Enjoyed my dinner with my son there for the first time. Definitely, we'll be back to try the different sandwiches. I Don't forget to try the Dirty fries really good. Updated been back 4 times and always enjoy my chicken sandwich and Nacho fries.

Very tasty selection of chicken. The only downside is the price. We got the ENB burrito and the chicken and avocado bowl. The crack sauce is extremely tasty but has a kick (mostly to slow you down from inhaling it all). The bowl was sadly low on contents but what was there was very tasty.

I have always seen this place in Maywood and finally had the chance to try it. I decided to get the Nashville sandwich and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! The chicken was crispy while also being very juicy and overall, the whole sandwich was amazing. The fries were great as well. The food was definitely worth the price. The sauce was also amazing and goes well with the fries. Our cashier Noe was also amazing. He helped us order and had a great personality too! Definitely a funny dude! In conclusion, if you’re in the area definitely try this place. It’ll be worth it!

They have a new menu that is a must try! Korean Hot Bird Sandwich! I am from Korea and I knew right away what sauce they used. Normally this is a sauce that is used on Spicy Korean Rice Cakes that are made on the griddle, sold on the streets of Korea. It brought me back to times that I lived in Korea, buying them off the streets! Thank you Egg N Bird for bringing back good memories! Korean slaw that is in the sandwich is different from their original bird sandwich but it tastes very fresh and hits right on the spot in the mouth and in the stomach. My wife and I have become a regular to Egg N Bird and it was really nice to see new special menu items. Korean Hot Sandwich is definitely a hit. If you have not tried it, you must. My wife also got the Korean Hot Style Chicken on top of the fries and we could not stop our hands from going to it constantly. Take a look at the delicious food photos below~! Dine-in and Patio is open too now, so you can take your family and hang out for a good meal any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As it is so hard to find a quality dine-in these days with so many places limited and closed.

Finally tried this local place. Had a normal chicken sandwich and their dirty fries. Sandwich was good, thick and juicy. Crack sauce has this sweet taste with a little spice to it. My sandwich was missing pickles though. But still really good. Fries were good as well, nice size. It comes with the same sauce so it was a nice flavor. Will be back to try out the breakfast sandwich.

Today, I had one of the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICHES Ever! I've been on a search for that perfect sandwich and found it here at Egg n Bird in the city of Maywood, CA. I'm usually not one for chicken breast but, at Egg n Bird, this sandwich was juicy and crunchy at the same time. It was an explosion in my mouth. You NEED to try it for yourself.

HANDS DOWN the best Korean Bowl you’ll ever try!! Wasn’t a fan of banana desserts, but the Banana Pudding impressed me. The employees are very welcoming. Shout out to Mr. Roberto for providing an amazing service! Give the man a raise!!

During our first visit to EggnBird, we were thrilled by the unique and delicious offerings on the menu. We opted for the Korean Burger, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice and sweetness, and the chicken was cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also ordered from FOMO Fries, which added a fun and tasty twist to our meal. What made our experience even more memorable was the energy and efficiency in the kitchen. Anthony, Julian, and Orlando were absolutely killing it. You could tell they were passionate about what they were doing, and it showed in the quality of the food. Their teamwork and attention to detail made our dining experience exceptional. EggnBird has definitely earned a spot on our list of go-to places for a satisfying and flavorful meal. We can't wait to return!

This restaurant is clean & staff are friendly. This chicken breast sandwich was tender & juicey. Brioche bun was toasted just right The pickles and sauce really added more flavor. I will be ordering other items, I'm sure.

The loaded brekki is fantastic!! My friend stopped by because we had some work in Maywood. This is now a must stop if we are in Vernon or any other city around here. The service is great, lots of smiles. Love it.

I was in the area so decided to get done takeout. Got the Egg n bird sandwich. Don't forget the Free fries w a Yelp check in. Also got the Korean bowl. I preferred the Korean bowl. Largely because the chicken in the egg n bird sandwich was a tad bit too sweet for me. Service was helpful and friendly when I was deciding what to order Ample parking. Place was nice and clean.

The portions are huge! I get the Nashville hot sandwich. There's 2 tenders in it and it is hard to eat but so worth the mess! I take one tender out and leave one in. Dip it in their crack sauce which is delicious also! I love spicy, so I got my spice level at Hot. It wasn't hot at all lol, but the chicken was tender and moist. I'd love to eat it again but maybe I'll have to opt for their max spiciness.

Egg N Bird is the place to be. Whether you're a foodie, or are "nit-picky", they have something for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is stupendous, the crew will make you feel at home. If you haven't tried Egg N Bird, you're missing out. I will definitely be returning.

Ambiance: Decent amount of seating, bright and clean. Simple menu, pretty straightforward. Service: I ordered Togo through the online portal during my lunch break and didn't have to wait at all once I got there. Ordering on the website was really easy as well. The person behind the counter was very nice. Food: I had this place when it first opened at this location, and it definitely tastes different than it did initially. I liked what I ordered. It was nice and hot when I got back to work, but I wanted more flavor from the chicken. Overall, it was a good sandwich. It was filling

When you come here, make sure you come with an empty stomach! Portions are great especially getting the egg n bird special. It was absolutely delicious and had a hard time finishing it! Service is what you'd expect from fast food, they do not come to your table, you order n seat yourself and self serve fountains. Ambience is not bad, plenty of seating, but could be a little cleaner, it's the same every time I go. Other than that, place is worth your time n money!

The founders of Yogurtland hatched an amazing a chicken sandwich shop! They have a variety of fried chicken sandwiches and chicken bowls to choose from. Servers are friendly and there are plenty of seats available to dine in. There is also a parking lot in front with plenty of parking available. Here's what I got: Buff Bird sandwich $8.99: made with fried chicken tenders, creamy Buffalo sauce, cilantro aioli, and aioli slaw on a brioche bun. If you like buffalo chicken, I would recommend this. The sandwich is loaded with Buffalo flavor and comes with thick tenders Plant-based Nashville Hot sandwich $11.99: this is a new limited time menu item that is made with plant-based chicken tenders on a vegan pretzel bun! This was so good, it tasted more like chicken than a regular chicken sandwich does. The sauce is so flavorful and the pretzel bun is amazing with the plant-based chicken tenders. DEFINITELY TRY THIS OUT! Korean Bowl $8.99: this rice bowl comes with chopped Korean Glazed Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Fried Egg, and Vinegar Slaw topped with Crispy Onions, green onions and Spicy Mayo. I loved how everything tasted so good together and I especially enjoyed the slaw. Hot Elote Fries $9.59: fries loaded with corn, crack sauce, nacho cheese, chopped fried chicken, and hot Cheeto crumbs. These fries are great if you enjoy cheesy fries with a kick of spice. Overall I loved their new plant based Nashville chicken sandwich the most and would highly recommend try it out. Their other items do not disappoint and I would definitely come back for more!

Amazing food here! That Nashville Hot Sandwich hits hard (in a good way obviously )! Especially with the FREE Fries from a Yelp Check-In. I literally forgot to take a photo. Kudos to the team for their excellent service! I love the vibes. I get to enjoy the food so much better because of the ambiance. This place is definitely recommended. 5 stars for real!

I've eaten at Egg N Bird thrice now. The first time I had the Egg n Bird sandwich and the past two times the Nashville Hot sandwich. The food here does not disappoint. The size of the chickens are honestly bigger than most other chicken places. I won't speak much on the Egg N Bird sandwich because I'm now hooked on the Nashville Hot sandwich which already packs some heat and a lot of flavor at the mild level. The fresher you eat this sandwich the better because of the coleslaw and crack sauce. While you run the risk of a soggy bun because of the coleslaw and crack sauce, the coleslaw really pull this sandwich together. One of the best coleslaws out there. However, I'd be wary of the services they offer. Today I decided to place a curbside order through their website. I parked in 1 out of 2 of their curbside parking spaces where customers are further instructed to call and notify the store once they've arrived. The online order provided me with an "I'm here" button which I proceeded to click. I arrived a few minutes earlier than the expected pick up and waited until a few minutes later before calling the store. The employee who answered the phone sounded confused, but told me they'd be right out with my order. When two employees finally brought out our food, we were handed empty drink cups notifying they "don't do curbside." The store should do better to rectify discrepancies between online and offline services. Otherwise they run the risk of providing their customers with incomplete orders and unsatisfactory service.

The Nashville hot fried chicken is pretty but not to crazy about the raw onions. The chicken taste nice and fresh pretty crunchy. Crazy fries are pretty tasty the cheese in it is pretty delicious. I called to speak to someone because they didn't have something I ordered and the customer services was really great and on top of my issues. First time trying this place will definitely be coming back.

Came ALLL the way over here today for some "business" Saw the Egg and Bird logo and began to froth at the mouth! It was good, foods always great but like i've said twice before... Service just isn't the same as Upland! I have seen. that hunk, Josh, now about 2 or 3 times (I usually send my nagging wife veronica) I believe and his service at the Upland location is just so impeccable. He has something that this generation lacks...True work ethic, grit, determination, livelihood, integrity, and most of all kindness. (Tall and handsome as well!) We need more people like Josh in this world and especially in the working class. We need to do better as a society. I told my grandson, Jason, about Josh and constantly use Josh as a role model for him. He tells me I'm a "straight weirdo" but I'm just being "real" DO BETTER GEN Z AND BE MORE LIKE JOSH!

Drove by the new chicken spot, but didn't have a chance to drop in. After a quick Yelp check, took the dive, and ordered some delivery. I have to say, I am glad I did. Tried the BBQ and Parmesan wings, much to my delight. Wings were crispy, juicy and had the right amount of flavor. The macaroni salad is top notch. If takeout out was this fire, I'm excited for some dine-in.

I placed an internet order early in the morning for delivery at 2:00 PM when I would take my lunch. My bank was charged. My food was never delivered and when I called my call was not answered. They canceled the order at 4:00 PM. I'm still waiting for them to reverse the bank charge.

If you can't find a seat inside, you can take a seat at the outdoor patio. Service: Service for the most part was good. Staffers were friendly and offered great suggestions. Food came out at a decent time. The shop also provides a option for ordering through their app for to go orders. Chicken Sandwich Of Choice: I've had the banh mi (tastes like a vietnamesbanh mi sandwich) and the country bird sandwich. They were quite solid and would recommend to have the krackin' sauce on the side. The reason for this is that the sauce can make the sandwich soggy and messy to eat. Bowl Of Choice: I've only had the Rotisserie Chicken Bowl. I thought it was quite good. The chicken was tender and flavorful. Egg N Bird For Thought: Definitely come back to try more/new items in the future.

What can I say this is simply a delicious spot. We got to try out three things, the egg n bird sandwich, the island bird, and the hot elote fries. 1. The Egg N Bird sandwich had a good mixture of crunchy chicken with fried egg and bacon. Nothing else needs to be added, it's fuego. 2. The island bird is actually my go to since I aim to be a tad healthier. It comes with crunchy chicken with a nice addition of rice, Mac salad and some pickled veggies. Great mixture of flavors without anything being overpowering. 3. Lastly if you want something a tad on the heavier side grab the hot elote fries. As a fan of corn this one literally hit the spot. Nothing is over powering and they do a great job with making sure the flavors complement each other. Would totally be back when I'm in the area! This place is bussin!

I'm so glad I came here hungry because I tried an extra dish. First I had the FC Banh mi combo that came with a drink and fries. All the flavors of that sandwich married well, and balanced each component of the sandwich perfectly. The veggies brought a freshness to the fried chicken that made the sandwich surprisingly refreshing. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. After that I tried the hot elote fries, those were interesting in the best way. The tanginess and the cheesiness worked well together in a really surprising tasty way. It's like you've got street corn with all the fixings and then fried chicken and fries got invited to the party. The staff and The service were great, friendly, and welcoming. They even helped me by giving me suggestions because everything looked so good

The parking lot contains a significant number of spaces for plenty of spaces to park, which is also for the other businesses along the strip. Capacity: The restaurant is that of a small capacity. which holds approximately 30 - 40 customers. The accommodations of large groups are not possible, but good for small families or a small group of friends. Discovery: I initially located this restaurant via Yelp in 2021, while looking for breakfast / lunch locations. I observed the reviews, which was 4.5 stars out of approximately 200 reviews (12/08/21) and decided to check this restaurant out. **Currently (05/31/22), this restaurant has 4.5 stars with 217 reviews. Service: I have always walked into a small service area, and always greeted by nice staff. Depending on the times, service orders vary between 5 and 10minutes. Food: The food arrives within 5 to 10 minutes. The quality is good, with a little bit a grease, and portions are large. I usually order one of the bowls and fries. Orderly: The restaurant always appears to be clean, but I have never observed the restrooms. Grievance: This restaurant cooks with a little more grease than I would like. Conclusion / Overall: Great place based on the quality of the food, the nice sized portions and the staff being on point. I will continue to give this restaurant 4 stars.

You need to come here for all your chix n egg cravings and you won't be disappointed! Everything was cooked to perfection and I highly recommend this spot. Luv how they have differ flavored fries like bbq, garlic parm etc They have so much variety to choose from and i loved everything I ordered and i finished leftovers the following day and it tasted great! Plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating! Love the decor indoors! Save room for dessert they have yogurtland froyo!

I conveniently placed an order online through Google for pick up this morning and when I got there it was ready. The restaurant was empty and looked clean. The sandwich was bigger than I expected, they do not skimp on the size of the chicken. Overall taste was great, it was a bit spicy but had a hint of sweetness to it.

If I was in the area and someone wanted a chicken sandwich I might go back, however, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. The food was good, good size, the chicken was flavorful and the coleslaw in it was also tasty. The service was not bad. The girl at the register was sweet and when I forgot to add an egg on my sandwich, she didn't charge me for it. The tables were a bit small, a table for four may only seat two people comfortably. Overall the restaurant was modern looking and clean. I ordered the Nashville Hot spice level on my sandwich and I wasn't entirely disappointed only because there was flavor, it just wasn't as spicy or spicy enough for me. In conclusion this chicken sandwich did not meet my expectations of Nashville Hot.

This place displays an award for culinary egg-cellence for outstanding food in Southeast LA and I can see why! We got: 1. The Egg N Bird Breakfast Sandwich that had a great mixture of crunchy fried chicken, egg, and bacon in a brioche bun that I loved! 2. The Island Bird Bowl which has white rice, macaroni salad, and some pickled veggies that feels slightly healthier than most things on the menu. 3. Hot Elote Fries where they included cheese, corn and fresh hot Cheetos with fries that absolutely makes the meal complete. This would definitely be on my list to come back to again when I'm in the area next time!

The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. I will be back hundred times more! Decadent and delicious even after reheated in the microwave, everything was fresh and properly seasoned, exceeded my expectations. I went to Maywood location and will be back again!

The batter though was falling apart at every bite? Dont know if it's because they didnt pat the chicken dry enough or they didnt coat enough egg which caused the flaw. But other than that flavors were on point. Chicken was pretty moist. I usually CANNOT handle spice, Mild was pushing the edge but I survived. Needed that extra kick for the flavors. Fries +1.49 (as add on): pretty good! Great flavors and it's crunchy! Combo came with sandwich, fries, and drink! .:: Service/ Ambiance / Parking ::. Service is great! The place itself is hipstery and nice. BUT the location of it is questionable in Maywood ahah. Parking is easy as it is located in a plaza. It is on the corner of the plaza.

11/03/2021 One chicken sandwich combo, Nashville Hot is the best seller. Compared to Tobasco, how is the medium? Tobasco is more hot than the mild, that's what the girl said taking my order. So I order the medium. She said hot. I was like whaaaa...... This is still juicy chicken in the inside but KFC crunchy on the outside. Then topped with all the seasoning in the slaw. I should have also asked for an egg too. Next time I am just going to ask for the sauce on the side. Asking for a friend, I mean, fries. I ordered the banh mi to take for lunch, it wasn't going to stay crunchy but it was good with slivers of jalapeños in the slaw. Unless my taste buds don't get burnt, it was tolerable heat packed with flavor. I'm just waiting for them to setup to make ice cream shakes. Have you ever dipped your fries in your shakes? Ordered the egg n bird sandwich 10/10. Served by Helen and her customer service was 10/10. Inside the place they had plenty of seats and a nice view of the street. I will definitely come back multiple times to try out every single menu item they have.

Easy to see off the main road as it's on the corner of the strip mall. Parking lot provides ample park. Came in on a Friday during prime dinner hour and it was packed. All tables were occupied and there was a line for people waiting for their food. The persons at the register were super helpful, sharing their experience with the spice levels of their sandwiches and what was their favorites. It made this indecisive person make a decision in record time. Ordered the Hot Korean with jalapeños on the side with a side of fries. The wait was what you would expect for everything to be fried when ordered. It was ~25 min until my food was ready to be snagged. They were very apologetic about the long wait to each customer. To be honest, I'd rather wait a lil bit and have nicely crisp fried chicken than soggy bits. Sandwich was tasty. Nicely fried and a bit on the sweeter side and meat was not dry. The extra sauce on the side was so good. I wish I had more of that for my fries. The fries are a must have. They're the texture of curly fries but not curly. I know they just opened and are working out the kinks to ensure a quicker turnaround when you order food, so I'm sure it'll be the perfect spot to satisfy those fried chicken cravings when you want something out of the box from your traditional chicken sandwiches.

so who doesn't love fried chicken?! the place is located at the end of a strip mall. the menu was easy to read and included photos (a plus) staff was super friendly the food was fantastic! the chicken was not dry and fried to perfection. i order the COUNTRY BIRD combo , but did not add the egg, i know..don't judge me lol the restaurant was clean and inviting will be back to try the THE EGG N BIRD

They're located in a plaza with plenty of free parking. The egg n bird sandwhich was great! I wish they served that all day. Sadly it's only served until 11am. For $6.99 the price is great considering the sandwhich is a generously large portion with a nice big piece of chicken. There was enough fried egg that it was nearly in every bite. Great balance between that sweet and salty bite. The bacon was a little chewy. But overall, it was a great sandwhich. I was a bit disappointed with the fries. $3.49 for the shaken fries and it was on the smaller size. Luckily the sandwhich was so great it offset the small portion of fries. After we ordered we realized there was mistake and they charged us for an extra classic sandwhich. We did not order it and asked them yo cancel the sandwhicu. We waited for them to refund it, but they hadn't. By the time we left and finished eating our food, we asked again and they said they would refund us later. The guy behind the counter wanted to do a training with the staff to show them how to refund orders later. We asked if we could have a receipt to show some type of refund but no luck. I hope they refund us that sandwhich. For now it's 3 stars for the pending things going on. Reminder to double check your receipts. Other than that, it's bumped up to a 4 star without the snag.

I've had my fare share of chicken sandwiches throughout SoCal and I can say this is one of the best of them. I asked the cashier which sandwich was the most popular one on the menu and it was the Breakfast Sandwich plus regular fries per her suggestion. Note that they have been known to run out of chicken at times. They open at 7AM and close at 10PM daily. If you're in the area, definitely pop in for a sandwich. ENVIRONMENT Quite frankly, the area is not all that pretty, clean, or free of creeps lurking in the parking lot. The indoor dining area, though, is clean & kinda cute with their "break the rules" wall mural. The signage is noticeable from the street so I don't think you'll have a problem finding it when you drive by. SERVICE If they are going to make takeout guests wait outside, then they need to ensure guests can hear them especially with the buzzing of the busy street and a parked loud car stereo. Maybe bring the food out to them? Other than that the young lady at the counter was mostly friendly plus I was greeted by the entire kitchen staff when I walked in. MY FAVORITE PART... The Korean sandwich. NOT SO FAVORITE PART... The area. THE GRUB Korean hot sandwich ($6.99) Garlic parmesan side shakin' fries (3.49) The Korean hot sandwich entails a semi-crunchy piece of buttermilk chicken on a relatively thick, lightly-toasted bun. Korean slaw, jalapeños, Gochujang sauce and Gochujang mayo also compete for attention on this sammy. It's a smaller chicken sandwich compared to competitors in and around LA; however, it's still a substantially-sized sandwich for that price point. Alongside the side order of fries, it made for a filling dinner on 7/30/21. I'm a fan of spicy food. This was not that hot for me. In fact, I think it was the Korean slaw that made it a bit sweet. Definitely ask for some hot sauce to add to it if you like a really good kick. The "crack sauce" is $.50 to add on. I don't think it's some thing that they would just give to you as I saw a guy walk up and give his pocket change for some extra on the side. The Parmesan cheese on the skinny fries was delicious. Dr. Pepper was available at the self-serve fountain area. What a glorious cheat meal all-in-all. Lol. PARKING Free & ample in a plaza lot.
