Edith's Restaurante

Had a very good meal at Edith's. The highlights were the caesar salad and the banana flambé, both of which were the best I've had. The beef enchiladas were also excellent and flavorful. The ribeye was the only weak point; it had a nice wood-smoke flavor, but the meat was tough and lacked a hard sear. Despite the steak, the quality of the other dishes and the excellent ambiance made for a five-star experience overall. I would recommend it for any occasion.

Delicious meal and great atmosphere. Tables have blankets in case you get cold. Service was pretty good. We got a spicy margarita and our server added more spicy syrup for us. The meal starts off w a veggie tostada which wasn't stand out but a good touch. The meal also comes with bread, which tasted stale. The arrachera steak was incredible, so flavorful and tender. The grilled onion was a great touch. The ribeye fajitas (we got without shrimp) were solid. The corn tamale dessert was outstanding, perfect combination of cold and hot. We didnt have a reservation and were seated immediately.

This place is delicious! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive! They went over everything showed us the meats and seafood to choose from. Was just a great vibe all around. Definitely think you need a reservation to eat here. I would come back here anytime

Dining at Edith’s was just as magical as I remembered — 15+ years since first visiting. Coming back after all that time felt so special, and was still just as wonderful. The service was truly incredible — attentive without being overbearing, warm, polished, and thoughtful in every detail. You can tell Edith's takes pride in creating an experience. Yes, it’s on the $$$ side, but for the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the impeccable service, it feels worth it. A standout and a must-visit in Cabo San Lucas.

On our trip to Cabo, Edith’s Restaurante was easily our favorite experience. The staff are exceptional and their seafood is even better. Highly recommend ordering the ceasar salad which gets made in front of you and was the best salad I have ever had. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales

Wicked cool authentic Mexican joint located near the beach in the heart of Cabo (not on the marina). Would highly recommend this place for a Mexican meal for any sized group looking to have some really good food in a cool environment. We were able to walk in and get a table but the place was packed and I'd recommend getting a reservation. The fajitas were prime. Make sure to get the banana fosters for dessert which they make table side!

By far the best service in Cabo! Everyone was on top of their game, very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. The restaurant itself was beautiful, even the bathroom was very nice. The food was delicious, especially the lobster taquitos and the shrimp specials. What a lovely place! We will definitely be back.

This is the pinnacle of cuisine within this Cabo San Lucas region. When it comes to selection and quality of food, in addition to the atmosphere, I couldn’t be more stunned and blown away by what Edith‘s offered. I was fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday here last night and the service and food was absolutely spectacular.
