Einstein Bros. Bagels opens at the Excalibur | Eater Vegas

"Inside Excalibur’s Castle Walk Food Court, I found the Strip’s first Einstein Bros. Bagels, operated by Las Vegas–based Feel Good Brands and offering an all-day breakfast and lunch roster of bagels, sandwiches, coffee and espresso drinks, double-whipped shmears, and a range of sweets and snacks. Feel Good Brands collaborated with Einstein Bros. to roll out an exclusive sandwich called the All Knighter — a hash brown bagel drizzled with jalapeño-garlic aioli, two layers of Boar’s Head American cheese, cage-free eggs, and thick-cut bacon — available only at the Excalibur location through July 31." - Susan Stapleton
