If you’re on the fence about bringing your whole family to Hong Kong and wondering if a hotel can actually handle the beautiful chaos that is kids + suitcases + grandparents + midnight snack raids—let me stop you right there. This hotel didn’t just accommodate us. It welcomed us with great hospitality. ||||From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us kindly. Every request—whether it was extra towels, more pillows, or a late-night call asking where to find the best local egg tarts—was met with promptness and a smile.||||Room: Spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet for a city that never sleeps. The beds were cloud-like, the air conditioning was very much appreciated, and the view? Amazing. ||||Location: Smack in the middle of everything—near the MTR, with shopping, food, and cultural spots just a short walk (or stroller push) away. We had dim sum, temple visits, and waterfront strolls all in one afternoon.||||Service: Exceptional. The staff helped us book tours, gave us restaurant recs like locals. ||||Final Verdict:||Whether you’re rolling deep with a full family squad or just looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-savvy hotel, this place is the move. We laughed, we rested, we ate our weight in dumplings, and we made memories that’ll stick long after the passport stamps fade.||||Five stars. Would return in a heartbeat (and probably will). It was a refreshing hotel within somewhat if a mixed establishment. Aside from the usual hotel features, Eaton has a basement housing many food stalls, an art space, offices, a cocktail bar with open-air seating, a bar bistro featuring spirits from all over the world and arts & cultural events within the premise. The entire design, vibe, look and feel was upbeat, energetic and somewhat eclectic. They also had sales of upcycled accessories at the lobby's showcase. Not forgetting the very central location between 2 downtown MTR stations of Jordan & Yau Ma Dei where you can find both local and tourist buzz! Excellent.

loved this hotel!!!! the decor of the room is so cute, though lighting might be slightly dim for some people. and the pool!!! is super cute!! staff is attentive with good service :) location is central, with a really good dim sum restaurant located at the basement- also recco making a reservation there. only note is rhat the room isn’t super big so do prepare small luggages instead.

I love Eaton Hotel and is the one I stay each time I come to HK. Excellent service from every staff from those in the parking area to check in to room service staff and all the way until check out. There is no disappointment from anyone I come in contact with or meet. Give Eaton a try and you will not regret! ||Of course, the location of Eaton is so convenient with bus stops to subway just within a few blocks away; easy access to any transportations available in HK. Hungry? either at the hotel or walk across the street and you will find plenty of choices.||Nice gym and swimming pool, even though I only use the gym but not the pool. Overall, I would give Eaton 99.99% but it is actually 100%. HAHA!

Eaton is really wonderful. The rooms are clean and well thought out. The decor is unique. Location was wonderfully central. Easy to go anywhere and get public transport or get an uber. But the breakfast buffet though, that was definitely one of the highlights. Such a wonderful variety and everything tasted so good! If anything, the only thing I might change is to add a free laundry area for the guests. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and they are available every step you need them around the hotel. The staff was very helpful to get us a taxi and we appreciated. The buffet breakfast was great and worth the money too.Despite the room a little small, I will book back.the same hotel next time I go HK again.RdgsElsie

Eaton HK is well located—you can walk to some of Hong Kong’s main attractions, and the MTR is relatively close, which makes getting around the city quite easy.However, the overall experience didn’t fully meet our expectations. The hotel has a very modern, almost experimental concept that didn’t quite suit our taste. The reception and entrance are in different areas, and the elevators open directly to the street—which, with the summer heat, was not ideal. On top of that, we found the room to be quite small and not particularly comfortable for big luggages.If you’re into trendy, urban-style hotels, this might be for you. But for us, it missed the mark in terms of comfort and practicality.

I would stay there again and again and again! Fully staff, quick service, sweet housekeeping, front desk are helpful, free coffee from 3-4 pm, complimentary wine but we don’t drink. Love the gym, pool, and food hall! And the community library is a bonus! My friend and I stay for 3 weeks and it is as great! Good job eaton’s management!
