you're not paying attention. If you drive in from E Woodlawn you can park in the back (plenty of free public parking spaces). Walk back towards E Woodland St and go down the stairs. Highly recommend, we are definitely coming back! Video review on TikTok and IG kayeats_clt Tuddles!

Yelp
I adored this spot! We stopped by on a Tuesday morning and it was much busier than I expected - the inside and outside were both packed. And I was shocked to find out they only have one waitress scheduled but SHE WAS SO GOOD! They have a few brunch drinks, I wasn't sure what I wanted, I went with the waitresses recommendation of mimosas because they were half price! And they were so good, so we tried all the flavors. I had the shrimp and grits DELISH. My friend has the ube pancakes, I'm not totally sure what ube is but they were purple-ish - she said they were very good. Would go here again, wish I lived closer!

Rob Snow S.

Yelp
I finally made it, but it wasn't easy... This place is small! Anytime I came by on a Saturday or Sunday, there was either an enormous wait time, or they said they wouldn't take anymore reservations. For a while I gave up, even when I finally did get a seat it was patio only. Which was completely fine, because the patio is larger than the dining area and it's tucked away on the bottom of a busy shopping center. The wait times weren't long, the food for a party of 4 took about 20 mins. Our server was very nice and helpful considering it was my first time. She was busy working most of the patio, but always managed to make her presence felt. The food was excellent, I had the short rib hash with potatoes and gilled veggies. The potatoes tasted more like wedgies than home fries, but were sooooo good. The crisp texture of the breading went perfectly with the soft moist eggs. The short rib was well balanced with flavor, not too salty or over seasoned. The tenderness of the meat was very impressive, I know this is no steakhouse or smokehouse but they really nailed the short rib texture and flavor. Overall I was thrilled I finally made it, I'm not sure if the small dining area is adding to the allure of Easy or hurting it. I really don't hear a lot of people mention it, but if they consistently make great dishes like I had..I can see them opening a second and much larger location. Pro Tip: Try the Local Scoop ice cream shop downstairs, if you are sitting on the patio you are sitting right next to it lol. It's pretty good with a variety of dairy free options. I had the dairy free chocolate scoop!

Yelp
Spun the block at Easy Like Sunday and man this place is so good! This time I tried their new Ube pancakes with the little bit of everything. These were some of the best pancakes I've had! They were soft, the right amount of sweet, and fluffy! I didn't even need a lot of the sauce or syrup that came with it. A must try! I also got their pork sausage, scrambled eggs, and home fries. As usual, the potatoes were perfection! Seasoned and crispy! I actually started my meal with a mimosa, a lavender peach mimosa at that and it was delicious! In total I spent $28 not including my tip. I love this place and my service is usually great. Shout out to Chandra and her great service. If you haven't tried this place yet then you are missing out! It's best to go early if you don't want a wait because it's a popular spot and pretty intimate.

Yelp
When I saw this place on Yelp I knew instantly, I wanted to brunch there. We arrived Tuesday afternoon around 12:30. The weather was amazing so most people were dining outside on the patio. Every plate and cocktail we saw looked amazing. We decided to sit inside, we were offered the bar but decided on a cozy table against the wall. We waited a little bit for service but the place was jammin' and like I said the food looked amazing so we didn't mind. Soon enough the bartender came over to take our order. I ordered the Cucumber Chill with Gin and ginger beer, and my honey had a ginger tea. For brunch, I went with "a bit of everything," it's giving breakfast sampler. Eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, and French toast. Yesssss.. so good, minus the chicken sausage, those came out dry and shriveled up. Nye' ordered the Harvest Salad with farro and candied bacon. That bacon was so good, it had a little kick to it. Nye' loved the salad, of course I had a bite and yess it was hella good. The bartender Shaun, checked on us frequently and made sure everything was to our liking. Thank you for the amazing service Shaun. Easy like Sunday Morning we see you and we'll be back.

Yelp
Was brought here by a local when visiting. The places is small. So if you have issues with people being next to you, then it might not be for you. For a Friday morning this place was packed! I was like, no one is working? Since it was just two of us we got seated fairly quickly at the bar. I forgot the name of the gentleman who served us but he was good. I had the Green veggie scramble , the other person in my party had the shrimp and grits. We also ordered a side of the stuffed French toast. The stuffed French toast was okay. I'm glad neither of us ordered it as an entree. Both us enjoyed are food. I will definitely would want to come back the next time I'm in Charlotte .

Yelp
The location is on the bottom level of the shopping center. The seating is good! The menu is small, but it is presented well (I had a good breakfast burrito, nothing else). The service was very good, from seating to service. I will say its good, but the price was high. It is definitely worth the return trip.

Yelp
Food, service, ambiance all really good. It's the wait. If you're thinking of going for Sunday brunch, just...don't. My first visit I braved a 45 minute wait. The only time I got in and out was a weekday brunch. My last visit was on a cold, rainy Sunday morning. I figured everyone would be huddled up at home. No...the hostess said there was a two hour wait! I left.

Yelp
This spot came highly recommended when looking up breakfast locations in the Charlotte area. I am came around 10AM and We were told about a 20 minute wait but was sat in about 10 (although we were seated at the bar as opposed to a table so maybe that's why it was faster). The ambiance is a very cute and cozy breakfast spot. My friend ordered the chocolate for breakfast drink and I was pleasantly surprised because I don't too much care for chocolate. But this drink was pretty good. For our meals, we ordered the Combo Plate (A bit of everything) which was eggs, chicken sausage and home fries. I got mine with the stuffed French toast and he got his with the pancakes. Unfortunately my meal was very lackluster. Nothing stood out form the eggs, sausage and home fries and my stuffed French toast was disappointing. I didn't like the ricotta on there and it wasn't stuffed the way I expected it to be. I will say the combination of the bacon and in the compote was a unique and interesting taste but that's as far as the meal went for me. Mt friend's pancakes were cool but nothing to rent and rave about. Because of the extremely high ratings I would definitely give this place another try and get something different, maybe one of the entrees and hope for a better experience. I will say the customer service was great!

Yelp
Hey y'all! I'm back again today. I can't get enough of this place. Happily waited 45-mins to get in. So worth it!

Oh this place was delicious. Only thing was, it wasn't hot. Chicken tenders were seasoned to perfection. Shrimp and grits were some of the best I've tasted. And them Ube pancakes son. Never even heard of Ube. It's a purple yam. And that purple Ube syrup............ova wit! Oh yeah, service was very good. Chill ambiance. Fa sho comin' back.
