Edith’s - Review - Paseo de la Marina - Cabo - The Infatuation

"There’s a lot to love about Edith’s, but the flan might be top of the list. But before you get to dessert, there’s a menu of excellent options, like caesar salad prepared tableside, jumbo shrimp pasta, and a catch of the day served Veracruz-style. Enjoy it all under a thatched roof in an atmosphere that’s lovely and laid back." - Nili Blanck

During our recent trip to Cabo, we had the pleasure of dining at Edith’s Restaurante, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere, adorned with colorful Mexican textiles and twinkling lanterns, set the stage for a delightful evening. The service was impeccable throughout our meal. The food was all very fresh and nicely prepared and presented. The ambiance, combined with the live music and the view of Médano Beach, made for a romantic and memorable evening. It’s clear why Edith’s is considered a must-visit in Cabo. We left with full hearts and satisfied appetites, already planning our next visit.

My favorite restaurant in Cabo! Not only is the atmosphere breathtakingly, gorgeous, but the food is to die for! Best table side Caesar salad I’ve ever had! And best filet enchiladas! Also the dessert was unlike anything I’ve ever had and it was DELICIOUS! They were so wonderful in accommodating my celiac! I also loved the beautiful and real flowers in the bathroom- a nice touch. Every serve was so nice and happy to help with anything and they all just seemed happy to be there! - so refreshing!

High elevated Mexican Cuisine, the service was amazing and friendly. The food tasted good but a little pricey. The place is really busy so reservations will be highly recommended.

This is one of the very best Mexican restaurants in Cabo San Lucas! My friends and I like to go to Edith’s on our last night in Cabo for our trips there and it’s always memorable! The Caesar salad is made side-table and is hands down the best I’ve ever had. This last time I ordered the stuffed peppers with beef and I nearly licked my plate clean. Don’t miss out on Edith’s!

We had a fantastic time at Edith's, awesome atmosphere, incredible wait staff and the food and drinks simply unforgettable. Edith's is what's absolutely great about Cabo and it's burgeoning foodie scene. You just have to experience it to get it. Foster's banana 5*! Special Flaming orange margarita, sooooo good.

Edith’s in Cabo is such a vibe! The place has an awesome atmosphere—cool decor, great energy, and live music that really sets the mood. We had the abalone carpaccio (so good!) and the churros were next level. The tableside Caesar salad was super fun to watch, and the Bananas Foster was a sweet, fiery finish. Loved everything about it—definitely worth checking out if you’re in Cabo!

Edith’s Restaurant is a must-visit every time we come to Cabo. The ambiance and live music alone make it worth the trip and lend a uniquely memorable vibe. While I’ve noticed a slight dip in the food’s flavor, especially for the price, the tableside show with their Café Mexicano and Banana Flambé is still a highlight of the experience.

If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican dining experience in Cabo, this place is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. The staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, happy to recommend dishes and explain the rich flavors behind each one. The food? Simply outstanding. Every bite bursts with authenticity, from the perfectly seasoned tacos and fresh ceviche to the rich, slow-cooked mole that melts in your mouth. The handmade tortillas and salsas elevate everything to the next level. Don’t skip the house margarita—it’s perfectly balanced and pairs beautifully with the bold flavors of the dishes. Beyond the food, the ambiance is lively yet cozy, making it ideal for a romantic dinner, family gathering, or a fun night out with friends. The attention to detail, from the décor to the service, truly reflects the heart and soul of traditional Mexican hospitality. If you’re in Cabo and want a genuine taste of Mexico, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
