Jeremy Fall Debuts New American Diner, Easy’s, Inside the Beverly Center - Eater LA
"The Beverly Center hasn’t had a restaurant like this in, well, maybe ever. This is Easy’s, a sprawling neo-diner done with vintage touches and some of the best mid-city views in Los Angeles, sweeping from the Hollywood Hills to Downtown and beyond. But really, all eyes are going to be on the burger. Easy’s is the work of restaurateur Jeremy Fall (Nighthawk, Tinfoil), and comes as a full realization of the burger-specific pop-up he ran ages ago down in Chinatown’s Far East Plaza with Alvin Cailan. A version of that burger still sits font and center but now there’s a whole restaurant wrapping the menu, complete with Formica tabletops, vintage View-Finders stuffed with click-through images of Easy’s menu items, and a full bar. The result is an all-day behemoth that in many ways feels like a big shopping center restaurant — there’s a kid’s menu, brunch, happy hour, and more — while also feeling entirely unique to LA." - Farley Elliott
