Thank you to Ms. Katherine at the register. Jer kind and bubbly personality made the ordering experience very nice. Although our order was incomplete when we received it, she stepped in and was extremely helpful to fix the order. She made my son feel extra loved too. Bagel breakfast sandwiches were delicious!! Hash browns were a little unique, not traditional ones. We enjoyed our experience overall. You want a good service, see Ms. Katherine!

Google
Einstein bagrl has great infrastructure & setup. Their food has great varieties & taste. However, recent experience were not pleasant & seems that quality is deteriorating. They need to step up their game to keep the customers happy as not all customers would share their feedback & might switch. Overall, the place offers everything to be a winner but need tighter controls.

Google
We love this Einstein Bros. location! The Midtown spot on Juniper is perfect for families—super welcoming, with high chairs and plenty of seating. The staff is always friendly and often remembers us, which makes it feel like a neighborhood favorite instead of just another chain. They’ve got great hours for early risers, and the convenient bike parking right out front makes it an easy stop on the way to work or a weekend outing. Whether we’re grabbing a quick bagel sandwich or sitting down for a slower morning, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!

Google
We arrived and smelled the very fresh bagels and muffins being baked. Smell is heavenly! We had the vegetarian bagel and the carmel coffee. So delicious. The "security" was sitting at the first table talking loudly on her phone. I only knew she actually worked there when she told a guy that parked his bike near the window to move it.

Google
Wonderful experience! We were visiting from Wisconsin and got food and a coffee at store #3624. The staff and manager were all great. The food was super delicious and fresh! We would definitely recommend this store and would eat here again.

Stop by early this morning to pick up bagels for the office. Was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who made me feel at home. It was one of the best experiences that early in the morning I've ever felt. good job Ladies.

Google
Easily the best tasting bagels I’ve ever eaten. You can taste how fresh they are. Add in some egg and bacon, etc and you get an amazing breakfast. I especially liked the Texas brisket bagel. The coffee is also excellent. I live overseas so finding a good cup of coffee in the USA is not easy for me. This place definitely hit it on the head. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll eat every breakfast here until I leave Atlanta.

Google
This location has been in steady decline since my first 5 star review. I've been going back periodically because of the mobile order experience, which is really the only way to bypass the abysmally slow service. Today's experience will be my last at this location. It's clear to me that the staff are slow and untrained. The store is not well managed - the coffee area is an absolute mess and items were missing. There was a problem with the bagel production, something equipment related I assume, which the staff could have informed everyone of via a sign or something. I appreciate the effort of all staff present who make a genuine effort. However, not everyone present currently possesses the skills to work in serving bagels.

Yelp
the short hair lady at the front was rude as fuck it's my first time here I'm asking questions she keep rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing ? Food good tho restaurant clean
google avatar

Yelp
I had to hurry from my midtown hotel to the airport, and I thought I could grab a quick bite here. But it was definitely not quick!-- which would be fine except it also wasn't great, and the restaurant was messy inside. Paper straw wrappers on the floor etc. The staff were fine but they seemed understaffed (there weren't very many customers present at all but the employees were struggling to keep up).

Yelp
Don't come here if it's at all busy- ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was a thirty minute wait for everyone. That was their response when I inquired after 20 minutes. bagels and bagel sandwiches? There were four people working the food line but cannot understand how it could be so mismanaged. The barista was trying offering free drinks and bakery items to some folks while they waited. I won't begin to comment on the tables and overall condition of the location, everyone seemed to be busy but maybe their needs to be a pause on Uber eats orders if they cannot keep up with a normal acceptable wait time.

Yelp
The service is very much a hit or miss establishment; however the majority of the time it's a miss.. today I ordered a sandwich and asked if I could change the sauce and the young lady flat out said no and then they got my sandwich wrong. I didn't even say anything bc of the overall attitude of the employees. I know it's tough out here but a smile and kindness goes a long way.

Yelp
I love my bagels and my ice coffee, no matter where I'm traveling so I'm very picky where I go and reviews help me! Hopefully this helps someone else, the bagels and breakfast were delicious. Customer service was outstanding and it was busy so it took a bit but still would visit again.

Yelp
Poor poor attitudes especially being a FIRST time customer! I won't be back . The food took forever to come out .. they need a better system ASAP

Matt W.

Yelp
Very limited bagels available only plain and 3 or 4 other odd flavors! Very slow service! The employees are not friendly, they all seem miserable being there!

Sara A.

Yelp
If there was a lower rating than 1, I would have given them that. I ordered a garden avocado via a delivery service. When the sandwich was delivered, it was dry and did not have the roasted tomato spread that gives the sandwich the taste. I called the establishment and the phone was answered by Katherine who immediately met me with an attitude. She explained that I could come back up there and she would fix it, failing to realize there was a reason I ordered via delivery. Katherine was rude, defensive and abusive, not allowing me to get a word in before ultimately hanging up on me. I'm stuck with a sandwich that was incorrectly prepared and my mood has been ruined. I'll never order from here again and would caution you to avoid coming here.

Yelp
I've been to this location several times, Einstein bagels are pretty decent. Usually, I come here after a race downtown. I was here a while back after a 5K with my youngster. I do agree this location can be a bit dirty. After my son and I sat down, I went over to the soda machine and grabbed a few napkins, and topped them off with some water so that I could clean our table. Customers should not have to do this. We had the Farmhouse Signature Breakfast Sandwich and Applewood Bacon and Cheddar Classic Breakfast Sandwich. These were good. Everyone has their own thing when it comes to bagels. Einstein Bros Bagels are extremely airy, they are large, but I believe are less than 100g each. I love bagels so much that I make my own, which I prefer to be more dense and 150g. If you are ever in Chicago, 100% check out New York Bagels & Bialy. The best Lox (lox and a schmear) bagels you will ever eat in your life. Einstein Bros Bagels hit the spot, but if you are a daily bageler, keep looking and let me know when you find the best, please. [Review #676] (31st Review of 2022)

Yelp
I've been to this location a handful of times and each time my bagel was great! The staff there is very friendly and quick to get your food out to you. The bagel sandwiches are my favorite and I love how you can get any bagel you want. I love the green chili bagel as well as the Asiago bagel! I'm vegetarian so my favorite thing is the Garden Avocado sandwich. I highly recommend it if you're wanting a quick on the go breakfast that's tasty and filling.

Robert, I've already done that. And have not heard back from your resolution team. How long does that take.

Yelp
Service is quick and efficient but a little standoffish and impersonal. Location is always busy and they're often out of items. Homeless come in off the street and help themselves to the bathrooms so best to avoid using them. Hand sanitizer stations no longer offered at this location.

Yelp
A tasty morning bagel and beverage, but the substandard process and service was a big turnoff. I placed my order via the app and was issued an approximate wait time. Upon arrival a gentleman (manager?) was announcing that due to a large Doordash order there was be a significant extra wait. Some who would normally stand nearby and wait for their name were choosing to find an available table. When orders were ready those customers would head to the counter, but that arrangement was not good enough for the team. It was loudly announced, "Please don't make us call twice. Help us out here!" A few who just arrived walked out when that started. Orders placed via the app did not have names called when ready. Those bags are placed on a counter back in the preparation area and you have to go check for name on the printout. This is not in the general dining area. It's awkward. I asked if it was possible to get a printed receipt for my travel expense records, and was told No. "The app is your receipt". The chips that come with lunch items are past their quality date printed on the bag. Perhaps my first visit to this location was a fluke, but I don't intend to return, or recommend to others.

Yelp
Horrible service, incompetent management, non-functioning app. This is the third time I've ordered through the app in which the app said the payment didn't go through, but the charge posted to my credit card. I showed the "manager" at the store where the charge had just posted, yet she insisted I pay again before they fulfilled my order. When I asked for a refund, she refused stating "you have to go through the App", which is impossible- no choice to do so. Stay away from this store if you don't want to start your day with aggravation. What's even more aggravating is the canned response cut & pasted by the manager with no consideration for the actual problem...

Yelp
Stopped in with friends for breakfast after arriving at our job nearby. I've only been to an Einstein's once a few yrs back while on vacation. I enjoyed my toasted blueberry bagel w/honey almond cream cheese and iced Caramel Macchiato. The temp for everything was spot on...my bagel was warm, cream cheese cool and drink chilled! The young lady that served us was pleasant and attentive as we did not have to repeat our order and explain what we wanted which I truly appreciated! I really am getting annoyed with eating at "fast food" type establishments as I find I have to constantly repeat my order cause the staff are normally distracted while doing their jobs! But I digest! This review is a about Einstein Bros Bagels and my nice experience with this location! I will return and I urge you to do the same! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
came to einstein bros bagels for the first time on a sunday morning post-piedmont park run--i was craving all the carbs. this location has a parking lot unlike the other midtown store. i ordered pickup online through the mobile app to save time. first order also gets a free bagel + shmear! on the app you can also get a free hot or iced coffee with a purchase which is an awesome deal. i ended up getting the french toast bagel with plain cream cheese and a large iced coffee. the french toast bagel actually does taste like french toast haha. it was pretty good, a bit smaller than other bagels i usually eat but it was a satisfying breakfast. they have a coffee station for creamer/sugar as well. our orders were already sitting on the pickup counter when we arrived 10 minutes after we ordered. i noticed a lot of the low ratings for this location have to do with the service, so i would definitely recommend ordering through the app! i will definitely come back again when im craving some carbs after i run.

Yelp
I love the bagels from Einstein's, but this location is very sloppy. I pre-ordered half a dozen bagels from here this morning, along with a tub shmear. When my order arrived, the bag was opened, the shmear was missing, and the bagels were cold and hard.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Told me they would not take orders over the phone. Then they told me I could come in and order but the door would probably be locked before they close. The women I spoke to was super rude.
google avatar

Tyreese B.

Yelp
Staff was rude service very slow waiting over 15 min for a sandwich so much for it been fast food . Also staff working with sores on there mouth

M G.

Yelp
I ordered a dozen bagels with shmear and they didn't give me any shmear. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was at my event, I thought they maybe put it in the box or in a separate bag they gave me. I also ordered coffee for a group and the creamers they gave me were curdled. It was embarrassing to serve at an event. How can you mess up bagels and coffee this badly?
google avatar

Zach C.

Yelp
They did not notify me after I made an online order when they were out of running water- likely for a while! Walked by and the door was just closed with someone in there. So now can't even say they get orders right.

Yelp
Food and drink was fine but the place is DIRTY. Floors, counters, tables, etc have stuff all over them. Tables are sticky. If you must, take your food to go.

Yelp
If you're desperate and nothing else is open then come here. I am from NY so I know a good bagel. My husband said the coffee wasn't bad and it got better as he drank it... Lol, he's a funny guy!!! He ordered an egg over easy, with sausage and cheese. It seemed to be a unique concept to the girl taking the order, the over easy part that is... The egg came over cooked I ordered veggie cream cheese on a sesame, they put a 'schmear' on the bagel... In NY I can 'schmear' 5 bagels with the cream cheese they put on one bagel... But again, I'm in Atlanta and this what is here, so I need to get with it.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Breakfast bagel was really good and the coffee was good too!! A little pricey for the amount of food they give you.

Yelp
Clean and spacious bagel/coffee chain in Midtown. Good place to grab a quick bite and drink for relatively cheap compared to other cafes in ATL with a few downsides. Pros: very kind service, relatively inexpensive prices, variety of bagels/sandwiches, strong & sustainable coffee. I'm a fan of Caribou Coffee and that is the coffee they serve here! Drinks were also made very quickly. Cons: though my mocha was made in less than 3 minutes, my bagel took almost 10 minutes which seems to be the easier thing to make. Bagel was a bit hard and too chewy and amount of schmear on it was minimal. Overall solid place to grab a bite, but if you're looking for higher quality, try out another cafe.

Yelp
Clean dining room and restroom. Michelle at the counter with a smile, ready to serve. I visited here yesterday afternoon following the Trump rally up the block at The Fox . Enjoyed a delicious turkey/cheese/something? sandwich.

Yelp
4 stars instead of 5 stars because they consistently get 80% of my order correct. :) The staff is very friendly, but they seem very overworked. I think there would be a lot less negative reviews on yelp if an additional person was staffed durning the morning rush. My work around is to order ahead! If you can order from the app, it's consistently ready within 5-6 minutes and you get a bonus free coffee/free bagel deals if you order frequently. Also, it's "contactless": you pay through the app, so you don't have to use the weird bin system that they are implementing in store. ...I don't understand the way they are implementing the bin/payment system, it's supposed to be a Covid precaution. The intended purpose is to reduce human to human contact. Instead of handing the card directly to the employee, you put it into a plastic bin (that is unfortunately NOT cleaned in between customers) and then the cashier picks it up out of the bin and runs the card. This is a bad system because every card that goes into the bin is essentially touching every other card (and human hand) that went into the bin before it. which means, ultimately, by putting your card in the bin, you are now touching everyone who ordered breakfast/coffee before you that morning. That seems infinitely worse than using apple pay... but hey, their intentions are good. I wish they would work out a better contactless work around. As a positive, ALL employees are always wearing masks correctly and no customers are getting past the door without a mask. As an "increased risk person" I really appreciate this so much. :) Thank you Ultimately, this place is a block from my apartment... which is great for a quick, safe breakfast escape while I'm stuck working from home during the pandemic. Please keep making yummy bagels that are at least 80% correct! :)

Yelp
I arrived at 9:33am and the crew of 3 people were busy making online orders. They never acknowledged the line of 6 people until I asked them if anyone in the lobby would be helped or only online orders at 9:46 am. A woman said they would shortly. Two people in line gave up. Then the same woman started helping lobby people. Meanwhile there are at least 10 people in the lobby waiting for online orders. I was able to place my order at 9:51am. They were clearly slammed and didn't have enough help. They definitely prioritized the online orders. An online orderer was given his order but it wasn't complete and one of the employees didn't apologize and just said to wait. The guy said you don't have to be rude, and the employee said I'm not being rude. When the employee gave order to they guy, he was very nice. I finally got my order at 10:17am, but they made the order wrong. They quickly adjusted and I left at 10:18am A lady with red dye in her hair appeared at 10:07am to help. Not even sure if someone else was making new bagels in the back. I felt really bad for the crew, but at the same time, the length of time I was there, was unacceptable. I usually come in really early, so I never have a problem. They are always quick. This time was a little crazy.

Yelp
So disappointed in the quality now. Got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. Bagel looked undercooked and the egg was hard and the cheese on the egg was hard like it was sitting out for hours. I got an iced caramel coffee too and I promise you it was just straight syrup, I couldn't even drink it. I threw out the egg, the bacon, and cheese and the bottom half of my bagel and just ate the top of it. Pre Covid I would stop here everyday on my way to work and now that they are back open I don't think it is worth the stop anymore.

Barbara P.

Yelp
Our bagels were great ... however, the service was less than ideal. The very nice cashier/order person got stuck on a big order as the line formed. The rest kept doing their jobs as the line grew and grew. Finally, the nice cashier asked another person (it appears to be the manager) to help her. No one apologized for the line, or thanked us for our patiences. Basic customer service skills were lacking ... thank you for coming in. Thank you for your patience.

Yelp
I do feel like I have to defend the horrid reviews on here for this location. On our trip to Atlanta several months back, I came here on back to back days, received very courteous, quick service, and was impressed by the Farmhouse Bagel listed as one of the "specialty" bagels. The iced mocha I also ordered was the perfect accompaniment. Obviously this place can't measure up to the best bagels back home in NYC, but I was perfectly content with the bagels here that more than lived up to my expectations.

Yelp
I like Einstein's bagels and coffee but I don't know why their service sucks so much! Employees work at their own pace with no consideration that someone might be getting late for work! Two years later...still the same problem! I would stop coming to this location if it wasn't the closest Einstein near my place.

Yelp
really mean worker, assuming it was the manager. yelled at my friends and i to hurry up, i work in customer service so i get that customers can be difficult but when they're nice to you idk man u seem like the problem. other girl workers were nice and make really yummy bagel sandwich. i dont like giving bad reviews but you know i'm very sensitive so. anyways i'm sure there's better breakfast around in midtown just be nicer, bum white man.

Yelp
I decided to write this review because I was looking at older reviews on this location and was stunned at how many negative reviews there are. They must have clearly listened carefully to the Yelp audience and overhauled their staff and training. I have been here fairly regularly over the last few months and have always had a pretty good experience. Honestly this is a pretty large location with a lot of seating. I think the layout is a little poor and there is a lot of wasted space in the middle of the store where the counter is. The store is pretty bright (windows, ATL...) and as a result can get somewhat hot if you're planning to study or do work here for awhile. This is not meant really as a study or work place though. The hours cater to morning or lunch crowds who want a quick coffee or bagel fix. It's a national bagel chain, so you can't compare the bagels or cream cheese to places in NYC. But overall it's a dependable bagel and coffee for a reasonable price. For me personally, a single bagel/schmear is not quite enough. Which I'm sure is perfectly planned by the store, haha!! In any case, the coffee is actually pretty good and usually kept fresh and hot. The bagels and other food is standard. Staff (in my experience) currently is pretty friendly and helpful. The hours could be open later, for my opinion, since there isn't a lot of afternoon coffee options in the area. Overall a solid place!

Yelp
One of the only truly good bagel spots in the area! I picked up a dozen bagels for a tailgate with some cream cheese, and they were very popular among my friends! Good deal for a good price.

Sonja G.

Yelp
Received food poisoning and bad customer service . I need to speak with management so I can request a refund . DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION !!
google avatar

Dione D.

Yelp
Typical EB bagel chain. I live nearby and come when I miss NYC too much... which means I always get a bagel with lox. ^_^ Service is spectacular - the ladies at the registers will brighten up your day guaranteed. Lots of regulars come here, and you can take your food to go or sit either up front (more cozy, big chairs) or in the back (tables, lots of dudes). Bagel selection is good and food comes out quickly.
google avatar

Dantea M.

Yelp
Worst breakfast ever! I'm not sure how you can ruin a breakfast sandwich but they did. Ordered two turkey sausage w/cheddar bagels, one on a plain bagel & one on sesame. The cheese wasn't melted; the bagel was hard; the sausages looked grey. I'll never eat here again! This place is HORRIBLE! Total waste of $17.

Yelp
Great customer service. Felt like family here. The people are great. Just a heads up the dining room is closed.

Yelp
Literally gets the order wrong every time. Every single time. All I order is a chorizo sunrise with no chorizo and every single time, I get chorizo. It's amazing, truly. Why do I keep going? Why? Last time they even added tomatoes to my sandwich, which was an interesting curveball since it doesn't come with tomatoes. My girlfriend also got a breakfast sandwich and asked for no meat. She is vegetarian and can't just pick the meat off and eat the sandwich. The manager wouldn't give us a refund because he said he physically needed the card to refund the money and we were already home, so we just paid $6+ for a breakfast sandwich we couldn't eat. P.S. I've worked at restaurants my entire life and none of them have every required the physical card to do a refund. Thanks for nothing, Scott. So why do we keep putting ourselves through this torture? Because they have better cream cheese and breakfast sandwiches than the surrounding restaurants. But expect them to be super slow and always incorrect. Always.

Yelp
you've heard of Big Pharma, and I know you've heard of Big Tech. you know, those trans-national companies that are all about profit. but Big Bagels? national bagel chains have totally corrupted the town of Atlanta, and this joint is no exception. absolutely no legit bagel should contain high-fructose corn syrup nor ascorbic acid. but at Einstein's they do. not only that: the service at select locations like this one is so bad it's almost comical. the person who helped me was so unhappy while taking our order that she didn't even speak the entire transaction. bagels should be fun. bagels should be fresh and tasty. bagels should be comfort food. this is not that, at least right now. if we're gonna be captives of Big Bagels, I just wish we had Brueggers or another more capable company.
google avatar

Yelp
I've only been to one Einstein Bros Bagels shop (this was my first one), and I'm a fan. While I try to stay away from carb-heavy meals, I was glad to see that there were many breakfast options that delivered a good amount of protein and fats. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and I loved it. It was very filling and delicious, and I love a hot breakfast that I don't have to cook myself. I also got some tea, which comes from Caribou Coffee. There are also a good amount of tables for hanging out or having small group breakfasts, which is what brought me to Einstein's with a couple of my friends. Apparently Einstein's is popular with Tech students, but anyone interested in a fast and tasty meal would be happy here, too!

Yelp
I came here on a rainy Monday morning, which in this case was Memorial Day. I ordered an everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. The bagels weren't fresh (at 8:45 AM) so they toasted it to get it to a warm temperature. It was not great. That may be my fault since it was a lot of flavors mixed together and it was a low-fat version of cream cheese. I'm planning on trying again with a plain bagel and cream cheese. The bagel is not as good as BB's or Brooklyn Water, but it's the only place I've found that sells bagels in midtown so far. So, it's the best of what's around. The bagel and chream cheese combo cost $4. So, it's a pretty good deal for 400 calories of energy. Nobody had their laptop here, but I get the sense that you could since there's a lot of seating, it's also a Caribou coffee, and a girl was doing her homework on a paper notebook! Notably, you need a passcode to use the bathroom, which contributes to the overall cleanliness of the bathroom here.

Yelp
If I could give less than a zero I would . The customer service we received at this particular location is beyond rude. I have no words to described the attitude of the thee ladies working behind the counters. When we ordered our breakfast the person who took our order was extremely impatient , I told her more than 3 times I didn't want a bacon but when I received I noticed the bacon so I told the lady I don't eat bacon and had ordered without out a bacon her response "mistakes happen" not a single word of apology when I got my order the second time it was wrong again I had asked for eggs but I got egg whites instead. Our second order we asked for egg on croissant without cheese yet they gave us croissant with egg and cheese. Again when we approached them with a request to correct our order they treated us like we had made the mistakes and not the other way around.

Yelp
I showed up at noon to get some bagels and they're closed. The website says they close at four, the sign on the door says they close at four, and the lady I talked to 30 minutes ago said nothing about them closing.
