Eataly Aventura

I went to Eataly with a friend for a late lunch. We both loved it! The cacio e pepe was delicious and had a nice touch of lemon to lighten it up. The tiramisu is a must try and the espresso is really good. The waiters were very busy but still made us feel welcome. I also bought pandoro on my way out and it was great! It was simultaneously buttery and light and it was the right amount of sweet.

I went with my niece to celebrate her birthday. The entire Eatily area is big, the market has a bunch of stuffs like pastas, pizzas, desserts, gelatos, panettones, sandwiches, drinks and more. We went to one of their restaurants "Il Pastaio Aventura". We had the Focaccia Cacio e Pepe as an appetizer... it was really good, so much flavor! Then, my niece had the Tagliatelle Verdi Al Funghi, that she really enjoyed! I had the Tortelli Di Zucca that was amazing, the flavor of the butternut squash with the roasted hazelnuts blewed my mind! For dessert we had the famous Tiramisu... to start, the presentation was so nice, the taste was delicious and very creamy. For sure I need to come back to check the other places around Eatily.

Such an amazing place to eat at Aventura. You get to walk around the grocery shop and see the different Italian products while you wait for your table (or at least that's what I did). The restaurant is huge and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's a great place to go with your family, and even with children because they have a menu for them, including bunny shaped pizza. My sister and I ordered pizzas and my brother-in-law a pasta, which we have to take his word: it was really good. The pizzas were delicious, my sister ordered the one with pepperoni and honey which is pizza Bianca. I ordered the prosciutto with burrata that ended up being a clear winner at the table. Definitely a good place if you're at aventura mall and craving pizza. After our dinner I stopped at the coffee bar that's in the shop and had a espresso with panna, which I recommend trying if you like your coffee with something sweet. Edit: I mixed up Sawgrass with Aventura 😅 me and my scattered brain.

We love Eataly. We try to visit every single unit around the globe. And this store is a must to visit. Deserts are very well done. Pasta is always fresh. Everything is delicious. One of favorite restaurants to visit. Atmosphere is great: the feeling of being in an open market (but indoors). We always end up consuming from the restaurants, the cafe, and the store. The three combined are always a perfection for food lovers and those who cook a lot at home. For this unit I just wish service was a little more friendly. The cafe section seems to be “ok” with our presence, and not always as vivid as the other sections.

Krupskaya was an excellent host. Very attuned to our needs at just the right time and the wait staff was superb in their service. And not to forget the food: the pasta was right out of grandma’s kitchen and the desserts were a unique treat you must visit to experience first hand!

I have been to Eataly locations in several countries now and I can assure you the quality and taste are consistent. Food was great, we ordered the Spaghetti and Lasagna. As about the bread, it seemed old and it wasn’t even warmed up. The pannacotta wasn’t really worth it too. The waiters and workers weren’t very friendly and it seemed like they didn’t want to pay attention to us, as we tried calling them to ask for sugar for almost 5 minutes…

The place is beautiful! Very lively with counters of different food spots. We ate at the internal restaurant “La Pizza La Pasta.” Drinks, apps, pasta and dessert were all fresh and up to to par. Delicious. Ed was our server. Very happy individual, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would come here again hands down. The vibe was nice too. Upbeat music to enjoy your time.

Eataly Aventura never disappoints! The lasagne is absolutely outstanding—rich, comforting, and full of authentic Italian flavor. The bolognese pasta is perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying, and the pizzas at Rosso Pomodoro are some of the best in Miami: light, flavorful, and expertly made. Don’t skip the tiramisu—it’s the ideal finish, creamy and perfectly sweet. On top of the amazing food, the wine selection is fantastic, and the grocery area is a dream for anyone who loves high-quality Italian products. From pantry staples to specialty items, they truly have it all. Always a great experience from start to finish!

I've been dying to try this place after seeing the IG reels of the tiramisu online. But, all in all the food, service, and atmosphere is an 8/10 overall. Cacio e Pepe - 6/10, more on the powdery side versus the creamy texture I was hoping for but the fresh noodles were tasty. The sauce almost tasted like a craft mac n cheese Calzone Pizza - 8/10, super tasty, cheesy, with the side of hot honey! +4 for sauces. Still and sparking water is $8. Best to make a reservation! They also have a special for $26+ (2 course menu).

Food was not bad in itself but the wait was extremely long, for a Monday lunch time with only 3 other tables. Also I did not think the Miami Spice was worth it. I think this place is def more for the pizzas which looked great. Might come back for that in the future. Had to send the canoli back because it was that bad and got the chocolate "gelato" which was extremely sweet and had the consistency of regular Bryers ice cream.

I had such a lovely time here with my daughter. We came for a quick bite but absolutely love this location. We regular at the one in Los Angeles but now that we're in south Miami, we travel to this location and love the staff, the food and the environment. Sebrena was our waitress and was through the roof with knowledge, we sadly ordered our go tos but still had a wonderful time hearing about her favorite dishes. We go for the bolognese tagliatelle and focaccia bread. Always hits. We will be back.

So happy they opened an Eataly in Miami! Food was incredible and ambiance was superb. Definitely recommend more food options like carbona. And we got served by Sebring and was lovely. Great service and very knowledgeable

La Pizza and La Pasta is located inside of Eataly. It's is a decent sized sit down restaurant that was pretty packed. Our table shared multiple plates and everything was very fresh and delicious. The waiter helped us pick what to get and the stand out was the pistachio gelato (too big to share with only 2 people). We got the burrata appetizer however the bread was very crunchy and a bit hard to cut through. The flavor was great though. We also shared the Diavola dolce pizza and pistachio pesto pasta (can't find the name on the menu).

As you enter Eataly, you immediately see bright, inviting colors on the wall and an elevator and an escalator to take you up to the 2nd floor where there are 2 restaurants and an Italian supermarket. The atmosphere is lively with a packed house. Since there are 2 restaurants there, we had to make a decision on which one to eat at. We decided that on this trip it would be IIPastaio for dinner and pick La Pizza & La Pasta as our take-out to eat at home. We enjoyed exploring the supermarket where you can purchase fine Italian wines, a wide variety of meats, pastas, sauces, prepared single serving bites, cheeses, breads, desserts and other Italian goodies. The Italian food aroma will tickle your nose and you will be hungry immediately. La Pizza & La Pasta specializes in Napoli pizza and pasta. We decided to order the Cotto E Funghi, the Mushroom pizza. It was pretty good and lasted for two meals. I look forward to trying their Margherita Pizza next time. They have a host stand where you order your item and go find a table. The line wasn't too long. The staff were friendly and kept the line moving. The dining area isn't too large and tables were available. We took turns checking out the supermarket while waiting. Eataly is dog and children friendly at their facility. There were a lot of families there with their kids. The prices are high here in comparison to other pizza places but their food is fresly made there. We enjoyed our experience here and will visit again. There is valet service and also regular free mall parking. We found a spot very close by.

Walking in, you immediately see an impressive authentic Italian market. We left with some nice cheese, fresh made pasta, and the pistachio pesto that is to die for. As for our meal, the pizza, phenomenal. The caccio e pepe was good, but I have had better, it was a bit too salty. The dish with the pistachio pesto was probably one of the most delicious and unique pasta entrees I've ever had. If you like bread with your meal, you have to order it, we had focaccia, it was good but came out room temperature. I will say, maybe they need more staff, we waited for our entrees about 35 minutes, to the point that a waiter brought us a dessert menu thinking we were done. Do not go here without a reservation! Keep in mind there are two dining locations in Eataly, and it's on the third floor.

Located inside the Eataly market in the Aventura Mall, this is the newest location of the famed brand. I reality this visit might be closer to a 3.5 on some aspects but rounding up for potential. Definitely recommend making reservations, just pay attention as there are a couple restaurants inside you can make reservations for. We came on a weekday afternoon, and while still busy for that time you can tell it was "quiet" for how the place has been since opening. The restaurant space is a decent size and has a couple different vibes within. Now for the restaurant, host stand was super friendly and did their best to move things along smoothly. Our waiter seemed attentive but also very blasé at the same time. They have a build your own spritz menu so we went with the limoncello, club soda, and prosecco. As pretty as it looked, the taste was undrinkable. Imagine your favorite lemon scented wood polish and that's what it tasted like. Thankfully they took it back and we went with a traditional Aperol spritz which was delectable. We ordered the arancini which was perfectly crisp on the outside with delicious flavors on the inside, although some bits of risotto were a little crunchy. The mushroom pizza (Cotto E Funghi) has potential. The flavors of dough and sauce were tasty and the mushrooms were also good but definitely needed more mushrooms. I personally also would have liked my crust a bit more done. Lastly we got the Cacio e Pepe. The pasta itself was very nice but it needed more pepper in general and also to cut down on some of the saltiness from the cheese. I believe they are probably still working out some of the kinks and such so probably worth another visit once things settle in a bit more.

Excellent service and what we had for dinner was amazing, beautifully served, pastries ... delicious! We are from Chicago and Miami's Eataly's pizza is even better than Chicagos's. We will come back for sure!

I loved La Pizza & La Pasta. My only regret is I didn't try more items. The food was outstanding. We started with the focaccia bianca, which was delicious and perfectly sea salted with the most delicious olive oil side. I ordered the spinach ravioli which came in a butter sauce with sage. Loved it! I tasted the tagliatelle bolognese, which was also awesome. All of the pasta is made in Italy. I can't wait to return and order the Neapolitan-style pizza.

This was our first time at the Florida location. the food and service was amazing. I had my 2 year old son with us and the fact that they made him a heart shaped pizza was amazing.

This was actually better than I expected started off a little bit strange they brought out the wrong focaccia bread, but I knew when I looked at it was wrong so we sent it back but overall food was good. Got the cacio y pepe, broccoli rabe and the tiramisu for dessert is a must have! Pasta portion was a nice size service was not that bad as other reviews maybe they are slowly getting their act together. The bar inside seem to have a good vibe. You need a reservation on a Saturday night they turned away people to reservations only.

So we have been to different Eataly locations. This was the worst of them all. Been to the one in Italy, Los Angeles, and San Jose. The quality was like Chef Boyardee tbh like someone stated below. The Spaghetto al Pomodoro was so watery. Not up to par with the ones we have been to before. One of the food runners picked up some plates from our table and picked up a knife and flicked some tomato sauce on me . Quality and service was not there. Definitely won't come to this location again.

Can't tell you how amazing this experience was. My wife and I came to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. The general manger Dennis outdid himself making us feel welcome and at home. Our server Ed knocked it out of the park with his attentiveness and service. The food was AMAZING!! We were in Italy in June of this year and wanted to have some authentic Italian. You will not miss if you come. We enjoyed several appetizers, the burrata salad, the zucchini and cucumber salad, the pasta pomodoro, NY STRIP. Finished with an amazing Tiramisu.

The food and the service by Miguel was great. we would love to come back. Recommend the tiramisu and pistachio gelato

It is a very pretty restaurant. It took a very long time to get service. Finally we ordered appetizers. When it was brought to the table, we had to tell them that we did not have utensils to eat with. Our main dish came after my son had finished the pizza he ordered. The food was tasty. The dessert took a very long time. We received the bill, then after that they brought me the affogato I asked for. Honestly, this place is a hot mess It has potential, they just have to plan themselves better. I was very excited to go. Not sure I'll return. PS. Don't order their wine. There is a nice selection at the wine shop. Buy it there, pay a $15 cork fee.

I dined with Eataly for a friends and family preview and the service and food was amazing. The lasagna was my favorite pasta dish, finally authentic Italian pasta. The pizza from rossopomodoro was perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce. The server and Busser were very tentative to my friends and I. Can't wait to go back and dine again.

Miguel was an excellent server. Food was delicious and everyone was courteous. Recommend the pasta, pizza is a must and never go without ordering the focaccia.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the authentic Italian dishes. Great location, if the mall is still open you can walk off your amazing meal. Cocktails were refreshing and great wine. The cantaloupe with procuito is an amazing appetizer. This is now in our regular rotation of places to eat.

Our waiter was Miguel and he was super super nice. We ordered the Capricciosa pizza and it was very delicious, will absolutely go again! Definitely make a reservation if you can because it can get very busy!

We went for the first time this past Saturday. There seemed to be a wait but there wasn't a crowd of people. So we walked up to the hostess stand. Said we were a party of three. She did not even look at her iPad just stared at me and said sorry we can't add you to the list. Now, I'm a Miami native and go out to eat every weekend. Never have we just been turned away so rudely. We saw many empty tables. Not a good first impression. Good luck with that attitude. Went down to Divieto and were sat with no issues. Do better.

We went on a Saturday on the July 4th weekend. To tell you it was packed it's an understatement! But we checked in and they took our name down and said the wait would be around 2 hrs! We then decided to go check out Aventura Mall so it wasn't so bad after all. We came back to check about an hour and a half later and they sat us down! That was awesome, finally cause we were starving! We were greeted very kindly and they sat us down. Our waitress was so nice and gave us a few suggestions on the menu. For starters we ordered some wine which was quite good. I had the rosé & hubby went for the Cabernet. Ordered some appetizers too! We had the patatas (potatoes) with an aioli sauce which was superb! Also ordered the focaccia bread with olive oil and it was quite good. I decided on the ricotta cheese filled ravioli with a lemon sauce and shavings of eggplant. It was simply delicious!My hubby had the fettuccine bolognese. He did not like it at all. He said he's had better. It was cooked al dente (but too much) he prefers it a bit softer. We were stuffed and didn't have dessert. Overall we had a nice meal. The place is very nice, they have a pastisserie section which is all desserts and we ordered some to take home. Also it's like a marketplace with different sections where you can purchase anything made from Italy. We will be going back most definitely but will wait until all the hype ends, it is a relatively new place. Ambiance is beautifully decorated! You must go and check it out for yourself!

Worst Eataly of all time- What a disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was inattentive and unfriendly -- it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. We ordered an $8.99 bottle of prosecco which they charge $60 for. They didn't have any cold ones. Funniest part was that it was never taken off the bill after we declined the warm bottle of prosecco. We were a big party. Salads and appetizers were brought without serving spoons. We had to ask for serving spoons 4 times. It took a total of 10 minutes. The people that ordered pizzas got their food 15-20 minutes before the pastas arrived. They said they come from different kitchens. Dessert came with a few spoons for a large party. Again, we had to ask for silverware multiple times. The food was good but nothing special. Overall, this was an underwhelming experience and not worth the price. With so many great Italian spots around, I would recommend trying somewhere else.

Hector was very nice and knowledgeable he gave us a good wine recommendation and was always checking on us, the pizza was good but not memorable.

A glass of Chianti Classico is $22 for a short pour. The same wine anywhere in town is $14 a glass. It's casual, trendy dining with a premium price tag on everything. Not nearly as good as Eataly in New York or Chicago. Service and atmosphere was good at

The overall experience at Eataly was fantastic. I was in town for a work conference and decided to try Eataly since I loved my experience at the Vegas location so much. The staff I interacted with were super friendly and gave lots of food and wine recommendations, which were very on point and delicious. Being a long time gluten free person, they had plenty of options and I of course had to sample many of them- pizza, pasta, apps (prosciutto melon and burrata)- all A+. Cannot wait to go back and try even more wines and food! Also- we sat in the atrium and was such a cool vibe so ask to sit there if it's available!

It's a breath of fresh air to have some real NYC professionals in Aventura. Service, Food & Atmosphere was all top-notch. Ask for Sebastian he's a real gem. Buonisismo -

Disappointed with Eataly Aventura. I was excited after great visits to the NY and Chicago locations, but this one missed the mark. We were a party of 6 -- pizzas came out, but the lasagna never did. Staff seemed uninterested, and service was slow despite the restaurant not being busy. I even asked for a manager, but nothing improved. Hope they get things on track.

Came here with my family last week and the customer service was amazing. The food was great. The best part was how they treated my family. The server was so nice to my kids and even gave them crayons to color with. The entire ambiance hits the mark.

Food is okay, but overall this is a chaotic place where there is no management, no service. Very expensive and a mad place. The hostesses were rude if they were a model, not a hostess. No service or verbal etiquette. A one-time visit is more than enough to experience the madness. Outside seating areas, no cleaning personnel. We had to clean our table before we sat down.

I've been to the one in Vegas and wanted to try this one since it just opened up and all I have to say is AMAZING! The food and ambience was spectacular as well as the service. They all seemed excited to be there and was very welcoming and engaging throughout the whole experience! I would rate this place 10000/10!!! I would definitely comeback here. Im recommending this place to everyone. Truly such a wonderful experience.

Eataly. La pizza& la Pasta in the Aventura. First, kudos on the incredibly stylized and unique name. Really?? "Italian Food" was taken? Quick word on the Eataly market itself. Tiny footprint. They have some good stuff there but it's shoehorned into a tight space (pack elbow pads or sharpen those elbows). There's a few gems here but not an abundance of them. The main restaurant is similarly designed to other Eatalys. Airy, well lit and pleasant decor. No issues there. Service was fine. They do offer $15 corkage for any wine bought in house which is a bargain at any price. But the restaurant reeks of tourist trap. The polpette (meatball) appetizer was way overpriced and underwhelming. The meatballs were properly assembled and cooked. There was an uncomfortable wang to the three balls. The bread accompanying the balls was softer and airier than styrofoam but less tasty than styrofoam. Seriously why? Sauce was adequate but balls were under seasoned if they were seasoned at all. The margherita pizza a ruota a carro was fine. Acceptable. Inoffensive. It's a thin crust margherita. The mozzarella was tasty, sauce was prevalent (more on that later) and acceptably tasty. It was neither too sweet nor too acidic. So full props there. Crust was acceptably chewy and tasty apart from a few really charred bites. Unclear why that version of the pizza did not come with fresh Bufalo mozzarella (perhaps the thin crust can't support it). There were issues tho. First, there was a band 3/4s away from the center around the pizza that was burnt and it meant the final inch plus between the band and the crust had no cheese just sauce. Weird. So apart from the over charring, the border band, they desperately need a sharper pizza cutter. I Had to recut each slice. And there were pockets of oil on a few slices. It's not bubba gump but it's still a tourist trap. Food was meh.

Agree with most of the other poor reviews. I wish I had read them before stepping in and plopping down $100 on lunch for 2 when a can of chef boyardee would have been better. I hate that they upsell still water and do not have an itemized bill because I didn't know what the bottle of water cost me. Pass on the arancini balls. Very bland and the first time we got them the cheese was hard and cold in the middle. The peas gave off a bad flavor and it needs to be accompanied by some tomato sauce. The description of my penne alla norma was misleading. It said fried eggplant so I was expecting some crunchy element but it was a tiny bit of mushy roasted eggplant. Let's get to the salty cheese on top and the terrible marinara sauce. Your sauce needs work and I love an Al dente pasta but it was way too Al dente even for my taste. My companion's shrimp pistachio pesto pasta was better. This place was a miss on many levels from food to prices. If the food was good I didn't mind paying $50/person for one pasta entree a shared app and no alcohol.

Only one ladies restroom for a very busy restaurant. abysmal service and the food is nothing special, can definitely get better Italian food elsewhere. Skip this place and just go to the market instead.

My daughter and I arrived on time for our reservation, and the hostess proceeded to walk us through the entire restaurant looking for a place to seat us. Every table she took us to was full of dirty dishes. The other tables had people at them or were set for very large groups. I've never seen so many tables needing bussing at one time in one restaurant, and no one was working on cleaning any of them. We ended up back where we started at the hostess stand, and the two hostesses looked like they didn't know what to do. I thought I'd give them a minute to figure it out, so I said we'd go to the restroom and then come back. They seemed relieved. When my daughter and I got to the restroom, it was not clean. Then, we realized there was no toilet paper. There are no napkins to dry hands, either. There was nothing. As she sat there worried, I stepped out and stood by the door waiting to see if anyone working there was nearby. Eventually, a couple of people working there came close by, so I told them there was no toilet paper. They weren't very interested, but one of them finally said "okay." They walked away and never came back. Eventually, a couple of other servers came by, and I asked if anyone could just give me a paper napkin. One finally handed me a linen, and I just looked at it wondering if they really thought we should use their linens as toilet paper. At this point, a line had formed for the restroom because it was taking so long. My poor daughter was also getting upset at waiting there so long. I didn't want to go far because it is a single restroom. Realizing we weren't going to ever get any help, the woman waiting in line for the restroom offered to go into the men's restroom to get us toilet paper. I was grateful that she did that. She put extra for herself in her pocket, so she'd have some when we were finished. Hands washed, we were finally back at the hostess stand. On our initial walk through, we had noticed part of the restaurant had some sunlight, so we asked if we could just sit over there as it seemed happier. They said yes, and we finally got a table. The server came over to us and gave us menus. He said he was sorry that they ran out of printed kids menus and said he would just tell us what was on it. This was our first visit, so while he said what my daughter could get, I had no idea what any of it cost. He mentioned she could get a pasta dish, so she asked if she could have rigatoni as the noodle in the dish. He said they don't have rigatoni. I found it funny because we were sitting right by a wall that was decorated with jars of rigatoni noodles. She ordered kids penne with red sauce and the heart shaped pizza. I said she could get both as it was our first time there, and it had already been a rough start. I ordered the cacio e pepe. The food did not come out at the same time, and I told my daughter not to wait for me. She started eating, and thankfully, she liked her food. Mine finally came out and was so undercooked that the server offered to take it back and have it remade. I wasn't sure I wanted to bother, and he said "please let me." He tried to explain to me that it was al dente. I know what al dente means. We go to good Italian restaurants often and have enjoyed Italy itself as well. This was so undercooked that the pasta wouldn't even bend when I tried to twirl the fork. While I was waiting for my dish to be redone, the server came back and told us how he's been doing his job for 45 years and takes it very seriously and how the kitchen takes so long, and customers get mad at him and he does everything he can to bring bread and make them happy while they have to wait. It was a little awkward as he took so long telling us about customers who got very angry and cursed at him. I really just wanted to spend time talking with my daughter. It was a bit too much information. When I finally got my second dish, my daughter was finished with her pasta. My second dish was no different from the first, so I just gave up and tried the pizza my daughter had gotten. Her food was the only highlight of the visit. She enjoyed it. The server said he had to speak with the manager in order to take my dish off the check. I hadn't asked about that, but it seemed curious that he had to ask seeing as how I couldn't eat it. Again, maybe it was just too much information from him. When I went to pay, I noticed the suggested tips were very high for the bill. He said it was because they were figured as if both of my dishes were there. That was odd since one replaced the other, and I didn't eat either one. I went ahead and paid and tipped. With everything that went wrong, and how high the prices are, I can't see going back. It is disappointing as we'd just been in NYC and seen the location there and were eager to try this one as it is close to home. Oh well. I left hungry.
