Easy’s Diner - Review - Beverly Grove - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Easy’s was once a pop-up in Chinatown that served truly fantastic burgers out of a take-out window. They didn’t last too long (Lasa opened up in the same space), but now Easy’s is back, this time as a fancied-up diner inside the Beverly Center. In a corner on the sixth floor, Easy’s is certainly better than most other places inside malls, but it’s also nothing particularly special. There’s a big menu that runs from donut crumb French toast and crawfish pappardelle to burgers, and while everything we’ve tried here is solid, the magic we felt and tasted at the original spot is nowhere to be found. But, if you want to stop for a casual meal while you’re waiting for the Genius Bar people to fix your phone, this is probably the best place in the mall to do it." - Jess Basser Sanders

Jeremy Fall Debuts New American Diner, Easy’s, Inside the Beverly Center - Eater LA

"The Beverly Center hasn’t had a restaurant like this in, well, maybe ever. This is Easy’s, a sprawling neo-diner done with vintage touches and some of the best mid-city views in Los Angeles, sweeping from the Hollywood Hills to Downtown and beyond. But really, all eyes are going to be on the burger. Easy’s is the work of restaurateur Jeremy Fall (Nighthawk, Tinfoil), and comes as a full realization of the burger-specific pop-up he ran ages ago down in Chinatown’s Far East Plaza with Alvin Cailan. A version of that burger still sits font and center but now there’s a whole restaurant wrapping the menu, complete with Formica tabletops, vintage View-Finders stuffed with click-through images of Easy’s menu items, and a full bar. The result is an all-day behemoth that in many ways feels like a big shopping center restaurant — there’s a kid’s menu, brunch, happy hour, and more — while also feeling entirely unique to LA." - Farley Elliott

Easy’s Wants to Remake Classic Diner Dishes Inside Beverly Center - Eater LA

"Diner fans won’t have to wait much longer for Easy’s to open inside the Beverly Center. The anticipated Jeremy Fall project is just weeks away from buttoning up the details and emerging as a full-scale modern diner, complete with breakfast-through-dinner hours and, yes, those popular burgers." - Farley Elliott

Had a great drink and snacks during Happy Hour here at easy's. The service is great and the drinks are too. The Brussel sprouts and hummus is excellent. Highly recommend stopping by.

The food was delicious. Tuna Melt was the Best! I didn't care for the Mimosasa. And some of the staff was a bit sassy. Even though it's in the mall, it didn't feel like i was in a mall.

Little eatery tucked away on level 6 of the mall. I wound up getting the grilled cheese on brioche with saffron butter. It comes with a heirloom tomato dipping sauce that was tasty. My wife had the sriracha tuna salad which was quite good. Tried the milkshake. Okay. Service very friendly.

Why is this place only a 3.7?!?! Crazy great spot. East coast diner with a touch of the south. Love everything about this place. A bit pricey yes but uhhhhh..... It's Beverly Hills!!!!! Tried the funnel cake with fried chicken. I thought it was spot on. Great spot for breakfast!!! Update: They don't have a bulk of the previous menu. The food was good but a bit salty!

Good ol’ southern food w a modern edge - ambience is groovy, wait staff is super nice. Braised chicken is Smokey-luscious! Good place to eat while in the Beverly with a fantastic view of Hollywood and the Hills.

Easy’s restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Beverly center mall overlooking Beverly Hills. The chicken linguine is good, the Caesar salad 🥗 is great, but the cocktail 🍹 is awful.

Food ok for this price. But horrible r’n’b music and sooo loudly. This spoils the whole atmosphere and you want to leave quickly.
