Horrible service !!!!!!!! Delivery driver stumbled up the steps and delivered my $94 dessert crushed and messed up in the box. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! On Mother’s Day? The “manager “ I talked to did not care one bit. No sympathy, she needs to be trained in customer service and so does the delivery driver that was on duty, will never order from them again. Disgusting service!!!

The apple and the sweets are soooo beautiful! Suitable for gifting and personal enjoyment! With those beautiful package! The owner there is really kind and nice! They offer student discount! Highly recommended!

Placed an order for pick up later in the day. An emergency came and needed it much earlier than expected. I called to get it rushed, and they were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Best service

My experience with Edible Arrangements has always been top notch, quality fruit, candies and cheesecakes. My purchase today was for a friend who just lost his mother to illness. He and his wife were able to take the Edible Arrangements fruit bouquet and share it with the rest of his family

Horrible fruits looked old strawberries very small .. My daughter send them to me very upset half the order was missing no balloon.. And for over the 200 my daughter payed definitely not worth it..

Good afternoon I am highly disappointed on how I was treated today I put an order in because it said it would be delivered in a hour. That was not the case it ended up being delivered so late the person had already went home. I called the store twice and both times the employees that answered were very short and rude and dismissive with me unacceptable i was told it would be there three different times to not worried I have spend so much money with you guys on putting orders I will never bother doing that again I will also tell my family and friends not to because when I say your employees were very unprofessional it’s an understatement for the person not to receive what I spend almost $80 isn’t ok the person can turn around they don’t drive and live far from there job was a waste of my money I am very upset and I will be putting in a review for the store in Derby CT

Not only does this place made a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday but they were extremely accommodating in scheduling the delivery! My daughter's campus is 0.5 miles away from the store and because of her classes and meetings, she wasn't able to go back to her dorm to receive the delivery until 5pm. Since the store's driver only works till 5pm, the store arranged for Doordash to do the delivery for my daughter at no additional costs. The beautiful birthday arrangement was a sweet surprise to celebrate my daughter's first birthday away from home! Thank you @Edible Arrangements (Chapel St., New Haven, CT)!!

I wanted a sweet treat that leaned more on the healthy side so I popped in to this location downtown. We're all still reeling from the pandemic so the store wasn't the most aesthetically pleasing as far as organization (boxes were stacked all over, nearly stacked at least). I ordered chocolate covered apples & bananas in a cup and used my student ID for a 15% discount. It took a while for the treat to be ready as he made it fresh for me. Due to the wait, he tossed in a couple extra. So yummy!!

This review is specifically for Shireen at the Dixwell Ave location in Hamden, CT; otherwise, I wouldn't have given five stars. I had ordered a box of desserts for my Grandmother, who lives at an elder home, to be delivered on Christmas but it was never delivered and their system showed that it was picked up. Luckily, when I reached the location (by phone as I live out of state) I spoke with Shireen who was AWESOME!! She did show that the order was picked up which isn't possible; additionally, she showed that someone changed it in the system to a fruit basket when I didn't order fruit. As I was explaining the situation, she said that she recalled making the all dessert box and someone hired temporarily for the holidays must have messed with the system. She was able to remake the box right and have it delivered within hours of my call. Shireen was understanding, definitely knew what she was doing, service and understanding were beyond my expectations and her resolution was swift. I highly recommend this location specifically, solely for the way Shireen handled my situation! Plus my grandmother was overjoyed by the treats!!

This one had smoothies! Omg! I usually go to my local one in Waterbury but we went to a birthday party in Hamden. We seen that location was under construction so tried this one. My son got a strawberry cone, and my husband and I got smoothies. The green one was amazing. Definitely will come back when I'm in the area again!

Store was off by a week with an order, delivered to the wrong location, did not call if they were confused about the drop off location, and were not wearing masks or gloves when handing off their arrangements. Would not recommend to others.
