Where To See & Be Seen In Seattle - Seattle - The Infatuation

"“Do you have The Melvins’ limited edition Houdini vinyl in mint condition?” you ask a little too loudly at the register, hoping the stylishly mulleted shoppers and DJs covered in head-to-toe tattoos overhear. Out of all the music nerd hubs in Seattle, Easy Street continually earns its place, hosting major album release parties that draw crowds of people in their finest black hoodies. The cafe is packed on weekends and is the only place here where you can get an omelet named after Woody Guthrie. Anyone who remembers when The Ramones played Bumbershoot in ‘95" - aimee rizzo, gabe guarente, kayla sager riley

Seattle’s 17 Essential Bars

"What’s more Seattle than a bar inside a record store? Especially one with a bunch of framed covers from The Rocket and a huge mural of Chris Cornell’s face? Out in the West Seattle Junction, Easy Street Records has been repping Seattle hard since the late ‘80s — a cafe was added to the shop in 2001, and since 2022, there’s been a teeny bar upstairs with menus on the backs of old 45s and punny cocktail names. It’s less of a bar in the sense of a room you can go inside of and more just the piece of furniture that is called a bar, but it’s no less a blast to pull up a stool behind the vinyl bins and have a Shirley Temple of the Dog. (That’s Olympia Vodka, grenadine, and lemon/lime soda.)" - Meg van Huygen, Mark DeJoy, Eater Staff

Where to Eat Brunch in Seattle on New Year’s Day 2020 | Eater Seattle

"Vinyl and breakfast burrito lovers have been gravitating toward this laid-back spot on California Avenue for years to browse the stacks and have a quick bite. Opening at 8 a.m. for those ready to get the New Year off right (or never stopped partying from the night before), the cafe offers plenty of omelettes, hashes, and pancake dishes in keeping with the music them, such as the New Wave O’s Rancheros and the Johnny Cash Special (a top sirloin steak with three eggs and hash browns)." - Gabe Guarente

This West Seattle institution blends crate-digging with an all-day diner and upstairs bar. Named one of America’s best record stores by Rolling Stone and praised by Seattle Met, it hosts in-store shows that channel the city’s music roots.

There’s not a whole lot of places where you can get brunch for under $15 in Seattle. An eggs Benedict for $13?!? Such a good deal!! It’s just regular ol’ diner food and it’s just a simple brunch that’s the perfect amount. Nothing fancy, just right! Food is okay, service isn’t the greatest, but this is inside a record store and just has cool vibes. I deducted a star for the service…we didn’t get any refills on water nor were we offered refills on our coffee. After we got our food, we didn’t get checked on once. As for the record store, they’ve got a pretty extensive collection of records. There are two floors of records and it’s just so fun to go through them to see what you can find. This place is as “Seattle” as you can get!

Google
Charming atmosphere with a vinyl music store and eatery combining beautiful sounds, visual stimulation and delicious food. The chicken sandwich was perfect, simple, seasoned well and was so flavorful. Our waitress was was pleasant and service was perfect. We scanned the store and enjoyed the items and friendly, cool staff. We found a bootleg Nirvana 45 to display in our family room. I love that this place exists.

First time here and I think I’m gonna get obsessed about it. There’s a lot of things going on to have fun and enjoy this coffee and vinyl store. Food 5/10, nice french toast, bacon and eggs. Cardamom coffee 10/10 ✨ Service 10/10 💝 Vibes ✨

Wow. I was up visiting family from LA. I lived in the northwest for 20 years. The people that work on the restaurant side are always friendly. On the retail side? There was a friendly gentleman that took me to the soundtrack section. While up stairs I found several selections? I wanted to listen to some of the used ones to make sure there were no skips/scratches. I asked the the gentleman working behind the counter (short, skinny dark hair, angry) He said I need to leave my ID to get a needle. I couldn't hear him the first time because he was so soft spoken. When I asked him to repeat himself? He yelled it. I ignored it and went to listen to my selections. When I went to return the needle and my ID? He had disappeared. There was a (blondish) bartender up stairs. I approached her to ask her about returning the needle and getting my ID. Before I could even get the words out she barked back...If it has to do with music? I cannot help you. She kept talking and I just turned and walked away. I went downstairs and a guy with beautiful eyes was very helpful and got my ID. When I went to pay a gentlemen with a brownish blonde beard and frizzy hair was so rude. Absolutely no how can I help you? Just the infamous blank stare. Once my purchase was finished he took my receipt and threw it on the counter. I was so co fused as to why he was behaving in this manner. Another typical angry, white male working in a record store. Clearly bitter and jaded because he had to work brunch on July 4. Just be prepared and don't expect much from some of employees. The ones that a friendly are wonderful. However, the rude and cranky ones are on another level of being miserable .

Google
My favorite record store in Seattle & probably anywhere because the selection is great and it just has that “I’m home” feeling. Easy to shop the stacks and I always get a coffee or breakfast if I can time it right. If you’re a Pearl Jam or Brandi Carlile fan, there are some fun gig posters and art in the shop that you’ll appreciate. This is a music lovers record store and I visit every chance I can when I’m in Seattle.

Easy Street Records in West Seattle is a legendary combo of record store and café. Great vinyl selection, tasty diner-style food, and a chill vibe make it a local favorite

Google
A SEATTLE ICON! Great diner and one of the best record stores in the country, what else could you ask for? Attentive and helpful staff, delicious diner-style food, and you get to shop for records while you wait, this is a dream come true! An inspiration to us all!

Yelp
What a cool vinyl shop! There's so much positive energy here, and they often hold signing events with artists. They have a nice, well-organized selection of new and old vinyls with reasonable prices. I was able to score some vintage vinyls last time I visited. The upstairs section with rock and pop albums is my favorite. Will return to try their cafe next time.

Yelp
This review is for the record store, not the cafe - I haven't eaten here, so can't speak for the food. As a record store, it's absolutely among Seattle's best. They have a great selection of both used and new albums, and everything is logically organized. They have jazz, hip hop, R/B, soul, electronic, and CDs on the first floor. For rock and pop, head upstairs. My one gripe is that their prices on used vinyl can be on the high side, particularly for well-known artists. They do have a few mixed in for $7-8, but for the most part they seem to average about 20% higher than they should be, and sometimes more than that. That's certainly not to say there aren't decent deals to be found - I do end up buying something almost every time I come in. "Great finds" are there to be had by the plenty. "Amazing bargains" are less likely. Their prices on new records are in line with anywhere else. That said - I still absolutely class it as a top shelf record store in town. If you need some others to check out, try Golden Oldies, Daybreak, Fat Cat, and Sonic Boom. Happy hunting!

Yelp
Easy Street is first and foremost a record store, with a cute (and somewhat kitschy) brunch spot attached. They don't take reservations, but our group of five only waited 10 or 15 minutes on Saturday afternoon for a table, giving us enough time to peruse the massive record selection and learn a bit more about the vibrant music scene in Seattle. The food here is solid and filled us up well before an afternoon of sightseeing. The Horton Heat Hash was flavorful (it says spicy, but as someone who only enjoys spicy food occasionally I still found it really palatable and not overwhelming at all). The BLT sandwich was a bit smaller than expected and the fries looked better than they tasted -- they leaned more soggy than crispy. One of the highlights was how the cafe leans into the camp of being a record store -- each dish is either a pun or homage to a music icon, from the "Dolly Parton Stack" of pancakes to the "Bennie and the Jets" eggs Benedict. The staff was nice, albeit a bit young -- it felt like they were local high schoolers/young college students working a weekend job. It honestly added to the charm, though don't expect overly attentive service at this neighborhood joint.

Yelp
Love this place. I make it a routine to come here after my regular appointment every few weeks. The staff are friendly and don't seem to rush you or check in on you too much. The James Brown's are my favorite. A large plate of hash browns with lots of veggies and your choice of meat or meat substitute

Yelp
Easy Street Records and Cafe is a jewel in the crown Seattle! Seattle is just amazing. And this place is apart of the culture. I loved touching and feeling vinyl records. From Al Green, Stevie Wonder, and Nina Simone. Awesome shirt collections and cd's as well. It was totally nostalgic and the vibe was so laid back and cool! If you just want coffee or drinks you can sit at the bar downstairs right in the midst of all the beautiful chaos. We were seated downstairs by the windows and we could people watch and there was also a street market right outside. Anyway I ordered the "Lizzo" light breakfast option. It was a breakfast burrito with a hash brown. Y'all it was soo good! Had your girl licking her fingers. I freaking love burritos. And it was stuffed with bacon, eggs, cheese, and then, I crammed it with pico de gallo and avocado. My tummy smiled with complete delight! It was perfect Sunday brunch spot. Service was great! Staff was friendly, Definitely, you need to check out this eclectic hip spot!

Yelp
I stopped by the Farmer's Market (on Mother's Day!! Keep that in mind) and wandered into Easy Street Records & Cafe. Immediately, the host was super welcoming and pointed out that seating was so limited due to Mother's Day but was still able to finagle us to the bar area. Already a great vibe, Patrick swooped in and casually made a killer Bloody Mary all the while keeping conversation and serving out drinks to everyone else there for Mother's Day. Even on a crowded day, they invited us in instantly! The atmosphere was fantastic, very alt music kid vibe with some classics thrown throughout. Extensive record collection (newer to older to eclectic to rock to whatever your heart desires) and we spent a good hour chatting!

Yelp
We went to Easy Street Records for Sunday breakfast and had a fantastic experience. There's a record shop attached to the restaurant, which added a unique twist to our morning. We enjoyed browsing through records and discussing albums while waiting for a seat in the diner area. I ordered the burger, and my partner had the breakfast burrito. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The combination of good food and a vibrant, music-filled atmosphere makes Easy Street Records a perfect spot for a unique and enjoyable date. Highly recommended!

Yelp
What a cool place! Records, gifts, food, tiki bar, and cool people all in one place! Totally love the atmosphere and service here. Highly suggest the cheeseburger and fries if you're down to nosh! Also, hands down the coolest bathrooms ever- super loud, music and cool painted walls!
google avatar

Yelp
This spot is super cool. It's a record store with a cafe/diner attached. On a Sunday morning it was a wait of 30 mins for my party of two. The menu is super affordable and pretty tasty too.

Yelp
This place is sooooo cool, the vibes in here are immaculate. Every corner you look around is something interesting and quirky and it's such a unique spot! We stopped by for breakfast and they've got all your familiar breakfast classics like omelettes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc. I decided on the eggs Benedict and we also got a breakfast burrito. The food was really good and for the price, it can't be beat! The coffee here was also strong and flavorful and I really appreciated how our server gave me a coffee to go :') I will definitely be back for breakfast or lunch!

Yelp
Easy Street Records and Cafe is a pretty cool place to catch a bite. Located in a half record shop/ half greasy-spoon diner, it's every bit as fun as it sounds. We came for breakfast on a Saturday morning and got a table immediately, but by 9am; the joint was pretty hoppin', so best to arrive early. Naturally, if the prospect of a diner in a record store conjures up an idea of a music themed dishes, you'd be right. All the meals are cleverly named with homages to the greats. Can you imagine what an "Eggy Pop" would taste like? We'll, here's your chance to find out. The service was fine, but the only thing that was disruptive to the meal was an unusual issue. We were seated under a fan that was running full speed. We asked the waitress if it would be possible to turn it down because it was like a non-stop cold infused gale-force wind blowing on us. Of course it's completely understandable that employees cannot change the temperature (because a lot of places disable access to temperature controls), but it was worth asking. Ultimately there was nothing that she could do, (hey, at least she asked) but in the end, the extra windy atmosphere was a double whammy of disappointment. 1.) It made our dining experience rather chilly and fussy and 2.) Our food, which was brought out hot, got cold very quickly. Aside from that, the food was good- I'd say about 3 stars. I got the Lil' Kim which consisted of one egg, one slice of bacon and choice of a slice of French Toast or a pancake. Because of the fan on full-blast the butter in my pancake never melted. That's how quick the food got cold. The food itself was good, but not great, however; the value is 5 stars as this is about as inexpensive as it-down dining experience in West Seattle can get. The decor and music are 5 stars. It's hard to not love the energy and the people watching. I'd say that the vibe of the place is fun, inviting and creative. All the walls have music posters and it doesn't feel commercial. Because Easy Street encompasses so many great things that are really hard to come by these days, I'd definitely come back next time I'm visiting West Seattle. The great vibes and value more than make up for the misses.

Yelp
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this little gem in Seattle! This place is perfect for a simple little breakfast/brunch date. You can eat at the cafe which has great prices, friendly service, and great portion sizes. You can also walk around and explore their expansive offering of records, cassettes, and other music goodness. As someone that recently got back into collecting vinyl records, this was a complete dream for me, but even if you aren't a collector, you can still have fun in here. They even have a bar that you can enjoy a fun little drink if that's your thing. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this little-known gem in Seattle!

Yelp
Such a West Seattle classic -- you have to go at least once. We got there around 10 and waited for 20min, but it flew by because we just walked and browsed the record shop (I bought some prints!). I ordered this eggs benedict (it was called benny and the jets or something) and as an eggs benedict connoisseur, these were good! It was super easy to cut through, the egg was perfectly runny. I guess the biscuit definitely wasn't as crispy as some may like it but personally I had no complaints. Hash browns are hash browns so they were good. The seating was very cute and we sat in this circular booth. Definitely enjoyed the vibe. My favorite thing was actually the hand squeezed orange juice. I got a mimosa and it just instantly leveled it up. Definitely go if you want a fun brunch that's not too expensive!!
google avatar

Gina P.

Yelp
Best breakfast. Reminded me of San Francisco Lower Haight in the 90s. Everything about this place says "come here for breakfast!" I had the chorizo and eggs...damn. Someone knows what they're doing back there. The mimosas were a lovely finish! And all the music!

Yelp
Great hidden gem in west Seattle. Heard about it from someone local. This place does not disappoint. Fun, eclectic record shop with a dive restaurant. Great laid back environment to just relax . We grabbed breakfast at 7:30 and the place had plenty of seating.
google avatar

R K.

Yelp
I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Parking was easy on a weekday morning. The place had a really chill vibe, a place where one can relax and enjoy a leisure breakfast. Food was decent and the service was great. Wait staff checked in couple of times and my coffee mug was always filled. The music playing suited me as well. Enjoyed everything so much that I returned a few days later. Btw, I had their Frances farmer French toast.

Yelp
My husband's and my favorite breakfast spot in Seattle. The record store itself is awesome on its own as well!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow what a vibe! Loved this spot for a late breakfast. Even amidst the busy street fair going on outside, we had a terrific time and nothing suffered. From the tasty food, terrific service and really uniquely decorated space, this place did not disappoint. Love the concept of the record store / cafe. A great blend and mix, and a wonderful eclectic crowd too!
google avatar

Yelp
This review is for the record shop - we haven't eaten there yet. This place is awesome, we've been many times and are always able to find a good deal on something random or stock for an obscure record that we are looking for. They have amazing selection and a great vibe to enjoy browsing. A true Seattle gem. The punch card is pretty cool too - we're one away from a free LP! We'll be back to check out the food half of things sometime.
google avatar

Yelp
13/10. Stopped by several times to browse easy streets iconic record selection. This is the place to go if You're looking for the stuff you can't find elsewhere. We were fortunate to have brunch here last week. Prices were very reasonable, coffee refills were flowing, and service was excellent. 5/5 stars alone for a great classic diner pancake. Will be back. Great place to bring guests/visitors. Only negative is that it is loud so it might not be the vibe for small kids
google avatar

Nikko Y.

Yelp
Such a great spot!! We absolutely loved our afternoon at Easy Street today. The food was great, smashed a few posters and some vinyls... Awesome!! The La Bamba Asada and New Wave Rancheros were great!
google avatar

Tai D.

Yelp
Very cool vibe of this place that greets you with a blast of music. If I'm not mistaken there was a DJ? Very cool spot if you're into records. There's a very cool somewhat retro looking cafe and bar here. I can see why this location is iconic.
google avatar

Yelp
I loved this place, the combination of a restaurant with a music store... Amazing!!! Food was very delicious and comforting too... Came for a short visit from L.A. and was not disappointed... I give you 10 stars for originality and 10 stars for good comforting food!!! Definitely recommend this spot and definitely will come back...
google avatar

Yelp
Quirky vibe at this record store, brunch place. They were installing some thing electrical in the ceiling when we showed up but we were still able to get a seat on the balcony. The service was friendly and fast, and the food was fairly decent. My friends said their hash browns were cold, but that they enjoyed their food. bonus points for fresh squeezed orange juice which is my favorite!
google avatar

Beth R.

Yelp
This place is fantastic! It's a super cool little joint that has typical breakfast fare with rock and roll names (Lizzy burrito, Dolly Parton (pancake and eggs) Bennie and the Jets (eggs Benedict), etc.) What makes it so cool is it's in a record store that's has all the music memorabilia a funky music store has. The food was fantastic- bacon was really thick and cooked well. My eggs were PERFECT! Just how I ordered them. The service was outstanding - the guy was totally chill and laid back. And the price was surprisingly cheap! $20 for two breakfasts (w/o drinks). It was a Thursday morning when we went, it may be different on a busy weekend. Check this place out, it's a good, memorable place to have breakfast.
google avatar

Yelp
Upstairs, go upstairs. Look for the selection and keep an eye out for the things you might have been digging for in the lps. I was visiting from Detroit and enjoyed spending time there but was a bit rushed, lots of family wanted to keep shopping while I could have stayed all day, had some food and chilled while mentally going over my list of things to get. The biggest bonus was shipping. I didn't like the idea at all of having to lug things in my suitcase and asked about shipping 5 albums. NO SWEAT. They charged me $6 to send it via USPS and it arrived in 4 days so I literally arrived the day after I got home. No worries, very chill about it, they had LP shipping and no extra charges, they clearly have their act together.

Yelp
I had not been to Easy Street in some time, as it is usually packed when it is considered, which of course is a great thing for Easy Street. But I was able to visit on Saturday, earlier in the morning, and there was plenty of seats available. It appears some chairs and table tops have been updated/purchased since I was last there. I asked the server about the black t-shirts that the employees were wearing and was told they are new. They look great. The food was right on. I had my favorite, the Frances Farmer French Toast which was accommodated by two excellent pieces of bacon and two perfectly cooked over easy eggs. The server, Ella S. was someone I would ask for in the future. Always smiling, and genuinely friendly and very efficient. Thank you Easy Street for another great meal and experience.
google avatar

Alison Z.

Yelp
I can't stop talking about Easy Street!! We had a wonderful breakfast that was the cherry on top of a wonderful vacation!! I loved the history behind the store.

Ed A.

Yelp
Good breakfast menu. It's in the Junction so parking is bad but if you can walk to the Junction it's better. Crowded on Sundays because of the farmers market. Good food.
google avatar

Yelp
So good! I had a phenomenal chai latte, and our food was so good I forgot to take a pic of it before we started eating. I ordered Billy's Breakfast Burrito and it was delicious!! Highly recommend

Yelp
Great food and record selection. The Horton Heat hash was outstanding and so was the service

Yelp
Fun place, great selection of records and the food is solid too. Service is a little slow on Saturday but what can you do

Yelp
Three of us went to Easy Street Cafe for breakfast at 9 am on Mother's Day. Not unexpectedly, we were told there would be a 55 minute wait. So, we went exploring. At 9:30, we checked back in at Easy Street and were told they had already called our name! It didn't seem to make an impression that they had called our name at less than 30 minutes when they had told us 55. Oh well, they did manage to find a table for us in not too much longer, so I guess all's well that ends well. The food was wonderful! I had an omelet with veggie bacon in it - and was surprised to see real bacon strips on the plate (since I don't eat that!) The waiter was surprised, also, and quickly remedied the situation. All in all, it was a great to start to a fun Mother's Day!
google avatar

Derrick M.

Yelp
Absolutely adore this place!! My wife found this place on Yelp about a couple of months ago. We actually visited it first to buy some new vinyls. The DJ was there spinning an amazing 90s R&B soundtrack with all the hits and I simply couldn't stop dancing as I shopped for vinyls. We loved the experience there so much that we decided to begin 2022 there for brunch. The vibe was just the same the second time we visited! This place is one of the coolest record stores I have ever been in. The retro decor makes it all the better as if you've jumped back in time. I will definitely be a frequent visitor of this unique and awesome place!
google avatar

Naomi S.

Yelp
Not the vibes. Food was eh, service was eh, our waitress was impatient & rude. Record store attached was cool
google avatar

Lyzette P.

Yelp
It's funny because I wasn't even planning on eating here, I was only look for some new records. Such a cute place to buy music and then eat out. Waited for quite some time to be seated but it was definitely worth it. Staff was friendly and food came out quick. Breakfast was great and I loved every bite.
google avatar

Emma A.

Yelp
Chomp chomp! I can't think of anything bad about this place. Best deal and quality diner meal in town. $12 for a breakfast? Hot dang. Our waiter was funny and attentive, and ambiance is just downright cool. The "lighter options" aren't bird food, they're just good and healthy versions of the greasy stuff. Grab some merch while you're in!
google avatar

Alexis C.

Yelp
I walk past this store all the time, but finally hopped inside the other day with a friend for breakfast. It was 9am on a Saturday and we got seated right away, which was pretty surprising but we were grateful. I will say right off the bat their prices were crazy reasonable. Between the two of us, the bill was only $23. I got French toast and she got an omelet. I was also pleasantly surprised most meals came with eggs and your choice of meat, and you could substitute for like .50. The food was fairly basic and nothing extraordinary, but for a cheap breakfast out I would definitely come back. The only downer was service wasn't that great - we had to hunt down a server after 20 minutes when we were ready for a check. Might be a smarter idea to go on a weekday morning when it's not so busy.

Yelp
Easy Street Records & Cafe is one if not the only record shops in Seattle that sells you the Greats Hits and a hot breakfast/lunch. The Easy Streets building we know today opened in 1989, and within the next 11 years, they expanded their storefront to include a kitchen and bar. One year after installing a full-service cafe, they opened their second location in the Queen Anne neighborhood, which thrived for 11 years until its closure in 2013; now, only the Easy Streets Record/Cafe remains. Foods Tried: - Bennie And The Jets - The Salad Of John And Yoko My Review: Since I was coming for breakfast, I wanted to try their eggs benedict. I loved how they renamed ordinary breakfast names into historical musical events. Overall the food tasted nice, and I was also surprised by how cheap the meal was, especially since it's located in prime Seattle real estate. I think I paid 11 bucks plus tax/tip for my meal, which is not bad at all!

Yelp
I love going to Easy Street Records Cafe for breakfast! I think the food is great and they are open early (7 AM). It is easy to find a free parking spot in this area at this time of day. For breakfast, they have a wide selection of traditional items like breakfast burritos, omelets, pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches. For lunch they have things like salads, sandwiches, and burgers. Everything on the menu has a fun music name like James Browns, Horton Heat Hash, and Notorious B&G (biscuits and gravy). I think their kitchen does a really great job and I've always liked my food. Last time I was there I ordered Bennie and the Jets (2 poached eggs and ham on an English muffin covered in hollandaise sauce and served with hash browns). A while ago (before Covid) I used to think the table service was a little hit or miss, but now you order your food at the counter and then sit down. I really like this method better and someone will still come by your table to check on you/refill your coffee cup, etc. This place has a cool Seattle vibe and I highly recommend it for breakfast.

Rebecca S.

Yelp
Made a stop here while visiting from out of town and was glad we did. The employees were all very nice and the food was worth the wait. I order the born to run breakfast sandwich and it was one hecka of a good breakfast sandwich; I would definitely recommend if you don't want a full plate of food. My boyfriend ordered the Gang of Four tacos with the chicken. He absolutely loved everything on the plate and so did I. They were well balanced and packed with flavor. Overall, great atmosphere, fresh food, and would highly recommend.

Yelp
So good! I had the dolly parton stack with blueberries--it did not dissapoint. The store is awesome too! Ended our vacation with a great breakfast and some cool souvenirs. The place is clean, and has great service. It has a unique atmosphere with its decor style, but it works! I was hesitant to go to a place that sells food and records, thinking that atleast one had to suck, but they proved me wrong!

Yelp
Great mom and pop cafe in West Seattle! Coolest cafe I would say both a record/CD store and a cafe all in one! Sweet menu with lots of variety and scrumptious taste and Staff is super friendly too (: Highly recommend to anyone in town.

Yelp
Great music selection and always leave with a few hidden treasures. Make sure to get their punch card so you can gain "points" and redeem for a free vinyl. Too bad I'm up on Capitol Hill or I would be going here weekly to check out their latest collections. One of the best record stores in Seattle!

Yelp
We've been going to Easy Street for breakfast for about 20 years. Today was the second time we've had terrible service from Scott. He was abrupt taking our order, no greeting whatsoever, basically just said "What do you want to eat?" Someone else brought out our food, relatively quickly (hence 2 star review). Scott never came back to check on us, to top off coffee, or see if we needed anything else - probably because he was busy chatting with his coworkers at the counter. My husband was so mad at the lack of service that he went and sat outside until I finished. I had to ask for our check. I left zero tip because we had zero service.

Yelp
Amazing little neighborhood record store. Super cute cheap diner inside the store. I have shopped there and seen many a Seattle music luminary, Sunno))), Mudhoney and Pearl Jam. Been shopping here for 23 yrs.

Yelp
Beautiful locale right in the bustling heart of The Junction in West Seattle. You can walk in at either the record store or the main café door because they're conjoined in the middle (sweet). The decor is 50s rock and roll with a splash of diner nostalgia from the same era. There is a loft above the kitchen with extra seating and what I'd like to call "mood lighting" looked pretty shady up that way. I opted for a brighter seat sitting right next to the window on the bottom floor of the café. My waitress immediately took my drink order. I ordered the orange juice--Delightful and fresh squeezed if I may add. Ultimately I order a Lizzo Burrito that came with hash browns and a pico salsa/sour cream combo at no extra cost. My buds desired something sweet as well; so I got a side of French toast ,because I deserve sweet things. All in all taste was what I'd expect from the decor. Classic American Diner breakfast spot with a niche twist. The price point was extremely reasonable (which is much appreciated as we know the cost of living in West Seattle ). The orange juice was $4 , Lizzo $9, and the French toast was $5. Prices you cannot beat. As far as taste and presentation--Not spectacular but definitely far from bad. I'd visit again and try the Goo Goo Muck maybe.

Yelp
Everything from the drinks, food, ambience and service was amazing! We had margaritas and brunch. Cute little outdoor space and interior space opens to the sidle walk. Super cute!

Yelp
Great record store. Being a record collector, I appreciate the way they make sure you have the records you are looking for. Really great staff and really knowledgeable about music. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Place has fun vibes, and the menu is pretty affordable. The food is pretty bland though. I got a chorizo scramble and it didn't taste anything like chorizo. I wouldn't come back, but it wasn't too disappointing of an experience since the food is more affordable than other diners
