Einstein Bros. Bagels opens at the Excalibur | Eater Vegas

"Inside Excalibur’s Castle Walk Food Court, I found the Strip’s first Einstein Bros. Bagels, operated by Las Vegas–based Feel Good Brands and offering an all-day breakfast and lunch roster of bagels, sandwiches, coffee and espresso drinks, double-whipped shmears, and a range of sweets and snacks. Feel Good Brands collaborated with Einstein Bros. to roll out an exclusive sandwich called the All Knighter — a hash brown bagel drizzled with jalapeño-garlic aioli, two layers of Boar’s Head American cheese, cage-free eggs, and thick-cut bacon — available only at the Excalibur location through July 31." - Susan Stapleton

I went in this morning to order two tubs of plain smear. I've done this atleast a dozen times over the past couple semesters. I have a bunch of bagels, and I come in to get their cream cheese. I've never had a problem in the past, though this semester I guess they really cracked down? I heard a worker ask another worker (whom I assume is the manager of the business), how many scoops to put in the cream cheese tubs, and I heart the "manager" say 3 scoops. I got back both tubs with only three scoops in each one. The first tub was a third of the way full, and the second wasn't even a quarter full. This was incredibly irritable, as previous semesters filled the tub so much to where the cream cheese touched the lid. (6-8 scoops). I asked the employee to add another scoop or two, now they were both half way full. I didn't wanna make a commotion so I accepted and said thank you. The manager then checked me out. She said "Did she do that? I'm so very sorry.". This was what annoyed me the most. This person was the one who instructed the employee to give three scoops in each tub, this person should be the one apologizing, not pointing the finger to the employee that was just following instructions. I love this business, they sell the best bagels and cream cheese. I'm not one who gives reviews, but this was something I had to write about. Horrible business practices this semester, and I hope to see some improvements.

You won't be disappointed if you eat here. Everything is fresh and they have a lot of cool cage free options with eggs for your bagels. Staff is always working hard to get orders out in a timely manner

This was one of my favorite restaurants on campus when I attended WKU. The bagels and sandwiches are always phenomenal and the coffee was always great as well. I highly recommend anyone to go here! I miss being on campus and stopping by here.

Nice place on Campus to grab breakfast & coffees. They have a large assortment of bagels and hot menu items available and a good array of coffee/frape/ect... options.

Waited almost 20 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It almost seems like they make one order at a time instead of multiple.

I'm guessing there isn't a need for a bagel shop in the community? Little bit of work to get here, but well worth it had a toasted bagel with cream cheese with a coffee, pure heaven! #262

The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it's a bit pricey. The bagels are good and the staff is friendly.

Friendly staff and good food. I wish they were not out of orange juice, though.
