Google
I have been looking for a breakfast sandwich place that uses milk bread and packs fluffy eggs in them! I can here with high hope but it honestly fell short for me.. We ordered off of a kiosk but when we had questions the servers were more than happy to answer. I ordered the Royal Sandwich with a side of tater tots and ranch. The Royal was absolutely messy! Hard to eat and the meat was not flavored. It has some type of mustardy tangy sauce on it and it really was not meant to be on a breakfast sandwich. The milk bread didn’t have the integrity to hold the fillings together and honestly folded at the first bite.. I didn’t enjoy it at all and it was difficult to eat given the messiness of it. The tater tots were cooked perfect and honestly I enjoyed them more than the sandwich. The ranch I dipped them in was also good but again, not the best. Ranch Score: 7.2/10 I’ll continue my search for milk break breakfast sandwiches! :/

Google
This was the best breakfast sandwich ever! They recently opened up a new location in Echo Park and I went to try it out. Totally worth it! The prices are very reasonable, the service was egg-cellent (get it?) and the food was amazing! I tried their Spicy Royal with their honey lemonade and it definitely hit the spot. The perfect balance of flavor in every bite. If you’re in the area and you enjoy a good breakfast sandwich, look no further. I will be going back to try their other menu items. Highly recommend!

Google
I love egg tuck and have been visiting for years. Unfortunately, this location leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. I have to eat gluten-free and this location refuses to do a deconstructed burrito. It’s nearly identical to the fluffy tots plus meat (they don't offer this). They claim it's store policy, and refuse to explain why. The only ask was to put the contents that would go into the tortilla straight into the container everything else on the menu goes into. It saves the store a wasted tortilla and is the bare minimum they can do to accommodate someone with restrictions due to their health. It's losing you money and customers.

Google
Can’t recommend this place. First off, as I was walking up a store manager walked out, vaping, and spat right on the ground in front of the store. Not a good start. You order off of touchscreens. Food came out quick, but I was a little surprised at how cold it was. The portion was a little on the small side. They prepare the sandwich so all this egg is pushed to the front so it looks absolutely stuffed but it is not. I had the soft eggs and bacon. It was super salty. Didn’t really like the sauces I asked for them on the side, tasted and then didn’t use. Flavors didn’t match as well as good old tapatio IMO.

Google
EggTuck is delicious! Their breakfast burritos are one of my favorites... Lately, as they've expanded locations, the size of the burritos have literally gotta 1/2 the size. more tortilla than filling at this point. Really disappointing that this trend of decreasing portion sizes when expanding locations continues with such a good breakfast spot.

Google
Jacob was very friendly, great fast customer service. I had a few questions about the menu, he was able explain thoroughly exactly what goes into sandwich and burritos. I ordered my House Iced Coffee with Oat Milk. I was confirming it had Oat Milk and taller gentleman was a bit rude and dismissive. His overall tone was not friendly. Jacob made the experience enjoyable and would recommend to others. Great food, great prices, and great help!

Google
This is the BEST burrito you can get in this area. Kitchen is super clean, price is a great value for its sandwich! Staffs are kind, and when you ask what food you want to eat they will be kind enough you to introduce best options that will suit you. Very delicious food. Highly recommend! Try the Eggcellent Burrito!

Google
Runny eggs , some amazing spicy sauce, a Korean burger patty I never heard of before all packaged to fit perfectly in this toast sized take out container. Fantastic! Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a minute. Plus they were super friendly and gave my dog a treat.

Yelp
self-ordering tablet system, pretty straightforward Side street parking, more of a grab and go place. Ordered the classic egg signature sandwich so flavorful, fluffy and soft texture: The buttered bread adds the perfect crunchy texture to every bite. You can also taste the aioli!

Yelp
Egg Tuck is an LA breakfast staple serving up tasty soft scrambled egg sandwiches on an incredibly soft brioche bun. I definitely enjoy the sandwiches here, but I think it would be even better if the brioche buns were extra toasted and not as soft. Still delicious!

Yelp
Imagine just being in the area and you find yourself to be extremely hungry and ready for breakfast. That's when it happens you see this little shop that's a yellow that just screams, "hey I'll shine some light on your day" with matching yellow umbrellas that, at that moment, appeared as sunny side up eggs. Yes, I was definitely hungry haha! I'd never heard of Egg Tuck up until this point. I've had Egg Slut, dozens of times, but never heard of Egg Tuck. "What is this, must be some bootleg shop, but eh, let me give it a shot" I said. WOW! Nevermind what I said about bootleg slut, this place stands on its own. I love the bread. It stands up airy, but not heavy, each slice as if sprinkled with a magical bakers dust so as to hold all the contents firmly yet gently within the perfectly buttered and toasted pair. Fluffy Egg Heaven. I love me some fluffy eggs. I also love me some sunny side up eggs. I also love over medium, fried, hard boiled... you get the picture. Mike loves him some eggs. THESE EGGS ARE NOT OF THIS WORLD. 5/5 Stars! creamy yet fluffy and set next to the crispiest fresh bacon, ooohweee. How was I able to bite through this so cleanly that the eggs didn't push out and fall all out? Egg Tuck could run a clinic! A sandwich that sits this tall, with this much fluffy egg and creamy cheese between two fluffy slices of bread, delivering the flavor and crunch minus the mess and egg loss. No lie, as I devoured my breakfast while looking outward from one of the tables, my wife and I witnessed a customer take his sandwich to his car and eat it from the driver seat. No drops, no spills, no fear LOL. That tells me he knew. And now, I know, this is no fluke. Egg Tuck is wearing a crown. Lest I forget to mention, the Tots. The tots were perfectly crispy, airy fluffy in the center. Perfectly crisp well balanced seasoning. Do it, pull up and order a sandwich. I dare you. LOL Egg Tuck, I am a believer. Overall: Excellent food, impressive execution, efficient service. Only downside is lack of seating for anyone looking to sit and enjoy their meal. Otherwise a 5 star for the food!

Yelp
Went on June 10, 2025, I ordered the Spicy Royal West Sandwich and a New Orleans Latte from one of two kiosks. The sandwich had a unique, bulgogi-like taste, but it was quite messy to eat. However, I really enjoyed the New Orleans latte; it tasted like a blend of honey, creamer, and coffee. Price: Spicy Royal West: $13.49 New Orleans Latte: $6.00

Yelp
This was my first time at this Egg Tuck location. Parking is street parking and it is not an ideal space to dine at. There are standing tables outside with umbrellas, basically on the sidewalk but lots of construction and traffic around. Coming in, we were greeted by the staff and ordered on the kiosk. My bf has the royal burrito, which had cheese, tots, sausage and eggs. The sausages were korean style - which was sweet and savory. Very different from what we are used to in a breakfast burrito. I had the original egg sandwich. Personally, I found the eggs to be cooked to perfection since I love fluffy scrambled eggs. I like the bread they used, but it was getting sickening since the toast seemed to be doused in butter on all sides. They also add an insane amount of sauce on top and inside has spicy mayo on the bread slices. Overall, the first few bites were delicious - then I was struggling to finish it. The egg tots were crunchy and the over easy eggs had spicy mayo on top. I've also had Egg Tuck at their other locations, and the food was amazing. Maybe I came on an off day.

Yelp
Just wow! I've heard many good things about Egg Tuck and was finally able to stop by during their soft opening. Tomorrow is their grand opening and they're having specials in the morning! I tried their eggy sandwiches and burritos. O-M-G the way they handle their eggs is unbelievable. That creamy, soft scramble is unlike any other egg I've had. And the bread they use for the sandwiches is the perfect match, so soft and spongy. I like the toppings that you can add like ham, bacon, soyrizo, and avocado. I also ordered their loaded tots and these were so good, too.

Yelp
We tried the spicy Royal West, Bacon egg cheese, and tots. Gotta say it was ready really quick which was great. The spicy royal West was interesting and had good flavors going on but honestly was just too messy for me to want to eat again. The bacon one was delicious and I'd get again, but don't order from this place if you like soft eggs! The tots were bomb, super crispy and had a nice seasoning on it -- wasn't just salt

Yelp
I think this location just recently opened up, so they are still figuring out things. Parking is only street parking. No restrooms. Just place your order with the kiosk machine and go. Limited seating outside, but not the greatest scenery. I ordered their signature ham&cheese egg sandwich and my boyfriend got their royal breakfast burrito. The eggs in their sandwich were super fluffy and buttery. I enjoyed every bite! My boyfriend said the royal breakfast burrito was something he never had before. I suppose it is because the meat is galbi ribs!! That is totally different and unique! Eating the sandwich was a bit chaotic and messy. I was lucky that I was eating it at home. I could only imagine trying to eat it there while standing up. Pretty heavy meal for breakfast, but very satisfying. I would recommend this place if you like your eggs scrambled and super fluffy. They have a unique take on egg sandwiches.

Yelp
First! I was a regular at the Wilshire branch - love this place. Food: Royal burrito which has kalbi, eggs hash brown - so good. Breakfast sandwich is amazing. Price: super reasonable Staff: super friendly Interior: no indoor seating, one bar stool outside. Location: echo park area so parking kinda sucks, street only. Good luck

Yelp
We wanted to try this new egg sandwich place, been eyeballing it for awhile. we got the following Bacon and egg- Signature Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, I enjoyed this, the egg was plentiful and the strips of bacon was good with the brioche bun. Love that it's not fully cut so you don't have sauce coming out from the bottom of the bun. Royal West Tteok-Galbi (Pork and Beef Short Rib Patty), Over-Medium Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Pickles, Grilled Onions. This one you can take the short rib patty but because it was very much there, it took over the sandwich. Still good but it taste more like a lunch meal rather a breakfast sandwich We got the new orlean latte, pretty good, they have whole, oat and almond milk options as well.

Yelp
More like a grab and go space. They have 2 small standing tables outside. The egg was kinda sweet so not really my style. Mainly egg with a few pieces of bacon. The New Orleans iced coffee was good! Street parking

Yelp
this is the best place to go right after church it's up the street and so bomb! it was our first time trying and i'll def be back every week the food was 10/10. the taste ,the texture, EVERYTHING. service was good and surprisingly fast because there was a line. it's really small in there so i waited outside, I wish it was bigger to enjoy outside but none the less 10/10 in every aspect
google avatar

Yelp
Great new spot! The eggs are incredibly fluffy, and the tater tots were just as light and crispy. The chai latte was a perfect match. Ideal for a quick takeout! The team was really nice too!

Yelp
First timer & omg woah . I'm a picky eater and it was soooo good. Kind of messy but in al the right ways. It's a take out place so there is no where to sit but man it's a great place to grab a good breakfast sandwhich and explore the cute local coffee shops around the neighborhood. I got the ham sandwhich and my friend got the bacon. Both were slam in. Ask for tapatio on the side. Fast service, friendly staff. Super clean restaurant.

Yelp
A greasy metropolis of joy. I had the spicy egg beef patty sandwich sitting in the car with a YouTube video playing. Needless to say, a time was had. Prices are within reason and the wait time here was ~5ish minutes. They had free dog treats so I brought some home to the old man. Both the scruffmeister and myself were thoroughly pleased. Nowhere to sit indoors which kinda sucks. They have 1 or two tables in front of the place, but you're gonna get blasted by the sun. Would love to see the box the sandwich comes in be perforated so we can tear it away as we eat!
google avatar

Gerson M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the bread and the egg ratio was perfect! A little expensive for egg sandwich but also it's also not a regular egg sandwich, for every-once-in-a-while treat it is worth it.

Yelp
Paid for avocado, but did not get avocado. Good sandwich though. Why are restaurants all over la messing up orders lately? Maybe the heat is messing with people, but still feeling bad about having to pay for something I didn't get. Also tipped 15% on top my Togo order- which I now regret.

Yelp
Incredibly good sandwich for the price! Comes nicely packed and well worth the cost. It is small pick up/place order only but very cozy ambiance.
google avatar

Andreas R.

Yelp
Great and delicious food with an amazing service! Unfortunately there aren't that many table but you can always eat a sandwich on the go or standing up. A mist go place in the area! Cannot wait to try the other sandwich when I am in the area.

Yelp
SO glad there's an Egg Truck on the east side. Seriously the very best breakfast burritos in all of LA!! The eggs are cooked so they're nice and fluffy. Perfect with the tater tots. 10/10!

Yelp
OMG so good. Addicted. Need to stop going so frequently. I love the OG sandwich, plain and simple. I've tried the OG with avo, the avo was unnecessary. Also tried the breakfast burrito. it was fine, but I prefer the sando. Plus the friendliest humans work there! So sweet and warm. Love it here.

Yelp
This place had good atmosphere, everyone greeted you as you entered. If you had questions using the kiosks they're ready to help you quick. I ordered the spicy royal west, it had a nice kick of spicy to it. Very flavorful and savory. I woofed it down in a few bites. It was that good!! Truly recommend this place!!...

Abraham R.

Yelp
Talk about an egg sandwich! If my taste buds could moan, they would've. The sandwich was stacked with perfectly crisp bacon, creamy avocado, and the fluffiest eggs I've ever had. It had so much flavor in every bite while looking so simple. Could have one every day. Even twice a day.

Yelp
Friendly staff and great food! Price isn't too expensive as well; very affordable This place is a new Hidden gem in Echo Park. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Yelp
Egg Tuck, nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, has redefined the breakfast sandwich experience with its urban egg sandwich and coffee concept. The star of their menu is the signature egg sandwich, featuring fluffy, perfectly cooked eggs tucked into a warm, buttery brioche bun. The harmonious blend of textures and flavors creates a delightful culinary experience. For those seeking variety, the AVO EGG sandwich, combining creamy avocado with the classic egg ensemble, is a popular choice among patrons. Beyond sandwiches, Egg Tuck offers a selection of sides and beverages that complement the main offerings. The tater tots, praised for their unique flavor, are a must-try. The service at Egg Tuck is consistently noted for its efficiency and friendliness, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite before work or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, the staff's attentiveness enhances the overall visit. In summary, Egg Tuck elevates the humble egg sandwich to new heights, making it a must-visit destination for breakfast enthusiasts in Los Angeles. It is the BEST egg sandwich i've ever had!!!

Yelp
Service was quick. A solid 4.5/5. Parking sucks but definitely worth the find. You will get full from the item portions

Yelp
Huge shoutout to Jacob for helping explain all the ingredients for my allergy sake. The burrito came out quite quickly despite the place being packed with people waiting for their food.

Pavel B.

Yelp
I have been coming here for a few months now and Egg Tuck remains consistent in their quality, speed and the food is consistently fantastic. The staff is also terrific and after a few months this remains my go to breakfast sandwich place. I wish that everyone would try this place as they will agree with me...Eg Tuck hits it out of the park... they rock!!!

Yelp
I absolutely looooove this place! The new location in Echo Park is absolutely amazing. The eggs sandwiches are soo fluffy and good and their staff is so sweet! Egg sandwiches aren't very common so I'm so glad they have such good ones here. Definitely going to be a go-to place for me and I recommend it for anyone looking for a savory and hearty meal!

Bambang X.

Yelp
Order the royal something and it taste perfect. I like the sweet taste mixed with the egg, bacon , cheese, it wss just a perfect combination and it only cost $12. The food is good, service was fast, nice packaging.

Sergio T.

Yelp
Had my very first sandwich along with my family and boy all I could say is WOW!!. The bacon and cheese has a different taste than most places and the fluffy egg fries amazing. Staff was friendly along with the environment being clean inside, my order was made fast that when I arrived it was already waiting. I will surely be back to have another sandwich soon.

Stephanie A.

Yelp
I stopped in to grab a quick breakfast while my cat is at the vet across the street. I was happily greeted and helped in how to order even though it was automated. Kevin was able to explain the menu and off suggestions. I love knowing there is a quick place to get a simple but delicious egg sandwich. I will def be back again. Thank you so much!
