Working with Eco Caters was nothing short of incredible. Every aspect of our planning process with them was extremely smooth. We cannot thank our contact from their team Scott, and the entire team including the cooks, servers, bartenders, and everyone involved for such a fantastic experience. From our very first consultation call, Scott answered all of our questions, gave us a detailed estimate, sent us many options of different menus, including seasonal menus, and set up a tasting for us. The tasting was a fun and delicious experience itself- we were blown away by the flavor of the food (particularly the desserts!), and were able to try every part of the menu, including the appetizers, salad, 3 main course options (including vegetarian), and desserts. We worked with Scott on every detail of the planning process, emailing him many times over the course of a year and getting every question answered. We also enjoyed that we were able to go through them to get out rentals for our tables, linens, dishware, and everything else we needed. This made planning and coordinating much more simple. Scott did several walkthroughs at the venue (with and without us) to ensure that every detail was accounted for on their part. At the wedding, we got so many compliments on how delicious the food was, and everyone in particular loved the Autumn Margarita we used as one of our Specialty Cocktails (a recipe that Eco Caters made). We also really appreciate their mission to reduce waste and source local and seasonal ingredients. Overall, we cannot be more grateful for our experience working with Scott and the whole Eco Caters team. Catering is such a huge investment in the wedding expenses, and you cannot go wrong working with this team!
